Stone crumbled with every step the travellers took through the delicate marshland, the scarce, fragmented ruins of a fallen city scattered as far as the eye could see. A cool mist hovered low against the ground, covering the land in a sort of refreshing yet desolate atmosphere. In the distance, something resembling a ruined castle sat high in the air. Though it seemed much of its upper structure had gone missing, it was the most building-like structure the group of five had seen all week.

"Looks like we might be able to have a roof over our heads tonight." Lirek smiled warmly, glowing with a renewed health and hope that couldn't have been imagined a week ago. Though his ribs were still visible, his skin was a more vibrant hue and his eyes glossy but lively. He trudged along agilely with his makeshift walking stick, manoeuvring around debris and puddles with ease. Though old, he was certainly not one to fall behind so easily.

"Indeed." Taji responded casually, though it had slowly become known over the past week that he had [Damaged Eyes] and likely couldn't see such a distant structure very well. On the other hand, Lirek had [Damaged Ears], and though they had not gone into detail, the cause of both permanent injuries was alluded to be their previous captors.

Taji was also more vibrant than before, his hollowed out cheeks less prominent and his fur even more plush and velvety than previous. As he prowled ahead carefully, his ears twitched before he suddenly leapt out of the way of an incoming arrow. Embedded in the swamp, the arrow sank, just as 8 rough-looking ruffians smilingly appeared from behind the ruined walls ahead of the party.

"Two beastkin and even a fairy? We've hit a goldmine boys!" The front-most human cackled crudely, before brandishing his machete and swinging it wildly at one of the unwanted goods, Kurikara. A nasty scar ran across his face, and though he seemed nothing more than a muscular brute, his movements were swift and full of confidence.

The second human, cloaked and somewhat overshadowed by the front-most attacker, quickly pounced on Tyrmar with a curved dagger. Their body was small, nimble and lithe, and they moved much like an assassin, aiming directly for Tyrmar's heart.

Roughly 50ft behind them, two bow-wielders readied their bows, one each aiming for Tyrmar and Kurikara, likely ready to strike if their allies needed backup. The other four were jeering and lazily watching the action, though the glint of their blades was something to watch out for.

  • Round 1: Round Outcome
The cloaked figure's dagger drew blood despite Tyrmar's defence, slicing through the natural armour on his forearm and leaving a nasty gash in its wake. Miraculously, said wound immediately closed itself up, but for the bandit this scene was obscured by the splatter of blood. Their wicked smile didn't last long however, as despite quickly moving to dodge, they were immediately caught in Tyrmar's vice-like grip. Beaten black and blue by Tyrmar's aura-infused blow and Lirek's accurate whacks, they immediately spewed blood and silently collapsed with crushed bones throughout their body. As they fell, their cloak fell off their head, revealing a young woman's face ruined by scars.

The machete wielder's wild attack met its target, scraping metal as it left cracks in Kurikara's armour. His own machete was left damaged by the fierce blow, its chipped shards falling to the marshland earth. Kurikara's sudden strike was met prepared, the machete man smiling funnily even as his side was shallowly cut by the Nodachi despite his leather armour.

Ninelle's leaves and Taji's tendrils struck true, the hurried defensive manoeuvres of the archers not enough to evade the fierce magic barrelling towards them. The archer targeting Tyrmar was left wincing on shaky legs, sharp, shuriken-like leaves stuck all over his body, some even piercing through his flimsy armour. On the other hand, the archer targeting Kurikara was no more, left in a puddle of blood and bruises by the quickly fading shadows.

    Round 2: Bandits' Turn
    Bandit 2
"Tasia!" The older woman screamed shrill, unable to believe that her talented best friend was eradicated so quickly by some shirtless martial artist and an old slave. Still, she remained level-headed and hurriedly passed the weak teenaged archer beside her a healing potion. She stayed back, as if contemplating, before taking out two throwing knives and launching them at that sickly old anuran.

