Fish dipped in butter and covored in gluten free bread crumbs with parsley in the mix. Baked in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until crisp and done. Served a top a bed of buttered white rice with diced green onions
 
Salmon marinated in lemon juice garlic and salt with basil and parsley flakes for one hour. Cooked in the oven for 10 minutes. Served ontop white rice with soy sauce (optional) or white rice with green onions
