Realistic or Modern FxF plot, really craving.

I'm suddenly really craving a FxF pairing where one is a recovering addict and the other thinks shes a straight woman. They meet up and fall in love but theres trouble that ensues between them and it's just heartwrenching as they face their inner demons while trying to make a relationship work.
