  The Scholeío Theón kai Anthrópon--school of men and the gods, or the Academy as it is less formally called--in the heart of the kingdom Chrysos, is legendary. Only the children of royals, or descendants of the gods were permitted to attend, from the time of their 16th birthday until their 22nd. There, they are trained as warriors, scholars, priestesses and leaders, and after six years they emerge golden and freshly forged anew, ready to become this world's leaders, heroes and scholars.

  This RP is set in Ancient Greece, and is based on Greek mythology. It will follow the students of the academy, and is meant to be a slice of life, though as the world and plots develop anything could happen! As an advanced literacy, more mature role play, I expect that all members try their hardest to stick to the guidelines and boundaries that Greek mythology has already set for us, just to keep things realistic.

  Hi! I'm drvgstorebarbie, or Kyra! I am 19 years old and I live in Arizona! I have been RPing for close to nine years now, and it's something I really enjoy. I have GM'd one other RP before, though it never really took off as I'd hoped! I'm excited to see what sort of group forms here!
  
  Just a few things:
  
  Firstly, if you are interested in joining us, please leave a comment below! This helps me to have an accurate guess as to how many characters/members we'd have!
  
  All OOC talk and chatter will be done outside of RPN, on Discord. This is absolutely mandatory, as this is where most forms of communication and updates will happen!
  
  This is an advanced literacy roleplay, which I assume doesn't need much explaining! As there will be mature themes presented, I would appreciate it if all members were over the age of sixteen!
  
  Lastly: this is meant to be a group effort! I'd love to hear your ideas, comments and feedback!

  1. Absolutely no OOC hate, discrimination or bullying. This will not be tolerated.
  
  2. As an advanced literacy RP, I expect one post per character a week, with a minimum of 200 words per post. More is highly encouraged.
  
  3. Characters are to be between the ages of 16 and 22, and use realistic FC's. There is no limit to how many characters you may have, but please don't bite off more than you can chew. Characters are to be either the child of a god(s) (if you do research you'll find that nymphs and some other creatures count as gods), or the child of royalty. A mix of both is also allowed.
  
  4. Romance is allowed, but please keep it to characters who are 18+, or between characters who are both under 18. Please fade to black when necessary, as per the RPN guidelines.
  
  5. Discord is required
  
  6. Have fun, be active, and please feel free to reach out to me!
