    Personality
Byleth has a very subdued personality and has difficulty expressing emotion. As a newborn, they neither laughed nor cried. People he is especially close to, such as Jeralt, are able to tell how he is feeling despite their limited emotional visualizations. A handful of his students note that their outward expressions hardly vary. Some express surprise whenever he simply smiles. According to Alois, this trait of his may in part come from his father, as Jeralt does not show his emotions easily either and can also be difficult to read. Despite appearing indifferent, Byleth can be very perceptive of those around him and prove to be a great source of emotional support.
Byleth has somewhat of a reputation from his earlier years in their father's mercenary corps for being a fearless and skilled warrior, gaining the moniker of 'Ashen Demon', due to the way he seemingly emotionlessly cuts down his enemies in combat. This seems to be somewhat of a sensitive subject for him. It can be inferred that Byleth is uncomfortable with the Ashen Demon moniker because it dehumanizes him.
He is a very intelligent individual, of course, as he is a professor. His wisdom helped shape the leaders of the three houses, helping to shape them into better warriors and leaders.
    History
    Byleth's Past, In-Depth
(Btw, this Byleth is from Three Houses, before Three Hopes and Engage)

    Combat:
    Abilities/Powers
Byleth is a very strong attacker, due to being trained to fight at such a young age. He has seen his fair share of battle, and although he doesn't like the name 'Ashen Demon', it exists for a reason- Byleth is a force to be reckoned with in battle. He is a very flexible fighter who can adapt quickly to situations that may arise.

Byleth holds the Crest of Flames, an extremely rare combat enhancement, that occasionally restores HP equal to 30% of damage dealt to him.

Byleth can also use spells of Fire, Healing, and Nosferatu (a sort of Darkness spell), although he will rely more on his sword.
    Weapons
Byleth's signature weapon is the Sword of the Creator, a most curious blade that can extend into something that resembles a whip.
    bianca-pretel-untitled-8-2-square.jpg

    Other:
    Likes/Dislikes
Byleth has interests in helping and listening to people, likes their father, swords, reliable allies, smiles, and being trusted, and has no apparent dislikes. However, they point out in their expedition dialogue that they detest senseless killing, and if someone were to harm their father, they could never forgive them, which is indeed true for both games.

Name:
Lana

Nicknames/Aliases:
The White Sorceress, The Sorceress of the Forest, Guardian of Time

Age:
17-18

Gender:
Female

Sexuality:
Ambiguous

Traits
Physical Appearance And/Or Description:
Hyrule_warriors_1.jpg

Lana is a young woman of average height, and by ordinary beauty standards, an extremely pretty girl with a self-proclaimed "great taste in fashion". She has long, sky-blue hair tied into a ponytail decorated with feathers and frills, violet eyes, and fair skin. She wears a blue top, white sleeves, a short white skirt, a belt with an turquoise stone set into it, white stockings, and blue and gold boots, all of which are laced with gold trims, lace, and jewels. She wears many accessories including rings, cuffs, garters, and a sort of cape. It may seem a bit over-the-top, but Lana's status would suggest otherwise.

Personality:
Lana and her counterpart Cia have an unspoken hostility, beyond even the normal anger brought about by war. Sharing a mysterious connection with the Black Sorceress, Lana is fiercely determined to put a halt to her plans, even at the cost of her own life or happiness. Despite her optimistic nature, her natural athletic energy serves her well and allows her to quickly dive around her enemies and attack with her book of sorcery. She has a bright spirit and positive energy, dancing and striking cheerful poses in battle.

Despite her and Cia's antagonism towards one another, Lana still cares for Cia's well-being, trying to convince her to stop her quest to possess the Triforce and Link's soul. This indicates that Lana believes Cia has a chance at redemption. She also seems to harbor strong feelings for Link, though she is aware that the two of them are not meant to be together, and is able to accept this. Despite knowing their relationship will never be romantic, she still cares greatly for Link, supporting him as a trusted ally and friend, as well as putting her life on the line to protect him. She also gets along well with Princess Zelda, who comes to view Lana as a trusted friend.

Overall, Lana is a very cheerful, bright person, chock-full of energy and wisdom. She has vast knowledge on all sorts of topics, due to her being the Guardian of Time and the Triforce, which many wouldn't expect due to her slightly ditzy demeanor. She is deeply caring, even to those some would deem unworthy. She believes anyone can turn a new leaf, even her evil half, and is determined to help all in need. Lana is a helpless romantic, who truly believes in the magic of love, despite having hers shunted aside by the Hero of Legend. She accepts that some things need to be done for the greater good, and is willing to sacrifice herself and her happiness for others.

History:
The Guardian of Time, how Lana came to be, and the War Across the Ages

Combat
Abilities/Powers:
Lana is primarily a spell-caster in battle. She is athletic, capable of bounding and leaping across the battlefield with ease. In many cutscenes that feature the White Sorceress, she occasionally leaps a great distance after enforcing powerful electricity to strike the ground and destroying a huge amount of enemies. Lana has also displayed the powers to heal her allies at will. After Cia claimed the full Triforce and disrupted space and time, Lana creates a magical barrier that acts as a shield to prevent harm, showing one of her many magical powers once more. In "Darkness Falls", Lana reveals she can diminish dark barriers as being a sorceress of light. Later on, it is seen that she and Cia share some of the same abilities, including, duplicating themselves or other creatures, and showcasing a ball of energy (lightning or darkness), among other abilities.

Weapons:
Her starting weapon is the Tome, a book of magic she carries to attack and to cast spells with. When using her Tome's barriers she can jump off them in acrobatic feats, traversing battlefields swiftly, pages fluttering wildly around her.
c69f2e120fdc899cd3f646b040f6e481.gif

When used normally, Lana is able to manipulate the pages of her book to strike her enemies. Its most prominent skill is the conjuration of barriers which can take a variety of shapes. Lana can create walls that surround enemies, shove them away, or even create a cube-shaped barrier that she can roll to plow through hordes. These barriers shatter once they sustain sufficient damage, although Lana can also shatter them at will. Doing so causes damage to many enemies, though Lana can also be harmed.

Her second weapon is the Spear. It is primarily a tool for manipulating trees and plant life, allowing Lana to use water and ice spells.
R.265e33e10b276e93891d4c0a13b2b06e

She can also conjure Deku Trees and sprouts with it. Alternatively, it can change form into a Deku Leaf, an over-sized Slingshot, and the Deku Shield. The Spear lacks significant speed, though the weapon itself is equipped with proper damage.

Her third weapon is the Summoning Gate. Similar to the Spear, Lana uses it to summon creatures to fight for her. Her familiars are mostly enemies such as Dodongos, Gohmas, Manhandlas, and even Argoroks. Lana will sometimes ride these creatures around the battlefield. Overall, the Summoning Gate is a unique weapon with great crowd control, but due to its combos' unwieldy nature and overall low damage, it can be difficult to utilize. The summoning gate also tends to be a bit...unpredictable.
48700335fd3a5cef233cee75c6bd5feb.gif

Lana will dance and hum songs while using the Summoning Gate, creating gates for her creatures to appear.

tails_by_rongs1234_dd3y1ot-fullview.jpg

Name:
Miles Prower
Nicknames/Aliases:
Tails, Fix-it Fox, Shorty
Age:
8
Gender:
Male
Sexuality:
No (he's hecking eight man-)

Traits
Physical Appearance And/Or Description:
09cb965d12a91d64d6387bd9f90b899a.jpg

Tails is a young anthropomorphic fox with a unique genetic mutation giving him two tails instead of one. He possesses mostly amber fur with white fur around his muzzle with cheek tufts, front torso with fluffy fur on top of his chest, and the tips of his tails. He also has large triangular ears with white canals on top of his head, a small black nose, and three locks of hair on his forehead. For attire, Tails wears white gloves with a gray band around each wrist; and shoes that are red from the heel to the middle and white from the middle to the toe with white cuffs and gray soles, each with a gray band around the ankle.

Personality:
Tails is a gentle, sweet, kind, and loyal fox with a good and positive attitude. While he started out as timid and quiet, he has since opened up and become more outgoing over time. Tails is not one to grasp the spotlight for himself. Instead, he is always ready and willing to help others without asking for anything in return.

Unlike Sonic, who is constantly hyperactive, Tails is somewhat calmer and more controlled. He has a distinct love for mechanics, and he finds himself most at home in his workshop working on his next creation. Despite his great skills, he is very humble about his abilities and has not realized his high scientific skills. Because of this, he sometimes underestimates how much his inventions have helped his friends, and as such, he has yet to discover his true potential of what he can accomplish. However, most likely due to hanging out with Sonic for so long, the fox has started to "sound like him", as noticed by Knuckles, giving him a somewhat cocky attitude; during the Lost Hex incident, he had become more confident and outspoken about his intelligence, but still not openly bragging. Regardless, he has been known to mock Dr. Eggman's creations, and sometimes the doctor himself.

When young, Tails was faint-hearted due to being a target of bullying. After meeting Sonic though, striving to be more like him gave the fox a bright, positive and energetic personality. However, this status quo, created from Sonic's authority over him, initially placed a mental stranglehold on Tails that made him dependent on Sonic. As such, he often lacked initiative and confidence when alone. However, a turning point for Tails came during the Chaos incident; when Station Square was in danger of being destroyed, Tails was the only one who could stop this. With Sonic nowhere to be found, Tails realized that he could not depend on Sonic forever and had to try on his own. After saving Station Square, Tails realized he could be independent and support himself without Sonic, and all he needed was determination and faith. Since then, Tails has become more independent, self-confident, motivated and brave, rising up to be a real hero when needed.

History:
You want me to write down all of Tails' past? You're crazy.

Combat
Abilities/Powers:
While not being the star of the show most of the time, Tails still possesses many abilities that make him a force to be reckoned with.
Tails has a genius-level intellect, already an accomplished inventor who has made many gadgets that have aided if not saved his universe in its time of need. For Pete's sake, he's eight and already built and maintains his own airplane in his world, the Tornado.
d8r1r5f-d4c35d34-99cb-458a-81d9-ca748b12fe96.gif

Miles is highly resourceful because of this, being able to do a lot with very little, making inventions with the limited resources available to him at a time. He is also very well-knowledged on physics, chemistry, almost any sort of science you can think of. He is able to think up of good theories and hypotheses for the chaos that tends to happen in his world.

He also possesses great speed, while not being as fast as the Blue Blur, Tails is able to run at amazing speeds. He is also able to spin dash, curling himself into a little ball and propelling himself forward with his tails, being able to break things and damage enemies with enough velocity.
Speaking of being able to propel himself with his tails, he can also manipulate his tails in a way that allows him to fly. He can only fly for a certain amount of time, however, before he grows tired. He can also carry someone else as he flies, which is shown when he adventures with Sonic.

Weapons:
Tails has remote-controlled drones, the Miles Electric pad, and other gadgets at his disposal, but he mostly uses his tails and his spindashing during battle.

Other
Fandom:
Sonic the Hedgehog
Trivia:
1) Tails has a bit of an addiction to mints. It's said that when he walks past, he leaves a minty smell in the air.
2) Tails was bullied for having two tails, which is how he met Sonic, as Sonic took an interest in the fox and allowed him to follow on all his adventures.
3) Tails is canonically afraid of thunder and lightning

Also, I should mention that Tails will have a backpack like he did in the recent Sonic movies. He'll have tools, gadgets, and other things in there.

Personality: Khun Aguero Agnes is an intelligent and strategic thinker, constantly assessing situations to make the most logical decision. He is known for his cunning and resourcefulness, often outsmarting opponents and creating elaborate plans to secure victory. Although he maintains a calm and composed demeanor, Khun is fiercely competitive and takes great pride in his ability to outwit others. Despite his cold exterior, he values loyalty and is deeply committed to his close friends.

While Khun's initial impression may come off as aloof and distant, he has a strong sense of justice and is willing to put himself at risk for those he trusts. He is wary of forming attachments due to past betrayals, which contributes to his cautious and sometimes suspicious approach to new people.

History: Khun hails from the prestigious Khun Family, one of the Ten Great Families that hold significant power within his world. The Khun Family is known for their intellect, political influence, and cold demeanor. Khun was born into a competitive and cutthroat environment. He is one of the many sons of Khun Eduan, the Family Head, and grew up facing the harsh realities of family politics, betrayal, and deceit.

He had a falling out with his family due to a scheme orchestrated by a relative. This had led to the disgrace of his branch of the family. As a result of this betrayal, Khun embarks on a journey to climb the Tower(a structure that is central his world). The Tower is said to grant immense power and whatever one desires to those who reach its top.

Abilities/Powers:
  1. Lighthouse Control: Khun is a Light Bearer, one of the positions in a team that climbs the Tower. Light Bearers use devices called Lighthouses to gather information, control the battlefield, and communicate with teammates.
  2. Manpul (Ice Spear): Khun has an innate ability to control ice. He has developed a technique called "Manpul," where he creates a spear-like weapon made of ice. This Ice Spear is both a powerful offensive and defensive tool in combat.

  • Unpredictable situations that he hasn't planned for, which make him feel out of control.
  • Incompetence or lack of foresight in others, especially during important missions or battles.
  • His own family's ruthless politics and the expectation to conform to their ways.

