Hot Import Nights was only a few months away, and it didn't joke around when it came to its participates. They only allowed the best of the best to join in and have a chance at the grand title of The Elite, a title only few are granted. Many wanted it, but only a few would actually make the cut to the journey to the top. Many applied but now it was time for them to prove themselves. You are one of the chosen ones, so don't waste this once in a lifetime opportunity. Today is the entrance test for the event in question and our 100 racers are all piled up into a room, waiting eagerly for the announcement of the race start. 100 qualified, but only 10 made the cut. Only a few minutes remained on the clock until the official announcement so racers could mingle with the other racers.

Everyone was talking about what the qualifying event could possibly be, as all were in the city of Tokyo, Japan awaiting an update on the situation. Then suddenly, out of the blue, a powerful rotary engine pulls up next to the area. A FC3S was the culprit for this noise, but it made everyone go silent, because just about everyone knew who it was from the car alone. The door of the FC3S opened and out came a well dressed man, but not just any man, but the Byakuya Kuchiki, last year's Hot Import Nights winner. He was respected by most of the racers here and his appearance in this years festival will be sure to turn more heads than usual. He walked through the crowd, seemingly unimpressed by the crowd presented before him. Nevertheless, he pushed forward to the stage in the front and stood there, ready to speak.

"Is that, really him? The Byakuya Kuchiki? He's a lot more serious than I imagined. He almost reminds me of a robot." One of the rookies said, Dinka Ishida. A male, contrasting his rather feminine appearance with long black hair put into a pony tail and black long bangs. He usually didn't speak much, but seeing one of his idols so close made him break his usual character.

So that's Kuchiki. He's a bit colder than most would anticipate, but there's no lying that he's one hell of a driver. Thought another rookie. This time it was a girl. She also had black hair with 2 ponytails and purple eyes. She was more of a thinker than a speaker.

Alex will park of her RX8 near Byakuya's FC3S before opening the doors, and she will gets out of her RX8 & looks at Byakuya smirking thinking at her mind 'I hope we'll reignite the rivalry from last year, Byakuya. Just wait.' She puts her left hand into her pockets while smiling to the rookie drivers in front of her. She has a bold & boyish attitude, so she'll be a bit of a bossy girl to any of the rookies who'll have as her mentor.

Alex will park of her RX8 near Byakuya's FC3S before opening the doors, and she will gets out of her RX8 & looks at Byakuya smirking thinking at her mind 'I hope we'll reignite the rivalry from last year, Byakuya. Just wait.' She puts her left hand into her pockets while smiling to the rookie drivers in front of her. She has a bold & boyish attitude, so she'll be a bit of a bossy girl to any of the rookies who'll have as her mentor.

Everyone turns their heads to see who it was, and sure enough, it was who they thought it was. They were bursting with excitement, knowing exactly who she was and realizing there are 2 HIN Drivers, contrary to the usual 1.

A SE3P? No way, is its actually her?! Dinka thought to himself, nearly bursting from the seams from excitement.

2 HIN drivers in one festival? This should make this festival more interesting than usual. Kanjo thought.

Byakuya turns his head to the side only to see who it was. So it's you, Miss Leclerc. I wasn't informed about your appearance, but the more the merrier, I suppose. I shall look forward to our rematch He thought before returning his attention back to the crowd.

"Listen up, rookies! Today marks the 20th anniversary of Hot Import Nights. Now, usually, we would show you the map, your loaned cars and get straight to it. However..." He looked to the side and winked. At that time, several engines roar down the streets of Tokyo and surely, they pull up right next to the area. The cars pull up in one by one. A Saleen S7, A Countach, A Mustang, a Chaser, a Charger, a Murcielago, a Exige, a SLS, a Enzo, a 205 GTi, a Carrera GT, a 180SX, Barracuda, A R34, A MR2, a F40, A Supra and finally in the end, a Miura. "...But today is no normal occasion. This is the 20th anniversary of Hot Import Nights, and we have to celebrate like it." He said the last sentence very monotone, as if he had to say it against his will.

