You have a fair bit of freedom in deciding how your character kicks ass such as power, technology or simply being trained by ninja...
but remember they still get caught and forced into the murk mob, so please
no invincible OP shit.

Know if i ask you to edit or change something its nothing against you, I just don't like how said power effects the story in general.

==================
Name: (character's real name)
A.k.a: (if they have a hero/villian name)
Age: (keep it between 18 and 50 please)
Appearance:
(Picture is wanted but also give a description of notable things like height or hair colour etc)

Talents: (what your good at)

Flaws: (no ones perfect)

Gear: (whatever your character uses when doing super shit)

Power: (this could be like a quirk from boku hero, a ability from comics, bending from avatar or even just a super brain able to figure out a type of technology.
Think Mr freeze's ice gun or pym particles to shrink. If its technology based don't go full iron man)

Background:
(Give a bit of a idea how this character came to be. Regardless if you write a novel or a paragraph the government has a decent idea about you so no "completely mysterious enigma" sorta deals please)

Name: Sefira Glass
A.k.a: (The) Baroness
Age: 43-48 (Her birthdate is unknown)
Appearance:
1643790563127.png
The Baroness stands about 6'2, and is always dressed in different exquisite suits if she's not wearing a prison jumpsuit.

Talents: Firearm Familiarity, Scientific genius, Innovative, Well-versed in different types of combat.

Flaws: The Baroness stands above all other lowly creatures, and her god complex was what originally landed her behind bars. She is considered a glass cannon, only able to take a few blows before needing to cop out.

Gear: Corroding pistol, Chemical Vials, Cybernetic right arm, Gas Mask.

Power: The Baroness is built on her chemical empire and the mind altering substances she was able to make. To see allies as foes as the poison digs into their skin. However, she also found chemicals to induce enhanced states for brief periods of time.

Background:
Sefira started out as a large business heir that worked in mining uranium, and there blossomed her love for all chemicals and ores that were available on the vast black markets. Within a few years, her business grew into an empire and it is speculated during this time she came across the main ingredient in her mind controlling chemicals. The origins of her invention are yet to be traced, and no amount of questioning led to any substantial information. She was arrested before her networth could reach billions, and was taken in to government custody on multiple charges of treason, homicide, human testing, kidnapping, child trafficking, torture, pollution, animal cruelty, arson and organized crime. She was spared the death sentence.

Name: Zhao An-wen
A.k.a: Redline
Age: Late 20s

Appearance:
Redline is a typical example of a healthy adult, not quite 6 feet tall and lean but muscled with brown skin. They wear their hair short and spiky, with a few blue streaks in it. They also have a few piercing scars on their ears, nose, and lip, but don't wear anything of the sort now.

Talents:
Mechanical engineering (mainly focused on motor vehicles)
"Skilled" driver
Athletics
Criminal connections and general larcenous experience

Power:
Kinetic Equilibrium:
Redline has the ability to accelerate either their thought processes or physical motion to extreme speeds, at the expense of slowing the other aspect of their being. It can be visualised like a balance scale: for every bit of "acceleration" granted to their body, their mind becomes that much slower.

For example, accelerating their body to the maximum could grant them the ability to move at sublight speeds for a few seconds of real time, but leave them entirely incapable of changing their direction or course of action during that time. Conversely, when their mind is accelerated to the maximum, they can perceive their surroundings in full and perform incredibly precise calculations instinctively, gaining a limited precognition a few seconds into the future at the expense of being almost completely paralysed.

Typically, they do not use their powers at such a level, and the maximum physical speed they can reach while largely maintaining consciousness is approximately 250 km/h.

Another aspect of their power is that they cannot accelerate on a dime, so to speak. In order to build speed, they must run or otherwise move to gradually accelerate their body, and conversely remain largely motionless to accelerate their mind.

Flaws:
"Lightly" educated: While An-wen is far from ignorant given their mechanical expertise, a lack of attention paid in school and dropping out makes them prone to sometimes missing things that should be common knowledge.

Injury prone: An-wen's physiology apparently adapted to the mutation that gave them their powers, enough to withstand the strain of high speed muscle movement. However, their inattentiveness in dangerous situations and the need to withstand sudden starts and stops means they'll rarely come out entirely unscathed.

