She prides herself on her food and her driving ability. Her Carolla is what she races with, but she’s been known to use her drifting skills when the taco truck needs to rush to its next location. Kyoko likes to race in suits because she takes it seriously, and it’s the only time she gets to wear nice clothes outside of work.

Since the story takes place on the 20th anniversary of the Hot Import Nights festival, I've prepared something a little special.
There are 19 current HIN Elite Drivers, but only 10 can mentor the rookies. How will they figure that out? By racing of course. The first 2 Qualify immediately (but will still race nevertheless), but the other 17 drivers must duke it out on the racetrack.
