dash stood there , he felt the rain falling on his quils and the rest of his body , he had walked into the forest to see what he could find , except a couple of robots that he took care of making him even more tired , he couldnt see anything more important , he could see eggmans ship in the far far distance , his red quils dropped covering part of his eye.
the thunder make his body shiver a little , but he hopes he gets struck to get enough energy to get home but with the trees around him , this will be probably impossible , and even if he got struck his body is too tired to be able to absorb the energy, it might even fry him .
"why didnt i stick with the group , god damn it"

The bed felt wonderful. Not that it mattered, considering the fox kit was at the point where he could've fallen asleep immediately. Except droning voices slowed that progress into that siren song of exhaustion. Making enough time for one word to jolt that sheet-obscured Mobian awake again in understanding that Ash said a location. Vesuvio... "N'hmm." Okay, so maybe he didn't sound fully awake. Tails would acknowledge that much as recognition of that metallic chiming made him conscious enough for that at least.

Despite what Bunnie said about Vesuvio being two and a half weeks away, the fox kit had seen that Acheron had ways to shorten that trip. Back when he'd dealt with the Hey ho. "Yeah, West Island is a bit far...to have washed away from. How...how long ago was it...that you ended...up at Vesuvio?"

"Hmmm... perhaps three... three and a half weeks? Give or take a day. First thing I really recall was waking up on what I think might have been part of a sailing vessel at some point. Anything before that is about as solid as fog,"
Acheron commented quietly, wincing a bit as he watched the half cybernetic bunny woman washing his calves and feet before she carefully dried them and started using what seemed to be slightly greenish clear gel to cover the injuries in a thin layer before she started wrapping his lower calves and feet in gauzy bandages. "That should do it, an' that's a lot of rings. Should be more than enough to get some good footwear, though if you go out for some, little missy, do take an umbrella," Bunnie commented. "Speaking of," she commented before she flicked a dry towel at Amy and Acheron both, "you two need to dry off before you end up sick."

Acheron's answers were less than helpful for anyone, including Tails, to make any reasonable deductions. That timeframe and how the Overlander's adventure until now started on a vessel added additional factors to consider. Only, yeah, exhaustion and the comfortable bed won out, once more drawing the fox kit towards sleep. "That will make...it a little harder to...calculate where you started...from. I can try though if....you 'ant me to.....'ater. 'oo' nigh', Bu'ie. 'oo' 'ight......Amy. Goo' 'igh', Ash." The pauses got longer and longer, turning into something rather mumbled as he began to drift off, being a sheet mound on there that would start seconds later at the next rumble. And Tails muttered something muffled by the bed.

Tangle the Lemur
Interactions: Whisper ( SheepKing SheepKing )
Location: Wood Zone
Being flown up to a branch was new for Tangle, and she looked around starry-eyed to observe everything along the way. Her gaze, eventually, would focus on that branch coming into position beneath her two feet. The landing, from what Tangle knew since it'd been her first time flying, was pretty gentle. Grinning since that little flight was AWESOME, the lemur faced where Whisper came down to land. Just to make sure she landed safely.

At Whisper's instructions, though, she gave an instant "you got it!" response and peered down toward Wood Zone's forest floor. Quickly finding that they did have a much better view, albeit that it didn't cut out all the blind spots. It shrank them down, and she could move just one branch over to see beyond rather than walking halfway around. Each time she looked out into the distance, Tangle wrapped her tail around the branch to counterbalance herself leaning out for a better look.

They didn't get far examining the way ahead before thunder rumbled out in the distance. "Seems we get to do this in the rain, hopefully your mask and Wispon are water-tight. Hmm?" The lemur barely had said that comment when something metal glinted on the ground, damp from the first sprinkles of rain. A broken remain of a Badnik though she'd been sure the field of debris they'd made earlier was behind them. She, still leaning out looking, pointed over that direction. "I didn't see that when I came through on my way to Knothole, what about for you?"