    Archer 1
Chugging down the potion in an instant, the archer brought his bow back up without hesitation despite his injuries, aiming at that terrible little fae and letting loose a single arrow without mercy.

    Bandit 1
"What the fuck... this isn't what we were promised." The bearded bandit mumbled out loud, taking a glance at the whole situation before charging forward. Though he didn't have the movement to reach Ninelle, he threw a knife at her when he reached a closer distance(about 20-30ft).

    Bandit 4
"Brother, no... you fucking bitch, I'll kill you!" One of the bandits shouted hoarsely, charging forward with a crude gladius stolen from who knows where. Covering the distance with a surprising speed, he swung his blade fiercely and recklessly towards Taji.

    Bandit 3
"Boss, catch!" The small man threw a shining new machete over at the machete-wielder with a small, dark smile, before taking out a small crossbow from behind him. "If you guys want to fight ranged, we can do ranged." He snarled, aiming and firing at Tyrmar.

    Machete Man
"Hah." The machete-wielder caught the blade with ease, throwing his old one at Tyrmar without hesitation. "Let's see how long that pesky armour of yours can last." He spat crudely, casting a mild surveying glance across the battlefield before striking once more at Kurikara.

Celyan's ability would be setting off alarms at a nearby bush. His senses would determine that an evil creature was right in front of the dog man. While the group was preoccupied with the bandits and the assassin, there had been an evil laying low. Not one but several creatures now making their presence known to the priest. Waiting for the time to strike, it had considered the bandits and assassins but relished the chance to ambush it's prey even more.

Notes: Diamond is the invader, invaders intent is to prevent the party from completing the mission objective.

Despite her aerial manoeuvres, the throwing knife aimed at Ninelle managed to brush past her natural wing. Though it did no real damage, merely grazing an outer frame, it stagnated her movements enough for the distant arrow to pierce straight through the centre of her chest, half crushing metal and sending gears flying, and half ripping out her flesh. Blood flowed like a river from the wound the size of a baseball on her body, as she collapsed paralyzed onto the grass from the trauma and pain.

Tyrmar's aggressive defence went well for the most part, successfully forcing the flying machete to the floor with his elbow. The hook on the crossbow bolt however went slightly awry, as it grazed and deflected the bolt in such a way that it struck his abdomen with weakened force.

The outer layer of Kurikara's armour shattered like glass with the bandit's second ferocious strike, leaving him more vulnerable than ever. He would feel the force of the collision ringing through the rest of his armour, realizing a part of his core body had been damaged. Fortunately, the bandit's machete also quickly followed its predecessor, chipped away due to the pure strength of its wielder.

The bandit was in much worse shape, with his leather armour in nothing but tatters. Tyrmar's flying fist strike smashed into the right of his ribcage, whilst Kurikara's dark energy-fueled punch slammed into his stomach, violently re-organizing his internal organs. Kurikara's axe kick was also not evaded, as the bandit's head spun seeing stars. Coughing up a dangerous mouthful of blood, the machete-wielder looked to be on his last legs, but he was admirably still standing firm.

    Round 3: Bandits' Turn
    Bandit 2
The older woman tsked dissatisfied at the anuran's evasion. Whilst glancing toward Bandit 3 to check on his condition, she ended up the first to notice the gaggle of monsters and creatures prowling behind them. "Monsters from the rear, back up!" She barked powerfully, before touching her earrings and slamming her hands down.
    • Blink D (Magic D, Magic Range E (100ft), Teleport E (100ft))
Before everyone's eyes, Machete Man suddenly re-appeared beside her, dropping to his knees from the sudden warp. Without a word, the woman immediately placed her hands on his chest and muttered some chants, her hands glowing with healing magic.
    • Healing F (Magic F, Healing F)
"I'm sorry, I used the last healing potion on Luca." She mumbled bitterly.

