Inside one of the rooms,some boxes filled with empty Gunpla Frames were stacked beside a desk. Reina sat at the aforementioned desk,reading one of the notes she had written down. A few knocks echoed into the room,prompting her to answer without bothering to lift her head upwards from her notebook.

“Enter.”

The door slid opened,revealing Hina.

"Hey. I was told to head down to get you. Shindou made this a top priority mission of sorts. Illya seems to have returned alot stronger than expected. We will be needing you to fight her."

“Understood.”

Looking up from her notes,Reina looked at her new Gunpla that was standing in front of her. It wasn't done yet,but it'll be enough for the battle.

“Legillis,it's time.”

-Streets-

Illya was at a bridge that overlooked a river. She had her hands in her pockets as she was waiting. Gil-Chan was left back at the store, being bullied by Shine(reread: Forced to make up with).

Illya had a gunpla already prepared for this fight resting in it's case. "Come on out, I know you're here."
Illya mentally said, knowing Reina was already here.

“I'm surprised that you really choose to stand and wait here.”

Reina spoke,approaching Illya from behind before stopping a few centimetres in front of the latter.

"Sometimes you just have to play into your opponents strategy before you can turn things around." Illya replied, smiling, before her expression went serious. "Now then, what do you plan on doing when we fight, is what I want to know."
"Easy, we fight, and I will defeat you so you won't be able to fight in the tournament."
"Is that really your reason? I'm pretty sure if I was such a threat, Shindou himself would have seen me himself, or at least have Barthes try and brainwash me." She then closed her eyes and smiled. "But then again, maybe it was what was meant to be." She turned around, looking at the sunset. "This feels alot like one of those western movies about gunslingers and bandits as well as cowboys. However, there is more at stake here than what they showed in them."
Illya then turned her head towards Reina, as Illya tossed a cube like object at the ground between them. A battle table was created between them. "I got this from the Meijin himself. It's alot easier to transport than having several people lug it around. Now then,"
Illya turned towards Reina, before her eyes opened, the look of determination was showing. "Let's see what you got!" Illya said as she took out her gunpla.

Spoiler: total armaments

A gunpla that resembled a fusion of the 7 sword Gundam and the GX Raiser, as well as the Saber Quant was placed onto the launcher, as the field generated into space.
"Illyasviel von Einzbern, Quantum Raiser - Full Strike! Launching!" Her gunpla's eyes flashed on, before it took off. The fight to rescue Jing's girlfriend has begun.

“Gundam Legilis. Reina Shindou. Launch.”

From the other end of the other end of the battlefield,another Gundam flew forward towards where the Quantum Raiser is.



“Found you.”

Raising its rifle at Quantum Raiser,Reina immediately had her Gundam fire at Illya's.

The Quantum Raiser brought it's shield around to take the hit, the bits shooting out from it before it shattered. However, the Quantum Raiser seemed to gain a slight increase of speed, as it quickly got close to the Legilis, and thrusted forward with it's GN short sword.

Raising its free hand upwards,Legillis' left hand glowed before grabbing the GN Short Sword. It would seem that the hands have been been modified to utilise the combination of the God Finger and Palma Fiorcina,as the sword was repulsed away from Reina's Gundam before the Quantum Raiser got knocked away.

The Short sword shattered, as the Quantum Raiser brought it's GN sword III up and charged up a shot, as the four sword bits detatched earlier spun around the barrel, before firing a large beam at the Legilis. "This fight, what do you expect to happen?"

“Nothing.”

Reina responded at Legilis flew up and "skated" on the beam towards the Quantum Raiser. She's taken a page off Shia's design of the G-Portent.

“The results will speak for themselves.”

Reaching Quantum Raiser,Legillis fired at its enemy.

"Ngh"
The Quantum Raiser quickly equipped it's GN Buster Sword II as it's shield function, and used it to catch the beam, the beam splitting away from the Raiser completely. Seems Illya took a page from Elizabeth.
The Quantum Raiser then switched it's GN sword III to Sword mode, before swinging at the Legilis, aiming for the chest.

