The four targeted files growled obnoxiously loudly as they were showered in 6 lasers each from the recon commando's laser rifle. Then, the fourth file that was present, who happened to be the one that attempted to attack Leone with the razor-sharp cursor, despite it having been dodged at the last minute, had unfortunately drifted too close to the mach-racing bounty hunter. It then found itself on the end of an electrically-infused boot, which caused its pixels to faze in and out of reality rapidly, as its supposed 'voice' was garbled, and faded away with a maniacal scream once that last punch landed square on its center. Falcon needed to shift the Raptor Boost uppercut towards the fifth file, who was attempting to hop into a folder in order to hide, but instead found itself on the end of a fiery fist instead. "Whooooaooh!" It cried out in its annoying, computerized voice, as it flung into the air, briefly engulfed in flames, before hitting the ground at full force.

The assault against the fifth corrupted, digital enemy had not yet concluded, as the Swedish soldier rushed forward towards it with batons. After it was hit a double-couple times, it also screamed, as it faded out of existence like its ally, which was eliminated by Falcon's blunt punches.

The remaining relic material were exploring the desktop environment. The sixth one, in particular, which had luckily found itself completely unharmed during the last turn the assembly had, had managed to climb all the way up to the Recycle Bin, which was unintentionally filled with a previous owner's junk files. Cackling, the digitized bastard tipped over the can, which would promptly rain blocky, scrunched-up paper balls on all the combatants that were opposing it.

(Hit rolls were 8, 2, 15, and 14, with no bonuses. The garbage missed Cat entirely.
Damage rolls were 8, 6, and 16. If not evaded successfully, Pixels takes 7695 Blunt damage, Joe takes 4590 Blunt, and Capt. Falcon takes 4658 Blunt damage, due to their respective Defense stats and Falcon's 25% resistance to Blunt.
Status chance rolls for an internal fracture were 29, 7, and 96. A 5 or lower was needed. Nobody suffers any ailments.)

Meanwhile, the second and third corrupted files, in a dire action of self-preservation, had managed to hide in one of the desktop folders. (As a result, any damage they take is reduced by 75% until the folder is destroyed) And the first file, angered by the bounty hunter's successful attempt in causing two of his fellow junk files to vanish completely, tried to latch onto Falcon's head. If it was to latch on properly, the evil thing would transmit a Corruption sample throughout his mind, which would cause inexplicable agony upon the man.

(Hit roll was 14. If not evaded, Falcon is hit.
Damage roll was 9 + 0, since it is technically physical, there is no bonus.
Status roll was 97. Falcon does not experience any ailments.)

(EDIT: There was no need to show the damage of the lunge. Falcon never got hit.)

Pixels
"Colonel, that... entity... it's spilled garbage on Pixels!"
"Garbage? Hah, scrap paper? Pixels is tough enough to soak that up-"
"Sir, the paper defies all known laws of physics-it will hurt Pixels, and I mean Pixels will be left with barely over 50% of it's nanobot cohesion if all of those garbage hit!"
"Well then. Pixels, you are to attempt to avoid those garbage at all costs-"
The colonel's view switched to that of the first file attempting to strike Captain Falcon. The last thing that the Colonel wanted was for that thing to land a hit on Falcon-the two melee aliens that XCOM had run into was absolutely deadly, and the Colonel hastily ordered a Psi Distort on Falcon in order to not take chances-yeah, that entity didn't look deadly, but XCOM wasn't known for taking many chances before evaluating them.
"Transmitting orders."
The interface light flashed green.
Pixels nimbly attempted to avoid the first 3 rolls of garbage, and quickly used Psi Distort on Captain Falcon in an attempt to make it far harder for the file to land it's attack. Then it attempted to dodge the 4th roll of garbage-IF the overdrive module kicked in.
(Not sure if I'm doing this right. First 3 actions on a dodge, 4th on a Psi Distort on Captain Falcon, before trying to dodge the 4th piece of garbage.)