    Machete Man
"It's fine." He muttered calmly. "Things aren't looking good for us, we should retreat if we can." He commented, remaining still as he was treated before bringing out a whetstone and sharpening his blade. Though it obviously wouldn't fix the chipped area, the renewed sharpness made the machete as effective as it was previous.

    Bandit 1
The bearded bandit stared at the collapsed fae for a moment, surprised to see the metal and gears revealed from her injury, before quickly turning back and retreating.

    Bandit 4
"Fuck." The bandit swore crudely, clearly ready to end Taji's life right there, but held back in the end to heed the call to retreat, with the same impressive speed he used to close the distance in the first place.

    Bandit 3
"Yo. Fire forward Luca, I've got the rear." The smaller bandit jogged on over, before loading another crossbow bolt, aiming and firing it at that gross multi-eyed beast (Shuten).

    Archer 1/Luca
The archer smiled in a way that didn't match his age as the arrow hit its mark, before silently nodding at his fellow bandit's words. Aiming at that martial artist that had now dealt huge damage to two of his allies, he fired another arrow (Tyrmar).

Tyrmar shot out like a rocket, the bearded bandit's speed no match in comparison. The archer's arrow, offput by the force of Tyrmar's flying fist strike, merely grazed his side during his sprint, leaving him to unleash his furious vengeance without hindrance. Narrowing his eyes, the target bandit managed to avoid his head being struck, instead tanking the hit with the leather pauldron on his right shoulder. Although the force of the strike reverberated throughout and destroyed his armour, he managed to escape with little damage, Tyrmar's aura leaving deep burns on his skin.

The bolt that struck Shuten-Doji's arm fortunately did no real damage and had no long-lasting effects. Unfortunately for the bandit however, the reddish claws that reached for him were a different story. Instinctively leaping backwards with a cartwheel-like manoeuvre, he fortunately managed to avoid his face getting ripped off, though his bloodied lower legs and ankles were an unfortunate trade.

Zolgen and the berbalangs were a surprisingly coordinated family. The bandit's wild charge with his blade was quickly parried, with Zolgen efficiently removing both the bandit's arms, leaving the berbalangs to fry up what was left of his body with their beams of dark energy. "Fuck... should've just killed that bitch..." He murmured his last words regretfully, slowly closing his eyes.

"There's too many of those damn things. Tch, why now." He tsked in frustration, before barking out new commands. "Retreat as a group. Use our original targets as shields if you can. Make them fight each other." He started moving towards the two beastkin taking care of the fairy, chopping at Tyrmar along the way.

    Bandit 1
"So quick to lash out, shouldn't you check on your little friend first? Seems that abomination is somehow still alive." The bearded bandit scoffed at Tyrmar, jabbing at him with a trained punch before agilely retreating.

    Bandit 3
"This is why I'm not built for the frontlines." The cartwheeler sighed, before running away whilst firing at one of the berbalangs without aiming.

    Archer 1/Luca
The archer frowned at the lack of impact by his arrow, following after his allies briefly before turning and firing at two of the berbalangs without aiming. "I'll cover our rear." He spoke quietly, gesturing for the older woman to hurry up.

    Bandit 2
"Don't be stupid, I'm your mother. How could I go on ahead?" She scolded, keeping the archer ahead of her as they retreated, whilst throwing two knives at Zolgen.

    Round 4 Outcome
    • Round 4: Round Outcome
Tyrmar's spinning elbow was a miracle of nature. Fueled by a deadly glow, its momentum fended off most of Shuten-Doji's claw strikes, parried Bandit 1's rapid jab and deflected Machete Man's blade. His arms were left with deep claw marks and bruised skin, rendering them difficult to use at full strength like previous. Additionally, the bolt stuck in his chest had twisted during the scuffle, whilst the wound left on his side by the recent arrow was beginning to fester and burn to the point that it was difficult to ignore. Tyrmar would not be able to stand much longer, but despite this, he powered through and managed to take down yet another bandit. The running spirit-hardened strike struck true, knocking down the bandit on the run in one blow to the back of the head, where the target would lay unable to get up forever.

