Name: Mason Conroy

Age:

Occupation:

238df213-380f-4d19-875f-d712a406d28e-jpeg.567815

Personality:
Mason is a bit of a nerdy recluse. He likes to keep to himself, usually with his nose buried deep into a book, be it a comic book, or a book on mechanics (usually the latter). He does however pine to be brave and charismatic, and feels that being a hero is a perfect outlet to really let himself loose. While out on a mission, his personality seems to take a complete one eighty, going from being shy and timid to bombastic and full of bravado. This is mostly why he hides his face behind a mask in his uniform, he feels like as long as his face is covered, he can be the hero he wants to be.

Quirk Name:
Generator

Quirk Ability:
Generator allows Mason to create machines out of his own body using the iron in his blood. These machines can manifest in multiple forms, be it armor, weapons, or vehicles.

Quirk Weaknesses:
Mason must have extensive knowledge of how whatever machine he produces from his body works in order to create it. If he does not understand how a machine functions down to it's inner workings, it will fall apart. Mason does not possess any quirk that enhances his strength, so he must be careful when it comes to the size of his creations, for if they are too large for a normal human to carry by themselves, it could render him immobile. Mason's machines are powered based off of his own physical stamina. If a fight goes on for too long, or if he gets tired out during a mission, his creations will not be as effective due to not having enough power to function properly, and they will fall apart. Mason has built a small portable power generator he has hooked into his body to amend this problem, although it does not completely render it mute. Yes, the generator still powers his machines, but the energy it produces is not as potent for the machines as Mason's stamina, so while the creations will perform, they will not perform as well. The metal used to create the machines Mason can used is drawn from the iron in Mason's blood. Iron deficiency is a very real threat in this regard, and he could suffer symptoms such as weakness and fatigue. In order to curb this, Mason tries to stick to a high iron diet, just to be safe.

Name: Dr. Aristoteles Zervas AKA Dr. Prometheus

Age: 45
Gender: Male

Occupation: Scientist/ Supervillain
Affiliation: Himself

Appearance: https://list.lisimg.com/image/225315/600full.jpg

Personality: Dr. Aristoteles Zervas is a simmering ball of hatred, bitterness, and rage towards those who mocked and ridiculed him, which is most of the people with quirks he has ever known. However, he keeps this anger contained and appears to most people as a cold, calculating, and highly logical individual. The Doctor also seems quite emotionless, not reacting to the failure of his "patients," but calmly taking notes on how to improve on future designs, eventually hoping to create the perfect "artificial quirk" for himself. However, when driven to the edge, he erupts as the genuinely hateful, spiteful person he is, turning into a hateful, bloodthirsty, wrathful monster.

Quirk Name: None
Quirk Ability: Dr. Prometheus does not have a quirk, much to his ever-increasing rage and jealousy. While he lacks a quirk, he is a brilliant engineer and a skilled surgeon. As a result, The Doctor can invent various implants, gadgets, and other machines and cybernetics and give them to multiple patients as "artificial quirks." His reasoning for this is that he is actively trying to develop an artificial quirk to provide himself with and actively invents prototypes, which he often gives to his patients, using them as makeshift lab rats which he pits against the Pro Heroes.
Quirk Weaknesses: His various gadgetry often has serious flaws that can be exploited by the Heroes to dismantle the machine and disable the patient.

16
Gender
Female

Occupation

Student
Affiliation
Free State

Appearance
f58db415773ee9e36d1075b584257849.png
Personality

Honoria is intelligent, witty, and a quick learner. She is blunt, speaks her mind, and doesn’t always understand social cues (why people don’t say certain things or what could be gathered from things spoken). She is a hard worker, diligent, and determined. Losing isn’t acceptable and sometimes her confident exterior is a facade. She’s observant, but not the most outgoing individual even though she doesn’t hesitate to speak her mind. She isn't prone to panicking, but will close up when things become too much for her to handle.

Quirk Name

Pyrotechnic Energy Plasmoids
Quirk Ability
Generates pyrotechnic energy plasmoids from her hands. The plasmoids obey her mental control, traveling where she directes them, arranging themselves in various shapes, and exploding when she wishes.
Quirk Weaknesses
Overuse can cause a β€œblow-out” preventing her from using her powers for an extended period of time. Her control over when her pyrotechnic energy plasmoids explodes is a short amount of time and she must be able to see them in order to control the explosions or manipulate them.