"G'night, little buddy," Acheron said quietly as he dried himself off, watching Amy out of the corner of his eye as he tugged free the same crescent shaped 'dagger' before he lifted it to his lips at the same time as he felt Bunnie pat his knee. He was unaware his irises glowed a soft golden amber as he blew softly.

He didn't notice when Bunnie's eyes widened as music filled the small building.

Amy hadn’t expected much to come out of Acheron’s reminiscing of rings, especially not a huge pile of them suddenly appearing in the middle of the room. Amy gawked at the sight, though at this point she should have known that Acheron was full of surprises. Shock melting away, she’d give a small laugh, “I guess that solves the ring issue”. With a quick motion Amy kneeled down to grab a small handful of rings, making sure to add “Don’t worry, I’ll pay you back as soon as I can”. With this amount there was no way she wouldn’t be able to find a decent enough pair for him, now all that she needed to do was head out and find a shop.

Unbeknownst to Amy, right as she began making her way to the door Bunnie had tossed over towels to her and Acheron. As kind of a gesture it was, Amy unfortunately hadn’t noticed in time, causing the towel to smack her right in the face. “Ack!” Blinded by the cloth, she’d tear it from her face but a quick examination would make the young girl realize what it was. Letting out out an, “Oh!” She’d dry her self off as much as she could before folding the towel neatly and setting it aside on a nearby table. Once last shake of her quills and Amy was now only slightly damp. She’d chirp out a “Thank you!” over towards Bunnie as she made a stop by Tails. Putting a hand on the bed she’d whisper a goodnight back to the sleeping fox. As she did Amy could feel Acheron’s watchful gaze over her, causing Amy to quick a quick glance back over to him. She caught a glimpse of silver shining in his hand, a dagger by the looks of it, as the boy whistled some sort of tune to himself. Well, it was time to head off.

Grabbing an umbrella set by the door Amy looked back to the others, her departing words that of “Be right back!” As she finally took her leave.

Opening up the umbrella, Amy could hear the rat-tat-tat of raindrops hitting the earth, a steady rhythmic pattern which lulled the girl with its ambiance. Letting out a small yawn, Amy rubbed her eyes as she walked down the steps and onto the slick road. It seemed the majority of the panic had died down among the populace somewhat, though even Amy couldn’t deny the unease which still permeated. She could feel the eyes of villagers bear onto her as she walked onward, no doubt a variety of emotions filling each set. Nevertheless, the hedgehog would greet each one with a polite smile and nod as she walked. First impression were important after all and if she was going to be a freedom fighter then she needed to connect with the people that she’d be protecting, even if they weren’t open to her presence just yet.

Eventually she’d make her way to a small shoe shop which thankfully advertised itself as carrying Overlander sizes. She’d walk in, greet the shopkeeper, and go to browse the aisles. A yawn tearing through her throat, Amy debated over what would be the best pick.

“Something practical…hiking shoes maybe?”

They’d surely be doing lots of running after all, and having something durable would surely do him good. Also, considering how his calves were also injured in the fight, she’d want to buy something that was a little taller that’d add that extra protection. Eventually she’d stumble upon a pair of boots which seemed to fit the bill. With that, she’d swing by the register and pay for the shoes, giving a polite smile as she headed out once more.

Amy almost began making her way back to where Bunnie, Tails, and Acheron were but she found herself distracted by something that caught her eye. A clothing store, newly built by the looks of it, had its door wide open, beckoning for her to enter. At first Amy resisted the call, knowing she should really head back, but a flash of red on a hanger immediately reeled her on in. It was the cutest thing she’d ever seen and she absolutely one hundred percent would have died if she didn’t get her hands on it as soon as possible. Self control be damned she had to get her hands on it.