As the berbalangs chased after Bandit 3, three would suddenly drop dead in the air, one pierced through by a crossbow bolt, the other two nailed in the chest by an arrow.

The flying knives were indeed child's play to Zolgen, who was able to predict their trajectory and deflect them straight back at the foolish woman that had thrown them at him. Both daggers ended up piercing her own shoulder, dark blood immediately spreading on her clothes from the wounds.

The machete-wielder whirled around quickly at the approaching noise, hurriedly bringing his meagre blade up for defence. Unfortunately, the already weakened weapon stood no chance against the polished nodachi powered by momentum and strength, crumbling from the impact as the strike continued down its path. With his armour tattered and flying in the wind, the Machete Man's side was fresh for the taking as he was cleaved straight in two. Blood sprayed like a fountain as both halves disorderly collapsed together, one slightly burnt with the aftereffects of a dark-energy fueled fist.

    Bandit 3/Ardo
"What a fucking tragedy." He couldn't help but laugh in the face of his incoming death. "Guess I really shouldn't have left the circus life huh."

"Well, Katelyn, Luca, it was a pleasure knowing you two. I was, and still am, really grateful heh."
The small bandit smiled brightly, circling around the undying beast that was Tyrmar and shoving both of his last companions behind him. Pulling out a sickle, he agilely danced forward, slashing at Tyrmar twice tauntingly.

    Bandit 2/Katelyn
Gritting her teeth, the woman swivelled westward and ran as fast as she could, forcibly pulling her son along with her. Her gaze flickered with emotion, before staring resolutely at the sloping cliff face not far ahead of them.

    Archer 1/Luca
"Ardo-" The archer called out quietly, his expression still one of disbelief from the current situation. Briefly lifting up his bow, he didn't seem to know who or what to shoot, so he just continued to run beside his mother.

    Round 5: Lirek's, Ninelle's & Taji's Turn
With the bleeding sufficiently stopped, Ninelle was wrapped in something resembling a hammock made of worn fabric and tied securely to Lirek's chest. The bloodied pieces and parts Taji could find in the grassy marsh lay with her as they prepared to move, wary of the bandits leading the battle to their vicinity. The crude bandaging wrapped around Taji's upper leg dripped with blood, keeping Lirek's attention despite knowing they had no time to spare.

"The closest village is at least a day's walk north." Lirek commented quietly.
"You think a village healer will suffice?" Taji snapped back.
"What other choice do we have? Me choosing a path that avoids people as much as possible has really bit us in the ass." Lirek sighed with a shake of his head, his eyes expressing his regret.
"Act first. Think late-" Taji replied quickly, his cracked eyes aglow as he prepared to help Tyrmar and Kurikara out on the battlefield, but was caught off-guard by the sudden invasion from the side.

"Stand back." He growled a warning in a tone so deathly frigid it pierced the heart. It was clear that the strange creatures had no intention to attack straight away, but especially considering that the beastkin had seen them approach from the bandits' rear, their intentions were something to question. Taji's clawless paws burst with flames of dark magic, ready to strike immediately if they took one wrong step.

    Round 5 Outcome
    • Ceylan
During the standoff, the celestial beasts' gaze lingered on the dark magic fueling the beastkin's paws as Ceylan appraised the five around him.

      Appraisal E results:
      • Ninelle (E Grade) [Fae] [Fairy] [Construct] [Abomination] [Tiny]
      • Taji (E Grade) [Beast] [FelineFolk] [Escaped Slave] [Servant] [Lady's Pet] [Fugitive of the Eastern Empire]
      • Lirek (E Grade) [Beast] [Anuran] [Escaped Slave] [Courier] [Labourer] [Fugitive of the Eastern Empire]
      • Armoured Beast (???)
      • Winged Snake (???)
The mechanical fairy lifelessly lying in a hammock-pocket was unconscious, but the bloody tear streaks and scrunched up expression was more than enough to speak of her suffering. The way she writhed and curled herself deeper into a ball seemed to speak of deeper pain also, as if she was stuck in an endless nightmare.

