Nu looked on as the others trailed back into the lounge, her face decidedly blank. She gave Rosalyn a glance, and mumbled back, "Cael's smuggling holds on the upper deck, where I found this thing."
Nu took note of what Cael said, and one of her primary ears twitched. She refrained from making a comment on what he said about the being from Avalon, who the Kryx believed to be holy rather than technologically-advanced. Now was not the time for a debate on that particular subject. She gave Cael a small smile and a nod as he left with a parting joke, but she had a hard time finding humor in it. Her response to the stranger's joke was much less friendly; she glared up at him and let the tips of her sharp teeth show. She would take it from her pilot that she agreed to be with, but not from the stowaway that wasn't part of her original crew.
Her eyes returned to Rosalyn as she asked her question. "Um.. no, I don't think so. I t'hink this is more of a symbiotic relationship; I might have some control like I did just now, but it also has a mind of its own.. I don't know where we are, but it wants us to be here.." Her ears flattened again, and she glanced at Lara. "The device can teleport me. Cael used the word blink. I blinked away on accident, and blinked back on purpose." She ignored the last question, as she didn't have any idea. The day had just gotten so much more confusing.