    Name: Ann Takamaki
    Alias: Panther
    Age: 17
    Gender: Female
    Sexuality: Bisexual
    Fandom: Persona 5

Weapon: Ann wields a whip and a submachine gun as her weapons of choice. She also wields the persona known as Hecate
Abilities: Ann is a strong magic based persona user that specializes in the element of fire. She is able to dish out plenty of strong magic damage while struggling on the physical front. She also provides support which allows her to aid her allies if they are in need of it. Ann also struggles defensively and will take more damage than others. Given her fire elemental, her persona does give her a weakness to ice, though she does have skills to deal with such a weakness. Overuse of her persona will tire her and damage to it will effect her, which eventually will make it impossible for her to summon her persona. Her persona skills are:
-Blazing Hell (Severe fire damage to all foes)
-Agidyne (Heavy fire damage to 1 foe)
-Diaharan (Strong healing for 1 ally)
-Fire Boost (Strengthen fire attacks by 25% - Passive effect)
-Evade Ice (Triple evasion rate against ice attacks - Passive effect)

Personality: Ann is a kind, compassionate girl who also has a lively and energetic side to her. Even though she is like this, she can be withdrawn due to isolation she has been put through in the past. She does open up after some time and when such happens she will start cracking joke. She has learned not to care much about what others think of her and to just keep pushing on even when things get rough. She also is a great judge of character and often can tell who to get herself associated and who to avoid entirely if she must. Ann is also seen as quite forgiving, but only towards those she truly thinks deserve to be forgiven. She also has an extremely strong will to become stronger and to follow what she believes is right. She may waver a bit at times, but usually she is able to go through with things she desires as long as they do not bring harm to another. She does not wish to harm anyone and only wishes to try and make the world a better place. She is a strong believer that what she is doing will help others gain the courage to stand up to people or problems that might be impossible to overcome. Given her personality, Ann acts as a moral center for the thieves. She is always willing to help her friends out and try to help them with their problems. She wishes to be someone they can lean on and trust no matter what they have to face. However, Ann also is not the brightest girl around. By no means is she dumb, but she is rather average in the brains department. Another important thing about her is her love for shopping and fashion. She sees these as stress relievers and talks about them often

    Backstory: In Depth Profile

Other: -She will be pulled from late game P5, after the 7th palace
-Romantically is heavily interested in Ren, but for the sake of the possibility of there being a Ren, it is something she has never acted upon and keeps to herself
-She has her second tier persona, rather than her base persona
-Has a huge sweet tooth and she never seems to gain weight from eating them

Thereโ€™s two sides of Luffy; heโ€™s self sacrificing willing to fight for those who needs his aid. He liberated countless countries from dictators earning eternal allyโ€™s with his strength and perseverance. Although his actions do have consequences he made a name for himself, his raid through Enies Lobby put him under the scope of the World Government. With his charm and charisma there lays his reckless side choosing to fly head first into battle with little preparation or a strategy. He still makes up for his honorable and incomparable approach to battle for example. History
Sent to live with Dadan, who along with Ace, raised him in the Goa Kingdom. He had many adventures with Ace and Sabo their closeness inspired them to share a cup of sake symbolized their brotherhood. Although, Luffy was the last to leave out to sea. He kept the idea of becoming the next king of pirates in his mind and his first goal is find a crew first. After seeing so many places, along side his crew growing and gaining a name for himself. Heโ€™s under the watchful eye of the world government. Not everything was smooth sailing for Luffy, he lost his brother, Ace, tragically in the paramount war. It was a wake up to the reality he needed to grow stronger. Two of years of training under his belt, he fine tuned his skills awakening his haki and improving the depths of his devilโ€™s fruitโ€™s power. He had set his eyes on Wano the promised rendezvous point. After raiding Whole Cake Island the perspective the world has of him changed, not just his bounty. Luffy is named the fifth emperor of the sea.
Combat:
Abilities/Powers
Observevation Haki
one of the two main types of Haki in the One Piece world. It grants a sixth sense to the user which allows them to see incoming attacks in their mind's eye, sense emotions, intent, danger, and gauge other people's strength, among many other things.
Armament Haki:
enables the user to develop armor-like protection in their body and may be utilized on weapons to boost the power of their attacks. Thus, armament haki can be applied to sections of the user's body or the complete body, as well as to their weapons.
Conquerorโ€™s Haki:
Also known as The Supreme King Haki, Conqueror's Haki is a special power that only a handful of people are born with. It is believed that one in a million people possess this power, making it extremely fearsome. On a basic level, Conqueror's Haki allows the user to show off their willpower by imposing it on others.
Gomu-Gomu No Mi:

The fruit's major strength, as demonstrated by Luffy, is that the user's body permanently adopts the properties of rubber: their body can stretch, bend, bounce, inflate, and twist like said substance, even when the user himself is nullified through means like Seastone exposure.

Unlike most other Devil Fruits, the effects of the Gomu Gomu no Mi are always active, making the user's body permanently rubbery. The user becomes almost completely immune to blunt damage, including hand-to-hand combat, blunt weapons, bullets, and even cannonballs, all of which will just bounce off from his skin. Situations like falls from great heights and heavy collisions that would kill a normal person end up being non-lethal or even painless, and certain traps and hazards are rendered ineffective considering the user's enhanced flexibility.
Luffyโ€™s ability to stretch and twist like rubber to extreme lengths not only makes them immune to injuries that originate from such, but it also grants them the skill to rebound from hard surfaces or reach people that are far away from their position. For offense, stretching allows the user to drastically increase the range of what would otherwise be considered a powerful close-range attack, turning it into a devastating mid-range or long-range attack. A stretched limb can be used to store potential energy like a stretched spring, increasing the velocity by stretching their arm back, resulting in increased power.

Luffy has shown a limited ability of moving in mid-air, by grabbing onto something with an extended limb and pulling himself away from what could have been a fatal attack. This gives the user the option of several jumping and airborne attacks that would have been disadvantageous to most other people.

In the anime, Luffy has used his stretching abilities to inhale great amounts of air to thus exhale a big gust of wind; this application of his powers was used to blow away Marigold's poisonous vapor from her venom spit and Magellan's poison breath.
Gear 2:
This technique involves Luffy speeding up the blood flow in all or selected body parts, in order to provide them with more oxygen and nutrients. This makes him much faster and more powerful. The technique uses even more oxygen and energy, using up more food and causing Luffy to pant heavily. The increase in his metabolism causes him to be hungrier than usual or even have a paralysis type effect after prolonged use of it, like in the second fight with Rob Lucci, where Luffy was only able to lie on the floor. Lucci, one of the first of Luffy's opponents to witness it, compares the process to doping. Doping is adding more red blood cells to the body part/s, which in turn allows for greater delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the body parts. In Luffy's case, his organs and blood vessels are made of rubber allowing them to expand and contract at greater rates without tearing.Essentially, Luffy increases the blood flow by forcing more blood through his blood vessels thus increase his fighting ability. This mode's enhancements to Luffy's physiology giving him the ability to use a new, stronger set of techniques which are generally the same as his old ones but are so fast that even a skilled assassin would have a hard time actually seeing them. He developed this ability after encountering CP9 and watching them use Soru.
Gear 3:
Luffy corks his mouth with his thumb, bites into his thumb joint (making a small opening) and blows hard into his bones, which inflates his arm. He is then able to transfer the air through his entire body, requiring the torso to act as an interface for his various limbs. Luffy blows so much air into his body that when they are all focused on a single limb, they become the size equivalent to (or greater than) that of a giant's, if anything resembling Oars' size. Used with his already-strong physiology, this apparently gives his arm more mass and a larger area to attack with far greater strength, but he sacrifices mobility for this strength, as his limbs are now so large that Luffy has trouble moving.

Gear 3 is generally used when raw physical strength is needed, the bones are the key difference between this form and his old "Gomu Gomu no Fusen" move, where his balloon form was soft and squishy like a regular balloon, whereas the inflated bones are very hard, similar to an inflated car tire. Unlike the normal Gomu Gomu no Fusen technique, bullets ricochet off of Gear 3 instead of bouncing off. The bones being much harder also mean a lot of compression of air takes place when using Gear 3, making Gear 3 not just a "for-show" move as Lucci initially thought, but like a giant mace of astounding mass when used in attacks. Because of Luffy's raw strength, he is able to move his gigantic arm with ease.

In between his attacks, Luffy brings the air back to his chest and then shifts it into another body part. The downside is, the lag time in which it takes Luffy to transfer and re-channel the amount of air trapped inside his bones can be very disadvantageous.
Gear 4:
Luffy coats his arm in Busoshoku Haki before biting into his forearm. Similar to how he activates Gear 3, he blows an incredible amount of air into his body, but this time he inflates his muscular structure before distributing the air throughout his body, with emphasis on his upper half. If Luffy is stopped mid-blowing, the arm will slowly deflate.

When utilizing Gear 4, Luffy makes extensive usage of his Busoshoku Haki by coating his arms, legs and much of his torso in it to the point that they turn black from hardening. The Haki coating across his body resembles the wispy ends made from flames, giving it the appearance of tattoos, and he gains shading around the inner and outer edges of his eyes. He also physically grows taller, standing around 4 meters tall. Similar to when using Gear 2, Luffy is continuously emitting steam in this form. Combined with Luffy's rubbery composition and his compressed muscle structure, Gear 4 both adds explosive power to Luffy's attacks and grants him enhanced defensive capabilities far beyond what he can demonstrate with or without Gear 2 or Gear 3.Depending on the situation, Luffy can adapt Gear 4 into different forms.

While Luffy is using Gear 4, his physical strength and speed are increased to the point where he is able to overwhelm a Warlord of the Sea, Donquixote Doflamingo, and the second strongest member of an Emperor's crew, Charlotte Katakuri, whereas before, Gear 2's lack of strength and Gear 3's lack of speed made them ineffective in the fight.

Unlike the previous forms, Gear 4 focuses on compression more than stretching in a manner similar to the Bane Bane no Mi. He can compress his arms, legs, and head. While the compression grants Luffy's moves overwhelming speed and power, the range of his attacks is severely decreased. For example, the Gomu Gomu no Bazooka is a technique that Luffy has proven he can execute over varying distances, but due to needing to actually compress his fists for the Leo Bazooka, it required him to be right in front of Doflamingo. When the latter unveils his Devil Fruit Awakening, Luffy expresses his annoyance at his difficulty getting close to the Warlord of the Sea. However, he can still deliver long-ranged attacks by stretching the part of the body he wants to attack with while retaining great power and speed, as his body is still greater in size and covered in Busoshoku Haki. Luffy also seems to have abandoned most of his sweeping attacks in this gear, such as Whip and Scythe, due to relying on compression rather than stretching.
Weapons
He relies on his devil fruit for the most part than rely on weapons like Usopp and Zorro would. The Gomu-Gomu no Mi is his weapon of choice.

Combat:
Abilities/Powers

Armament Haki:
enables the user to develop armor-like protection in their body and may be utilized on weapons to boost the power of their attacks. Thus, armament haki can be applied to sections of the user's body or the complete body, as well as to their weapons.
Observation Haki:
one of the two main types of Haki in the One Piece world. It grants a sixth sense to the user which allows them to see incoming attacks in their mind's eye, sense emotions, intent, danger, and gauge other people's strength, among many other things.
Mera- Mera No Mi:
The Mera Mera no Mi is aLogia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into fire at will. The fruit's major strength, like other Logia types, is that it allows the user to produce as well as become the element they control. In this case, the user is able to create, control, and become fire. With this in mind, the user can create devastating fire-based attacks and gain a high resistance towards most heat-based attacks. The flames can also be used to increase the force of physical attacks. By turning into fire, the user is capable of letting enemy attacks harmlessly pass through their fiery body or move around quickly in a stream of flames.Igniting oneself similarly has the added effect of burning an opponent if they had tried to physically harm the user.

When this power clashes against certain other Logia on equal grounds, this seems to come to a stalemate: neither smoke nor ice was able to overcome nor succumb to the flames, instead cancelling each other out when the two elements collided.
  • Kagero (้™ฝ็‚Žใ‹ใ’ใ‚ใ†, Kagerล?, literally meaning "Heat Haze"): Ace shoots a stream of fire from the palm of his hand. This was first seen being used to stop Smoker from catching Luffy, neutralizing the former's smoke assault.
  • Enjomo (็‚ŽไธŠ็ถฒใˆใ‚“ใ˜ใ‚‡ใ†ใ‚‚ใ†, Enjลmล?, literally meaning "Blaze Net"): Ace creates a circle of fire around a selected area, preventing anyone from entering or leaving it. This was first seen being used against the Marines in Arabasta under the command of Smoker and was named in a flashback against Whitebeard.
  • Hiken (็ซๆ‹ณใฒใ‘ใ‚“, Hiken?, literally meaning "Fire Fist"): Ace's signature attack and the source of his nickname "Fire Fist Ace". Ace turns his fist into flames and launches it as a dense column of fire at his target. This attack is so incredibly powerful that it is able to plow through several ships in one shot.[4] However, it was completely neutralized by Akainu's Dai Funka, and is the final attack Ace ever used prior to his death shortly after.
    • Higan (็ซ้ŠƒใฒใŒใ‚“, Higan?, literally meaning "Fire Gun"): Pointing the index and middle fingers of both hands at an opponent like guns, Ace turns his fingertips into fire and shoots bullets made of compressed flame from them. This technique was first seen when Ace retaliated against Van Augur's attack.
    • Enkai (็‚Žๆˆ’ใˆใ‚“ใ‹ใ„, Enkai?, literally meaning "Flame Commandment/Precept"): Ace amasses a large amount of flames around his body (usually by first swinging his outstretched hand around him, summoning the flames) in preparation for an attack. This is apparently the prerequisite technique before Ace can use Hibashira. Its name may play on enkei (ๅ††ๅฝข?), meaning "circle" in Japanese, referencing the swirling form of the fire conjured.
    • Hibashira (็ซๆŸฑใฒใฐใ—ใ‚‰, Hibashira?, literally meaning "Fire Pillar"): Used following Enkai. Ace shoots the collected flames straight upward, destroying a target above him. It can also be fired downwards to clear any enemies that might be below him while he's in mid-air. This technique and its prerequisite technique were first seen when Jesus Burgess threw a hotel at Ace.Hibashira (็ซๆŸฑ?) is a generic word for columns of fire.
    • Hotarubi (่›็ซใปใŸใ‚‹ใณ, Hotarubi?, literally meaning "Firefly Light"): Ace creates many small, glowing greenish-yellow fireballs that float around an enemy. The idea behind this attack's name is that before Ace attacks with them, the small fireballs look like fireflies in the air. This move is apparently used in preparation for Hidaruma and was first seen in Ace's battle against Blackbeard.
    • Mera Mera no Mi.
Weapons
Although he uses his dagger like all devil fruit users he primarily relies on his Mera- Mera no Mi for combat purposes.

โ€œFarewell, good hunter. May you find your worth in the waking world.โ€
-The Doll

1692473711199.jpeg
Name:
???

Nicknames/Aliases:
The Hunter, The Good Hunter

Age:
25

Gender:
Male

Sexuality:
Demisexual

Traits:
Physical Description:
Standing at the height of 7โ€™2โ€, the Hunter appearance paints himself a more intimidating appearance, preferring to keep his face half covered by the cloth he wears on his face as well as wearing the Yharnam Hunter armor set combined with the tri-cone hat he typically wears. While the Hunter certainly seems human, his eyes show little emotion, unchanging for the most part, while also having dark spots underneath his eyes as well, an individual who seems tired and yet, keeps on going for he has no choice but to do so.

Personality:
After spending a great time within the land of Yharnam, seeing many individuals die and innocents unable to be saved from the scrounge known as the beast plague (along with being betrayed and spooked along his adventures), it doesnโ€™t leave the Hunter as a good conversationalist when speaking with others. A man of few words, heโ€™ll often use the shortest amount of words in a sentence as possible to get his point across or simply make gestures as to show what he is currently thinking within a situation. His experiences within Yharnam doesnโ€™t help, as he is rather aware of his surroundings, always looking around and being cautious of what lies behind every corner, more than likely trying not to get caught off guard by anything sneaking up on him while his guard is down.

This unfortunately makes him seem like a nervous and fidgety ticking time bomb waiting to go offโ€ฆ which it sorta does fit the Hunter, but for all the wrong reasons. The Hunter is one that lends his strength in order to try and protect the innocents that get caught straight within the crossfire of hunting dangerous โ€˜beastsโ€™ within his travels, doing what he must in order to clean the streets of the filth that plagues it. He is definitely not a stranger to not only bloodshed, but shedding blood himself, he isnโ€™t afraid to use force in brutal ways to take down a opponent, combining efficiency and brutality to create a strange dance to witness within combat. Although, while he himself attempts to aid others out, in a way, he is an individual who relishes in bloodshed, the thrill of fighting and the adrenaline coursing through his veins is a feeling that he would never want to get rid of. As well as being desensitized to violence as well, whether himself getting hurt or seeing others die, he is used to such a sight, and while he wishes to try and prevent it, he is not one to shed a tear, focusing moreso on killing those that cause suchโ€ฆ something that the Hunter wished that he didnโ€™t have but canโ€™t help such at all.