"Come on, what type of introduction is that?" One of the pro racers said. More specifically it was the Saleen Driver, Hudson Mohawke, easily recognizable by his mask. "You are no fun at all. Grow some balls and say it properly." Byakuya shook his head in embarrassment. "Sorry about the, lets be honest, rather shitty intro by my comrade Byakuya here, but he's right. This is the official 20th anniversary of Hot Import Nights, and It has to be special, one of a kind you may say. Luckily, we do have something planned out for you guys. A battle between all nineteen..." He raises and turns his arm into the direction of all 18 Elite drivers next to him before pointing at himself "...of us. Why, exactly do this? Because this is the way to celebrate 20 good ol' years of racing, fighting, laughing, screwing each other over and drifting at Hot Import Nights, and also, you all need mentors like me and this guy over here."He points to Byakuya. "Talk about a good ol' nostalgia trip, right? Anyway, we will get ready for our race against each other on our custom made track here in Japan, Split Decision!" Shortly after, the screens on all sides of the area showed the basic outline of the track.

"I could have said tha-"
"Sure, but you are ass at it." A few people in the crowd chuckle. "As you can see at the outline of the track here, there are lots of corners and straights on this track, so its anyone's game here. It's also very long, so be prepared for a mild endurance race here. Rookies, pay attention because this track we are about to race on is also the track you are going to race on as well. Anyway, while we prep for this race, talk amongst yourselves and good luck. Cheer for Wrench!" Shortly afterwards, All 19 Elite Drivers leave the area to their cars ( AlexandraRoseLeclerc ). Meanwhile all the rookie racers mingle amongst each other.

So, all the elite drivers from the beginning of HIN are reuniting for a race against each other? This should be a very interesting experience. Dinka thought to himself. This race intrigued him more than anything he had ever seen.

Whoa, no way. Kanjo didn't have any words for how shocked she was. This was unlike any festival event she had ever seen, and she had seen a lot. If this is how the rest of the festival is gonna be, it's gonna be tough.

Alex will drove away from the rookie drivers & was smiling for the introduction earlier before thinking to herself 'Wrench is always a funny guy to me, I hope this race will be easy. Let's just say Byakuya will try to hit me again.' She was checking her SE3P's engine then the suspension in order to be in good shape. Alex notices something in the steering wheel before sighing saying "Now, I got to change my steering wheel now." She will take out her old Momo steering wheel before changing to a LMP1 style wheel, Alex was revving the rotary engine of her RX8 checking if there is no turbo lags & was happy of the turbo lag. She was breathe in & out for the new track introduced by Wrench.

"You really have to be that mean?"
"Its the truth, brother. You suck at public speaking. Meanwhile, I'm amazing at it. Anyway, get your ride ready, you have a race to win, except you won't because I will!"
Byakuya shakes his head. "I despise that guy."
"You can say that again." said a blond hair middle aged man working on a BNR34. It was Pannacotta Fugo, HIN winner 2003.
"Good grief, where do I start with that guy?" Said the guy with the Carrera GT, Bruno Bucellati, HIN winner of 2006 . "Loud Mouth, cocky..."
"Yet everyone likes him" Said the ginger with the Chaser, Ichigo Kurosaki, HIN winner 2013.
"I heard that!" Wrench exclaims, causing the group to chuckle before they all went back to work.
"It's true." Byakuya responds before going to his FC3S, next to Alexandria and Wrench
"Psst. You have a spare valve?" Said a girl with a Countach to Wrench. It was Yuuki Konno, winner of HIN 2015.
"Oh, sure, here you go." He tossed the valve to the girl.
"Thank you."
"Anyone got a spare lug nut?" Asked the guy with the Enzo, Guido Mista, HIN winner 2008. "One of my wheels is missing one."
"Yeah, here you go." Said the woman with the MR2, Suguha Fubuki, HIN Winner 2002.
"Actually, I could use one too" Asked the guy with the Mustang, HIN winner 2014 Josuke Higashikata.
"Fine, but you 2 give them back to me at the end of the race." Suguha said to them, quite annoyed.
"We Will." They both said in unison.

Byakuya was wrapping up the check on his FC3S until his concentration was ruined by Wrench Shouting "You guys hear that? Hurry your asses up, we have a race to...well race.