*NOTE, THIS CHARACTER IS PRETTY DARN EVIL. CAN BE USED AND PLANNED FOR PLOT AND HE WILL JUST BE AWFUL TO EVERYONE IF USED FOR NOT PLOT PURPOSES. LEMME KNOW IF HE IS USABLE AND ANY IDEAS YOU MAY HAVE FOR HIM.*

Name: Grant Denning (A.K.A. Impresario)

Role: Villain

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Quirk: GRANDEUR
Grandeur is an emitter type quirk that alters the owners body based on how many peoples attention are one him. The owner is capable of completing any task humanly possible to superhuman extremes when he has enough eyes on him. For example, if he's in a race and most of the people in the crowd are watching him specifically, lets says 100 people, he could easily outsprint and world record holders and not break a sweat, because not only was his speed increased, but as was his endurance. If a million people were watching him exclusively, he would be unable to fly, because he can't do whatever he wants, for it is out of his anatomy. However, to that extreme he'd easily be able to leap over tall buildings, even from a standing jump. The user can also be mentally enhanced, becoming an expert strategist who can plan a few moves ahead with just a few tens of people watching. This ability requires eyesight, so those who are simply just hearing him or thinking about do not give him power with his ability. However, someone watching him through livestream or via news would support his ability. This ability offers no downside to not having attention other than not receiving a performance boost. (But Grant gets very upset when no ones paying attention to him.)

Appearance: Flashy, Very Flashy.

1540265949817.png

Personality: As made clear by his name and quirk, he likes to make a scene, make it bigger, add some danger, then make it bigger still. Grant is very egotistical, and is easily irritated when attention is not on him. He has a cruel sense of humor, and trust me, he loves to laugh. He's not so sadistic to torture people for no reason, only when he's bored or feels as though he has a announcement to make. Despite this, he abhors the concept of death, as he wishes for his show to never ends, and he always intends to use his cast to their full potential, keeping them alive no matter how injured they are or how much they plea for death. Also known as the Showmaster or the Ringleader by the police, he always intends to leave an impression.

History: Grant Denning was born in the heart of Detroit, as with many other residents, his family was very impoverished. Grant's father was killed in a domestic dispute gone even more awry than a domestic dispute should. Grant's father beat his mother, and the mother accidentally pushed him down the stairs, supposedly in self-defense, and he died before reaching the bottom. Grant's mother was arrested, and imprisoned for manslaughter, as the police couldn't find definitive proof that it was a planned homicide. Grant was taken by Child Protective services at age 4 and was moved into an orphanage for young children. Grant was very social with the other children, which relieved the nannies and owners who were concerned about how his traumatic experiences would affect him. Grant was always the most athletic of the children, and by age 6 seemed to be able to run the speed of a grown adult sprinter. Curiosity peaked the owners interest and they took Grant to the Doctor's in order to learn what his quirk was. The doctor had no explanation for Grant's quirk as he seemed to be a completely normal child who exhibited nothing extraordinary during his checkup. Weeks pass and Grant returns to being his normal athletic and energetic self, however he starts getting bored or just being above his peers in physical prowess. Grant mentions this to the owner of the orhanage, and they concede and get him a chess board for his birthday. Once again, Grant proves himself superior to all that challenge him, including the adults he faced. Grant got bored once again, and returned to the owner saying he is disinterested in physical and mental prowess, but the owner had no solution. The owner then told Grant to go ask the others kids what types of games they play. And he did. He came upon a group of kids playing rock, paper, scissors. After they explained the rules, he simply asked, "What happens when I win?" To which the kids responded, "We play again." Grant accepted this premise and played with the children, to which he lost the first game. Bewildered by this game of luck, he enjoyed himself, though he won every time from then on. One day when he was getting bored of the game, he decided to play a little prank on a kid he was playing with. He was gonna throw rock, and he did. As the boy lay there crying, Grant giggled. He liked the commotion or the handlers running over, he loved the attention that came with being chastised. It was as if their gazes fueled him. Harming fellow children slowly became a habit of his, and by the age of 10, it had become a weekly thing. Finally realizing the trend wasn't as string of accidents, the orphanage removed him from their care. They did it out of the books so no one would question why they are leaving a child on the streets. Grant quickly became a street performer, in which he made change accomplishing any feat requested to him by a crowd. Like everything else however, he soon got bored of that too. Grant missed the gazes of fear and awe, he missed what he perceived as worship. At age 13, he stopped wandering the streets and wandered into someone's home. Those people were never heard from again. Well, after the pained screams that followed that night. Thus began the legend of Impresario.

