Country Names & Royal Houses:
All countries are run by Monarchs, hence the Royal Houses. They each have varying degrees of freedoms based on their principles. Clera from the Wingless/Aves and Theilor from the Chiropteran are the most repressive countries in the Mortal Realm- and are the only two in which Sear has not been able to set up establishments.
The scale I will use when will be a 1-10 of freedom given to; species, nobles, female, male.

Rules​

1. OOC try to be kind or at least respectful to each other, I honestly don't want to deal with, "But so-and-so is such an as*, can't you do this thing". Nope.
2. IC your character can be as mean or weird as you'd like but don't be upset when other characters and citizens start to dislike you.
3. I have no post limits or required lengths. But, I do expect full sentences and capitals and so on- a no-brainer really.
4. If two or more characters are fighting, and you think your character is about to kill theirs- ASK first, people work very hard on their characters so you shouldn't kill someone off without asking. And if they say no- it means NO.
5. I don't care if you go absent for awhile because stuff happens, you can't always control that, but when you come back skim over what you missed so you don't mess up the RP now going on and can get back into it without trouble.
6. I'm also cool with people using multiple characters as I will be doing such, but just know how many you can handle without neglecting some.
7. Honestly, I'm a pretty laid back leader and like to make it feel like we're on as much equal footing as I can, but these are a few things I find to be good basic rules to establish.

I Hate To Admit
As you may have realized I'm 16 and therefore still in school, due to IRL difficulties I will not have access to some items that I was able to before.
I currently have access to my laptop, but I will have to lose that for a week at some point as it needs to be repaired.
I will now possibly be online after 8pm ET.
I hope this does not deter you from being in this group.
I will be back and won't be abandoning it, the RP itself may be pushed back, but if you feel you are ready you are welcome to start one without me in the this world.
The plot won't be implemented till I am able to devote my time to this.​

Announcement
So, I know it's dragging on and the official RP should start soon. I know, and I feel bad because I've been able to get online way more than I expected.
So here's the deal, I have to get my laptop fixed. It's under warranty still and it's a hassle the way it is. And when I do send it in I'll be without it for a week- hopefully, less, but probably a week.
After my laptop is fixed, I'll start the RP.
It's been a longer wait than I had intended, but I'm asking to wait for the main RP just a while longer.
I should be able to send my laptop in soon.

Alright.
This is taking way to long so I've decided to just start the RP in hopes that I haven't lost all of you yet, probably most though- wouldn't blame you.
I'll be starting at one of Sear's bars to start things off, and some characters can enter then and approach of their own volition and ask to "work" at the bar, as there have been hire signs and such- and from there basically spy stuff, and become recruiters and then we can assemble the other members.
That's just my idea for it and where I'll start it, if it don't work with any of you I can adapt to where your character may encounter Sear and we can go from there. If you are part of the supernatural characters that are joining the Energeia group you could come in but you would already know Sear and would already be apart of it as Elara would have briefed you (not irl/pm don't panic) before you met any of the Elites.
I hope this works out well.

Just for convenience I figured I'd jot down some of the slang that will be used here; of course there are more depending on area and dialect- because that's just how worlds and language kind of work.

Current Slang:

• Turnee - A being that was turned into a Soul Eater or (rarely) Healer.
• Swarthies - Anyone that is part of or under rule of the Bloodclan of Gyr.
• Bone Eaters - " the Praxis Clan of Lammergeir
• Bonxie - " the Bellicose Clan of Skua
• Eggs - " Egretta Clan of Stratos
• Happies - " Sovereign Clan of Harpia