In more peaceful times, the Hunter is a tad bit more calmer, and although he is awaiting to perform the next big step, some peace and quiet is something he certainly appreciates. When it comes down to making friends, a good buddy to help him out within fighting is certainly something he wonโ€™t turn down now, often moving ahead to do his part within combat and ensuring his allies doesnโ€™t get hurt as well, even going as much as to let himself take attacks to ensure such. And if there comes the opportunity to pass the time by playing games such as with cardsโ€ฆ he wouldnโ€™t mind joining in as wellโ€ฆ although he wouldnโ€™t be good at conversing considering his predicament to begin with.

History:
Not much is known about the Hunter before his arrival to Yharnam. With the Hunter only remembering a few tidbits of his life previous to his experience in Yharnam, he recalled living out amongst the street and having to scavenge in order to make by with the basics. Having originally coming to Yharnam in order to seek a blood transfusion in order to cure an unknown disease he had, he was now left in a โ€˜nightmareโ€™ known as the Hunt, he had spent much time within Yharnam attempting to survive and eventually hunt the horrors within the city. It is unknown how long he had spent โ€˜dreamingโ€™โ€ฆ he had eventually reached the end, having faced against Gerhman, the first hunter hand successfully slaying him, bringing a sort of peace to his teacher. But that wasnโ€™t the endโ€ฆ and now, it seems like he was thrown right back into yet another โ€˜dreamโ€™, one familiar and yet, entirely different to him. But he carried on despite suchโ€ฆ after all, a Hunter must Hunt, and there would be far more prey for him to hunt soon enough.

Combat:
Abilities/Powers:
-Inhuman level physical traits:
After becoming a Hunter in order to repay the debt for the blood transfusion ever since he arrived in Yharnam to cure his disease, his body has become something that not even regular humans can hope of achieving. With strength strong enough to rip and tear through flesh with bare hands with ease comes natural to him, and pairing that up with wielding a wide array of trick weapons and guns, some of which would have definitely blown off the arm of a normal human (such as a handheld cannon) or simply be too heavy to wield one-handed (The Holy Moonlight Sword, a great sword infused with a holy aura) like nothing. And that is not counting both their durability and their speed. Being able to resist attacks ranging from being shredded by a large rabid beast to withstanding a beam of pure energy from a Great One, powerful eldritch beings that are something not to easily scoff at, it goes to show that the Hunter can definitely take some hits now, but he shouldnโ€™t rely on such for too long or else risk dying. He isnโ€™t invincible after all.

Pairing both his incredible strength and potential to withstand attacks, is his speed. As Hunter, he isnโ€™t meant to simply plow through encounters recklessly withstanding blowsโ€ฆ and with his speed, he can dodge things such as lightning strikes and energy beams heading his way, while also having the reaction timing to respond to attacks heading his way. This is something the Hunter relies on more within combat, combining it with his strength to become a hit and run style fighter, moving in to unleash some attacks before moving out and getting back to a comfortable distance to dodge attacks. Other than that, the Hunter is also pretty handy with both throwing things or aiming guns at foesโ€ฆ and while he isnโ€™t a deadeye, one canโ€™t look away either from this fact.

-Visceral Attack:
A deadly strike performed on foes that are not as aware or have their guard brokenโ€ฆ a visceral attack involves driving his hand into the thoracic (or chest) cavity of his opponent, before squeezing hard and pull out his fist from his opponentโ€™s chest, intending to perform devastating internal damage to his opponent such as directly striking into their internal organs. Itโ€™s no surprise that it does a hefty amount of damage as well, and is rather quick to finish as well. No need to be standing for too long. An added bonus of such, is that this attack also allows him to heal himself from causing damage to his foe, regaining vitality and strength that may have been lost within the battle. A good pick-me-up if he needs such.

-Insight:
Insight relates to how well versed one is in the depth of inhuman knowledge such as even knowing the existence and seeing Great Ones with their own eyes instead of them being invisible as with normal human beings. And with a lot of insight gained from his journey, the Hunter wonโ€™t be missing anytime soon, whether for the best or for the worse. With Insight, comes being able to understand the world around him even better than less perceptive ones, picking up details that would have laid hidden to others, to even perceiving beings not meant to be normally seen by human eyes such as specters or Eldritch Gods, nothing can escape his eyes. He is also capable of using his Insight to his advantage, being able to attack said beings with physical weapons and tools instead of needing specially made equipment to fight them.

However, with knowledge comes great risk, and to the Hunter, he knows that all too well. With his high insight, things such as frenzy (overloading the mind with forced information that would normally cause one to become insane, leading up to damage to his physical body) build up more quickly, and well, his mind is but a open book filled with the wealth of knowledge to be read by others who are capable of such.

-Resistances:
Resistances play a important part to the Hunter if he were to resist certain attacks or status effects, the most notable of which is not only to normally perceive incomprehensible beings without being driven mad (if Frenzy isnโ€™t involved), along with being able to resist the effects of numbing to the brain (or going to sleep) entirely. Other resistances include a mild resistance to elemental attacks such as lighting and fire (lowering its damage), a low resistance to Frenzy (due to high Insight), a decent resistances to slow and fast poisons (slows down its build up but not its damage), and a mild resistance to arcane (or magical based attacks). While this does aid him in lowering damage from attacks within combat, the Hunter canโ€™t rely too much on such as time within battle continues on, and as more wounds inflict his body, making resistances more of a secondary defense if he were to get hit.

-Messengers:
A strange group of imp-like creatures to be sure, but to the Hunters of Yharnam, their usefulness is apparent when taken into consideration. These fanatic small Eldritch creatures devote their entire lives in order to serve Hunters, fascinated by them, and the Messengers provide their aid in many ways. While normally unable to be seen by those normally, individuals with a keen sense for perceiving spirits and creatures of the like would be able to detect them just like any other Hunter would. Now, onto their purposeโ€ฆ they provide a great amount of support to any Hunter they shall be serving under, such as storing their weapons within the strange bubbling grey hole they come out of, along with some even carrying lanterns to light areas that the Hunter has already explored, great for keeping track of places where he had already been to.

One key thing they can perform however, is their ability to transport messages from one location to another (as their name suggests)โ€ฆ mostly relating to the Hunter sending a message to another individual no matter their distance. And with such, even normal human beings can perceive the messages they carry (and spot ghostly grey hands extending from some strange bubbling grey thing in the ground keeping said message up), and also allow them to make a response in return. Essentially, a very old (yet rather quick) way of transporting messages from one location to another. But the most important thing of all, is that the Hunter thought it would be rather amusing to give his Messengers a couple of tiny top hats to wear? Wait, what do you mean that this isnโ€™t important?

Spells;
-Beast Roar:
With the spell taking the form of a claw of one of many beasts found within Yharnam, the Hunter lets out a large beastial roar into the air, a roar strong enough to push back nearby foes and even repel projectiles heading his way. While it doesnโ€™t do any damage, it can certainly be useful if itโ€™s user is being swarmed with its area of effect, alongside reflecting both physical and magical projectiles as well.

-A Call Beyond:
By spending a few precious seconds to charge up an attack, once finished, it let forth a small nova in front of them that fires multiple homing arcane projectiles, dealing devastating damage to those it manages to hit. Especially useful on larger targets.

-Tiny Tonitrus:
Focusing arcane energy into one point, the user lets forth a series of lighting strikes that travel in front of them, dealing considerable amounts of damage, especially if more than one bolt strikes an opponent.

-Blacksky Eye:
The user lets forth a sizable meteor shaped magical projectile that travels in a straight line and doesnโ€™t seem to track its opponent whatsoever. Useful against slow or unaware opponents, especially with its low cost to summon forth, but against more aware and quicker targets, it becomes useless.

Weapons:
Trick Weapons;
A series of weapons capable of transforming and changing their shape within the heat of battle as to quickly change their purpose within battle, the Hunter shall be starting with three trick weapons already on in his arsenal, with them being the:

-Beast Cutter:
This weapon is a certainly a sight to see, as within its standard state, it seems to be just like that of a large blade with one serrated side to it, being more like that of a clubs with its not as sharp edges (other than said serrated spikes on one side) than that of a sword. However, once it transforms into a second state, it becomes a terrifying weaponโ€ฆ being more whip-like in shape, with attacks having far longer reach, and as such, allows the Hunter to make attacks from longer distances, utilizing the weight of the blade to his advantage.

-Burial Blade:
A mastercraft weapon made of siderite that once belonged to the First Hunter of Yharnam, now the torch has been passed to another with its new wielder, now utilizing it within a very different realm. Normally, itโ€™s shaped like that of a rather sharp curved sword, being able to make rapid slashes with ease and cutting through flesh like butter. But once connected to the rest of its โ€˜bodyโ€™, it becomes a deadly scythe, allowing for wider sweeps and more focused swings of the weapon. It also has a arcanic side to it, dealing arcane damage with its swings. Best not to be caught up by its attacks now.

-Holy Moonlight Blade:
This weapon is certainly far different from most other weapons that would be considered a Trick weapon, being a seemingly unassuming great sword at first, when properly infused with the blue moonlight energy within itself, itโ€™s true form shows itself, channeling the abysmal power of the cosmos through its blade. Covered within a mixture of arcane and holy magic, this great sword is a powerful tool when in the right hands, capable of launching forth waves of arcane energy at foes with certain swings, along with even being able to create large explosions with its strikes, its wielder unharmed by its attacks. Considered to be the strongest weapon of the Hunterโ€™s arsenal, once this tool is taken out, prepare yourselves for a great fight now.

Firearm;
As the name suggests, it is a gun-like weapon capable of firing specialized bullets called quicksilver bullets, bullets made out of the blood of a Hunter in order to greatly damage beasts and other creatures, Firearms make the most of this bullets, with the Hunter starting out with just two guns to start out with in the beginning. Which are:

-Evelyn:
A flintlock pistol that is a little bit bigger than most others, it was named after a woman, with an intricate design to the very weapon, it brings with it rather powerful single shot potential with every pull of the trigger. A reliable firearm every Hunter should have.

-Gatling Gun:
As the name suggests, it is a quickly-firing handheld Gatling gun that provides a lot of fire output in a short amount of time. Rather useful up in closer ranges but at longer ranges, its spread makes it a less reliable weapon to use at such range.

Consumable/Throwable:
And finally, consumables and throwables, items that the Hunter can use to a more limited extent than other tools, but are still useful in the very fact that they can provide a quick advantage if things arenโ€™t going his way;

-Blood Vial:
A couple of bottles filled with blood, these vials can be used in order to heal wounds that have inflicted the Hunter, injecting them into a limb to let the healing blood flow through his veins and close up his wounds. To anyone else who uses it tho that isnโ€™t a Hunter or heals from bloodโ€ฆ it does exactly nothingโ€ฆ hopefully.

-Molotov Cocktail:
A bottle filled with a flammable liquid within it, after lighting it and throwing it at a for, prepare to watch them burn away in a blazing fire.

-Numbing Mist:
A more special throwable, it is a bottle filled with a strange mist, that when thrown against someone, prevents them from healing themselves or getting heals from others temporarily (2 turns). A useful tool to be sure if used to stop one from restoring their vitality and make them weaker in battle.

-Bolt Paper:
A special piece of paper that seems to glow blue with electricity, rubbing it against a weapon infuses it with the very element of lighting itself, allowing a weapon to temporarily deal lightning damage to foes with its attacks. Only works with melee weapons.

-Fire Paper:
Just like the Bolt paper, the fire paper is an elemental infused piece of paper that grants one the ability to harness the power of fire temporarily by rubbing it onto their blade.

-Hand Lantern:
A simple lantern that the Hunter can attach to his belt in order to provide light for him to move within. Could be thrown to set something on fire, but it would be a waste of a perfectly good lantern.

-Shaman bone blade:
A more specialized โ€˜knifeโ€™ that is more like that of a sharpened bone covered in a strange green spinal fluid, when used to stab a opponent, it temporarily numbs a opponentโ€™s senses in battle, disturbing their gross motor skills, causing them to temporarily attack their own allies instead of the Hunter or his own teammates. Useful for causing confusion and chaos within a group of enemies.

-Poison throwing knife:
A simple throwing knife covered in a purple poison, deals damage overtime as time goes on. Useful for passively dealing damage without getting in close or wasting a bullet.

Armor:
Yharnam Hunter set:
The very first piece of clothing that he had acquired within Yharnam, it has been his go-to set of armor within battle, offering a decent amount of protection with its hardened leather and cost, but still allowing him to remain agile within combat.

Other:
Likes:
-Music boxes
-Gardening
-White flowers
-Exploring

Dislikes:
-Any of his weapons being broke or taken from him
-Anything that reminds of giant spiders
-Being reminded of his former master

Fandom:
1692473675035.jpeg

Trivia:
-This Hunter is taken directly from the end of the game, during the Childhoodโ€™s beginning ending, partaking within the final secret fight against a boss.

-Often keeps the Holy Moonlight Blade wrapped around in bandages, taking great care of the weapon moreso than his other weaponsโ€ฆ

-Rather enjoys music being played near him, especially from that of a music box, keeping one on himself so that he can play it anywhere he can go.

-Has forgotten his own name (having the Waste of Skin origin), and so, decided to go with his Title as his name for now.

Traits:
Physical Appearance And/Or Description:

Personality:
Sera is usually best described as soft-spoken and cheerful, but a bit of a goofball. Despite having a gentle manner of speech, she's actually pretty mischievous and rather enjoys pranks, teasing, messing around, and the like. Despite being rather capable in most respects, she doesn't really like leadership roles and prefers to let others do that kind of stuff, while she just supports them. Part of this makes it so that she tends to not let negative thoughts show outwardly much and has a bad habit of bottling things in. In dire situations such as combat, this can lead to a much more fierce and angry Sera than usual.

History:
Originally a student of Senshinkan from the Taisho era, Sera and her friends were connected to the Dream World using the Kantan Dream method in order to stop a man called Amakasu from destroying their country of Japan. In this Dream World known as Canaan, activity within the dream world directly impacts the path of the real world as well. Therefore in order to prevent Amakasu from destroying Japan from within the dream, they needed to go inside the dream themselves and stop him there. However, they lost, and only Sera survived the battle. Due to various influences and Sera's regrets, a time loop within the dream began, though it was imperfect.

As these dreams impact the future, the students of Senshinkan eventually found themselves in what we consider the 21st century as if they'd always belonged there, childhood memories, families, and all. In this world, Sera had been asleep for 2 years prior to the group's reawakening to the world of Canaan. Retaining some of her previous memories, she reunited with her group and another war in the Dream World began. Eventually, with enough repetitions of the time loop, the group's mission was accomplished and Amakasu was defeated.

Combat:
Abilities/Powers:
Sera uses the power of Kantan Dreams. By imagining it, one can manifest their "dreams" and draw them out from the universal unconscious. This happens through 5 methods, split into 2 subcategories each. Additionally, the methods can be combined to create new effects. The methods through which this happens are:

Attack: The Attack dream is split into Strength and Speed categories. Strength entails obvious physical strength as well as enhancing one's sensory abilities. Speed is as simple as it seems and simply entails moving quickly.

Defense: This dream is split between Toughness and Healing. Both are pretty much exactly as they seem. Toughness means physical toughness and stamina, while healing is regenerative capability.