As she entered it became obvious the mobian at the register already knew what she had her eyes on. Judging by the crowd surrounding the rack it seemed the item was quite popular. Luckily most sizes had been sold out by the time Amy had arrived, the only one available thankfully being a perfect fit for the hedgehog. With no shame at all, she’d buy the item with her own money, head held high as she exited the store. She couldn’t wait to try it on and show it off to the others, though she would definitely have to save it for a special occasion. A item of that caliber had to be worn when the time was right! Already imagining the looks on everyone’s faces, Amy beamed as she made her way back.

But, the color of the clothing reminded her of something, or more specifically someone. “I hope Dash is alright…” She hadn’t seen him yet and that worry inside her was only continuing to fester. Unfortunately, Amy wasn’t in the state to go out and look for him. She’d rub her eyes as she stared out at Knothole before reluctantly heading back. If he was gone for too long then she’d go and look for him but for now Amy needed some rest. And who knows, Maybe Sally or Osiron would find him first.

Whisper the Wolf
Location: Wood Zone
Interactions: Mayali Mayali (Tangle)
Mentioned (Not by name): wigi wigi (Dash)

Seeing Tangle’s eagerness for just about everything made Whisper smile just the tiniest bit. It seemed the lemur just about greeted everything she came across with the excitement and vigor and needless to say it was quite infectious. Even if it was a run of the mill job for Whisper, needless to say Tangle’s attitude helped make it slightly less monotonous. Still, she couldn’t get too carried away, they still had work to do.

In a swift motion Whisper slid her mask over her face and adjusted herself into a more comfortable position. With one leg keeping balance on the branch and the rest of her body situated against the bole, she’d be able to hold her weapon in such a way where she’d be able to look down at the forest floor with ease. Across from Whisper she’d hear Tangle doing the same, wrapping her tail around the limb of the tree as she too scoped the nearby area. So far not much was showing up in Whisper’s sight, a flicky or two here, a weird looking rock there, nothing that you wouldn’t expect from a forest.

As Whisper worked in quiet concentration, she’d overhear Tangle asking if her gear would be fine in the rain, to which she’d reply back with a simple “They’re waterproof”.

As thunder continued to rumble a distance away, Whisper couldn’t help but mull over that they weren’t exactly in the safest place to be during a thunderstorm. The chances of getting struck were around one in fifteen thousand, though considering they were on some of the tallest objects in the nearby area as well as had conductive items on them They weren’t in the safest position to say the least. For now the storm seemed to be far enough where it wasn’t an immediate issue but still it was a cause for concern. Better to complete this mission sooner rather than later so they could move to a safer location.

But on that note Tangle had finally spotted something. Moving closer, she’d look out to where the lemur had been pointing at, adjusting her lens to get a closer look. Just as she said there was a badnik that appeared totally smashed to bits, lifeless and powered down. Whisper hadn’t seen that specific model on her way either, which likely meant one thing. “Must’ve been recently broken”

But by what? It couldn’t have been a wild animal or a badnik. No, it had to be something else. Her eyes falling away from the wreck she’d search the nearby area for clues, eventually spotting something that could fit the bill.

A set of tracks, recent enough where the rain hadn’t wiped them away. More specifically they were shoe prints, Mobian sized shoe prints. Looks like they had their answer. Taking her mask off as she looked back to the lemur, Whisper hesitated. She took a deep breath to prepare herself before reluctantly handing it over to Tangle so she could see through it.

“Mobian tracks nearby”

She’d murmur, staring hard at the mask now in Tangle’s hands.

As she waited for The lemur to finish, Whisper pondered just who the tracks belonged to. The Knothole guards wouldn’t travel so far from the village without reason, especially alone. Besides that judging by how cleanly the robot had been destroyed she doubted it’d been a regular villager who’d gotten lost. And with the freedom fighters having returned to Knothole by now, she wasn’t sure if it’d been one of them. But whoever it was, it wasn’t safe for them to be out alone.

Looking over to Tangle (And hoping she’d give Whisper her mask back now) Whisper was interested on what Tangle’s opinion might be.

