The Minutemen were successful in the Commonwealth with help from the Railroad and a reformed East Coast Brotherhood, similar to how it was under Elder Owen Lyons. the Institute was taken over, and Brotherhood scribes along with some cooperative Institute scientists. This was all done with the help of a visiting General from the People's Commonwealth of Manhattan and Long Island, Brotherhood Paladin that yearned for the days under Owen Lyons when she was a Knight, who would challenge Maxson, and win, becoming the new Elder under what is written in the Litany. With the new technology, and the strong military, the Commonwealth People's Government was able to drive the Gunners out of the Commonwealth. This was 10 years ago, now it is 2298 and, after over 5 years of economic, agricultural and infrastructural improvements, the 3rd Prime Minister is ready to finish the Gunner Wars, and the Brotherhood Schism. The Minutemen Army is setting up to march into western Massachusetts, with the New York Divisions and the Minutemen Navy and Air Force preparing for strikes on Connecticut. This is where you come in, from the People's Commonwealth into Connecticut a small Army Development Force, which it totally NOT special forces, to find new settlement locations, and the areas where Gunners and Outcasts are hiding. Or maybe you're an unaffiliated settler, tribal or raider. But something bigger is happening here, and you are about to get tied up in a generations long feud between two very...esoteric groups. Who is this Ug-Qualtoth some cultists are talking and even screaming about? And what are the coastal settlements so afraid of? Are the ruins of New haven the new, largest slaver paradise with the fall of Paradise Falls back in 2277?

Name: Violet
Age: 30
Race: Human (Pyro and electro-kinetic psyker)
Gender: Female
Equipment: Military fatigues, military kevlar combat vest. Survival backpack with medical and survival supplies. pip-boy modified for use as a communications radio. Chinese assault rifle, 12.7mm pistol
Biography: Head of the People's Commonwealth Army, Violet comes from the Manhattan Commonwealth where she grew up as a vault dweller after Vault 66 was opened. She learned from old pre-war EMT handbooks how to patch wounds, and military books, as well as some mercinaries, including the former members of Lyon's pride, who left the Brotherhood after Maxson took over, how to shoot and survive in the wasteland. At 16 she was helping to escort traders, and by 18 she helped unite the majority of Manhattan and Long Island under the People's Commonwealth of Manhattan and Long Island. Unfortunately, during an expedition into an old joint US Military-West Tek research facility, she accidentally get infected with FEV, which gave her the ability to manipulate fire and electricity, she was a psyker now, not that she knew the term for it, or the history as this mostly was documented in the West Coast. Eventually, she would lead an expedition to the Commonwealth up north, mostly because The Prydwyn had gone past NYC, but also because the Railroad had been using Manhattan as a safe place for escaped synths and she wanted to help them further. She helped rebuild the Minutemen, uniting them with the Railroad. She would help a BOS Knight to integrate Paladin Danse into the Railroad while they planned their next moves. She would again meet this disillusioned Brotherhood member, now a Star-Paladin, again during the Battle of Bunker Hill, who would be badly injured and seemingly left for dead by her "brothers and sisters". Violet would help bring her back to health, where they would begin discussing the future of the Brotherhood and the Commonwealth. Together they formulated a plan, her new friend would fight Elder Maxson on behalf of Paladin Danse as per the Litany. Violet and Danse would watch as Maxson was killed in the dual and Danse was made Elder. She then oversaw the handover of power, along with the new Minutemen People's Militia for added protection. This would bring the new plans to the table, with the new Brotherhood of Steel. The Institute, still the enemy of the Commonwealth, would instead be conquered and held. Synths and Institute members would be allowed to leave, minus Father, the entirety of the SRB and anyone who supported the old guard, they were arrested and a trial was held. Violet and her friends helped to form the Commonwealth People's Government, even though she rejected the position of Prime Minister, believing no good could come from a military general taking the civilian leadership role. Under her leadership, the Gunners were decimated, GNN Plaza was retaken and converted into a place to help the development of the People's Commonwealth, which now included Manhattan and Long Island. Now, 10 years later, she would be chosen to lead the Army Development Force, mostly known for the Ghost Units, in their operations in the Connecticut Wasteland.