The black-furred felinefolk was obviously on edge, weary but determined to protect the pair behind him. However with the erratic flickering of his ears and tail, Ceylan could read the frustration and anxiousness behind his confident front. The blue-skinned anuran stood cautiously, eyeing everyone that had approached with a calm gaze. But there was a bitterness in those silver eyes of his, with some resignation and numbness buried deep.

The celestial beasts were difficult to read, not only because of their small or non-existent faces, but because they were of a higher level. The armoured beast seemed vaguely solemn and wistful, whereas the winged snake seemed perfectly calm. However, Ceylan would note that the snake's eyes would also occasionally drift to the blood on the marshland, but was simply much less obvious about it compared to the other celestial beast.
      ---
The warm glow that settled in the hearts of the trio was nothing short of a miracle. As Taji felt the wound on his leg close up, he dissipated his magic without a care and rushed over to Lirek's side. Though the fae still slept, the gaping hole in her chest was closing up, magically sewing her body back together. The relief that flooded both beastkin was obvious to anyone.

      Round 5: Ceylan's Summons
The armoured beast stared at Ceylan quietly for a moment, before giving a silent nod of compliance and dashing past Kurikara to Tyrmar's side. Noticing the many attackers, the beast simply chose to not slow down and charge straight at the sickle-wielding bandit. The winged snake, still coiled discreetly around its companion's neck, opened its maw. Speckles of pale mana rapidly congregated in a core, as rapid-fire laser beams were shot out, some aimed at Shuten-Doji's tendrils, the others at Zolgen's cleavers.

    Round 6: Bandits' Turn
    Bandit 3/Ardo
"Wow, look at how many allies you have all of a sudden. And enemies." He couldn't help but chuckle as monsters and creatures of all sizes jumped into the fray. "Guess that bitch woke up huh." He narrowed his eyes, glancing ever so briefly at the dog-eared humanoid not too far away.

"It was fun fighting, but uh, I gotta go." The small bandit cackled brightly, glancing backwards to see how far his allies had gotten, before running after them. He was prepared to put his life down here, but since there was a chance at survival, who wouldn't grasp it?

    Bandit 2/Katelyn
Once they had reached the cliff side, the woman grasped the younger bandit by the shoulders and stared at the top of the cliff. Her earrings shone like stars as she chanted, much to her son's dismay.

"Live, Luca. Don't worry, I'll come up soon." Were the words she used to end her chanting, as the archer was teleported to the top of the small cliff.
    • Blink D (Magic D, Magic Range E (100ft), Teleport E (100ft))
    Archer 1/Luca
The archer dashed to the edge of the cliff face, peering down at his mother in agitation. He didn't call out, perhaps not to draw attention, but he remained extremely anxious as he could do nothing but wait from where he was.

    Round 6: Lirek's, Ninelle's & Taji's Turn
"Thank you for your help, stranger." Lirek shook off his stupor and nodded solemnly at Ceylan, showing his genuine gratitude. "Time is of the essence however. Taji, stay here and protect them." He spoke quickly, grabbing his stolen gear and running off after Ceylan's summons to go aid Tyrmar.

"What is your relation to those monsters?" Taji questioned abruptly, as he was suddenly left with the responsibility of cradling a fairy and protecting a stranger. "You have saved her life, and no words could express my gratitude for that, but, that does not mean I can guarantee your inhuman friends over there can leave here alive." He stated quietly, not hoping to make an enemy of Ceylan, but to warn him mentally of the consequences of his actions.