Aversion to driving: Due to recent events, An-wen isn't opposed to be transported by vehicles, but they can't drive vehicles that they're supposedly knowledgeable about.

Initiative: While they're not the type that always has to be in charge or to refuse someone else's advice, they tend to be caught up in how they can solve a situation on their own and might be heedless of unexpected obstacles.

Background:
(Give a bit of a idea how this character came to be. Regardless if you write a novel or a paragraph the government has a decent idea about you so no "completely mysterious enigma" sorta deals please)

Zhao An-wen led an ordinary, if difficult life as a child in the city of Guangzhou, doing mediocre in school, running around and getting into fights. With few prospects of a proper education and a respectable job, they were barely out of school before being sent to work in their Uncle Chu's workshop. Uncle Chu was a decent man, but also a big gambler and a vigorous drinker. Eventually these habits put him into debt, and he took on work maintaining the vehicles of the Triads and other unsavory types in return for more lucrative payments.

At ease, Uncle Chu was inclined to place bets on higher stakes than mahjong tables and horse races, and eventually began betting on the street races that took place in the dead of night. One night, the racer he bet on had met a rather convenient accident earlier in the evening, and An-wen couldn't help but rise to the occasion. They would have won and saved Uncle Chu from yet another visit from the loan sharks, if not for a collision with a passing car out of nowhere that left them mostly unscathed, but their car entirely incapacitated.

As it turned out, the local Red Pole had even more riding on one of An-wen's rivals and profited handsomely, but he offered them a chance to relieve Chu's debt: steal an experimental supercar from a corporate convoy traveling on the highways and hand it over to him; no doubt he intended to sell it for an even greater profit, or offer it as a gift to his boss.

The plan went off without a hitch, up until yet another big hit of misfortune came: An-wen swerved to avoid a car as they tried to make their escape, and soon found their prize, that masterpiece of automobile engineering, flipped over and burning.

And then, it happened. The world around them almost slowed to a halt. The radioactive materials from the experimental engine acted on them somehow, and now...they could sense every single vehicle passing by in the commotion. They could hear the footfalls of every heavily armed police officer stampeding towards them. But they couldn't move. It wasn't pain or injury, but their muscles couldn't move an inch. All they could think of is escape, escape, escape...

And then they did. When they next regained consciousness, they were an hour's run away, and no trace of them was left at the scene of the crime.

Gradually honing their powers, they performed several more heists, with considerably better results in order to help relieve Uncle Chu's debt and get him set up with a new workshop. But that didn't last. Despite the magnitude of their crimes being far less than other targets, their powers made them a prime candidate for "recruitment" into the Mob. Now out of their depth, they can only hang on to the promise of freedom once they've served their term.

I'll finish this when I'm not on a phone

Name: Maxwell Yonny
A.k.a: Ambush
Age: 26
Appearance:d7cy3ol-90c9f07e-41e1-4bd1-b8bb-80ffbdc21a93.jpg
5ft10, toned athletic build, dark brown hair, short messy beard, brown eyes.

Talents:
Trained assassin, Max spent three years learning a blended style of martial arts from a master named Xiao Zuua in the hidden mountains.
Unpredictable, the inherent power to teleport helps but even without that Max defies expectations in brilliant/stupid ways. The sort to bring a exploding boomerang to a gun fight.
Odd charm, not a suave sort able to talk anyone into anything but definitely able to put on a friendly smile and act/talk in a way that helps his own goal.
Accurate,
be it throwing or aiming Max usually hits his target. Boomerangs being his usual go to.

Flaws:
Addict
Be it drugs or alcohol if the option to partake is available Max will.
Cocky
Being a trained assassin who can teleport has left a feeling of invincibility and superiority, often believing he can defeat anyone anyhow simply because most threats have never touched him.
Still Human
Feels pain, bleeds, needs oxygen, etc etc
Energy drain
Teleporting takes a whole lot out of a person, Max needs to eat and drink enough or else his power will drain and shutdown all the neccesary organs keeping him alive.

