REMINDERS: Max of two characters per player. Images can be faceclaims or realistic art. No anime. Ages should be between 20-24. Physical mutations in characters(wings, horns) are not allowed. Powers must not be OP. Characters may have one central power with one or two smaller ones branching off it(for example, XYZ has the power to manipulate water. They can also freeze it and breathe underwater). Questions about powers should be directed to me via PM. Another note about powers: I want to stay away from "powers" like vampirism, werewolf stuff, and demons.

Virtues: Kind, helps as best she can, patient, humble
Vices: Pushover, emotional, gets scared very easily, and is physically weak
Quirks: If she gets scared, she goes into the fetal position and constructs an ice dome around herself. Makes small ice constructs to fidget with when she's nervous, which is all the time.

Powers: Cryomancy. Sucking in the heat of the water in the air, she can freeze it to make constructs out of ice. Spears, walls, shields, you name it.
Limits: Completely useless on dry days, and she gets burnt if she overuses her powers. She also cannot make anything living, only inanimate objects. When she's tired, she cannot use her powers at all.

Virtues:

• Confident: Peter is rarely dissuaded once he sets his mind on something, though he gets a bit in situations where he feels he has superior knowledge and experience. This doesn't mean he'll defer to his superiors, but he'll still try to change their mind if they allow it.
• Perceptive: All but a requirement in his line of work. Peter as a knack for catching details others might miss, and has a particular skill in reading people and figuring out what they want. Whether or not he can actually give it to them is an entirely different story, but he tries where he can.
• Empathetic: Peter can't help but wear his heart on his sleeve, and he is quick to love and trust. He goes out of his way to protect friends and strangers from danger, even at his own detriment.
• Brilliant: The word may sound boastful, but it conveys the proper point. Peter is exceptionally clever and talented at what he does, and from a practical standpoint, his skill set is prodigious.

Vices:

• Self-critical: An unfortunate product of his early life. His father had pushed him to perfection as a boy, and even now, he's prone to overanalyzing his flaws and mistakes, no matter how trivial they may be. Often, he has to be reminded how absurd he's being, or else prone to lapse into apathetic, cold spells to try to make up for his mistakes.
• Reserved: While he's certainly getting better, Peter tends to be more reticent in social situations, a consequence of him having had no real friends growing up. He is not shy, but he has had little experience at building or maintaining friendships.
• Overzealous: Peter is prone to periods of excitable activity, deeply immersing himself on one thought or idea to the exclusion of all else -- including people -- for days at a time. He's been known to go for days without sleeping while working on something that has caught his interest, and sometimes has to be forced to eat or rest
• Stubborn: Peter doesn't know when to back down once he's taken a stand, which is reflected in both his personal and professional life, where he's hard to argue with when he's set his mind, and becomes mulishly determined.

Quirks:

• Writes left-handed but does everything else right-handed

• Always drums on things with his fingers

Powers: Psychometry via Consumption: Peter is able to access, or "Inherit" the memories of other humans and animals -- be they living or dead -- by consuming a portion of their DNA (i.e, blood, hair, saliva, etc). He can absorb skills, knowledge, physical sensations of what the subject has experienced, and in some cases, personality traits, interests, and fears. Inheritances will last until the subject's DNA has left his digestive system, which is to say, approx. 24 hours.

Poison Resistance: Given the nature of his powers, Peter's quite used to ingesting some unsavory things, and as such, has developed a resistance against hazardous substances.

Limits:

• Peter does not Inherit superpowers from moddies.
• Peter remains strictly vegan, due to the rather gruesome memories he Inherits from eating meat.
• Peter has no control over the personality traits he inherits from his subjects, which could be dangerous to himself and to those around him, depending on who he's Inherting from.

Background: Jiang Zhe-Tai never had a "mother", as he'd been conceived under unusual circumstances. Instead, he had only a father, an extremely influential, wealthy, and egomaniacal businessman from Shanghai who knew exactly how to ride the designer baby wave. Using a modified copy of his own genome, his only son Zhe-Tai was genetically engineered to be a specimen of human perfection. Everything from his intelligence, physical constitution, to his appearance was carefully designed before his birth to be exceptional. He was made to be far healthier than other children, and will probably live half a lifespan longer at least.