Also, if I may in regards to JW Suzusihi JW Suzusihi Character, Japanime Japanime , I also love the idea and I don't thinks it's all that op. It's not only limited to a range of 20 feet, so he can't affect projectiles, unless he can make non living things unlucky somehow, But also from what's written , his power is also limited by his imagination, as he consciously react fast enough and think up a scenario to manipulate the probability of so he gets what he wants/needs to happen. Unless I'm misinterpreting this, and you had more of an idea that's the opposite of the Marvel Hero, Domino idea going on.

Name: Mako Glass

Age: 17
Gender: Female

Occupation: Student
Affiliation: Free State

Appearance:
2af0d4612b85b41c1b3c2a819968ffc7.jpg
Personality:
Mako seems deceptively at ease, all things considered, treating even the most life-threatening scenarios with an air of casual calmness. She's not exactly what one would expect for someone constantly under threat of losing themselves to their own hunger, but she's aware of that disparity. In order to combat the threat of her own Quirk, Mako's developed an intense amount of mental fortitude. She sees it as a necessity if she ever wants to become a pro hero, which she believes is the only path left for her in life. Fully aware of the danger she could pose, Mako believes that her only chance of benefiting society would be to use her own horrifying quirk for its protection. It's her only reason for living at this point, and she'll be the first person to admit that if asked. She often won't say it out loud, but anyone who talks with Mako will notice an underlying sense of self-loathing she possesses for herself. Despite this, Mako is cursed with an intense sense of responsibility, which binds her to the thought of using her quirk for good. This same sense of responsibility often leaves her accepting of flaws others most wouldn't be able to stand, as she depends on the idea of every negative hiding a potential positive.
Quirk Name: Black Jaws

Quirk Ability: Every part of Mako's body can morph into jaw-like gateways to the unknown void she calls a stomach. Every patch of skin she has can tear away and form into these jaws, which are capable of consuming anything that comes into contact with their blackened surfaces. These jaws can stretch approximately two yards away from her body, and seem capable of eating anything with a physical form. As such, Mako often uses the jaws to intercept attacks that get within a certain range. They're much faster than Mako herself, especially when using her Quirk, able to snap in any direction like a whip when necessary.

Quirk Weaknesses:
Mako's Jaws require a lot of effort to keep under control, as they possess a hunger far removed from her own. If more than two-thirds of her body were to morph at once, she'd merely start eating things at random. If her body becomes fully morphed, she's unable to think beyond her stomach, making her a danger to allies, enemies, and the surrounding area as well. Because of this, she's unable to perform extensive maneuvers when even a small number of jaws are formed. She relies on them for defense, but since she needs to keep a certain portion of her body static she's always got a human portion to target. As such, most of her battles consists of her constantly defending herself while occasionally using her jaws for close ranged attacks. Because of this high risk, high reward style of battle, she often relies on her opponents making mistakes that her jaws can capitalize on.

Her Jaws cannot eat nonphysical things like energy, making her extremely ineffective against electric quirks, lasers, and most energy based threats. She'll try her hardest not to morph wounds into jaws, as that causes intense pain that makes it hard for her to concentrate.

*minor edit, fixed Walter's personality section.

Name: Walter Johnathan

Age: 16
Gender: Male

Occupation:
Villain to be.
Affiliation: None yet.

Appearance:Walter.png

Personality:
Walter was formerly a cheerful and lazy individual.

Quirk Name: Quirkless
Quirk Ability: To be pretty boring
Quirk Weaknesses: N/A

Walter, or Wally to his friends and enemies, was a lazy student known for skipping class and always having too much candy on his person, however after his only immediate family member, his mother, got killed in an accident as the result of a hero’s decision, he got into a fight with his best friend Aaron and went missing.

Name: Aaron Sky

Age: 15
Gender: Male

Occupation:
Hero Student
Affiliation: Free State

Appearance:Aaron.png

Personality:
Aaron is a pretty cheerful guy, and honestly doesn’t really want to be a hero, but feels pressured by his families legacy, and wants to find his missing friend Wally.

Quirk Name: Air Compression
Quirk Ability: This unwieldy quirk allows the user to temporarily compress air in contact with themselves, allowing them to create short strong bursts. His father can fly with the quirk, but so far Aaron hasn’t been able to do this.
Quirk Weaknesses: Usage of the quirk seems to use up the air within the body, causing asphyxiation.

Aaron is the son of a moderatly famous now disgraced pro hero, who when forced to choose between two inhabited households, saved his own, which lead to the death of the other house’s occupant.