Name: Hailey
Age: 32
Race: Gen-3 Synth
Gender: Female
Description: African-American woman, black hair and brown eyes. Scars around her right eye, almost fully encircling it, burns on her left cheek and left part of her forehead
Equipment: Similar fatigues and combat vest to Violet, just green and with BOS patches on them. Plasma rifle.
Biography: Hailey was a wastelander who, after being saved by a mysterious member of Lyon's Pride as a kid, joined the BOS in the Capital Wasteland. After both Elder Lyons' had died, she was at the forefront of the efforts against the Super Mutants, unfortunately she felt disillusioned by Maxson, especially when Rivet City was essentially depopulated when they lost their reactor for the Prydwyn. But she remained, doing what she thought was right, even if that meant secretly handing the supplies she confiscated from Raiders and Super Mutants to settlements instead of having them lugged back to the Citadel. When the Prydwyn was to go to the Commonwealth, following what Maxson called "worrying and dangerous technology" being prevalent there, she was taken on as one of the many Knights that would go there. Her disillusion grew as she saw the Minutemen doing more for the Wasteland, while the ship's quartermaster asked Initiates and other Knights to extort supplies from the settlements. It reached a head when, after some nameless vault dweller from Vault 111 made their way in and out of the Institute and provided the Brotherhood with intel. Hailey was asked to kill Paladin Danse after the Sole Survivor refused. Hailey had traveled the Commonwealth a lot in her short time there and had befriended members of the Railroad and Minutemen. One such friend had access to the Railroad HQ, and so she formed an elaborate plan to get Danse into hiding with them, and it worked somehow. Unbeknownst to her, Lancer-Captain Kells had put 2 and 2 together and, during the Battle of Bunker Hill, had given orders for her to be executed by one of the elite hitsquads he had formed in the shadows. Said hit squad never made it back, as an Institute Courser teleported onto their vertibird, no one survived the subsequent fiery crash. Hailey, on the other hand, was badly wounded and left for dead as the BOS and Institute retreated. She was helped by her contact, Violet, who nursed her back to health. Together they formulated a plan, which included invoking the Litany, the Brotherhood's founding document, to allow Hailey to challenge Maxson for the position of Elder. A duel was conducted in a neutral area, and Hailey somehow barely came out on top. She handed the rank of Elder to Danse, who accepted and made her the Sentinel. When the meeting of the command of Maxson's Brotherhood, half of them sided with Lancer-Captain Kells, who took his loyalists and the Prydwyn out of the Commonwealth before they could be stopped. Fort Strong and Fort Hagan would later be turned into key Brotherhood bases. They would also share the newest weapon in the People's Commonwealth arsenal, an aircraft carrier made out of 2 cargoships. This would help with the final phase of the plan, after a leadership meeting it was decided the tech from the Institute would be put to use for the betterment of the Commonwealth, and so Hailey would lead the Brotherhood contingent that would help after the Minutement took control of the Relay. After the hard fought victory, she would be instrumental in helping to finish off the main Raider gangs, and most of the Super Mutant tribes, all except 2 who were run by "intelligent" Super Mutants and sided with the Commonwealth. She was also instrumental in helping drive the Raiders from Nuka-World, forming the Nuka-World Traders Union. Now she is helping the operations in Connecticut.

Name: Felix Königsmann.
Age: 28.
Race: Human.
Gender: Cis male, (he/him pronouns).