Magic: This dream is split between Shooting and Scattering. Shooting tends to be a projectile, while Scattering is more spread out. Either way, this dream extends the distance of other dreams. For example, the Healing and Scattering dreams can be combined to create the image of healing someone else.

Cancel: This dream is split between Transparency and Collapse. Transparency is often used for analysis. The true nature of enemy's abilities and techniques can be made clear with this method, and one's own can be concealed. It also allows physically making one's self transparent and becoming invisible. Collapse is more straight-forward and true to its name. For example, one could imbue their fist with the Collapse dream and punch the ground of an illusion to "collapse" the illusion they're hitting.

Create: This dream is split between Form and Environment. Form entails the creation of materials, such as making weapons or armor. Environment involves creating new weather, seasons, and other larger structures, but this is rather difficult and time-consuming. Sera specializes in this dream.

Weapons
While it's technically part of her abilities, creating a katana with the Form type of the Create dream is her go-to.

Other (not mandatory):
Fandom: Soushuu Senshinkan Gakuen
Trivia: While she's technically a living resident of the late Taisho era (~1920s) due to her experience in the Dream World her mannerisms and knowledge of the world pretty much match that of a normal 21st century resident.

Personality: He is described as having the Fire personality type, which is friendly, brave, and easily excitable.
History: Long ago, Kilter was a lesser dragon spirit that took the form of a human using ancient magic. He lost his memories, however, and has only regained bits and pieces after inexplicably re-entering the world from beyond the veil after all the humans had seemingly gone extinct. The world, now filled with Majiri, welcomed him to Kilima Village and started showing him their ways while giving him a new home. Shadowscale_ESO_webp.png

Sleep-in-Shadow is an almost unnaturally slender Argorian with features that make her resemble a snake more than a lizard. Her neck is much longer and more dextrious than most Argorians, allowing her to maneuver her head to peer around objects or walls. Most of her scales are a deep purple, with a broken pattern made by darker, thicker scales with a similar texture to tree bark along her back, arms, legs and tail. A crest of matching feathers grows along the top of her head and trails down her neck. The inside of her mouth is stained an unnatural gold color, similar in hue to her eyes. She is dreaming herself in her Shadowscale armor, though this is not what she wears on a day to day basis.

Profile:
Name: Sleep-in-Shadow
Nicknames/Aliases: Shadow
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Pansexual?? Not sure honestly

Traits:
Personality: Shadow often comes off as laid-back and carefree. She is easy to forgive and difficult to anger. She also appears to be somewhat an airhead, she spaces out regularly and has a tendency to wind up off task, or forget her original objective altogether. Though a bit of a ditz its important to never underestimate her as she is a highly trained assassin. When she puts in the effort, Shadow is proven to be extremely cunning and observant. Something that tends to catch people off guard the first time they witness it.
History: Shadow's story begins before her birth, with a tree known as Hist, these sapient trees play an important part in the birth of an Argonian, providing them with a soul and protecting Argorian hatchlings as they incubate in their eggs. Though the Hist are usually all connected through a hivemind, Shadow's Hist's connection to the collective was never formed. It seeded during a war that eradicated most of the hist. Due to the war, the hist remained in hibernation underground and only sprouted long after the rest of the hist had disappeared. Isolated from Argonians and the remaining Hist. Being so young and small, the tree, Tee-Maht was mistaken for a regular tree and left untouched for the remainder of the war, allowing it to grow undisturbed for centuries. The tree was eventually turned into a camping ground for weary travelers.
Once such group of travelers happened to be Shadow's parents, a pair of Argorians making a long journey to the Black Marsh where they would hatch their egg. The travellers were ambushed by bandits during the night, and the egg was left abandoned in Tee-Maht's hollow. Tee-Maht took it upon itself to incubate and bond with the egg, which eventually hatched into an Argorian with snake like features, Sleep-In-Shadow. Shadow survived almost solely on Tee-Maht's sap during her hatchling years, she had to learn how to find food for herself at a very young age, either by foraging or stealing from travelers or nearby townsfolk. Shadow's skills soon caught the attention of the Dark Brotherhood after she attempted to pickpocket a Shadowscale, an Argorian Assassin who are often used for the purpose of peacekeeping. Recognizing her potential, she was taken in and trained in the arts of an assassin.
One day, Shadow was ambushed by The order of the Black Worm and sacrificed to Molag Bal. Her soul was shattered and became intertwined with a fellow sacrifice's (Tsavini) own soul. Their souls merged together making them 'soulmates', and together they found their way back to the mortal realm.

Combat:
Abilities/Powers:
Water Breathing: Like all Argonians, Shadow has gills under her scales that allow her to breathe underwater
Disease Resistance: Argonians also have a high resistance to disease and illness, though they are not entirely immune Argonians can still be infected if exposed to illness for a long enough period of time
Tough Scales: Argonians have natural armor in the form of tough scales like many reptilans do, Shadow's scales in particular are extra thick due to developing a mild case of 'Bark Scale' from drinking an excessive amount of Hist Sap in her hatchling years. Even so, these scales can only do so much to protect her, she is not immune to being stabbed.
Pick-Pocketing: A necessary skill for Shadow in her young years, with no one to help take care of her, Shadow was forced to steal for food and clothing. A skill set that contributed to her becoming a skilled assassin once she grew older.
Hist Bond: Shadow shares a strong and unique connection with Tee-Maht, her caretaker. In the waking realm, Tee-Maht communicates with Shadow through images and feelings, Shadow must consume Hist-Sap in order to directly communicate with it. However in the dream-realm, their connection is much stronger, and Tee-Maht is able to directly speak to Shadow at anytime.
Weapons: Dual Wielding Daggers

Other:
Fandom: Elder Scrolls Online
Trivia:
-Speaks solely in present tense, will refer to everything as if it is currently happening, even if happened months ago or has yet to happen at all
-Has a very strong connection to her Hist. It commonly communicates with Shadow through dreams, being asleep for the duration of this rp means Tee-Maht will be able to telepathically communicate with Shadow at all times.

Amaterasu

Shiranui (formerly)

Age:

Unknown, Presumably as old as the sun

Gender:

Female

Sexuality:

Heterosexual

Traits:
Physical Appearance And/Or Description:

Amaterasu_main_artwork.png

Nomarks.png

In the game, Amaterasu takes the shape of a white wolf with crimson markings across her body, a tail shaped like a calligraphy brush (which is how the Celestial Brush is used) and a Divine Instrument floating above her back. Only particular beings, such as Issun, all other Gods and spirits, and presumably most animals and demons can see her true form. Also, humans with a strong belief in the gods can see her markings and instrument. When Amaterasu's ink pots are empty, she will temporarily revert to a plain white wolf. This is how most people see Amaterasu.

Personality:

Amaterasu is known for being quiet, mature, and kind. She always aids those in need, but is also unafraid to show her opinion. For example, when Mr. Orange talks to her after drinking hissake, Amaterasu looks away and breathes, implying he has bad breath. She is also very intelligent, as when she encounters Rao at Queen Himiko's throne room, she figures out that she is the demon lord Ninetails. Amaterasu is apparently offended quite easily, shown when Mr.Orange says she doesn't look very smart, as well as Issun saying that "Ammy gets kindasensitive about her flaws!".

According to Mrs. Orange, Amaterasu is quite fond of her cherry cakes. She also has a low attention span, which results in her falling asleep if someone explains something for too long or if she already knows what is being explained.

Like Issun, she is not very keen on bathing, showing her dismay with the activity when offered free bathing at the Sasa Hot Springs.

History:

Background:
Amaterasu originally existed in and from the Celestial Plain, home of the Celestial Brush gods
and the Celestials. As ruler of the Plain, it was a time of peace and tranquility, and Amaterasu
enjoyed playing with the Celestials in the fields of the Plain.

One day, however, they received a mysterious visitor: Waka, a member of the mysterious Moon
Tribe which inhabited the moon. A great catastrophe had wiped out the Moon Tribe, leaving
Waka believing that he was the last one, although there are two others of the moon tribe that
were alive during the time. Waka and Amaterasu became friends, and things were peaceful
once more.

However, disaster came to the Celestial Plain unexpectedly: Orochi appeared from nowhere
and attacked the Plain. Many Celestials were killed in the onslaught. Along with Waka,
Amaterasu rushed to their rescue, but Orochi was protected by a mystical barrier which repelled
their attacks. Waka was forced to flee with the surviving Celestials on the Ark of Yamato he had
arrived in. As he fled, he used his clairvoyant powers to look into the future to Orochi's defeat
and discovered that Orochi could only be slain by the chosen one: Nagi. Amaterasu understood
and pulled Orochi down to the mortal realm of Nippon to await the birth of Nagi, who would
eventually bring the end of Orochi.

The Legend of Nagi and Shiranui
After Amaterasu dragged Orochi to the mortal realm, they wound up near the human settlement of Kamiki Village. Orochi made his residence in the Moon Cave near the village and summoned demons from across the land to serve in his army. Orochi soon imposed his reign of terror over the village. Using his mighty powers, he threatened to destroy the village unless a young maiden was given to him as a sacrifice every year on the night of the Kamiki Festival. Orochi consumed the soul of the sacrificial maiden, ensuring his extended longevity. Amaterasu ended up in the village proper. There she met a young Poncle, a tiny person, named Ishaku. Ishaku was the current Celestial Envoy, a missionary sent by his people to spread the teachings of the gods throughout the land. Ishaku teamed up with Amaterasu and accompanied her on her adventures.

Things would not be easy for Amaterasu, however. The villagers believed her to be a familiar of Orochi and dubbed her "Shiranui." They believed Orochi sent the wolf to spy out a beautiful girl to be the sacrificial maiden, and she was attacked many times by the villagers. Despite this, she kept a close eye on any villagers entering or leaving the village, and patrolled the streets in an effort to protect the villagers. 99 maidens and 99 years would pass until Amaterasu would finally get the chance to slay Orochi.

Finally, the one of the chosen bloodline, the swordsman Nagi, was born. Unfortunately, like all the other villagers, he attacked Amaterasu and thought she was a demon. Amaterasu dodged these assaults and waited for the night of the festival.

Finally, the night of the accursed festival arrived. A white-plumed arrow would strike the house of a young maiden, marking her as Orochi's sacrifice. This year, however, the arrow struck the house of Nami, Nagi's beloved. Nagi, enraged, ran to the Moon Cave to end Orochi once and for all.

Nagi reached the Moon Cave. Orochi appeared to consume him, but Nagi fought back with his sword and battled the demon. The battle raged long throughout the moonless night, but Orochi's mystical barrier repelled every attack. As Orochi prepared to devour the weakened Nagi, Amaterasu appeared and shielded the injured warrior. Orochi then started to attack Amaterasu. The two fought wildly. Amaterasu used her Celestial Brush techniques to assault Orochi's hideous form, but his barrier held fast, blocking all attacks, and during the battle, he severely wounded Amaterasu. With her last bit of strength, the goddess used her Crescent Brush Technique to summon forth the moon into the dark sky. The moonlight infused Nagi's sword with power, turning it to gold. Intoxicating Orochi with Nami's 8 Purification Sake, Nagi defeated the beast and chopped off its heads. He then plunged his sword into its back, sealing its dark spirit away. Victory came at a price, however: Amaterasu had been poisoned by Orochi and was slowly but surely dying. Nagi carried the dying goddess back to the village. The village elder patted Amaterasu on the head as a sign of forgiveness and affection. Amaterasu then took her last breath and passed away. A statue was built in her honor in front of the divine tree Konohana, protector of Kamiki Village. Nagi's sword was dubbed Tsukuyomi and a shrine was set up in and in front of the Moon Cave to keep Orochi sealed.

After her death, her Celestial Brush Powers split into 13 different gods who were scattered across Nippon. The fight had left her drastically weakened, to the point where she was only left with her original ability, Sunrise. The people's dwindling faith in the gods didn't help either, as she grew even weaker in the afterlife.

New Adventure Begins
Little did Amaterasu know that disaster would soon befall Nippon again. Somehow, Tsukuyomi was removed and Orochi returned to plague the land. He cursed the whole of Nippon with his dark powers, even blotting out the light of the sun. Only Kamiki Village retained some semblance of normality because of the protection of Konohana and its resident Wood Sprite, Sakuya. However, the curse slowly spread throughout the village. Eventually Sakuya was forced to store the spirits of the villagers in the fruit of Konohana, as the curse claimed the village right up to the sacred tree. Using the last of her power, Sakuya awakened Amaterasu's spirit from her statue at the foot of Konohana, knowing she was the only being who could restore Nippon. Although Amaterasu's resurrection was a success, the sun goddess had lost much of her power and memories during her 100-year slumber. As Sakuya briefed Amaterasu on her mission, a very odd thing happened: a Poncle, Issun, suddenly popped out of Sakuya's kimono. It turned out Issun had been napping in Sakuya's kimono (Not for the first time apparently) and had thus escaped the curse. At that moment, a horrific roar sounds out, shaking the very ground. Hastily, Sakuya uses her last bit of power to restore her tree as best as she can, allowing it to reappear, but leaving it withered. Amaterasu needs to cut down Sakuya's fruit, but it is too high, so she goes through a portal at the base of the tree to find her Celestial Brush Techniques again, accompanied by Issun.

The portal leads to the River of the Heavens, a river of stardust across the sky. As the two explore the cliffs around the river, Issun helped familiarize Amaterasu with the environment, and gave her the nickname "Ammy". Issun also demonstrated that he knew the Celestial Brush Technique Rejuvenation and wished to learn all of them. When they reached the actual river, however, it was dried up. Exploring another path, they discovered a mysterious constellation in the sky. One star of the constellation was missing, so Issun attempted to draw the missing star. He failed, but Amaterasu used her own Celestial Brush to restore the constellation, releasing the Brush God Yomigami, holder of the Rejuvenation Brush Technique which Amaterasu once possessed. She used her new technique to restore the river and clear the path forward, but Issun remained ignorant of her ability. The two progressed to the Cave of Nagi, where Nagi was enshrined. Amaterasu repaired Nagi's statue with her brush, revealing another constellation. The god Tachigami then appeared and granted her Power Slash. Only then did Issun realize Amaterasu's brush skills. Knowing that she could find all the brush techniques, he openly declared he would stick with her until she had learned all the Brush Techniques and he had copied them from her. The two then returned to Kamiki and cut down the fruit, restoring the village.

Dispelling the Curse
The village had returned to normal, but the sky was still as black as night. Exploring the quiet streets, Amaterasu discovered all the villagers had turned to stone. After hearing another roar, Amaterasu headed to a sacred deck at the top of the village. She then rediscovered her own unique Brush Technique, Sunrise, and lit the skies once more the village was then restored. There she met Mr. Orange, the town elder. After defeating the demons that were plaguing the village Amaterasu went back to the village. Amaterasu and Issun could see the villagers were now back to normal. However, the village exit was blocked by a huge boulder. Destroying the boulder would require the assistance of Nagi's descendant, Susano. Susano, however, did not fit with the traditional stereotype of his ancestor and was instead a lazy drunk. After waking him up, Amaterasu was forced to bring him sake from the village's sake brewer, a beautiful young girl named Kushi, a descendant of Nami. Eventually, with Amaterasu's help, Susano sliced the boulder in half and opened the way out of the village. Shortly after this, he ran out of the village, claiming to be in pursuit of monsters. Just then, Sakuya appeared before Amaterasu. she revealed that the curse was also affecting the Guardian Saplings, offshoots of her tree which preserved the natural beauty in their areas. She pleaded to Amaterasu to restore the Guardian saplings and lift the curse, before vanishing, exhausted. Amaterasu and Issun ventured out of the village in search of the saplings.