Legilis ducked,evading the sword before spinning and kicking the Quantum Raiser's arm,disarming the latter Gundam. Something under Legilis' kicking feet seems to be firing at Quantum Raiser and had barely missed.

The Quantum Raiser threw it's Buster Sword at the Legilis, before drawing it's GN Sword V and GN Long Blade, then connecting the ends of the hilts together. It then took a battle stance not unlike the sword Impulse when using the double blade version of the excaliburs, before flying at the Legilis, slashing upwards with the Long Blade part, then horizontally with the GN Sword V.

With perfectly timed side-evade and a bit of tilting its body horizontally,Legellis managed to avoid getting sliced into four pieces. Four orbs emerged from the "crack" on Reina's Gundam's shield,before firing point blank at Quantum Raiser's arms,damaging them severely.

However, the arms quickly repaired themselves from an odd liquid substance colored metallic, before the liquid vanished. Illya was really grateful that the ELS from the Briefcase was intergrated into the Quantum Raiser. However, this fight was feeling uneven for her side. Did it have something to do with her opponents speed?

Illya closed her eyes, her gunpla stood still, waiting for the Legilis to approach.

Noticing that the Quantum Raiser had stopped attempting to fight back,Legillis stopped midway from its pursuit and looked at its enemy. Momentarily silent,Reina finally broke the silence.

“....I guess you've noticed it,didn't you?”

"How much difference there is in our skills? Yes.... But still,"
She opened her eyes, they now glowed emerald green, before her Gundam Activated trans am. "I'm not backing out of this!" The Quantum Raiser aimed the Long Blade part at the Legilis, activating shot mode, but the sword bits would fly and attach themselves to the Raiser's waist, before it's red tint became a Magenta colored tint.

"Starlight Breaker!"
The Long Blade glowed a bright white, as the sword bits also glowed, before a runic circle appeared in front of the Quantum Raiser, the sword firing into the circle and becoming amplified, the beam now functioning like a MPC, flying towards the Legilis.

The wave motion beam was 10 seconds away from hitting Legillis,who was still standing there as if it was waiting for something else. Until:

“Trial Mode.”

The once white armour of the Legillis turned blue,while its eyes turned orange as the Gundam sped past the beam and stopped behind Quantum Raiser. Reina then took out a stopwatch and tossed it upwards after it had started the countdown. Legillis started throwing lighting-quick kicks at Quantum Raiser to the point it looked as if the impact had formed a "T" on the latter Gundam. Eventually,Reina's Gundam stopped kicking and turned to face away from Quantum Raiser,the T still present on Illya's Gundam as the stopwatch had landed on the former pilot's palm. 9.9 Seconds.

“Your goal ends at despair in 9.9 seconds.”

The "T" then exploded,sending Quantum Raiser back and crashing onto a meteorite. Although the durable armour and ELS managed to prevent it from receiving a far major damage.

“Do you concede,Illyasviel Von Einzbern?”

Reina asked,not out of arrogance or disgust,but with subtle concern.

The dust cleared, as the Quantum Raiser slowly got out of the crater. Illya was gripping her chest with her right hand, her eyes conceled by her hair and the shade, but she was breathing heavily.

The GN Sword II fell off of the GN drive on the left, as the two swords that make the GN Buster Sword III fell off too. Smoke rolled off the chest of the Quantum Raiser, but after the smoke left, it left behind a scar, with a glowing red object in the center.



"This fight..... Isn't over...."
Her gunpla drew it's GN Buster sword IV, before looking at the Legilis, it's eyes now glowing red.
Illya also looked on towards Reina, but her eyes had a red glint to them.
"I.... Will.... Destroy...... You....."

Those words were not something she normally would say, but it seemed that Reina wasn't the only one to sense the change in her emotions.

-Iori's Models-

"Jing? Do you sense that?" Koutei asked.
Jing himself couldn't believe it, but there's no way it was possible. Hibiki was here at the store.