“Thoughts?”

the rain seemed to quiet down a little ,dash would wipe his quils back up to , almost how they were before , questions raced through his head
"what if the rest are in trouble ? where is the way back ? what if their looking for him and he doesnt even know it?"
he would continue walking only to notice a broken badnik , with his own glove spike mark on it , he's going in circles .
he frustratedly kicked the robot away into a tree , but he was so week that the tree barely even moved.
he sat againts one of the trees , maybe he can get some rest .

Other than twitching each time thunder rumbled outside, the sheet-covered fox didn't acknowledge anything. Not the hand Amy momentarily rested nearby, not the gentle music starting, and not the door closing when Amy set out on her quest for shoes. Tails was mostly asleep though it didn't look entirely restful considering his astraphobia-driven reactions. So, for the time being, he'd seem unaware of any discussion or exact tune that Acheron played.

It wasn't long afterward that Acheron himself drifted off into a deep meditation trance. It was just as restful as sleep yet kept him ready to react in a moment's notice.

Tangle caught that reluctance, but she'd known about Whisper wanting to keep that mask close. Knowing such made her glance at Whisper, wouldn't reach towards said item as she saw her expression. Not until after being informed there were Mobian tracks nearby, at which point, the lemur got the message. It was for the mission she was willing to work with her, to let her see those tracks. She smiled widely at the reluctant wolf while giving her a quick, "I'll be careful with it."

Only then did Tangle reach out for the mask, with care to avoid changing anything about those settings. Whisper's obvious discomfort kept her from marveling over that zoom. Much. This willingness to work with her was more something to keep than any zoom could hope to be. So Tangle looked around, lowering the mask once she'd seen where those tracks disappeared behind a tree trunk. In that same motion, she held that mask back out to Whisper. "Well. If there was some sign I missed saying people were to show up in Knothole today...then maybe someone got lost while on the way? Best way to find out is to find out who left the trail!"

She started to turn back to look at the ground. However, as she did, a sound came from somewhere down there, a sound because someone had kicked an already broken Badnik weakly into a tree.

Despite the worry dragging her down Amy would eventually return back to the building, completing her mission. Walking up the steps she’d once more rub her feet against the rug, though with the rain Amy was quite sure that at this point the water had completely soaked through to her socks. Still, she’d quietly open the door, the only sound being the soft creak of its hinges as it was pulled open. Carefully, she’d tip toe past the seemingly asleep Acheron, placing his newly bought shoes beside the bed.

Next, walking past Tails, she’d form a small frown at her lips at the sight of his fitful slumber. For a moment she stopped and debated waking him up, though she knew that, even if it was a restless sleep, Tails needed as much slumber as he could get. They all did. Instead, Amy simply ran her hand gently across the fur on Tail’s head, murmuring to him words of comfort which would hopefully soothe him.

Finally she’d make her way to the next available bed, tossing her bag and shoes aside as she threw herself onto the mattress. As soon as her bones hit the soft cloth she could already feel herself fall into slumber. Amy’s eye lids growing heavy with each second, she’d whisper a soft “G’night” towards Bunnie before finally losing consciousness. She’d dream of blue skies and palm trees dancing with the wind.

EMERALD HILL ZONE

With the night growing closer and the storm raging on, Badniks were forced to slow down their pursuit as these particular models were not as effective in the rain and the wind could risk some of the airborne badniks getting thrown off target. For now, progress had slowed down and the island was mostly calm again. Robotnik's ship had made the decision to land on the beach of Emerald hill to provide shelter to the more vulnerable badniks while those in better condition would continue to work as planned. The rain had managed to put out most of the flames for now but judging by the amount of fuel being taken in and out of the ship they would most likely resume their attack in the morning.
Interestingly enough a group that appeared to be newer models badniks similar to the eggrobo but with a more orange paint job and sleeker design were carrying large oddly shaped parts out of the ship.

