Oshichi's mascot takes the form of a cat-sized pony with a mane and tail made out of fire. It is named Hinoeuma, though Osichi insists on calling it Ember (much to its chagrin).

Wand: Oshichi's wand takes the form of a black rod with a golden top in the shape of a heart. Inside the heart is a light pink gem in the shape of a flame.
Weapon: A pair of knuckledusters.
Personal abilities: While transformed, Oshichi's possess the power of enhanced speed. This power allows her to move at (if you pardon the pun) blistering speed that leaves a trail of flames behind her. This ability also enhances her reflexes, allowing her to dodge attacks with ease.

In addtion, Oshichi is also capable of channeling fiery energy into her knuckledusters, making them hot enough to melt through most obstacles.

However, Oshichi is a lot less durable than her fellow magical girls.
Personality: Oshichi is the type of person who is guided more by her heart than by her head, so to speak.

She gets very easily excited and tends to do things with a passion that borders on recklessness. She tends to leap before she looks and rarely (if ever) think about the consequences of her actions.

Orichi possess an unbridled optimism and enthusiasm that occasionally borders on naivety. Though this makes her deeply averse to criticism which she tends to take much more personally than she should.

She's also a hopeless romantic.

Background: Not much to tell, honestly. Up until the time she made a contract with Hinoeuma, her life could have been used as the text book definition of mundane.

Name: Sakurako Hiura

Villain name: Lady Bear (Kuma-sama)

Gender: Female

Normal life occupation: Wagashi/Cake shop owner, she owns a small shop that makes wagashi and japanese style cakes. She usually does all the baking and has an elderly woman and a high school student as employees for selling the stuff.

Appearance: In her normal appearance, she has the appearance of a young woman and is often mistaken for an 18 or 19 year old. She has silvery white hair and red eyes. Despite this she doesn't really have albinism, as her skin color isn't as pale as one would expect from the hair color. She has a rather small bust in her normal appearance. In her villain appearance, she looks much more mature and looks closer to her actual age. In both appearances, she has a large slash scar on her neck.

In her villain appearance, she has star shaped pupils.

Villain outfit: Usually a short black dress and a black choker. Ballerina flats. Sometimes wears a bear outfit if she feels like it.

General theme: Physical strength. Minions are usually bears ranging from cute teddy bear types to terrifying monster bears.

Abilities: Exceptional strength - She is strong enough to snap an elephants neck or to bend a steel girder with ease.

Magic - She can summon minions like mascots usually can.

Martial arts - Even with the defensive abilities of magical girls, she can at least beat one up.

Personality: In private life, Sakurako is outgoing, friendly, helpful and does a lot for her neighborhood. Though this is how she outwardly acts. In her mind, her thoughts sour if things dont go her way. She wishes bad things to happen to people who rub her the wrong way. Usually, the people who she doesn't like are people like corrupt politicians, rude people and people who don't have the local community in mind. It is not like she doesn't just like them. She believes the world would be a better place without them. Sakurako also has a twisted sense of justice.
As a villain, her negative emotions and twisted sense of justice become a lot more blatant. She is cruel to her targets and even gives other villains a hard time. Usually, if a villain ends up showing up to a fight bruised, it is because of her. She doesn't like magical girls, because she feels that they defend even the fat cats and the corrupt. Often Lady Bear doesn't yell and is usually rather polite. But she can even beat someone to a pulp while wearing a smile.

Background:
Sakurako had a relatively normal life. Though she had not always had white hair. Rather when she was in high school, she was gravely injured by a magical girl and ever since she recovered from it she went from black hair and blue eyes to white hair and red eyes. Sakurako always wanted to prove she was better than magical girls in her own way by helping her local community. She was a neighborhood council member and even ran for city council, only to lose against corrupt politicians who had more money than her. She learned how bad some actors in the city were and wished they weren't there. One day, a bear mascot appeared to her and offered to give her the strength to make the world a better place and banish evil doers. Sakurako gladly accepted. However things went south quick and the bear objected to her methods. When the bear wanted to go seek someone else, she didn't let it. Eventually, the mascot because what it is now and it is not known what Sakurako did to the bear. As Lady Bear, she is a villain that seldomly appears and toys with magical girls rather than fighting them most of the time. However every time she shows up, someone gets hurt and there is a lot of damage.

Evil lair: A Japanese style castle in a pocket dimension. In the town below the castle, many cute bear minions work and live normal lives.

Personality: Matsu is known for her stoic demeanor and unwavering dedication to her duties. She approaches every challenge with a cool-headed pragmatism, rarely allowing her emotions to cloud her judgment. Despite her reserved nature, she deeply values the bonds of friendship and is fiercely protective of those she cares about.

Background:

Matsu was born into the prestigious Minamoto family, a lineage deeply rooted in the practice of kenjutsu that dates back to the Sengokku period. During that time, the Minamoto family served as landlords in the region and held significant political influence in the prefecture. Growing up as a member of such a notorious family, Matsu was subjected to a strict education and faced high expectations from her parents and relatives. She excelled in her studies, earning a reputation as an excellent student. Her intelligence and leadership qualities led to her appointment as the former president of the Ethics Committee at her school, where she wielded authority and was relatively popular among the girls who appreciated a female role model.