-Battle Table-

The Legilis was sent crashing into a meteor, missing it's tail gun, the right wing, and it's beam rifle. It's face had scratch marks over it's right eye. The Quantum Raiser stared directly down towards the Legilis, it's eyes giving it an eerie look upon it's silhouette.

Illya herself had red markings covering her skin, as if she was possessed by a demon or something. No, not a demon.... A Devil.

“......This can't be good,I'm gonna go check.”

Jing sped out of the store and ran off. Who was it this time? Hibiki was here,and she wasn't under the control of anything. Could it be....?

-Battle Table-

"Hyaaaaaaaaaa!"
The Legilis was kicked away, as the Quantum Raiser quantized behind it, slashing down with the Buster Sword. The Legilis brought it's shield up quickly to catch the sword, but the Raiser would shift the GN Drives to facing forward, before they spun around creating a crimson color and not the green color like usual. "Feather Blades!"
The GN Drives shot red feather bits not unlike the 0 Gundam Koutei used, the feathers impaling the Legilis in several joint parts, as well as cutting off the head unit.

“Stop this! Illya!”

Several shots fired at the GN Feathers,shattering them before they could completely destroy Legillis. Standing between both Gundams was Inverse Caelum, apparently piloted by Jing somehow. Reina was not expecting her previous opponent to actually be saving her,to say the least. Even more so when the said previous opponent was using HER Gundam.

“You!? And how did you-”

“You need to keep your pockets secured before anyone steals your wallet,Sarah.”

Dry remarks aside,Inverse Caelum brought its free hand back as if signalling Legillis to stay out of it while its armed hand was raised forward as if to keep Quantum Raiser back.

“Illya,what were you doing!?”

"Destroy..... Destroy.... Enemy....."

The Quantum Raiser flew forward, it's GN Drives rotating to the back, as it thrusted it's Sword forward at the Inverse Caelum, before letting go and Quantizing between the two. It drew both GN Katars and slashed in a clockwise style of movement, damaging the back of the Caelum and the front of the Legilis. The former was knocked into the buster Sword, it's left leg getting impaled.

It seemed Jing himself could feel the pain as well that the Gunpla he was using was receiving, Reina would too with her Legilis.

“Is this-!?”

“No time to question,Sarah,we're gonna have to take her down together!”

Rolling her eyes in response to his misnaming (or is it really?),Reina tried to correct Jing,only to be interrupted as Quantum Raiser activated Trans Am. This was not looking good. Pulling the the sword out of its leg,a timer-gauntlet of sort formed on the Inverse Caelum's left arm.

“Sarah! High speed!”

Understanding what he had meant,Reina disgruntledly nodded and activated Accel:Trial Form once again,her Legillis turning blue for the second time while Inverse Caelum turned mostly black with red stripes.

"START UP"

"TRIAL"

“Follow my lead!”

Axel Caelum flew forward towards the Quantum Raiser,before the Trial Legillis follow d suit.

“Fine,just don't mess this up!”

Caelum having activated Trans Am as well while Legillis activated a similar substitute (Reina had implement a system to combat fast moving opponents,although it is not stable),both Jing and Reina's Gundam's started attacking Quantum Raiser from every direction in synch to each other,despite this perhaps being their first time fighting together.

However,Quantum Raiser managed to bring its sword towards Axel Caelum's chest,causing Jing to start coughing blood while his eyes started to appear bloodshot gradually. In response,Caelum took this as an opportunity to grab hold of Quantum Raiser, preventing the latter from attempting to escape.

“What do you think you're-”

“What are you waiting for Sarah!? Shoot!”

Momentarily stunned at his actions,Reina hastily shook her shock off and,using the Legillis' chest beam,fired a wave-motion cannon at both Quantum Raiser and Caelum,destroying both and finally ending the match as the Augmented Reality deactivated.

Collapsing onto the ground,Jing vomitted what was possibly a cup-worth of blood onto the ground as Reina went to help him up,the latter of whom glared at Illya.

“Some friend of Setsuna you are....!”
