Alright so here is what I think since I was unable to post, Kharzenti, obviously offended by Mephisto's behavior, berates him and goes on to question him about his knowledge of the demon. Once they sort all that out, he explains that he isn't a rage demon in a meat body, but in fact the demon is possessing his soul and can temporarily access his body. Then they make up (sort of) and Kharzenti agrees to join the guild, provided that he can leave in the future to return to business. Also, Kharzenti makes the request that no one in the guild be told about his "condition" as he will come to call it. Mephisto can choose to agree or disagree.