"I think this battle is mostly over, but just in case, take this." Taji stuffed some random herbs in Ceylan's hand, though Ceylan wouldn't be able to discern their uses. "These were gathered by the fairy. It's not much, but its all we have. I'm sure she'd want you to have this." He nodded quickly before turning his wary attention back to the battlefield.

    Combat/Invasion Over
  • Combat is over. No need to write out actions anymore, but respect ability cooldowns as usual.

    • Taji
"I see. Perhaps it was their greed that led them to ignore you at the time." Taji speculated quietly, watching as said monsters grouped up and fled far into the distance. The idea of a monster curing a holy city was a strange thought, but the felinefolk did not care enough about their history to inquire further.

"Kuridan? You have travelled far. But, why would you come all the way to a nation known for enslaving our kind?" He questioned without thinking, his eyes slightly drooping from fatigue as the rush of adrenaline began to wear off. "You don't have to answer, actually. Sorry." He backtracked after a pause, silently coming to his own conclusions on it being a sensitive matter. After all, such a journey was likely not just done 'for fun'.

Rubbing his eye with a small sigh, he kept a wary ear out for ambushes and surprise attacks as he watched all of his allies re-group.

      Lirek
Lirek, as someone that had rushed over to help once Lirek and Ninelle's safety was secured, caught Kurikara's actions quite keenly. He watched his frozen stance, his sudden trip after being healed and his energy-fueled punch at the ground. He eyed him with a fleeting glance of pity, before nodding at his words and returning to the others, giving a short glance towards the fleeing bandits to the west, and the retreating monsters to the north-east.

Lirek couldn't help but chuckle and shake his head at Kurikara's bitter words and Tyrmar's sudden threat. "Now now, the fighting's over isn't it? Let's not start by interrogating the poor fellow. As far as I am concerned, every single one of you saved our lives." He smiled brightly, his gaze passing over Kurikara in particular, though some intruding thoughts seemed to make his smile dim after a moment.

"Let's talk after we move." The armoured anuran picked up his walking stick and started leading the trek to the distant ruined castle, far from the stench of blood and death.

"For someone of your status, you are very down-to-earth. And I mean that in a good way." Taji commented with mild surprise flickering across his features at Ceylan's introduction. "It is fortunate that we chanced upon each other then. You do not want to experience that life." He added quietly, after listening to the high priest's story. At Ceylan's consequent inquiry however, Taji couldn't help but grow a little defensive, subconsciously distancing himself from the priest with his eyes narrowing. "...my magic is no curse, I can assure you of that. Though I can understand your concerns as a priest of light." He began cautiously, pondering each word. "It is something that runs in my family. And something that has secretly helped me survive for many years. Without it, I wouldn't be here." He continued quietly, before trailing off into silence.

Fortunately, Tyrmar was clearly an easygoing sort, quickly helping ease and lighten up the atmosphere with one of his favoured topics of discussion. "Always so eager to show off your cooking skills, do we not praise you enough Tyrmar? You hafta rope in this poor priest as well?" Lirek guffawed, wantonly leading the way with a merry smile after glancing back at the boar now trailing the party. "He speaks the truth though, you should look forward to it comrade." He smiled kindly towards the dog man, easily accepting and treating him how anyone would treat a comrade from the battlefield.

"Our destination is Ryke! But with the skies darkening so quickly, we are simply seeking shelter. I know you likely just woke up, but we've been travelling all day before the battle, and we likely won't find a better source of shelter in a long while." He replied openly to Ceylan's inquiries, prodding forward through the marsh at a steady pace. "You can accompany us for as long as you like, comrade. We at least owe you this." He added kindly after a small pause.

    Closing Post
  • Brief Epilogue:
With the party leaving all the bloodshed behind, the rest of the escort journey to Ryke's border was uneventful, with everyone parting their separate ways not long after waving their farewells to Taji and Lirek.