Description: Felix stands at roughly 175cm (5'9) and weighs around 78kgs (171lbs). His body type is mesomorphic and is more "rectangular" in shape, though his shoulders are more broad than his hips. His skin is tanned, leaning towards sun-damaged, with large concentrations of freckles that pepper his shoulders and back. Felix's eyes are downturned in shape and fern green in colour. His unruly mop of curly brown hair usually ends up getting into his eyes unless cut or greased back, he never allows it to grow longer than below his earlobes. Felix's facial hair varies, he prefers to be clean shaven but the wastes don't always allow such a luxury thus he can sport quite the impressive ginger beard or moustache if he's feeling spicy cx . He has no tattoos or piercings' and his body has very few serious scars besides the fact he is missing half of his index finger on his left hand.
Equipment: Felix is pretty much never seen without Queenie, a defective assaultron who carries a backpack full of tools and scrap that Felix collects from the wastelands. He carries a modified 10mm SMG, a scoped hunting rifle and a pip-boy 3000.

Biography: Felix was a vault-dweller, hailing from Vault 86 in what was once Pennsylvania. Vault 86 was a large vault created to test the boundaries of human language, filling the place with people of varied skill who fluently spoke one of seven languages (Afrikaans, English, German, Hindi, Russian, Spanish and most controversially Chinese) before providing them with a multilingual overseer. The scientists conducting the experiment 'unleashed' a force of captured Chinese soldiers to serve as the vault security, initially making for an uneasy experience. However, despite more than a few incidents the vault dwellers eventually eked out a truce between the 'nations' and could be considered a successful vault. Similar to Vault 81, Vault 86 opened up around 200 years after the great war and began trading with local settlements.
Felix is from the 19th generation of children born in the vault, though he could be considered mixed-race his parents and grandparents exhibited more European characteristics. From a very young age, he showed a keen interest in the workings of the vault and shadowed every mechanic or engineer to learn the ins and outs. He spent the majority of his childhood assisting in the repairs of the mr handy's, protectrons and other mechanical gadgets vital to the vault's success. The regular arrival of trading caravans and various non-vault dwellers unlocked a curiosity in Felix, these strange folk often arrived with incredible technology or impressive feats of home-made engineering that made the boy desperate to see the outside world. Aged 18, Felix befriended a group of travelers and set off into the wastes.
Initially, his out of vault experience was very hard on the boy. He found the conditions to be much more harsh than he had anticipated and trudged around with 'his' group until they were attacked by a band of rogue robots. Felix survived the incident by hiding in an empty molerat den for days before re-emerging and discovering a severely damaged assaultron. Upon first finding Queenie (as she came to be known), her software was so damaged that she couldn't identify Felix as a target. He quickly took this to his advantage and fixed her up enough to follow him around.
Over the years the pair travelled west to Boston, after hearing strange rumors of a scientific institute capable of producing synthetic humans. Queenie, despite Felix's mechanical knowledge, became less and less capable of defence, though he continued to experiment with her AI to find a 'personality' that suited her. His initial goal was to transfer Queenie's AI into a synthetic body created by the institute to give his friend real life, but unfortunately it was discovered that her programming was simply incompatible. Felix offered his mechanical experience to the main factions, though found the Minutemen to be the most appreciative and rewarding for him. He ended up joining and volunteering himself and Queenie to help on the latest expedition in the search for new settlement locations.

s.p.e.c.i.a.l.

not going to lie, his biography is a little more rushed than i would like so i MIGHT edit it slightly but all the main bits of information are there! if anything needs fixing or isn't accurate lmk and i'll change it!

Backstory:
Iluta was born to the medium tribe known as the sleeping eyes lead by a glowing one ghoul. They used to love in a quarry once run by the dunwich company. This tribe once was courted by the legion but they refused to join and after a lengthy siege their home was taken and the tribe made slaves. This included an at the time 10 year old Iluta. The destiny of being a slave however would be rather short, a mere 2 years in fact. When Iluta was 12 the Legion was moving her and other slaves they ran afoul of deathclaws. A large and rather cunning pack in fact. While the legion put up a good fight the ferocity and cunning of the deathclaws would win them the day. This didn't mean Iluta was free as there were still deathclaws. Iluta claims the deathclaws were as smart as people and actually instead of killing her adopted her, they had killed the other slaves on accident as the legion used them as shields. Seeing no other options Iluta would go with these deathclaws and would learn many things from them on how to survive in the wastes without an entrenched home to make life easier. Hunting, fishing, foraging, building all were things that she was taught by the deathclaws.