Yet it was never enough. Despite his many accomplishments, Zhe-Tai's perfectionist father never once expressed approval or pride towards his son. He always expected more and better from him — forever chiding him to be greater than he already was. He imposed a very strict lifestyle on Zhe-Tai and forbade him from making friends or having a social life. It was clear to him that his father did not want a son as much as he wanted a dynasty, which was why he used his own genetic template to create him.

Zhe-Tai's abilities manifested the week after he turned ten. The vivid imagery of his own dinner being slaughtered was not a sensation he would soon forget. When the Chinese government caught wind of genetically engineered children displaying dangerous superhuman abilities, they were quick to outlaw any future designer babies from being conceived, and imposed harsh penalties on families with designer children. Fearing bankruptcy, Zhe-Tai's father opted to flee the country, seeking asylum in Canada.

By then, however, thee constant pressure and lack of affection from his father led Zhe-Tai to relinquish his privileged lifestyle and run away from home as soon as he could. He was smuggled across the border to America before he gave himself the English name "Peter" to better integrate with the population, and to elude whoever his father sent to chase him down. [WIP]

powers: honey can manipulate fibers. this includes fibers of organic and synthetic origin, which means he can control cloths and paper. such an ability makes him a natural at origami and clothes design, and he often wears home-made clothes.

limits: honey cannot control living plant fibers or even plants pulled from the ground. the fibers must be converted into something in order for his powers to work.

honey always has a smile on his face, which goes perfectly with his colorful fashion sense. there's nothing about him that makes people avoid him; on the contrary, he seems to be an outgoing magnet. while he doesn't consider himself "popular," he certainly has no trouble making friends and establishing himself as some sort of playful ringmaster. he's a kind soul and wants everyone to be as happy as he is, which could make him potentially annoying to those who prefer solitude.

no one calls him by his real name, holland. in fact, most don't even know his real name because he never bothers to tell them. he introduces himself as honey, which is what everyone calls him. everyone.

honey has a prominent limp on his left leg. when he was a kid, he tore his leg open pretty badly on an old fence, and the muscles never healed right. his mother never took him to get it properly looked at because of what he was; a moddie.

Illusion manipulation: Emily can create, shape and manipulate illusions, causing others to see, hear, touch, smell and/or taste things which do not actually exist or cause them to perceive things differently from what they truly are.
Limits:
Illusions require a lot of concentration to work, if she breaks this concentration the illusion will immediately fall and the affected will see things the way they are again.
Her powers are useless when she has a headache.

Glass Manipulation - flora can bend glass around her into any shape or form she wants. she can shatter it, reshape it, and even revert it back to the state it was in before becoming glass (aka superhot liquid). she can do the opposite and turn sand into glass.

Limits:

  Lucas has the power of light manipulation. This allows him to manipulate the light around him, making him able to concentrate light to any part of his body making it not only denser but into whatever his heart desires; at a cost of course.
  
  Limits:
  The bigger the thing Lucas wishes to construct, the more light he is required to gather. The greater the amount he is required to gather, the more his construct exhausts him. With that being said, when operating in the nighttime, Lucas's abilities do not disappear completely. Instead, his power exhausts him at an accelerated rate. It is in total darkness that his abilities become obsolete.

Powers: Ignition which allows Frank to ignite an entity or person on fire; however, he cannot control the fire once it's been ignited. Yet he can control the amount of fire ignited on a target. Frank also has increased fire resistance, meaning he's not as quick as others to catch on fire. Frank can also breathe normally in smoke-infested areas.
Limits: Can only ignite fire with his left hand, and he cannot control the fire once it's been ignited on an entity. If there's water on his left hand, he will be unable to ignite anything or anyone on flames until his left hand dries. He requires ample oxygen or other flammable elements in order to use his power, so in damp, moist areas, his ignition is severely weakened in power.
