yeah, we just had a really bad storm too. the power didn't cut out, but the winds were really strong.

Suzumaki's is because of her former pirate crew, she killed the two sons of a marine admiral but they don't know it was her, she just got the bounty split between her, the captain, and the vice captain.

OMG In the one piece anime there are world nobles that have thousands of slaves and just punching one means getting sentenced to death by a marine admiral so your master could have been an world noble. Just a fun little thought.

I can give you a 100 berri bounty xD if you want. If your character isn't well known then I'll just give you a bounty after the first arc c: c: c: if she does anything worth a bounty. In One Piece, the doctor of the crew got a 50 berri bounty his first time and got mad about it xD

When Luffy punched a world noble and ran away his bounty went up considerably but for a fist timer with a bounty it never really goes above 30 million beli so around 15 to 20 million is around where you'd be for killing a world noble.