They soon found the first sapling, in Shinshu Field right outside the village. The mighty tree had been withered by the curse, which had spread and blocked a large portion of the field. Even Amaterasu could not stay in the cursed zone too long without losing all her powers. Monsters had been drawn to the cursed zone, and their Demon Scrolls littered the field, attacking passersby. Only one inhabitant of the field, the Nameless Man, was outside the cursed zone and had escaped the curse. Talking to him, he directed them to Hana Valley, a beautiful valley which was now cursed. However, the valley also contained a magic orb which could restore withered trees. Realizing the potential of the orb, Amaterasu and Issun ventured into the valley. Luckily the valley's curse was minor enough for living beings to withstand, so Amaterasu and Issun could explore safely. However, all wildlife had been destroyed by the curse, and the water was polluted and brown. they also discovered another withered Guardian Sapling. This sapling's curse was so great it had been reduced to a tiny little sapling. Following a path off the sapling's chamber, they discovered Susano and a sleepy bear (Later dubbed sleepy by Issun). After a short cutscene, they recovered the mystical orb (Sleepy had been standing on it) and Susano ran off again. They returned the orb to its altar and used the power of sunlight to use it on the tree, but all it did was return the tree to its withered adult state. another constellation appeared. Completing it, the god Sakigami, one of the Hanagami trio of flora gods, appeared and granted Amaterasu Bloom, a Brush Technique which could restore withered trees or make plants bloom. Using it on the Guardian Sapling, Amaterasu was able to restore it and lift the curse. The pair returned to Shinshu Field and lifted the curse there too, using Bloom on the Guardian Sapling. Sakuya's tree instantly perks up and regains its leaves, but Issun wants to explore the field before returning to Kamiki Village. Exploring the field, they find a pyrotechnic workshop belonging to Tama, the Flaming Pyrotechnist, a fireworks maker. The workshop is shut during the day, so they return at night. After helping Tama finish his latest firework, the constellation of the god Bakugami appears. He grants Amaterasu the explosive power of Cherry Bomb, which creates a devastating bomb. The two also visit the entrance of the Moon Cave where Orochi resides. However, a barrier blocks the entrance, preventing entry. Amaterasu and Issun then return to Kamiki to check on Sakuya.

When they return, they find the whole village celebrating Konohana's sudden recovery. However, Sakuya herself does not appear, and Issun fears the worst. On the sacred deck, they find the village elder, Mr. Orange, performing the legendary Konohana Shuffle which may be able to revive Sakuya. With the help of Amaterasu, he completes the dance, making Konohana blossom. It is then that Sakuya returns: in a skimpy bikini. Sakuya thanks Amaterasu and returns to her tree to protect the village. After that, another constellation appears. This time it belongs to the second Hanagami trio of flora gods: Hasugami, master of the Water Lily technique. Using it, Amaterasu can now cross large bodies of water without getting wet (her only weakness, as she can only swim for a limited time). Returning to Shinshu Field, the two use Water Lily to follow an old waterway to Agata Forest.

In the Foreboding Forest
The forest has also succumbed to the evil curse. Exploring the forest, she meets Madame Fawn, a bone-reader who can predict the future. Amaterasu later finds the sapling in a cave blocked by a rock which needs a Cherry Bomb. Restoring the Guardian Sapling, Amaterasu receives a new Divine Instrument: the Devout Beads, the first Rosary. Going back outside, she hears a mysterious flute.

The sound is coming from Waka, who reappears in front of Amaterasu. However, she doesn't seem to remember him. Issun finds Waka strange, and is shocked to hear that he can see Amaterasu's true form: something only those of pure heart can see. Waka abruptly attacks them. Amaterasu defeats him, but he does not even seem tired and says she is "a big disappointment", noting she has lost most of her powers. He then tells them about Orochi's release, stating that he saw a strange figure remove Tsukuyomi. He also says that it is the same person who blocked off Kamiki with a rock and that person was inside the village when the curse struck. He then leaves a cryptic prophecy for Amaterasu about a log which he says will help her in her current quest and flies of using his curious headgear. Issun dismisses him as a freak.

Exploring the green and peaceful forest, they meet a hunter named Karude. Karude tells them that the bridge to the next area, Taka Pass, was destroyed in a recent storm. Karude is trying to get his slacking son to fix the bridge, but the son is too busy playing with his dog, Ume, to do it. They also find Susano, who is training to defeat a powerful demon menacing Taka Pass rumored to have 100 followers, crimson something or other(Crimson Helm). However, he cannot reach the pass until the bridge is fixed.

Amaterasu and Issun find the son, Kokari, fishing at the lake in the forest. Kokari reveals that he has lost Ume in the ruins at the edge of the forest, Tsuta Ruins, and is trying to rescue him. Issun asks him why he doesn't just go into the ruins, and Kokari reveals he also lost the key to the forest when he ran out of the ruins after hearing some terrifying roars and left Ume behind. he then lost all his fishing line and hooks trying to fish the key out. Kokari starts crying, but Issun snaps him out of it and convinces him to try fishing. Amaterasu then uses her brush to create the line from the fishing rod to the fish. They eventually fish out the Giant Salmon, which coughs up the Ruins Key. Kokari tries to take it, but Amaterasu grabs it instead and enters the ruins with Issun.

Inside the ruins, they discover the ruins' water supply is contaminated with a deadly poison which also destroys Water Lily pads, making it impossible to swim across or walk across. After exploring more of the ruins, they clear the poisonous water and regain the last Hanagami flora Brush Technique, Vine, from Tsutagami in a cave in the lower half of a giant Dogu statue in the main room. Getting to the top of the statue by using the technique on Konohana Blossoms, they find several hooks on the statue's head. Attaching vines to the hooks, the top of the head is lifted off and a new way opens.

Venturing into the head, Amaterasu and Issun discover a passage leading from the head into the wall, which in turn leads into a large cave containing an equally large flower. Issun believes the flower is filled with treasure like the other treasures they have found in the ruins and hops right into it, but suddenly sees a dog trapped in it. A dark apparition starts to encircle the flower, so Amaterasu quickly leaps forward and saves Issun. The apparition shoots an energy blast at them, but Amaterasu escapes with just a few hairs singed. The apparition at first resembles Orochi, but then dissolves to reveal 8 legs, all belonging to the hideous spider demon, the Spider Queen, who is one of Orochi's servants. Amaterasu and Issun defeat the Queen, discovering another Divine Instrument: Snarling Beast, another Reflector. The Spider Queen then transforms into a beautiful blossom, freeing Ume.

A New Adventure Begins

Outside, they return Ume to Kokari. Kokari initially believes Ume was frightened by the ruins, but Issun reveals Ume actually seemed to like being in the ruins, and seemed to be trying to show Kokari how anyone, even a dog, could do brave things. Kokari realizes that Ume knew that he was too scared to fix the bridge his father wanted to him repair because he thought he'd fail, and Ume was trying to inspire his confidence. Ume then presents Kokari with Karude's fishing rod, which Kokari had lost long ago in the forest. With his confidence restored, Kokari rushes off to repair the bridge.

Amaterasu and Issun find Kokari lassoing the other end of the bridge with rope using the fishing rod, but just at that moment, Susano comes racing along on a log, after failing to master an experimental secret technique "Imploding Barrel, Flying Monkeys". He plows right into the rope, launching Amaterasu, Issun and Kokari into the air and onto the log. Amaterasu uses the Konohana Blossoms along the river to attach vines to the log, pulling it backwards right before it would have fallen over a waterfall. Kokari, Amaterasu and Issun land back at the side of the river, but Susano is launched somewhere else. The log lands right between the two banks of the river and becomes the new bridge. Kokari is inspired by this, and regains his faith. Amaterasu and Issun then cross to Taka Pass.

A Dog-Gone Difficult Quest
Taka Pass had also been cursed, blocking the way to Kusa Village at the top of Mount Kamiji. On the way to the Guardian Sapling, Amaterasu encountered Waka again. He battled her again, but Amaterasu's improved skills managed to tire him out. Before leaving, he told them of how to remove the barrier protecting the Moon Cave: with a mysterious relic called the Serpent Crystal. After leaving another cryptic hint about a 'dog-gone difficult quest', he mutters about a big windmill and disappears. Proceeding forwards, Amaterasu revives the Guardian Sapling and restores Taka Pass.

Proceeding into Kusa Village, Amaterasu discovered that, inexplicably, the village was still cursed. Amaterasu's ink was drained by the stagnant air, and she was reduced to her mundane white wolf form. Exploring the village, Amaterasu found the source of the curse: a Blue Imp which was possessing the head priestess of the village. Amaterasu managed to defeat the imp without her powers, restoring Kusa Village and regaining her abilities in the process. However, the sky was still as dark as night regardless of the time of day. The priestess, Princess Fuse, revealed to them the cause of the dilemma: Crimson Helm (the demon Susano had mentioned earlier), which had been warning the priests of the village for years. However, the year before, Crimson Helm had killed the head priest while he was weakened by illness and claimed the village's shrine, the Gale Shrine, as its residence. There was only one hope for the village: the Eight Canine Warriors who protected the shrine and could break the barrier that Crimson Helm had put at the entrance of the shrine. The warriors had been scattered in recent years and would not respond to Princess Fuse's summons. Princess Fuse could sense the presence of five of the warriors in the village, but was unable to find them. Princess Fuse begged Amaterasu and Issun to help her find the warriors and gave her the Canine Tracker, a device capable of locating the Canine Warriors. Following the tracker's signal, Amaterasu and Issun set off.

The tracker led the pair to a cave. Within, Amaterasu and Issun discovered a dog. Speaking to the dog, Issun discovered the dog was hungry and required food. After being fed, the dog revealed that it was one of the Canine Warriors, and ran off to Princess Fuse. Amaterasu ventured through the rest of the village following the Canine Tracker, finding three of the other dogs along the way. The Canine Tracker then led them back to Princess Fuse's house, where they found the fifth Canine Warrior lying in wait for them. Unlike the others, this Canine Warrior challenged Amaterasu to battle, questioning her right to hold the Canine Tracker. Amaterasu defeated the dog, who then returned to Princess Fuse. Three warriors still remained to be found outside the village, however. Princess Fuse marked the locations of the warriors on Amaterasu's map and sent her to find them. Amaterasu ventured through Sasa Sanctuary, Agata Forest and Kamiki Village and discovered their respective Canine Warriors. However, the Warriors had formed strong bonds with their new owners and could not return to Princess Fuse. Instead, they entrusted Amaterasu with their Satomi Power Orbs. Amaterasu returned to Kusa Village and returned the Orbs to Princess Fuse. However, at that moment, an odd thing happened: the Satomi Power Orbs left Princess Fuse and instead revolved around Amaterasu. Taking this to be a sign that the Power Orbs had accepted Amaterasu as their new master, Fuse sent Amaterasu to the Gale Shrine to break its barrier with the Orbs.

Inside the shrine, Amaterasu and Issun discovered a sleeping Susano (who was having nightmares), and the ghost of the previous priest, Yatsu. Using the Satomi Power Orbs, Amaterasu broke the barrier on the shrine and ventured into its inner depths. Eventually, they reached the top of the shrine's windmill. There, they found out what had turned the skies above Kusa Village as black as night: an evil wind preventing the windmill from working. Using her Celestial Brush, Amaterasu removed the evil wind and restored the windmill. The skies cleared, and fresh air blew down again on all of Taka Pass. At that moment, the Wind God Kazegami appeared before Amaterasu and granted her the power of Galestorm. Now able to control the winds, Amaterasu ventured back into the shrine and reached the altar with the Serpent Crystal placed upon it. However, Crimson Helm suddenly appeared before Amaterasu. Empowered by the Satomi Power Orbs, Amaterasu was able to defeat Crimson Helm with the help of Susano. Susano, however, seemed troubled. Even though he dealt the finishing blow himself, he ranted at the gods for his victory and ran off. As Amaterasu moved to take the Serpent Crystal, Waka suddenly appeared and took the crystal. After leaving another mysterious hint, he flew away, seemingly going to face Orochi. Amaterasu and Issun raced back to Kamiki Village to destroy Orochi.

Fulfilling the Legend
When they reached the village, however, it was in turmoil. All the villagers were gathered around Susano's house, although Susano himself was nowhere to be seen. After talking to the villagers, they revealed that Susano had suddenly come back to the village and had drank all of the 8 Purification Sake, the only thing that could weaken Orochi. Horrified, Susano had locked himself in his house and refused to come out. In his drunken stupor, Susano suddenly delivered a grave confession: he was actually the one behind Orochi's return. Susano, believing the ancient legend to be nothing but a myth, had removed the sacred sword Tsukuyomi and allowed Orochi to return. As if on cue, Orochi's power suddenly manifested in the village, forming the White-Plumed Arrow of legend. The arrow shot forth, narrowly missing Mushi (who was saved by the canine warrior Chu) and embedded itself in the home of Orochi's new sacrifice: Kushi. Although distressed, Kushi was determined to not let the village fall to Orochi and prepared to face Orochi herself, intending to poison him with her Thunder Brew, a powerful sake made from the same holy water as 8 Purification Sake. Amaterasu and Issun chased after Kushi and eventually caught up with her in Shinshu Field. Moved by Kushi's strong resolve and her desire to save the village, Amaterasu carried Kushi to the entrance of the Moon Cave, where Waka was waiting.

When they arrived, Waka activated the Serpent Crystal and used it to unseal Orochi's lair. Just as they were preparing to venture forth, Orochi suddenly burst out, kidnapped Kushi, and retreated back into the cave. Determined to save her, Amaterasu and Issun gave chase, only to find themselves sealed in again. Waka gave them another prophecy from the outside, before leaving them. Now alone, the two set off to save Kushi. When they reached the staircase leading to Orochi's lair, however, they found a gaping hole blocking their path. With no other way to go, they were forced to jump through the hole into the dark caverns below. In the caverns, they found an Imp base, where Orochi's forces dwelt. Unable to go deeper into the caverns because of two Imps guarding the door, Amaterasu and Issun explored the cave, finding Kushi's Thunder Brew along the way. After facing a Black Imp, they found an Imp Mask, a paper mask worn by Imps, which Amaterasu used to fool the Imps into believing she was one of them. Entering the main cavern, they found an elevator that went directly to Orochi's room. However, they could not use the elevator until Orochi's appetizer, which he would sample before devouring the sacrifice, was prepared. Amaterasu had to help the Imp Chef Ajimi with this task and so set off to discover the four ingredients.

Along the way, Amaterasu discovered an unexpected ally in the darkness of the caverns: another Brush God. Moegami, the Burning God, had been imprisoned in the caverns for untold time. Amaterasu freed him from his icy prison, and he lent his power, Inferno, to her. After discovering all of the ingredients, Amaterasu returned to Ajimi, who prepared the appetizer. After opening the way to Orochi's room, Amaterasu set out to confront her arch-nemesis.