Almost instantly the badniks and the parts just vanished into thin air with no evidence of their existence aside from the tracks leading out from the ship.

Whisper gingerly held the mask in her hands, giving it a quick glance over before sliding it back onto her face as she listened to Tangle’s possible explanation. Seemed like reasonable rationale, after all it seemed that there’d been a noticeable amount of newcomers traveling to Knothole today, Whisper herself included. It’d be entirely possible that one just so happened to have lost their way and had been wandering. Though, just as Tangle also said, they wouldn’t be able to take this as undeniable fact until further investigation.

In the distance she’d hear the muffled clank of something, maybe their mystery mobian, hitting metal. It was all that far off from where they were. Most likely if they caught up quick enough they’d be able to catch up with whatever it was. Just in case, Whisper looked through her scope once again, trying to see if she’d be able to spot anything in the direction of the sound. Though she wouldn’t see anything in relation to the noise, the wolf would notice that the skyline seemed a little more empty than prior. Though the leaves from the branches above them limited her sight, Whisper would still be find a lack of Eggman’s airship blemishing the sky. This seemed like something important enough to report to the others or more immediately to Tangle.

Seemingly off topic from the current discussion, Whisper pointed up to the sky as she shared her findings with the lemur. “Airship’s grounded, weather maybe?”

She’d glance back to the shoe prints, a frown hidden behind her mask. If Whisper snuck onto the ship while it wasn’t in the air then she’d be able to figure out it’s layout and maybe even find any potential structural weaknesses. That is, if she could get on it in time. In the best case scenario Whisper could only imagine that the ship would remain down for as long as the rain continued. Who knows how much time they had before Robotnik got back to business on his assault against the island. Not to mention that they were still a decent distance away from Emerald Hill. Would they have enough time to find the mobian, get them back to Knothole, and reach the ship before the night was over? Sneaking onto the ship was simply too big of an opportunity to let go of but, as much as she didn’t like it, Whisper couldn’t see her and Tangle being able to accomplish everything in time.

“With the ship grounded I could sneak on and get visual of the layout and potential weaknesses…” Whisper murmured as she gave one final glance at the battered badnik on the forest floor.

“…Do you think you could look for them without me?”

Peering between all the trees didn't yield any source for the muffled sound. Just more brown and green indications that Wood Zone still stood as it should, reaching determinedly up as far as possible. Tangle hopped over onto another branch. She was already leaning out for another look when Whisper's quiet voice let her know that the airship must've landed. The comment brought her reeling herself upright to stare off the direction Whisper pointed. That gaze immediately lowered as it couldn't glimpse much past the massive amount of leaves obscuring everything.

"Talk about crazy sharp zoom! I maybe can see three...four?...specks amidst all that." She extended one arm to gesture towards the canopy. Leaving ears and tail twitching as it wasn't enough motion to take that edge off her need to do something. That movement didn't finish before her gaze went onto her fellow Mobian. "Weather would be my guess too. But, hey! Unless I see a giant rock fall on it, I wouldn't know that a giant rock fell on it! My know-how about airships ends at which side is which. You definitely have a better chance to see why it landed first!" Nothing about that tone sounded like someone who'd given up on being first to see the cause, though.

She did want to try to outdo that mask's zoom, but her ears perked up as Whisper spoke to suggest another course of action. Easily shifting from challenge to bringing her gesturing hand down to be in a thumbs-up. "Bounce down onto the ground, follow the tracks, and yeah! Easy! What about you, though, you'll be minus one set of eyes when checking out the airship." The princess had sounded like she didn't want them putting themselves at risk, but the thought was pretty small in the lemur's head.

It was sweet of the lemur to express concern but Whisper wasn’t too worried as she’d counter with, “Already have nine extra eyes” as she lightly tapped a wisp canister. Invading Robotnik’s bases was practically her job after all and certainly nothing out of the ordinary. Though in the case that Tangle still wasn’t persuaded, she’d sprinkle on, “Just a quick peak, nothing crazy” in the hope that it’d be enough to convince the lemur.