Name: Adam Truth

Age: 38
Gender: Male

Occupation: Quirk Revolutionist Villain
Affiliation: Neo Quirk Liberation Army

Appearance:Adam.jpg

Personality:
Adam is an enigmatic man, who even before becoming a revolutionary people had trouble understanding. He is extremely eccentric, and claims quirks are bestowed by a god to be used. Despite his eccentricity, he has the charisma and intelligence to recreate the quirk liberation army.

Quirk Name: Infection
Quirk Ability: A mutation type quirk that causes the user to constantly produces a bacteria from their body. Those affected by the bacteria find the power of their quirk suddenly increased. He uses this quirk to strengthen his allies and make enemies unable to accurately control their quirks due to the sudden increase in power. Just coming close to Adam is enough to be infected. Due to this quirk, Adam was forced to wear a hazmat suit for the majority of his youth.
Quirk Weaknesses: He can’t turn it off or control how much it strengthens a quirk. It can be treated with basic anti-biotics, and has no health effects besides the quirk enhancement.

Adam was formerly training to be a hero, just so he could get a hero license and leave his hazmat suit. However, when he discovered even a quirk license wouldn't allow him to legally live without the suit, he dropped out of school and went on a journey of self-discovery. He returned a changed man, refusing to wear a suit and giving public speeches on the topic of quirk liberation.

Name: Walter Johnathan

Age: 16
Gender: Male

Occupation:
Villain to be.
Affiliation: None yet.

Appearance:View attachment 578265

Personality: Walter was formerly a cheerful

Quirk Name:
Quirkless
Quirk Ability: To be pretty boring
Quirk Weaknesses: N/A

Walter, or Wally to his friends and enemies, was a lazy student known for skipping class and always having too much candy on his person, however after his only immediate family member, his mother, got killed in an accident as the result of a hero’s decision, he got into a fight with his best friend Aaron and went missing.

Name: Aaron Sky

Age: 15
Gender: Male

Occupation:
Hero Student
Affiliation: Free State

Appearance:View attachment 578266

Appearance:View attachment 578267

Accepted.

In hindsight, might be too similar to stein from Soul Eater. Stitcher is going back into Work In Progress

Name: Stitcher

Age: 39
Gender: Male

Occupation: Pro Hero, Teacher
Affiliation: Free States

Appearance: Stein.png

Personality: Stitcher is frankly sadistic. He originally became a professional hero for the ability to commit violence towards criminals. However, he has shown time after time the ability to keep his sadism in check and uphold the standards of what a pro-hero should be.

Quirk Name: Thread
Quirk Ability: Thread is an emitter quirk that gives the user the ability to sprout new limbs in the form of white threads anywhere inside their body. The thread has impressive tensile strength and is capable of burrowing through flesh. Stitcher uses this ability to restrain opponents, function as extra limbs or perform surgery on himself or others.
Quirk Weaknesses: Any major weaknesses of the quirk have been eliminated by the intense training required to become a professional hero. However, to use Thread offensively, the user has to have the threat burst out from inside them.

Name: Ferryn Evans

Age: 15
Gender: Female

Occupation: Student
Affiliation: Free State

Appearance:
original.jpg
3cb8411e68de9f9b9389245d3a3551cc.jpg
Her hair is more ash blonde or silver, and her eyes are gold.

Personality: Ferryn is a naive, sensitive girl who suffers from a fairly severe stutter. She opts to be silent more often than not. But she is cute and sweet, and wants good for everyone.

Quirk Name: Perfect Storm/Weather Girl (she can't decide)

Quirk Ability:

  • Can shoot various types of weather out of the palms of their hands
  • Hail, lightning, tornados, you name it, they can use it (can use hurricanes in water)
  • Intensity varies upon need
  • Can also use less intense weather for everyday things like watering a plant, warming a friend, blowing on something

Quirk Weaknesses:
  • Cannot control the actual weather outside, in fact, the user could interfere with it and get hurt. Using lightning in a thunderstorm might actually cause them to get struck.
  • Only the user's hands are immune to the effects of the weather they produce.
  • The stronger or bigger the area of the attack, the harder it is to control, risking damage to the user and wherever they are and whoever they're with.
  • A strong attack may leave the user exhausted and disoriented.
  • In the event of high emotions, this quirk is very hard to control and may spring forth at any time, injuring the user and anyone around them.

Quirk Name: Electrostasis
Quirk Ability: Grants the ability to control, shape and manipulate electricity. In addition, there are electrical particles created and circulating throughout his systemic circulation, which expresses itself naturally as an electrified aura or field that is sensible around him. This has been concluded due to the abundant amount flowing through his veins, something his body can't contain within.