Iluta would stay with the tribe of deathclaws for three years before she decided she was ready ready to go out into the wastes and explore mostly but also find some other humans that hopefully weren't slavers. After wandering for a while Iluta decided that she should ask the spirits for help. While Iluta knew some things about what herbs were good for talking to spirits she was not trained to be a shaman and thus her selection of herbs for a spirit vision were not ideal. She claims she heard the voices from the depths of the earth following them into a cave where giant faces spoke to her of vast gulfs of space and monsters slumbering waiting for the stars. She claims she was shown images of vast cities that were wrong they didn't work like normal buildings moving as if alive yet being stone. She was told of their coming and the madness that would cover the world. When she came too she was in a random cave and she had a throbbing headache. Shacking this off iluta would resurface and decide not to to brew her own vision juice as the spirits were distinctly unhelpful. She however did get something useful from this as she found a bit of strange metal that ahs fashioned into a spear.

While Iluta traveled she would next find herself wandering a cave system under a mound where she swears a headless ghost chased her down into a cave that lead to a hollow world. Deep below the surface she says she found another filled with strange creatures. In this hidden world she would find what she claims was a civilization of radscorpions that claimed to be older than humanity itself. She claims they had great cyclopean cities and that there were deeper worlds nested below this hollow world. Iluta would befriend these scorpion and stay with them for a whole year before leaving the underground world, though not before being given an egg by the queen of the radscorpions. She would hatch and name this Radscorpion Xero who oddly no one else can seem to hear talking but Iluta could.

Traveling with Xero Iluta would take to wandering while her first run in with spirits had been less than helpful she swears that she came by more a whole city of the dead. Iluta claims that she stumbled upon a city of ghosts when she was out of water in the wastes and near death only to be saved by them. Her version of the story is after passing out from dehydration she woke up in what looked like a pre war building except not destroyed. She actually stayed there for awhile finding it odd that any place was as pristine as the city was. After awhile she would end up getting caught up in a small adventure in the city thinking she was saving it by disarming an experimental reactor. When she had saved the city and finally left she would ask other about it only to be told the city had been destroyed when the bombs fell.

Between this and her next big event Iluta claims to have encounter many strange things, from a talking stone archway that could take her to a vault, to a three headed deathclaw that offered her a wish for guessing the truth teller, to a military base full of winged snake people. The only one that can vouch for her is of course Xero who couldn't exactly talk. Her next big adventure came when she was spending time with a small tribe of talking death claws and trading parenting tips with the other mothers. While she was sleeping she was awoken by a light and lifted into the skies where she was put in a strange vault full of light by tiny people. Luckily they had also brought up Xero who she directed to break them out. in the space vault she managed to fight her way through, but while doing so she found a giant spiderling and decided to take it along with her, after all it's mother was no where around and Xero would make a great big sister. While on she ship she claims she stopped metal men from striking a deal with the little men and escaped in a bubble that fell back to earth.

Her latest so called adventure was traveling with people calling themselves Psykers that had magic powers. She had stumbled upon them after saving them from a cazador attack by talking the mutated bugs down. iluta claims the queen cazador was actually quiet nice just had a tough façade to keep up appearances. Still Iluta Xero and Otoso would travel with the band learned they were worshipers of something called the master. They claimed the master was once a man that accented to godhod after being killed and they sought to bring him back into the world. Well one day while the group along with Iluta were having vision thanks to some herbs Iluta would see a strange blob with a mans face that had 3 voices. The Master told her she would be needed to the east to the land of the giant apple where the sky was cut by building before the war.

