Welcome to Anschester a city where masked Metahumans run about. Meta led gangs rules with iron fists, Villains trying to cause chaos, the Heroes who try their best to handle the chaos and the mostly neutral Rogues who try their best to stay out of the fighting. The main focus here is the students of a Highschool Metahuman Studies Class who unknown to eachother are Metahumans themselves and surely thats gonna cause some chaos.

So is anyone interested just though this would be an interesting idea.