Upon entering the enormous cave, however, she found it mysteriously empty except for a shrine in the center. After closer inspection, however, they found Kushi, right in the middle of the shrine. Suddenly, the ground around them exploded and Orochi emerged. The shrine was actually only an extension of the serpent's body, used to trick trespassers into a false sense of security. Amaterasu shed her disguise and battled Orochi, but the foul serpent's body was covered by a mystical barrier that she could not pierce. Even the Thunder Brew was ineffective. Just when all hope seemed lost and Kushi was about to be devoured, Susano returned. Having realized his birthright, Susano ignored Orochi's promises of power and demonstrated the power of his bloodline, penetrating Orochi's barrier with his sword and striking the serpent in the head. Susano's power awakened Kushi's Thunder Brew, turning it into the 8 Purification Sake. Using the sake's power, Amaterasu weakened and wounded Orochi. However, the evil serpent was not finished. As Susano called upon Nagi's power, Amaterasu used Crescent to form the moon in the sky. The light from above imbued Susano's blade with divine power, turning it to gold. With Amaterasu's help, Susano cut off seven of Orochi's heads. As Orochi tried to prepare its last resort, Susano sliced the last head in two with his Celestial Cleaver. Kushi was saved and she and Susano realized their feelings for each other. The divine sword Tsukuyomi was released from Orochi's remains, reborn as the Divine Instrument Tsumugari, Amaterasu's first Glaive. With their spirits lifted, everyone returned to Kamiki to enjoy the Kamiki Festival. Only one thing darkened these joyous proceedings: four dark essences had been released from Orochi upon his death. Amaterasu knew her adventures were not over yet.

Melons and Mallets
After the Kamiki Festival ended, Amaterasu and Issun decided to travel to the main city in Nippon, called Sei'an City. After a short journey, the duo arrived at the City Checkpoint to the coastline where the city was located, only to find the bridge upon and no way across the water. Upon talking to the guards, Amaterasu discovered that Sei'an City was closed off because of a mysterious illness. However, after talking to Yoichi, one of the guards and a skilled archer, she discovered that the signal to let down the bridge was a flaming arrow. Using Inferno, Amaterasu lit one of Yoichi's arrows as he was shooting it towards a cannon on the other side of the bridge. Unfortunately, the flaming arrow ignited the gunpowder in the cannon and the whole fort on the other side of the bridge exploded. The force of the explosion made the bridge come back down to the other side, allowing Amaterasu and Issun to progress.

The two arrived in Ryoshima Coast, only to find it cursed as well, which surprised Issun since Orochi (who at the time was believed to be the one behind the cursed zones) was dead. Amaterasu found another Guardian Sapling and revived the area, and then made her way into Sei'an City, only to find it covered in a mysterious fog which caused anyone who breathed it to fall ill. Attempting to reach palace where the ruler of Sei'an City, Queen Himiko, dwelled, Amaterasu found the bridge leading to the palace cut off. The swordsman-monk, Benkei, who was guarding the bridge, revealed that he would only let it open if the lake that ran through the city (which had recently been dried up) was restored. With the help of the carpenter Naguri, Amaterasu restored the lake. When returning to Benkei, however, it was revealed that he only wanted the lake to catch his 1,000 sword, which apparently dwelt in the lake. When the sword was caught, it was actually revealed to be a swordfish. Regardless, Benkei let Amaterasu and Issun cross the bridge. At the other side, they found a small lecture hall. In the queue outside the hall, they met Waka, who gave them another prophecy. Amaterasu met Rao, a priestess and the current regent of Sei'an City (and another of Issun's 'hot babes'). Rao explained that the emperor of Sei'an was ill and had locked himself up in the castle, and that the mist started around the same time. Queen Himiko had locked herself up, praying.. Rao revealed that she had a plan to save the city, but first she needed Amaterasu to find her Prayer Slips, powerful weapons that she could use to fight demons. After retrieving the slips from outside of the Emperor's palace, the two gave the slips to Rao, who revealed her plan to them. Rao asked Amaterasu to help her look for the Fox Rods, a powerful weapon that might dispense the curse over the city. Apparently the fox rods were held in a Sunken Ship that was only accessible if one observed nightfall from the top of a certain tower at Ryoshima Coast, but the search might be dangerous because the Water Dragon had been sinking ships that attempted to enter the coastline. Issun agreed, but the pair found that the way to drain the waters around the Ship was at the top of a tower too high for Amaterasu to jump. After going to a nearby Dojo and learning the Holy Eagle technique, Amaterasu ascended the tower. Astonishingly, as soon as night fell, a crescent-shaped reef around the ship glowed and all the water around the ship was drained. Entering the ship, the two encountered Rao again. With her Prayer slips, Rao helped the two venture through the ship and fight the demons therein.

The search revealed nothing except for a Lucky Mallet. Disappointed, the two returned to shore, only to be ambushed by the Water Dragon. Rao fled and escaped, but right at the moment when the duo looked like they were going to be swallowed a mysterious force transported them back to shore. At that moment, the Lucky mallet appeared and starting hopping around. After the mallet led Amaterasu and Issun to a hole in the wall in the emperor's palace, it shrunk Amaterasu to Issun's size, granting her the ability to infiltrate the stronghold. Amaterasu and Issun went inside and found a girl named Kaguya, who was imprisoned for no apparent reason. After promising to help her the duo then found the Veil of Mist technique and entered the emperor's body where they discovered that the source of the curse was coming from a demon inside the emperor called Blight. Amaterasu defeated Blight, and then took control of the emperor's body to free Kaguya. They then exited the emperor's body.

They then went to Sasa Sanctuary, where Kaguya had a reunion with her grandfather Mr. Bamboo. After the cutscene Kaguya jumps into the hole to find remnants of her past. After the mini-game, Kaguya unearths a rocket ship that resembles a bamboo shoot. She explained that it was the link to her mysterious past, and it was the only way she could discover her lost memories. Before departing in the mysterious bamboo shoot, Kaguya gave Amaterasu the Fire Tablet (which, along with her spaceship, indicates that she is a member of the Moon Tribe). After Kaguya's departure into space, the duo then left for Queen Himiko's palace.

Amaterasu then returned to Sei'an City to see Queen Himiko, the true ruler of Sei'an City. Himiko told Amaterasu that the water dragon was controlled by the Dragonians, and gave Amaterasu the Border Key so she can enter North Ryoshima Coast so she could visit the underwater race. Waka reappears just as they would arrive, stating that he performed the Great Divine Intervention to liberate Ryoshima of its curse. Issun, who holds abhorrent feelings for the prophet dimisses him rudely and tells Amaterasu to leave, but Waka took the opportunity to infuriate the Poncle. He hints that Issun couldn't paint for even if he wanted too and mentions that an old man commented that his grandson took off with a painting of a wood sprite after getting fed up with art. He strikes a raw nerve, as Issun draws his sword and swings it like a little madman, threatening Waka to go before he gets 'sliced and diced'. Waka leaves, but Amaterasu would then head down to the beach and find a mildly large boy by the name of Urashima being bullied. Once the bullies leave, Urashima informs the duo of Orca, who would appear only at sunrise at the docks to take a worthy visitor to the Dragon Palace. As the boy stated, she would then meet the emissary, Orca who will take them to the Dragonian Palace, but they needed to find the whirlpool (the entrance). After hearing a meow coming from Catcall Tower, Amaterasu climbed to the top where she fed a cat. After the cat was fed another brush god appeared, Kabegami. After obtaining another Celestial Brush power, Catwalk, Amaterasu then went to Watcher's Cape where she created the Whirlpool Galaxy, which opened the whirlpool to the Dragonian Palace. The duo then entered the city of the Dragonians and met Queen Otohime. Issun demanded that the Water Dragon be stopped, and in response, Otohime asked Amaterasu and Issun to travel into the Water Dragon's belly to find the Dragon Orb, which could be used to harness the Water Dragon's power.

Amaterasu was able to obtain the Dragon Orb, but as a result, the Water Dragon died, and revealed himself to be King Wada, Otohime's husband, after his death. Amaterasu managed to obtain the Fox Rods, and returned them to Rao. Amaterasu then visited Otohime, who confirmed Wada as her husband and took the Dragon Orb. However, the Dragon Orb decided to reveal a vision of Rao being attacked by a monster at Ankoku Temple. Amaterasu then took off for the temple, and upon arrival, found Rao's ghost beckoning them to an underground tunnel leading to Queen Himiko's palace. Amaterasu and Issun entered the temple's throne room and found Himiko, dead, and Rao grieving, claiming that a "Dark Lord" (The being behind the Water Dragon's attacks) had killed Himiko. However, Amaterasu was not fooled by Rao's ruse, and swiftly removed the disguise, revealing Rao as the Dark Lord. The Dark Lord revealed that the real Rao had been killed by him before, and that he had simply taken Rao's body as a disguise. After a brief skirmish, the Dark Lord teleported away to Oni Island to summon his troops for an attack on Sei'an City.

Amaterasu and Issun took off for Oni Island, which only appeared at dusk each day. The two, with the help of Otohime, managed to infiltrate the island, and, after a long trek through the fortress (including obtaining another brush technique called Thunderstorm), found the Dark Lord, hiding in a constellation, on the top of Oni Island. The Dark Lord revealed himself to be Ninetails, leader of the evil forces on Ryoshima Coast.

Amaterasu did battle with Ninetails, and managed to defeat him by destroying the spirits within his tails one by one. With eight of his nine tails gone, Ninetails was reduced to a simple fox with a sword, which was finished off easily by the sun god. When Ninetails died, and Himiko avenged, a shadow emerged from Ninetails and fled to the north. Amaterasu and Issun returned to Ryoshima, where they met Waka, who sent them towards the northern parts of the land.

The Frozen North
After meeting with Waka in Ryoshima, Amaterasu and Issun arrived in Shinshu field and used Catwalk on the cat statue on the wall. Then Amaterasu used the Thunderstorm ability to open the building at the top of the hill and entered through the door. They ended up in the frozen wasteland known as Kamui. Deciding it was much too cold to stay outdoors, the duo decided to find some shelter. They entered a home where they meet a man named Oki. Oki proceeded to fight Amaterasu, though he called it off after he realized that Amaterasu was more than a match for him. He proceeded to explain the plight of the village Wep'keer, and what had happened to cause their troubles: the reawakening of the twin demons Lechku & Nechku. Amaterasu and Issun, after dispelling another cursed zone, journeyed to Wep'keer to see how they could help.

The duo found the village frozen over, and no one except for the top warrior in the village, Samickle, willing to talk to them. Samickle refused to let them talk to the village chief and turned the two away. Amaterasu and Issun were about to leave the village when Kai, a female member of the village, asked them into her home. She explained that they were all part of the Oina tribe, half human and half beast. She then recounted how the twin volcanoes, which typically protected the land, had been frozen over and possessed by the twin demons, and how the only hope of reigniting the volcanoes lay with a girl who had been kidnapped by demons and was now lost. Just then, the village elder summoned Amaterasu and pleaded with her to go find the girl, who was named Lika, in a forest named Yoshpet. Amaterasu was granted a seal to pass into the forest, and, with Kai as her guide, entered Yoshpet. There, they found Waka near a clearing in the dreaded woods. But he doesn't give another prohecy and hints about the path to the heavens being somewhere in the desolate Kamui before vanishing again.

After a while, Amaterasu found Issun's tiny old home, Ponc'tan. With the help of the Lucky Mallet, she entered the village and received information that some of the other Poncles had seen Lika pass through the Spirit Gate. Amaterasu then met Ishaku, and, somehow conveyed through her expressions that she wanted to know about the Spirit Gate. Ishaku denounced it as a place of evil, and refused to open the gate. Annoyed, Amaterasu left and regrouped with Issun, who, after harshly turning down Miya, agreed to lead Amaterasu to the Spirit Gate.

The two arrived after another dangerous trip through the woods, and found the Spirit Gate, as well as Oki. The three entered the gate and were transported back to Kamiki Village 100 years ago, on the night Orochi was to claim his 100th sacrifice. Amaterasu and Issun, after a skirmish with Nagi, managed to recreate the legend of Nagi by stealing Nami's clothes and dressing Nagi in place of Nami. Amaterasu took Nagi to the Moon Cave entrance, and attempted to sacrifice him instead so he could fight Orochi, but the snake was not fooled. Orochi rejected Nagi, which led Amaterasu to enter the cave and confront Orochi again. Amaterasu found Oki inside and noticed Lika on Orochi's back, which, of course, led to another fight between Amaterasu and her old rival.

After a long battle, Oki attempted to step in and deal the final blow, but was tossed aside easily. Nagi instead became the hero, as he, in a fashion similar to Susano, cut off 7 of Orochi's heads and split the last one in half. Nagi began to brag about the incident, but a rock was created out of thin air and dropped on his head. Just as he was about to be crushed, Shiranui, Amaterasu's old self from 100 years ago, shoved him out of the way and caught the rock herself, easily dealing with the weight. Nagi and Shiranui returned to the old Kamiki Village, while Amaterasu, Issun, the now rescued Lika, and a very embarrassed Oki went back through the Spirit Gate to the present.

But the Day of Darkness had begun as they would find out, and they didn't have much time. Amaterasu takes the young Oina girl back through Yoshet, Wep'keer, and into the Ezofuji area where the altar rests. Seeing No one there to receive the girl, Amaterasu heads up the snow drift to find the majority of the village standing before the Affun Gate. The gate had been slashed open by Oki and headed inside as Tuskle would state, allowing a vast swirl of blizzard to fly out of the shrine's dephs. As Tuskle would endeavor to assist Lika in reciting the Volcanic Incantation,Amaterasu would head inside the Wawku Shrine to stop the twin demons and save Kamui of their malignity.

Inside, Issun and Amaterasu would struggle with navigating around the strange contraptions that made up the complicated interior of the shrine while trying to locate the demons. With some patience, they managed to reach the near-peak of one of the twin mountains and discovered how the demons were freezing the entire village: An unusual device that harnessed ice itself, which contained the god Itegami inside. Amaterasu stopped the device and received the god's power and control of ice. With the final brush god in her disposal, Amaterasu now had the power to put a stop to the enemies of Kamui and Nippon as a whole. She was even received the Solar Flare as a final mirror that uses fire power. With the ice power, she could finish her search for the trouble-making twins. And that same search brought her to the very peak of the mountain itself, where she would find the silver-demon Nechku awaiting the intruding deity. But they were not alone.

Shiranui,Amaterasu's 100 year old incarnation was there to help, baffling the duo with her presence. With a display of magnificent power, Shiranui and Amaterasu engaged Nechku and wasted the demon without much effort. But just as Amaterasu was about to finish the demon, Lechku appeared with Oki hacking away at the Gold Demon's face. He was thrown off of the beast, but not deterred. He got to his feet and transformed into wolf form, ready to finish the battle. Shiranui attempted to stop Oki, but he went through her and leaped at the twins. However, together the demons could unleash their true potential and stopped not only time but the entire group and leaving Oki suspectable to attack. Lechku readied a fatal blow but Shiranui was able to break free of the twins' control of time and saved him. Oki was spared of a harsh fate, but Shiranui was critically wounded and as a counter used her reflector to injure both the demons at the same time. But it was so powerful it nearly threw the god over the broken wall and nearly to her death. Amaterasu was able to catch the descending god but a piece of the arena was going to crush her and finish them all off. Oki was conflicted to either finishing the escaping twins and letting the gods die or he saves them and let the demons go. He chose the ladder and as a result of his choice to help them,Kutone began to glow.