Still before getting to the land of the giant apple she had her companions would stumble upon an ant colony that was at war with another ant colony that happened to have set up nearby. Iluta would talk with the ants and ask them what this fighting was about and they would reveal that both colonies thought they had exclusive rights to mine in the area and did not line having competitors near. Iluta decided to try to help settle this matter, though the first problem was none of the parties could read what the supposed deeds to the land actually said. Now this didn't stop each colony from claiming that they were the ones that were right and supported their claims by the colors on the paper. Iluta would after some time get the ants to lend her the paper under the promise she would not use it to take over the land. She agreed and would find a town awhile away and find someone that could read the paper. After explaining it was supposedly a deed to some land she was informed it was a page of a comic book not a deed. Needing proof of this to stop a war or so she claimed Iluta would be given one to an old house no one cared about to compare it too. Taking her findings to the ants she explained that the paper was not a deed and also they were in a pre war dump not some ore rich land.

The ants grateful and embarrassed by the whole ordeal gave Iluta some of their young to help her on her travels. Thus she continued off into the sunset. Still she would stumbled into many strange things on her way to her goal, the oddest being a man in a sack mask with a metal man and eye traveling with him. The metal man and Iluta traded stories while it seemed the sack man could actually talk to Xero or at least pretended he did. her last challenge would be a giannt stone head with asked her a question to cross it's bridge. She told it her favorite color and was finally allowed to make it to the final stretch on her latest journey.

oo thank you! yeS WHOOPS see already made a mistake, basically i'm thinking that Queenie's circuitry is real mangled to the point now that the connection port that Felix would use to 'edit' her is no longer functional so she just is how she is now. very good question though!
a l s o eh forgot to say felix has a pip boy... it's almost 5am so i'm giving myself some slack but y eeahhh

Karcen I think we need to make him build a Robo-scorpion like in the Big MT from Old World Blues

Name: Donny "Juggernaut" Kain
Age: 27
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Description:
YF6NPly.jpg

Equipment:
Wears a mix of metal and combat armor, scrounged over a course of his life. His signature is his Metal Gasmask designed to help him traverse radioactive areas. His armor is good against conventional ballistic and explosive weapons.

Juggernaut Power Armor - Donny's signature power armor. A heavily modified suit of ceramic plating that is near military grade, practically impervious to conventional small arms and melee weapons. It's even protective against explosive ordinances. It's highly modified with the following: Targeting HUD, Medic Pump, Optimized bracers in both arms, and Explosive Vents. The head is also equipped with a bright tactical lamp, which he often uses in dark corridors to blind his enemies before opening fire.

Axecalibur - Donny's primary weapon, a combat shotgun modified for automatic fire, with an lighten drum magazine, long ported barrel, reflex sight, and modified marksmen stock. It also is equipped with a unique bayonet that is shaped like an axe blade instead of just a knife, allowing it to be used as a hack-and-slash weapon in melee.

5.56 Pistol - A revolver chambered for 5.56 rounds. Picked this weapon up from some traders that traveled all the way from the west coast. He's modified it for extra stability and accuracy and uses it for short-range sniping.

Trench Knife - An antique relic Donny pilfered from an old military cache that he and his gang managed to break into. Took this knife since he liked it's look and utility, handy in the close-quarter battles that he finds himself in.

Incendiary Grenades - Donny's homemade fire bombs. These aren't your basic molotovs, these are near military grade white-phosphorous grenades designed to slag ceramic armor from tanks and conventional battle armor. Very dangerous in an enclosed space and great to shock his enemies who may be ready for a frag grenade, but aren't ready to be set on fire.

Reconnaissance, Infiltration, and Observation "RIO" Eyebots - A series of eyebots that Donny has crafted to be his spies and saboteurs. Though lacking in weapons beyond a somewhat lethal self-destruct mechanism, the RIO eyebots are equipped with cloaking technology that enables them to infiltrate the enemy to gather information as well as mark the enemy for Donny, sending their location and data directly to Donny's HUD. Despite lacking weapons, they are still equipped with an robotic pair of hands capable of operating computers and even lockpicking, allowing him to use these robots to open doors and hack into machines for him. However for them to do so, Donny needs to remotely control them.