Gear:
A protective stealth suit with many pockets,
A steel bat, a silenced 45.pistol. snacks, food pills, water bottles,
Various boomerangs of different kinds. (Sharp, explosive, tear gas, electric)

Power:
Teleportation, Max is able to teleport anywhere within his field of view or any place he can remember in vivid detail. A cloud of dark blue smoke appears whenever the act of teleportation happens. To utilize this ability Max needs to keep well fed and hydrated. Trying to teleport without enough energy results in pain or death.

Background:
Born and raised in Australia, Max lived his childhood in a small town idolizing Superheros and supers in general. At age ten he discovered his own super power and began to train with dreams of being a superhero. As Max got older those dreams were replaced with selfish desires and dangerous thoughts.
As a teenager Max was feared by most thanks to his power, but he was a big fish in a little pond who eventually caught the attention of proper villians. Another Australian super who goes by the name of Bangarang saw potential in the boy and swiftly defeated the rookie before offering to teach Max how to get better at the game.

Bang taught Max many lessons but the only thing that really stuck was the appreciation and skill for boomerangs. It was somewhat overnight how the name Ambush became infamous, a killer who appears from a cloud of smoke and is gone just as quick. The two teamed up to commit crimes all across the world with Ambush and Bangarang quickly pissing off people much higher in the food chain, it was only a matter of time until a contract was put on their heads.
A guild of assassins known only from whispers and stories was hired to murder the upstart and the crafty veteran, though the leaders of the Dark blades had a better idea. They captured the two and beat them into fighting shape for the purpose of serving the blades...
It took three years of brutal training and murder but Ambush was able to save enough money to pay off the contract on his and Bangarang's lives.

Bang was crippled during those years and could not continue as a villian but kept building the weapons and tools needed for Ambush to work and survive. Still to this day Ambush is considered one of the most dangerous supers to fight, however no one has seen the man for two years...
Most believe Ambush was killed by the blades,
Some think he retired and is still on the run living in hiding,
Rumors say that he is still alive killing politicians and robbing dealers,
He was actually kidnapped by a black ops squad made of supers and placed in a highly secured hidden prison.
Ambush is the longest surviving member of the Murk Mob, he's technically team leader.

Name: Sol Eldrige
A.k.a: psico
Age: 25
Appearance:
under the armor
sample_030f75333ecd0012bc7cf05d0d049526929f41c2.jpg

Talents:
Sol is an expert at CQC
She is calm under pressure
She has a sense of honor

Flaws:
She lacks skills with fire arms
she is overly direct and not good ad detecting deception.
If disorientated by something like a flash bang her powers falter.

Gear: While most of the suit is decorative having been replaced over time, the helmet helps Sol focus her powers making her just a little bit stronger with it than she is without it.
D9UI9lPpiHRWffWynNcKMN8ZJ4w_gluaymo5G2DM9LM.jpg

Power: Psionics Sol has been experimented on and trained in the use of a strange mental energy that she can manifest in a myriad of ways most often as a pair of blades on her wrists. This requires some focus, while a normal distraction won't break this focus a shock like flash bangs, extreme auditory assaults', or anything that stops one from thinking will turn off her powers.

Background:
Her background depends whole on if you believe her or not, most would think she is telling a lie because of how crazy her story seems. Her childhood was normal, mom, dad, house, all the normal stuff till she was 8. Not long after she noticed she could make small thing move without touching them and while no one in her family knew what this meant they truly didn't know what moving a glass of water with your mind would cause. Sol claims she was kidnapped by your generic government goons, black suits, sun glasses, being much to tall to be normal, it was all there. This is where her story really goes off the rails as Sol claims that the ones that really took her were aliens working with the government. They were gathering people with power like her and training them, experimenting on them, and other things for all she knows. The aliens/ government agents would train Sol and many other children, she guesses to have psionic assassins or something like that. Well In time either an outside group or perhaps someone inside caused a stir that became a full on rebellion in the secret facility. To make a long story short she got out and found she had nothing, so what does one do when they have no records they start committing crimes. She would have reclaimed her identity but somone else was already using it, which Sol claims must be a clone made to trick her parents.
