Mostly inspired by the video games, I’m looking for a 1x1 Pokémon RP with OCs.

I can do oc x canon doubles or just OC x OC

please be 18+, I’m just more comfortable with roleplaying with adults like myself.

Galar region: OCxCanon double

Depending on the region there could be multiple kinds of trainers like if we were taking place in Shinnoh or Hoenn we could use OCxOC and play as Coordinator x trainer or gym trainer/ gym leader/ rival coordinator

or Kanto and Johto where it could be Team rocket grunt/admin x trainer/ gym leader and they could be adversaries as an example. Or Gym leader x Gymleaders or trainers who are specialists with Pokémon or even Nurses or Cops there’s a lot of options depending on the region where I go by the game story and expand on that.

I mean, I'm struggling to see a lot of plot with gym trainers, and playing as adversaries would be mostly "we meet and battle. Time skip. We meet and battle."
I guess I have a character or two who could be Team Rocket members...

I can understand that but when I mean OCxOC, again I mean more so two trainers traveling to meet their own different goals while adding more to the story depending on the region.

if you’re talking about the Galar pairings they don’t have to always be gym leaders against gym leaders, from what I have played in the past it was mostly down time or when they have to work together to protect the region from bad guys instead of a 10 year old kid.

we could absolutely play as Rocket grunts and going on missions as well! I’m open to that as well!

I don't know about most pokemon regions, however, I've primarily only played gen 1 and gen 8, but I like all the cute pokemon!
I'm gonna have to look up some cat pokemon...