She already was forming the basics of a plan in her mind, locate the position of the ship, record the location of nearby badniks, find a possible entrance, and then sneak on to get a quick look at the layout. Nothing that would put her in a position of direct confrontation or risk getting into danger. Of course, she couldn’t expect things to go perfectly smoothly but it’d be better to learn of possible problems that may affect future plans now rather than later.

Hopefully having convinced Tangle, Whisper would press a button on the side of her mask, sending a message to the communicator the princess had. It was a short text message, simply texting

[THIS IS WHISPER. AIRSHIP HAS LANDED, GOING TO SURVEY].

The message was then sent and all the way back in Knothole a notification icon would pop up on Nichole’s screen, hopefully alerting Sally to Whisper’s plans.

Turning back to Tangle, she’d give her a small smile before letting it be obscured by her mask. “I’ll be right back” With that, She’d call upon her hover wisp, the soft green hue in contrast to the darkness of the forest night. Letting go of the branch, she’d take a step and hop off, gently floating onto a nearby tree. Turning back to give a small wave of goodbye, Whisper continued to hop tree to tree, the green light becoming a smaller and smaller speck in Tangle’s sight the farther she moved away.

While Whisper's point about how many eyes were with her was valid, Tangle would still point towards Emerald Hill. "Quick on the airship, sure. But scouting Emerald Hill on the way won't be as quick a peek." Nevermind, all the badniks to sneak past that, apparently, didn't warrant being mentioned. Grabbing her tail onto a sturdy branch, she leaned out with gaze darting between various branches to look for a clear path down. "I could maybe catch up before you get there. After seeing what is up with our Badnik-smashing friend, of course!"

Below where she stood, a handful of branches stuck into what would've been her way down. Each were smaller, less able to hold Mobian weight if the lemur tried jumping down from this current perch. Which only kept her stopped because she was unsure how breaking those branches would affect the poor tree. So her gaze went out further, peering beneath other branches until it'd settle onto one spot several hops away. She heaved herself upright and hopped easily over this gap onto what'd be her next perch above everything.

Once both feet firmly planted themselves, Tangle turned back to the quiet wolf. "I'll use the branch over there to head down." She'd pause to watch as Whisper finished whatever it was she was doing with her mask. The smile, although small, got her to grin from not having expected it. And was something to encourage in her own opinion. "You got this! The Badniks have been awful at hide-and-seek. See you all soon." She again made sure to include all five wisps before facing toward the branch she picked out as her way down. The space between this spot and the next was more than her legs could jump, which didn't put her off. Her tail shot over the gap, grabbing onto that destination and quickly pulling herself across to it. Feet barely having touched onto that wood before she'd push off to launch toward the branch she meant to descend from. With tail letting go as she did so.

There was no pause after she landed there, grasping her tail onto that branch and dove off. Air immediately burst into and past her face as gravity took over, sending the ring-tailed girl plummeting. The rush and wide open space brought adrenaline pounding in her ears, or maybe that was the air breezing past. Despite how the ground rushed up to meet her, she let out a "Woooooooooooo!" Acrophobia was not a problem here! All while, that long tail grew longer behind her, stretching more and more as she got nearer to the ground.

Dirt and grass would fill her vision, and her descent, abruptly slowing, came to a shaky stop about a Mobian height above it. Then went sproinging back up and down like some spring-loaded tail had done its job. Reaching the end again, she let go from that branch now high above, which dropped her the few remaining feet. The moment she felt that ground against herself, she rolled to bring herself bouncing energetically to stand among those tree trunks. Wet mud from the roll sticking onto in her place which did nothing to dampen her enthusiasm. "Oh, yeah! That was something else! I'll have to do that again later, but now let's find that Mobian."

Tangle didn't bother with that mud on her as she began striding over to where they'd seen those Mobian tracks.