Biography:
Donny is a raider boss of a small gang called the Scrap Looters. He got his start as a raider when he was young, part of a small settlement that was attacked by raiders when he was a youth. The settlement specialized in refurbishing old world tech, nothing fancy, but they occasionally got their hands on something nice like a laser weapon or robot. He learned how to break down and make machines from his father, and his mother taught him gunsmithing and shooting. But this wasn't enough when the raiders came by and wiped out the settlement. His parents died defending the settlement, and Donny was taken as a slave for the gang. It was a rough life, but he made himself useful to the gang and was thus spared the worse of their treatment. But he still hated the raiders for what they did to him, and thus sowed the seed for his revenge.

Over time Donny began to scheme, first by befriending the raiders. Making himself useful and pleasant around them, getting the biggest and meanest to like him so he would vouch for Donny. He had to do... Unpleasant things to stay in their good graces. Things Donny doesn't like to remember. But it worked for the most part. Though he was a slave, Donny more or less had their protection. Then he began to get closer to the boss of the little gang. A bully by the name of Maverick, likely not his real name but the one he makes people call him. Donny started working on his gear personally, and being the best tinkerer the boss didn't think anything of it. Then when Donny was sixteen years old, he had sabotaged the boss's gun so that it would explode in his hands when he used a certain magazine, killing the boss in the middle of a raid. Donny pinned the blame onto a different raider in the gang, and convinced his benefactor to go after him and take leadership. Naturally, Donny sabotaged his guns too, and the ensuring in-fighting destroyed the gang without Donny having to fire a single shot himself.

What was left of the gang were new members and the other slaves. Folks who had lost their homes as well. They didn't know Donny very well, but Donny was quick to make himself the leader of the survivors. For a while they were just scavengers, moving as a group from settlement to settlement trying to find work. It wasn't easy, but Donny's technical know-how made sure that they didn't go hungry, which was better than most folks could claim. But his real rise to leadership came when they found a dead body with a map leading to a hidden military bunker. It was secured with turrets and robots, and Donny's little gang was poorly equipped to actually handle something like that. So for the next half year, Donny and his crew began to work on gathering more scrap and materials together to gear themselves up. Metal armor, guns made of scavenged parts, and even a robot. Donny went in with 10 men. He left with 3.

Despite the heavy casualties, Donny came out of the raid a stronger man. The others... Disagreed, but they didn't have much to say after Donny killed them when they wanted to turn on him for getting everyone nearly killed. Now the only one to reap the benefits of the raid, Donny used the now liberated bunker as a base of operations. He cobbled together new weapons and armor from the robots and other scraps, and began recruiting new folks for his gang. Anyone who tried anything funny would quickly realize that Donny wasn't a typical raider when he rocks up in Power Armor, armed with a variable cannon of a gun. This got a lot of folks to start taking him more seriously. He made a name for himself via various operations clearing out super mutants, ghouls, and rival raiders on behalf of some settlements near his base. This got the settlements to look favorably upon him and his crew, though he also garnered a fearsome reputation as a raider whenever he finds settlements that weren't willing to play ball with him and his gang. Loved by his people, feared by his enemies, Donny was living the good life.

But nothing stays the same for long. Recently Donny has been getting information from various radio interceptions about a new force moving into the area. A gang he has heard of before: The Gunners. Better armed than most gangs, with numbers to match. But what was worse was that they themselves were being pursued by an even bigger organization: the Minutemen. Donny has heard of these self-styled militia who, after joining up with the Brotherhood of Steel, is a full on military outfit. If they came into the area and began throwing their weight around, Donny knew gangs like his own wouldn't last long. But he also knew this would work in his benefit as well. Folks were desperate to get rid of the Gunners, who were worse than anything the local raiders would do. So Donny hatched a plan to elevate himself from a mere raider boss, to something of a local hero. All he needs is to gather a team to take on these Gunners, to gain favor with locals and show these Minutemen that they weren't needed.