Motivated by this sign, Oki decided to regroup with Amaterasu and Shiranui and lend his power to them and save Kamui. Amaterasu found a gear piece dropped by the demons and uses the arena as an elevator back to the shrine. There she left Oki to guard the dying Shiranui and wait for her companion Ishaku who was likely to be nearby somewhere. Amaterasu headed off to find the demons alone and proceeded past their traps and cross over to the next mountain peak where they flew off to. She bumps into the resolute Oki, who wished to fight beside Amaterasu and Issun, then used another elevator to get to the place where the demons lie in wait. Surely enough, the found the twin demons and fought them. Because of Oki's and Amaterasu's tenacity, they defeated the Gold and Silver demons and save the near-frozen Kamui from becoming an icy tomb. But the same shadows that had scurried from Orochi's broken body had emerged and flew to Laochi Lake. The ark as she remembered Tuskle saying, was calling all the world's evil withen. Sharing a victory howl,Amaterasu and Oki went back down the mountain with Shiranui.Shiranui mustered what little of her power remained and vanished through the Spirit Gate back to the battle with Orochi alongside Ishaku. It would be the start of the Legend of Orochi, and Shiranui would die as a hero.

The Ark of Yamato
At the base of Ezofuji, they happened upon Lika who prayed until the mountains finally relinquished a welcomed burst of flame, warming up the land. But the shadows that were Blight, Ninetails, Orochi, Spider Queen, Crimson Helm. and the twin demons all flew into the ark. Such was the occurrence that freed the iron vessel from the frigid waters of the lake. The ark, right before everyone's eyes rose into the sky, breaking apart the chilled blocks of ice beneath it. A bridge of rainbow light materialized from the entrance of the dreaded ship, inviting Amaterasu to board. The sun god did not hesitate, and headed for the ark's dephs. Issun made a note that once Amaterasu gets onto the ark, there would be no turning back. The brazen deity continues to head for the ship, but Issun finally leaps from her head and stops her. He summarizes their shared adventures and then says that Amaterasu must go to the heavens alone. He, as a sprite, was not allowed to get on. That's when Amaterasu began to reconsider her decision to leave. She tries to go after Issun just as he begins to leave, but he would not let her follow him. He swings his blade at her, trying to force her to board the boat, but Waka once again appears.

Waka agrees that Issun is not allowed to enter the ark. But Issun dismisses his arrival like always and starts to bounce away. Poking fun at the tiny Poncle, Waka exclaims that Issun was scared of the legendary ark. This had angered Issun in the process, but Waka pushed it further by saying Issun never had a ticket to board the boat bound to the celestial domain and says he never will. That comment had caused the tiny artist to spit furious and bitter insults at Waka and angrily attempted to get on the ark, but a barrier blocked the way. Dejected, Issun mutely sat on the rainbow bridge as Waka said not blame himself for the strange power and continues to speak. He said that only those worthy could enter and then asserts that Issun has become a Celestial Envoy. He silences just as the bridge began to diappear, prompting Amaterasu to jump on the ark but Issun was left to fall into the freezing lake below. Amaterasu barks, but Waka leaves a prophecy behind for Issun: 'It takes two to tango. The bond of the brush shall intercede". After shuffling Amaterasu's paws and dancing with her to display his point, he leaves. But the down-hearted god merely surveys the scene with a saddened stare. The hatch began to close, Amaterasu struggling to keep the envoy in her sight for as long as she could before it finally closes up. All Issun could do was watch her go as a goodbye.

Amaterasu ventures into and ark and finds one of the last Celestials. His spirit fleeting but holy; for he had a halo floating above him and a winged skull with white robes draped over him. His name was Marco. Amaterasu chats with him and departs to finish the demons that hide in the iron ark. One by one, she dispatches Blight, Ninetails, the Spider Queen, Crimson Helm, and Orochi whlie meeting 3 other fading Celestials. Doing that had opened a new path: the one that would take her to the final confrontation with the overlord of darkness himself. Just as she leaves, Marco sees her off and passes on the afterlife as the other Celestials had done. Amaterasu then goes to the final battle, where she finds Waka trying to hold his own against a vast shadow looming over them both. It was dark and he was injured, but he was alright enough to inform her that they stood before Yami, the ultimate symbol of darkness. Just then, a shake reverberated all across the ship, marking the peak of the day of darkness.

Outside, the skies blacken as the sun is consumed. But that had an undesired effect on Amaterasu, who was stripped of all of her brush powers and reduced to a mundane white wolf form. Yami absorbed all of the powers and revealed his true form: some sort of seal-like creature encased in a glass orb (similar to Nuregami, the god of water). Yami then charges a focused, energized burst of light and heat meant to finish Amaterasu, but Waka steps in to defend her with his remaining sword (due to the fact he had lost Pillow Talk in a failed attack just earlier). He then confesses to bringing the dreaded ark to the Celestial Plain that was meant to be a sort of rescue boat for the denizens of the plain, but he had been oblivious to the evil that lurked within. When they had attempted to escape on it, the Celestials were all slain, only leaving Waka himself.

Yami had finished the blast and started a new wave, the last blast had unveiled Waka's true heritage as one of the Moon Tribe. His golden hair now able to be seen after he had concealed it under his headgear. He makes a comment about the Lunar Realm and the moon Tribe next before adding that he and Amaterasu fought Orochi but he would only be bested when the 'Chosen One' was born. Amaterasu had dragged the serpent to the mortal world and waited for Nagi to be born upon hearing Waka's prophecy on the Celestial Plain. So the legend of Orochi was able to come to fruition surely enough, but Amaterasu's demise as Shiranui was unexpected. Waka then includes that he was moved by Amaterasu's earnest persona and resolve. He then states that she must go to the Celestial Plain on order for the mortal world to be exorcised of its evil. He then uses his body as a shield from Yami's next attack, the force of the blow enough to throw him off the arena.Amaterasu watches as Waka vanishes into the blue depths of the fall, leaving the mortal wolf to fight Yami alone.

The battle was carried out in a series of phases, each involving Yami to change not only his form but his attacks also. Amaterasu the entire time tried to get all her brush powers back, save for her own, the sunrise technique. She seemed to gain the upper hand for the most part, but it was for naught. Just as she finished off Yami in his fourth phase, Issun appears on Amaterasu's snout and says to give this victory a howl. He vanishes then, causing Amaterasu to howl more out of loneliness rather than victory. Yami took chance of the distraction, seizing the god and siphoning her of her hard-won power. Back to her mortal form, she was a vulnerable target. Yami then used the power to not only bring abrupt blackness to the stage but also take on his most powerful form yet: a giant, mechanized hand that levitated far from Amaterasu's reach, packed with more than enough strength to destroy her.

Despair was all Amaterasu had left. Just as she gave up, Issun's voice had broken the shadows. His voice as well as the voices of all the people Amaterasu had met had brought with them their shared perception of Amaterasu, now seen as what she really was: a god. They prayed for the sun to rise again. With that, the prayers had become new brush techniques and restored the deity to what she was 100 years before. Now in the form of ลŒkami Shiranui, she fought the lord of darkness and banished his essence for all eternity. With a victory howl came Waka, who had survived the fall and the earlier blast. He flew in a flying saucer applauding Amaterasu's performance, claiming that she could not have done it without Issun. Overjoyed by his survival, Amaterasu leapt onto the flying contraption and licked his face. Waka then tells Amaterasu that they must embark on a new quest to restore the Celestial Plain to what it was and puts in coordinates meant to bring the Ark of Yamato to the Plain.

The vessel leaves the land of mortals, Issun and Sakuya observing its ascent with the comment that Amaterasu is going to have more believers than what she knows to do with. Then he says for her to take care of herself. The story ends as Amaterasu and Waka together head to the Celestial Plain with their home and their own future in sight.

Combat:
Abilities/Powers:

Celestial Brush Use-
Sunrise-This creates or prolongs daytime by placing the sun in the sky. Sunrise can be used
freely, although the technique may be ineffective under certain circumstances. Cursed areas will
remain naturally dark, even if Sunrise is used to bring the sun into the area; also, Sunrise
cannot be used to prolong the sunset deadline for the rush from Sei'an City to Watcher's Cape.
Rejuvenation- This restores damaged or broken objects to their original condition.
Power Slash- A versatile technique, Power Slash is useful both in and out of battle. Strategic
manipulation of the Celestial Brush screen's viewing angle can allow a Power Slash to attack
multiple targets.

Greensprout- The collective name for three distinct plant-based techniques, acquired from the
three different Celestial Brush gods known as the Hanagami.

Part 1 (Bloom)- This can restore cursed plants or make buds open into flowers; it can also be
used as a weapon against a weakened Bud Ogre, Bone Clam or Demon Nut to open up their
protective shells.

Part 2 (Water Lily)- This creates a lily pad on the water which Amaterasu can stand on to catch
her breath while swimming. The lily pad can be placed in open water for Amaterasu to jump up
onto, or it can be created directly underneath her to buoy her up.

Part 3 (Vine)- This creates a vine between an open Konohana Blossom and a target, or
between to targets. If the target is Amaterasu or Chibiterasu, the vine pulls them up to the
center of the flower, although upside-down blossoms will instantly drop them back out; if the
path was drawn through a solid object, the vine may snap and drop them to the ground when
they hit the obstacle. If the target is a hooked projection, the vine will pull the hook toward the
flower, although multiple vines and hooks may be required for a noticeable effect.

Cherry Bomb- This creates a single round bomb with a burning fuse. The fuse normally takes
several seconds to burn down and detonate the bomb, but it can be quenched by water;
alternately, if the main body of the bomb comes into contact with a target, it will explode
instantly. Before exploding, the bomb can be rolled back and forth, but another Cherry Bomb
cannot be created until the first one explodes, unless Cherry Bomb 2 or 3 is obtained. In digging
minigames, a Cherry Bomb can be placed inside solid blocks, but it may also fall away from a
desired target if placed incorrectly.
Waterspout- This can quench fires or drench demons from an existing source of water, such as
a pool or river. It can also convert a bubbling spring to an elevator-like geyser by drawing a
vertical line upward from the bubbles.
Crescent- This creates or prolongs nighttime by placing the moon in the sky. This is very useful
for farming, as there are more Demon Scrolls at night and they follow Amaterasu for a longer
distance.

Galestorm- This creates a gust of wind; the loop sends the wind sideways (in the direction of the
brushstroke used to draw the loop) and the spiral sends the wind forward. This is a versatile
technique with many uses. It can extinguish fires, knock down flying demons, or move objects
around. Water Lily pads can be "sailed" over the water this way. If a set of banners is hanging
down, the wind can make them fly up to create crossable horizontal surfaces.
Inferno- This ignites a target from an existing source of fire, such as a torch or the equipped
Solar Flare.

Veil of Mist- This slows down time to a near-stop for four seconds, allowing Amaterasu to act
more quickly against fast-moving enemies.
Catwalk- This creates glowing pawprints from a statue of Kabegami onto a vertical surface,
allowing Amaterasu to climb along that surface until the pawprints fade away. A few locations
already have permanent glowing pawprints which do not require any brushwork.

Thunderstorm- This electrocutes a target by using an existing source of electricity, such as and
overhead lightning storm, a portable lightning key, or the equipped Thunder Edge.

Blizzard- This freezes a target by using an existing ice source or from equipped Tundra Beads.
It also can create a path of hovering icicle platforms at chasms filled with ice crystals . In both
cases, the ice will automatically shatter after a short time, or it can be slashed or melted away.

Trivia

Amaterasu is based on the Shinto goddess of the same name.

Amaterasu is the only character to have a 100-year-old form that comes to the present for combat purposes, and is the only past form to time travel at all (the only known past form to possess better fighting skills than the present character, as well).

Early concepts for Amaterasu included her transforming into a dolphin when swimming, and a falcon when jumping off of high places, but were both scrapped before completion.

Amaterasu (with Issun, who speaks for her) also appears in Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds as well as the re-release Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. She has a respectful rivalry with Thor, who is also the physical incarnation of a deity, in this case the Norse God of Thunder. Her ending depicts her venturing through Savage Land alongside Marvel characters Ka-Zar, Shanna and their pet Smilodon, Zabu.

Amaterasu can understand human speech, this is shown when she growls at Mr. Orange when he insults her without knowing that she can understand him and when Susano mentioned that a cave was a good place to hide, Amaterasu made a sound that roughly translated to "Huh?!", he corrected himself when he noticed this.

In ลŒkamiden, Amaterasu has a son Chibiterasu who is also a white wolf and has the same crimson markings as her, but weaker in strength (as he's not at his full potential).

In the first battle with Yami, one may notice that Amaterasu gains back all the Brush Techniques except her own.

The Hyper Combo Veil of Mist in Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds is mistakenly labelled as Vale of Mist

If Amaterasu runs out of ink during combat she will use an alternate fighting style comprised of bites, charges, and kicks.

In Kamui near Wali's house , in the snowy section between the frozen streams, there is a large pile of snow. Another pile of snow is located in Kamui near the dลjล. Power Slash it three times and a statue of Amaterasu will appear, similar to the statue in Kamiki Village at the beginning of the game, except larger and made entirely of snow.

She makes a cameo during the prologue of episode 11 of Asura's Wrath.

Profile:
Aliases:
Glory Girl, Antares, point_me_@_the_sky
Age: Chronologically 19, Physically 17.
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bi, tempestuously bi.

Traits:
Appearance:
As a civilian, Antares is a tall, young, platinum-blonde woman. Strikingly beautiful, she is often seen in hoodies, jeans, sweatpants, or other comfortable clothing when not in costume. In costume, she wears a functional set of plating on her legs and chest meant to sustain things a typical hero would see daily: firearms, explosions, bladed weapons, the works. Her sleeves can be removed if need be, and she keeps a mask on her hip if she needs to protect her face or her identity, which is public.

Personality/History: Victoria was once a cocky, surefire, and arrogant individual. During her time as Glory Girl, she was known for nearly accidentally killing villains she tracked down due to her strength and a need to prove a point. Her powers only accentuated her bluntness and destructive attitude, relying on her sister Panacea to repair any lasting damage she did to her foes. She was a brutal hero, but one that kept her city safe from the worst of it, and she was proud of it, just as good as any of her superpowered cousins.

Then, the Slaughterhouse 9 attacked. Crawler, a villain whose body had regenerated and grown stronger from all sorts of deadly combat, spat acid that ate away at her skin, then at her bone, and then worse. She was whisked away, terrible, terrible things happened to her, and at the other end, her sister had warped her. A mess of heads, hair, and limbs that could not talk or move. Three heads, eight arms, ten hands, and at least one face without a skull or any structure. It was hell.

She was placed in a parahuman asylum after being recaptured from her sister, who was sent to the deepest bowels of prison no superhuman could escape from. There, she slowly forced herself to relearn how to communicate through coded blinks, which was painfully slow. She couldn't talk, as the anatomy of her lungs and throat were simply too complicated to use properly.