More and more parts were being unloaded from the ship and vanished just as fast as the last. One badnik who looked to be a slightly older model resembling the original Eggrobos was marking checks on a holographic list. From a distance, it's difficult to make out but the list contained a number of different machinery and parts that had been transported off the ship.
" Preparations are nearly complete Doctor the last of the equipment you requested is being sent your way." The response on the other end was too difficult to make out.
" As you wish sir" communication came to an end as the bot returned to the ship. Most of the remaining badniks would similarly cease activity for the night. Seems it would be difficult to gain any more information from a distance.

 Acheron
His eyes fluttered open as he could feel Chaos Energy prickling over his skin. His eyes narrowed as his irises bled silver as he quietly slipped out of the bed, noticing that Amy and Tails were still asleep. "Ugh... skin feels like it's burning," Acheron said quietly as he slid his new shoes on. He didn't notice the luminous mist rising from his body as faint, soft crunching and popping followed. He couldn't describe the feeling creeping over him , a feeling like he had to move. His head cocked as he stepped out the door, not noticing the rumbling in the clouds overhead and missing that one blue eye cracked open as the door slid shut behind him. He bounced lightly on the balls of his feet, trying to dispel this nervous energy before he paused, his gaze rising as a bolt of lightning arced down before his eyes narrowed as he moved, darting aside and barely evading the lightning bolt. However, the lighting turned in an unnatural way, striking not him, but the crystal hanging from the leather thong around his throat, a clear crystalline orb which held the golden model of a wolf.

Bunnie's eyes snapped open at a sudden, brilliant flare of bright bluish silver light alongside a boom of thunder far too close as she swore the building trembled. She didn't even think as she moved, throwing off the blankets before she grabbed an umbrella before she slid out of the door. Her eyes widened fractionally as she could see a shallow crater as well as the dying sparkles of bright blue light and ragged breathing.

"Ah, fuck you, Obex... you motherfucker," she heard the human's grumbling. Though as the glow died away, she released a startled breath, realizing the human... wasn't so human now, but could easily pass off as a Mobian himself.

Steam rose from fur which shed the rain as glowing amber-silver irises stared at her. "You look like someone popped you between the eyes with something heavy, lass." His voice was wry, even amused as he spoke... in the human's voice. Unfortunately, what clothes he'd had on were all but incinerated, she absently noticed.

"You're gonna need some new clothes... or not, your choice, darlin'," she sighed.

Robotnik would cackel to himself while beginning work assembling his new creation.

Location: Knothole
Even with things calming down many citizens were still freaking out. Everyone was growing restless and scared that they may have been discovered. However, word had finally gotten back that some progress had been made in trying to contact Angel Island. Reports show that one of the large emerald statues in the Hidden Palace has begun to react to interference, although no direct connection has been established yet. These reports have been sent to Nicole.

says dash standing up and climbing up the tree he was laying underneeth.
it was hard to get a good grasp cause of the rain but he used his gloves to dig deep into the wood.
"maybe here , here i can see those bastards"
he squints his eyes , he cant find the robots but what he can see would help him even more.
he recognized the mobians approaching .
"
IM OVER HERE!"
he yells jumping from the tree and running towards tangle and whisper.

With activity coming to a close for the night flying security bots would disperse to roam the area for potential threats. Spreading out around the clearing they would begin to scan the surrounding area. One bot, in particular, would detect noise nearby the sound of yelling or calling attention more specifically. This bot would turn to face the noise as its laser would slowly scan the area for the source of the disturbance.

dash slowly realised his mistake seeing a laser slowly move towards him , he hid behind one of the trees hoping he would get out of this safe.
he can't get caught now , if he does this place is gonna get turned to dust by eggman's army , everyone in it.
no no no he cant get caught , if he does it will all be his mistake.
he climbs on top of the trees hiding in the leafs before slowly approaching the robot.