As Leone perfectly evaded the attack from the strange monster, she gets onto her feet and draws out the Sevens Sword. "Alrighty, time to do some wor-" But her talk was soon be interrupted as she looks at one of the creature dumping some weird things onto the party. But thankfully as she saw it, Leone began to dodge and weave through the attack with grace!

After dodging through out those attacks, Leone points her sword at the creature on top of the Recycle Bin, soon... a faint aura surrounds her blade. "Try this on for size!" Twirling the sword in her right hand, she sends out a green wave of energy at the enemy. "Mach Blade!"

(Also, sorry about me... not trying to do stat calculation. Seems kinda beyond me truth be told.)

After dealing with two separate hostiles with the speed and ferocity of his namesake, dealing quick, hefty blows in succession that easily took down the corrupted files, Captain Falcon looked up to the sky to see what looked like falling rocks. Captain Falcon readied himself, but as they drew closer it just looked like...paper? However, as a couple of paper clumps began making heavy dents on the floor, Falcon soon realised the situation. Unlike most people, however, who would simply dolphin dive for their lives Captain Falcon had learned that leaping to the ground just leaves you open for more attacks. Instead, he raised his fists in anticipation for any of the rubbish bin rubble falling to him. (rolling for dodge - 16+2 = 18. success?)

With a smirk on his lips, and a glint in his eyes, he began dodging faster than most people could comprehend. Without ever moving from his position, he began weaving left and right narrowly dodging what was being thrown to him. All except for one or two smaller bits of debris, which he just simply punched out of the air, causing them to fall flat in front of him. However, while he was punching the rubble away, another file began to creep up on him. (rolling for dodge (with advantage from Distort) - 4+2 = 6, 16+2 = 18. success.)

Falcon couldn't quite place it, but he shouldn't have been able to dodge it. Yes, he was a trained martial artist and ex police captain, as well as one of the best mach racers known to his universe, but the file had sneaked up to him - not even the mighty Falcon could predict and defend against that. Yet...he did. Not that he was complaining, of course. The file soon would be. Captain Falcon fell to one knee, as fire began spreading from his legs - similar to his previously used Lightning Kick - and with a powerful leap, he launched towards the file. (move = Falcon Kick - rolled a 3 to hit.)

The foot went wide, however - Falcon was far too close to the file to perform a kick properly. Uttering futuristic curses to himself, he bent down again to do the same thing. "Falcon Kick!" (move = Falcon Kick - rolled a 19 to hit.)

This time, Captain Falcon put the effort into it. Channelling his inner ki, feeling the fire rush through his body and soul, his foot blazed towards the file. There was no dodging this one - Captain Falcon had made sure of it. Slamming the foot into what he thought to be the file's head, he could hear it sizzle under the immense heat. (rolling damage - 17+2 = 19. In total, before defence calculation, Falcon Kick will do 4900 Heat damage. rolling for burn chance - 44 - no burn applied.)

"Where are you two heading off to?!" Joseph shouted as the second and third files fled into a folder. But his attention was drawn away for a split second as the sixth files traveled upwards and knocked debris papers toward the security guard and his allies. "Little bastard." He cursed, debating what to do here. The inquisitive Joseph was not sure any of his team mates saw the two files hide in a folder; if not, the could potentially launch a dangerous sneak attack, or maybe call for reinforcements. "That's assuming any of these things function like a person." He noted. It was decided, Joseph would attack the protective folder and its new inhabitants.

He begins swinging with his batons at the folder.
(Rolled 18 for successful hit. Rolled 10 for successful strike, causing 750 blunt damage. Rolled 7 for second strike, causing 694 blunt damage. Roll for fracture/bleeding is 79. No ailment, considering the files are now armored).