    Summary:
During the escort journey to Ryke's border, the party encountered bandits on some unnamed ruin-filled plains. Whilst fighting, monsters invaded and struck at both forces, turning the battlefield into a three-way fight. Ceylan, a beastkin who had been captured and dragged over by the bandits, summoned celestial creatures to free himself and aid the party being attacked by both bandits and monsters. With most of the bandits slaughtered and overwhelmed, the last of them and the monsters fled.

The main party then headed towards a nearby ruined fortress-like structure to shelter and recuperate for the night, where they encountered another beastkin, Nashi. She welcomed them in and helped prepare dinner, which she had drugged, debilitating the party with nausea and weakness. Stealing Lirek's dagger, she easily beheaded him and wounded Taji before striking at Ceylan where she clashed with Kurikara. As the party regained their strength due to Ninelle's herbs, Ceylan, Kurikara and Tyrmar managed to talk Nashi down, leading her to accept the combined attacks of Ninelle, Taji and Tyrmar without defending herself, perishing on the spot.

Ceylan then used his divine powers to revive and revitalize everyone, including the odd few animals in the periphery of the castle. With promises made to meet again in the Holy City of Vegard, the party bade farewell to Nashi and finished the rest of the escort without a hitch, leaving them to all to part their seperate ways with Taji and Lirek safely entering Ryke.

    Invaders:
    Combat:
I used combat rules during battle for learning purposes. The following things were done incorrectly, but were learnt about after:
    • Team up bonus
    • Breaking armour by using greater vit/spd than armour grade allows
    • Ceylan's cooldowns (in regards to his summons' spell durations)
I also allowed some upgrades mid-rp, particularly for Kurikara, which is why the numbers for him suddenly change(Go yell at Shiro I had no choice in the matter haha). If you find other things that I should learn/take note of that hasn't been mentioned here, do let me know!

    Rewards:
(If none of these are even considered I will probably be mad and charge into someone's DMs for their reasoning, thanks, and you have been warned)

    Ninelle
    • [Death's Touch] (Optional title) Character has danced close with death multiple times and this effect has rubbed off on them. They have a strange quality about them which makes them seem neither alive nor dead, with the living finding their presence eerie/unnerving and the undead being slightly less likely to attack them.
Justification: Not even including her pre-isekai death and her worlds death (set very soon in the future of her timeline), Ninelle has nearly/basically died twice in the span of a couple months, and I wanted a title that would represent this. Perhaps the name of the title could be rephrased, but something similarly eerie/ethereal would be great thanks(alternate ideas e.g. Deathly, Ghostly, Ethereal, etc).

    Kurikara
    • [Enigma] (Optional title) Character is strange, unfathomable and hard to understand. Folks are more likely to be confused or curious by their presence, words and actions.
    • [Guardian] (Optional title) Character has proven themselves to prioritize the safety of their allies during combat, staying beside them and not charging ahead to give chase or retaliate against enemies. Those directly protected by the character gain a small mental bonus and tend to feel more calm and at ease under their protection.
    Tyrmar
    • [Camp Cook] (Optional title) Character has the uncanny ability to bring out a meal no matter the location or situation. Whilst out in the wild, the character is more prone to meeting friendly travellers that want to rely on the character for sustenance and good times.
    • [One Man Army] (Optional title) Character has proven themselves to stand strong against overwhelming forces even when those behind them have faltered. They have a small mental bonus when facing combat situations where the character and their allies are outnumbered.
    Ceylan
    • Persuasion F (skill acquired - 7pt narrator award)
    • [Good Boy] (Optional title) Character seeks the goodness in everyone, no matter the situation. When talking people down out of what they deem bad deeds, character receives a slight bonus to persuasion.
    • [Holy Child] (Optional title) Character has been blessed by the heavens multiple times to work things in their favour. Celestial beings or holy folk are more likely to think of the character favourably.
I don't know if Invaders would get titles (maybe criminal ones for harming folks?) but remember to give Zolgen and Maikoa their rewards too!