However, Matsu's position also made her a target of mockery and criticism from other students. She faced constant ridicule from her female schoolmates, who nicknamed her the "megane witch" or "elementary school student" due to her conservative dressing style. Many students resented her for attempting to dictate their behavior and disliked being told how to act. Outside of her school activities, Matsu has been aware for quite some time that she is not the biological daughter of her parents. Instead, she was the result of an affair her father had with another woman. Following her birth, she was legally adopted by her "parents." A couple of years ago, her biological mother relocated to her city, where she now owns a small business. Matsu and her biological mother shares quite a resemblance are strikingly different in personality and tastes.

During unrevealed circumstances she forged a pact with a canine-like supernatural creature named cancerbero, the hell hound, thus achieving magical powers.

Allegorious Thespian Grandifleur the Fourteenth (Dabu for short). Dabu is a starling-like fairy who comes from a long and distinguished line of fairy mascots. His body is mostly covered in various tones of light green feathers with patches of yellow on his crest and tail feathers as well as the clover-like pattern marking his face and chest.

Wand: Jewel-encrusted tip in the shape of a bouquet. The arrangement is composed of smaller blue roses surrounding a slightly bigger and translucent galaxy rose in the center.

Weapon: Spiked clubs shaped like salt and pepper mills.

Personal abilities: light constructs (think green lantern or Gwen from Ben 10 alien force) and healing. The two combine to shed waves of light by shaking his clubs like maracas. Depending on the circumstance, this move can either buff, stun, or purify its target.

Personality: Kelly is the embodiment of warmth and comfort. People often can't help but gather around him. Because of his appearance, Kelly tends to be mistaken for a girl a lot, which he doesn’t mind. He’s aware that not everyone will understand his style. However, Kelly refuses to hide who he is and what makes him happy. It's the only kindness he allows himself to have. He’s a soft-spoken, gentle soul who loves fashion, video games, rock climbing, and martial arts. His interests and experiences have shaped him into who he is today. Observant, disciplined, creative, resilient, and free.

Boy meets bird. The bird pleads his case not so gracefully, and the boy unassumingly accepts out of courtesy and pity.

Background:An Unrepentant Class clown since 3rd Grade which was also when her Rivalry with a girl named Ochako Miyamoto began, at some point a Hyena dressed like a Secret agent (The hat was a give away) gave her Magical girls powers.

Personality: Ochako Miyamoto is an Extremely Childish Socialite who's in an Edgelord Phase despite being Ten years too old and she's also petty enough to seek revenge for a minor slight, she's also Obsessed with using the Word "DOOM!" at the end of plenty of Sentences and half heartedly trying to conquer the Mie prefecture.
Background:Lets see, Her dad's Likely a Yakuza boss, she has beef with the Class clown turned Magical Girl, partially because they're both similar but not so similar. And she somehow gained Dark powers out of Curiosity and Boredom.

Personal item:A Mysterious Green Crystal that if shattered will cause Ghost warlock to finally move on from this world.
Personality:Ghost Warlock is an eccentric Phantom who's Villainy Consists mainly of Scaring and pranking People for his own Amusement, he's quite Goofy in his own right.
Background:to make a long story short, Warlock who liked to Scare people dies after casting a spell to make sure he can return from death and comes back as a ghost as a result.

Personality: Honoka is timid and angsty. So far she had been a pushover who worked as an office lady in her uncle's company. Lady Bear/Sakurako can influence her to do her bidding, because above all else, Honoka fears Lady Bear/Sakurako. Eventually, Honoka's personality shifts as she is love bombed by Sakurako and has her self-confidence boosted and becomes fanatically loyal to Sakurako.
Background: Honoka worked for her uncle's company until one day, she met a woman in a bear costume, only noticing that she was a villain after she gave directions to the CEOs office. This ultimately lead to the deaths of her uncle and of a security guard. The next in line where were cousins but they all as well as many others refused the position fearing they could be targeted next. So basically Honoka was pushed into the position of CEO and the board of directors was convinced she could be their puppet. However that was only the start of Honoka's problems with Lady Bear, as Lady Bear wanted to keep an eye on the company and offered to get rid of anyone who got in their way, scaring Honoka even further. Now Honoka is constantly stressed and afraid because not only is she involuntarily an accomplice, but she fears that Lady Bear might do something to her if she doesn't comply.

Personality:A Retired villainess from the days of the Sweety Confiserie girls, SGEDESDS Was basically that Era's version of the Future SEDEO, Bent on Revenge for Minor Slights and Conquest of the Mie Prefecture, The only difference in Personality being that she was Slightly more Mature and Less Insane. Nowadays she's a Retired villain who other new villains might go to for Advice who may or may not occasionally lament her "Lost" Beauty or show some exasperation at Ochakos antics.
Background:A Former Villain during the days of the Sweety Confiserie Girls, Saki Miyamoto was her era's equivalent to her own daughter Ochako, A laughably evil Villain who took their name from Japanese Legend Though that's where the similarities between Saki and Ochako's villain careers end. Saki would retire once the last of the Sweety Confiserie girls retired due to believing that the time of the old Guard was done, now it was time for new Heroes and villains to Battle