After a world-ending event, she regained her own body the very moment before she was transformed into a monster, and lives with a heavy weight in her stomach having those years still in her head, with all the trauma and hurt inside.

Now, she considers herself to be "very good at brooding", and has to relearn how to live day-to-day life after her whole world was turned upside down. Most people believe that Glory Girl died after the attack by the Slaughterhouse 9, and she wanted to ensure that Glory Girl did die there, rebranding herself into Antares. Her arrogance has been tempered by her experience, but a great deal of many things are still unresolved in her heart, and she lacks any friends or family to cling to. That doesn't mean that she isn't strong, and Victoria still chooses a life of heroism rather than descending to being a rogue, or worse, a villain.

Combat:
Abilities/Powers:
Victoria has a grab-bag of a few powerful abilities.
- Flight, Strength: Self-explanatory. Antares can fly quickly and strong enough to throw cars. Due to her forcefield, she can usually fly straight through walls or spin around without getting dizzy, though she can't turn around very quickly in mid-air due to middle-ear issues.
- Aura: An aura radiates around Antares. For most, it's an aura that inspires and leaves those with a feeling of awe. For those who have something to fear from her, it's sheer intimidation. She has the ability to turn up the intensity and trigger a flight or fight response from her enemies, or turn it mostly off, but it's difficult for her to turn it off entirely. She can manipulate the radius around her and even uses it to send a "blast" of this energy by rapidly expanding and amping up her aura, startling or confusing people temporarily. This ability also renders her difficult to read by those who use powers to read emotion.
- Forcefield: Originally, her power was a forcefield that rendered her nearly invincible. Its range was about a few millimeters off her skin, and most things would simply bounce off it. Wind, people, etc. It took a particularly powerful strike (a heavy punch, a sniper shot, a building collapsing on her, etc.) or sustained fire (powerful water hose for example) to knock it out for a few seconds, a sustained attack knocking it out for longer.

However, her forcefield now takes the shape of her form when she was altered, which she calls "The Wretch", as it seems to act on its own when it's on. Due to this, her costume now has actual armor since she doesn't always have her overly large forcefield on all the time, acting on its own. The Wretch has some control over its own actions but not much, usually destroying things accidentally when acting. Victoria is working on using her new forcefield properly and working through her personal issues.

Weapons: Her two hands, and sometimes her feet when she needed to really stick it to somebody.

Name:

Issun

Nicknames/Aliases:

N/A

Age:

It is unknown exactly how old Issun is, his proportions are similar to a human child's but this appears to be a trait shared by all adult Poncles, and so does not nessecarily suggest that he is young. His manner of speaking and his frequently describing himself as a 'man', discussions of enjoying alcohol, and behaviour as a whole suggest very strongly that he has been an adult for some time. He also consistantly regards human children and teenagers as significantly younger than he is, but speaks to Susano in a manner that suggests Susano is comparatively older than Issun. This would indicate that Issun's age is most likely the equivalent of a human adult in their 20s or 30s in terms of maturity, but since Poncles live for hundreds of years it is difficult to be sure of his precise age. Some say that he is in his late teens, perhaps early 20s, since he was mapped onto the "little boy" skeletal structure also used for Mushi and Kokari, as their animations are nearly the same. Speculation typically suggests that Issun is roughly 50 years old.

Heterosexual

Traits:
Physical Appearance And/Or Description

1000046675.png

Personality
:
Issun is very talkative, as he comments on almost anything Amaterasu encounters. As Amaterasu is mute for the duration of the game, he will often speak for her, which often gets them both into trouble. He is reliable, intelligent and adventurous, except for when he is following a "cute babe". He is also very blunt and rude in his speech, often cutting straight to the point or openly insulting other people. Issun was very immature and irresponsible at the start of the adventure, but towards the end he matures and becomes more serious as he realizes his true destiny.

Issun is quite flirtatious and falls in love with practically every single major female character he and Amaterasu encounter (ie: Sakuya, Rao etc.). Upon meeting Queen Himiko, he falls off Amaterasu's head with shock. However, he is usually ignored. He also shows strong feelings of anger and vengeance when he finds that Rao was murdered and Ninetails took her place.

Issun's behavior towards Amaterasu later on in the game (when he becomes conflicted about parting ways with her) indicates that he has developed a strong sense of friendship with the god. He was at first only tagging along so he may learn the 13 brushes but it eventually developed into a deep friendship with Amaterasu.

History:

Issun was born in Ponc'tan, village of the Poncles, in Kamui. Issun originally was training to be the next Celestial Envoy from his grandfather, the previous Celestial Envoy and Amaterasu's companion during her first battle with Orochi 100 years ago. However, Issun grew tired of how Ishaku never recognized his skill and eventually stole a drawing Ishaku once drew of Kamiki Village's guardian tree sprite, Sakuya (which he would claim was his own work afterwards), ran away from Ponc'tan, and ended up in Nippon. Soon after, he eventually reached Kamiki Village and interacted with the residents for some time. He also met the real Sakuya and developed a habit of sleeping in 'the valley of her chest'.

ลŒkami (video game)

Trivia:

Issun's reactions at the Sasa Sanctuary bath house suggest that he strongly dislikes bathing (this is confirmed if the player examines some seats not too far from the hot spring, where he says, "Baths...I hate baths...").

As Issun always talks for Amaterasu, many humans often mistake the duo for a warrior riding and commanding his "steed", which is the opposite of their relationship (Amaterasu does and controls everything, Issun only speaks for and comments on their actions). Sometimes, people think it is Amaterasu who is speaking, as they cannot see the tiny Issun. This is especially evident in the speech of the Spider Queen and the villagers in Kamiki Village from 100 years ago. Many other characters do not mention Issun's presence and instead talk directly to Amaterasu, which implies they also think Amaterasu is doing the talking. However, all the major plot characters seem aware of Issun's presence (Sakuya, Susano, Kushi, Princess Fuse, Oki, etc.)

It is unknown what happened to Issun's parents; although he mentions his mother if Amaterasu stays during the Kamiki Festival long enough, they are never seen or mentioned again, even when Amaterasu enters Ponc'tan. It is also said Issun was raised by his grandfather. It is possible they perished in some way while Issun was young.

He has been in Amaterasu's mouth four times in ลŒkami, the first time was when they first met and she tried to eat him, only to spit him out as if he tasted bad, the second time was to save him from an attack from the Spider Queen, the third time was punishment for not giving her credit for her part in saving Kushi from the monsters at Hitoshio Spring, and the fourth time when she saved him from being crushed by boulders in the Moon Cave 100 years ago.

Issun can communicate with animals, which allows him to interact with the Eight Canine Warriors when Amaterasu is searching for them.

When Kaguya and Mr. Bamboo are saying their good-byes, Issun begins to cry. This is the only time in the entire series that Issun is seen crying.

Issun is capable of throwing a jug of sake into Orochi's mouth, which is many times his size and weight, hinting that Poncles have great strength in proportion to their size, which also extends to their leg muscles as he can jump high enough to get the attention of larger beings.

In certain scientific research, smaller beings have a lesser body density (mass is similar to several other creatures, but body volume is far smaller); take an ant for an example. They can lift things 10 times their weight, and falling from a tall place doesn't even kill them. Since Poncles are diminutive and humanoid, their capabilities are much more greater compared than other diminutive beings.
So far he has demonstrated Rejuvenation and toward the end of ลŒkami, he had learned to use Bloom; whether or not he had learned to use the other techniques by the time he met Chibiterasu in ลŒkamiden is unknown.

Despite him having mastered Rejuvenation before the events of ลŒkami, he couldn't use it to revive Sakuya's tree in the beginning of ลŒkamiden (which required Chibiterasu to learn it himself in order to do so, which would seem to imply that his use of it is not as strong as Chibiterasu). The same would appear to apply with Bloom, as he couldn't use that to fully restore Sakuya.

However, in Masterpiece Set #3 in ลŒkamiden, it is shown that Issun is capable of using Inferno, thus having mastered it.

Issun appears as Amaterasu's partner in Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds as well as the remake edition, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. As Amaterasu cannot speak, Issun does all her dialogue.

Issun is seen alongside Amaterasu in the 2nd Sonic the Hedgehog and Megaman crossover, Worlds Unite, alongside other famous Capcom and SEGA icons.

Issun is inspired by the folk tale of Issun-bลshi.

Age: Late 40's early 50's
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Hetero

Traits:
Physical Appearance And/Or Description:
Picture%2B141bU.jpg

Personality: John is somewhat of a cold, brash soldier type and he barely cracks a smile at times. He rather observes but he will go out of his way to support the others when necessary. Likes to give orders but will receive orders when necessary. In private, he is less serious.
History:
Since birth, John Connor is destined to be the leader of the Tech-Com Human Resistance. He was born to his mother Sarah Connor and his father, Kyle Reese, who came from the future in 1985. Just prior, his father died trying to protect his mother and him from a time-traveling terminator who tried to kill her before John was born.

Sarah decided it was better to train out of the United States for John to train in survival skills, marksmanship, and hacking. Sarah and John grew up off the grid. As John grew up, his mother was shot and captured trying to blow up a computer factory which was the start of Skynet. John was moved to a foster home far from his mother, who was sent to a mental institution. John couldnโ€™t handle the pressure of suburban life so he lived his life as a rambunctious punk on the streets who used his skills for the wrong intentions. He got a police record at a young age.

After a T-1000 was sent from 2029 to kill him, another terminator named โ€œUncle Bobโ€ came to protect him. This terminator became like a โ€œfather figureโ€ to John Connor, a machine programmed to kill turned into a machine who started to learn emotions. John views the time-traveling cyborg as protecting not only him but helps him bust his mother out of the Mental institution. John, โ€œuncle bobโ€ and his mother bust into the creator of Skynetโ€™s house, Miles Dyson and try to kill him trying to prevent Skynet from ever being created. After a long fight with T-1000, Uncle Bob sacrificed himself because he couldn't self terminate.

John became a teen where he lived off the grid when his mother died. He met a woman named Katherine Brewster, a woman who used to be his neighbor from when he lived with his foster parents. They didnโ€™t hit it off fast, but things started when John kidnapped Kate trying to protect her from a terminator but after finding out many reasons why Skynet started, both became buddies.

2018-2029: John Connor starts becoming the full-fledged leader of the resistance where he has to fight his way through higher-ups from different countries' militaries. He meets Marcus Wright, an old convict who was made into a terminator. John learns how to lead a team through the chaos and teach a team his skills as a hacker, and a terminator reprogrammer which will come in handy to Tech-com over the years. Kate is now Johnโ€™s wife and one of Tech-Comโ€™s best surgeons in the field.

Personality

History:

Born on Christmas Island, Sonic abandoned his home at an early age to pursue danger and adventures. Becoming a carefree adventurer, he has spent most of his life traveling around the world and far beyond, usually in his beloved Tornado with his best friend, Tails, as his sidekick. A free-spirited and fun-loving adventurer, he has used his abilities to defend his world and those far beyond from the forces of evil, especially his arch-nemesis, Dr. Eggman, and his empire.

During his many adventures, Sonic has traveled from the ends of the world to the far reaches of space and time, facing countless trials that have tested him to the fullest, earning him many titles, allies, and the scorns of several foes. Well-known for his legendary attitude and somewhat short temper, yet strong sense of justice, compassion, and love for freedom and adventure, Sonic's countless victories over the villains he has faced and his extraordinary set of abilities both have given him somewhat of a celebrity status, having many fans who yearn for his cool lifestyle. However, he does not care about that at all and continues to run freely to this day.

Abilities/Powers:

Despite not having undergone any known training, Sonic's years of battles have made him a skilled and powerful fighter. He has defeated giant robots, demons, and god-like beings on his own; gone up against and bested those with far more combat experience; and even beaten individuals who equally match his abilities. It has also been noted that Sonic is steadily growing stronger; during the Time Eater incident, Sonic could beat the Egg Emperor and Perfect Chaos on his own where he previously required additional power to defeat them. Sonic even told Infinite upon holding his own against the latter compared to the previous time they fought that he becomes more powerful every second. It is safe to assume that Sonic is far more powerful than he lets on. His victories over Emerl at the Gizoid's maximum potential and Perfect Chaos in his base form are prime examples of his true power.

Sonic's greatest strength is his super speed.[3] He has proven himself to be in a class of his own with his speed, having been credited as "the fastest thing alive" and even the fastest being in the universe.[100] He has the ability to instantly accelerate to the speed of sound and run at speeds that exceed Mach 1,[19][3][101] which is at the blistering speed of about 768 mph, and can run backward just as well as he can forwards.[102] Due to such speed, he can scale vertical surfaces and ceilings, run over water, out speed lasers, and even cause the ground to explode and lift off in his wake.[103][104] This speed also allowed him to restore the time and space erased by the Time Eater during that incident. Even then, Sonic can take his speed even further. By revving up in one place, he can take off at turbo speeds in an instant. He can also envelope himself in a blue energy field that lets him accelerate beyond the sound barrier on both the ground and in midair for a short time,[105] allowing him to not only smash straight through enemies and obstacles like a living projectile, but also fly immense distances through midair. Using certain techniques, he can even momentarily reach the speed of light.

It is unknown what Sonic's unaided top speed is. During the Emerl incident, it was stated he can move several times the speed of sound and when facing Emerl at his maximum potential, he went at least ten rounds with him in less than thirty seconds. He is also able to run in circles around an enemy at such speeds that he can stun it.[106] Some sources claim that Sonic's maximum speed is Mach 1.2. It has also often been stated that Sonic can move at supersonic speeds (which ranges from 915-3,840 mph). There are as well records stating that Sonic can instantaneously reach the speed of light (about 671,000,000 mph); E-123 Omega himself calculated that Sonic's speed could potentially exceed light speed and the hedgehog has boasted that light speed is "small time" to him. Additionally, during the Little Planet incident, Sonic was able to enter the Time Warp, which required him to run at speeds exceeding the speed of light.

As the Werehog, Sonic loses his trademark ability to move at super speed. In exchange, he receives an increase in muscular density that grants him overwhelming physical strength. His powerful arms, in particular have enough strength to throw and topple creatures as large as a Titan and the Dark Gaia Phoenix, pick up and swing around enemies, and smash open metal vaults with a single punch. Nonetheless, he retains his lightning-fast reflexes and agility, being perfectly capable of performing various aerial stunts during interactions and Critical Attacks on Dark Gaia's Minions and reacting accordingly to Dark Guardian's near-instantaneous movements. Sonic is likewise very durable as the Werehog, being able to survive being hammered into the ground by Dark Guardian's hammer and still retain consciousness. He can also achieve above-average running speed by dashing on all fours.

In addition to the above, Sonic the Werehog also has the ability to stretch his arms at will. His maximum stretching limit is unknown though. Sonic mainly uses this ability to attack and grab enemies from a distance and build momentum for his attacks. He can even enlarge his arms, hands, and feet to increase the power of his attacks. Outside combat, Sonic can also use this ability to move around by grabbing targets from a distance and easily swinging or jumping from pole to pole. In addition, Sonic the Werehog possesses sharp claws that can cut through solid rock and Badnik armor. Combining these abilities, Sonic can utilize a moveset of ferocious combat techniques that make up for his lack of speed.
