Fandom Open-world Harry Potter RP????

Like the title says, it's an open-world RP that carries elements from Harry Potter with the wizardry and all. Similar to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, or Deathly Hallows, your/our characters will be able to roam around a specified city [probably Los Angeles or London]. Relationships will be kindled, fights & duels will occur, and rivals will be made. The "big" plot idea is a third wizarding war. In case you're wondering, characters can be from the age of 12 to 60; and do not have to attend a wizarding school. (yes, i know it sounds crazy, but you'll understand when I release the intel behind it) Any questions? Having interest? Ask questions and let me know by commenting!