Unfortunately, the seemingly flimsy digital folder offered more armor than Joseph expected, making his impacts deal less damage. "Best to keep going until I destroy this thing, I guess." The Swede figures. He attacks the folder once again.
(Rolled 5 for an unsuccessful hit. No strikes hit this action.)

The papers above were coming closer, but Joseph was too preoccupied with trying to win against digital junk. "I could delete you in less than a second if I had a keyboard!" He shouted, producing an insult that was rather poorly thought out.
(Rolled 12 for successful hit. First strike rolled 11, dealing 769 blunt damage. Second strike rolled 11, dealing another 769 damage. Ailment roll was 89, no ailment applied.)

(Total damage dealt this turn is 2982; but since the folder provides 75% damage resistance, I assume this applies to damage dealt to the folder itself? So it takes only 745 damage. Joseph does not attempt to dodge the falling debris and takes 4590 blunt damage bring his health down to 185,410.)

(I'm at school right now, and will be studying for a while once I get home.
So in the meantime, I will roll for Angelostar4 Angelostar4 and GearBlade654 GearBlade654 )

For Cat:
Mach Blade hit roll = 1 + 2 from 15 SKI = 3. Cat does not land the attack, and consumes a Power Point.

And for Pixels:
Dodge 1 = 18 + 5 from 20 PER = 23. Pixels dodges the first quarter of junk flawlessly.
Dodge 2 = 12 + 5 from 20 PER = 17. Pixels dodges half of the junk entirely.
Dodge 3 = 18 + 5 = 23. Dodged 75%.
Psi Distort was supposed to be rolled for... but this *IS* the first time the Falling Apart system is being used. We need to learn it.
Extra action from 20 AGI; d100 = 72. Pixels does not get an extra action.
Defense roll for the last quarter of garbage = 1924 base Blunt (Pixel's natural DEF penalty is already taken into account here); d20 = 7 - 4 = 3. 17.5% more damage taken; Pixels takes 2261 Blunt damage in total.

Pixels has 147,739 EDR remaining.
Cat has full EDR and 29 PP for Mach Blade remaining.
Joe has 185,410 EDR remaining.
Falcon has full EDR, 23 PP for Falcon Kick, 24 PP for Lightning Kick, and 14 PP for Raptor Boost remaining.

EDIT: Belated rolls for Luck.
Falcon's d100 = 46 out of the required 2 or less. No crit.
Joe's d100 = 73 out of the required 1. No crit.

The file that was initiating a contempt-fueled standoff with the revered bounty hunter was enraged that the nano suit was able to assist Falcon from dodging the transmission of the Corruption it had prepared. Luckily for the mach racer, that would have been damaging, and mentally scarring. Cackling childishly as the first fiery foot he initiated missed entirely, it then bitterly squealed in its death, as the next Falcon Kick erased the corrupted data from existence in a crackling blaze.

Meanwhile, the mischievous file above had managed to dodge the formidable Mach Blade that was sourced from the Empress' Sevens Sword, and it was not a narrow dodge, either, so perhaps she just wasn't precise at a distance? However, it was still frustrated, as all of the garbage that poured down and revealed their contents before soon vanishing in an old-school fashion by flickering in and out of view until it was simply not there any more. The Recycle Bin had been emptied completely, and the sixth file, still unharmed, had no choice but to hop down from its high-ground position, leaving it wide open, and vulnerable to attack. (-2 to any evasion roll)

Joe's swinging of his batons at the file barely harmed the devilish scrap files that it contained, but as he hammered it, bits and pieces of other documents began to ooze out in what was, superficially, his anger with the exploits of the files. The folder, even so, was becoming notably damaged as he hammered away at it with force, with several dents and tears beginning to form in its digital fabric. Leaping out of the folder temporarily, both files shot three instances of fast-moving, pixelated envelopes headed straight towards the Swede, which were trying to hit him with a fresh serving of spam - and hurt.

Spam Mail Wave x2
Hit rolls were 2, 15, 1, 17, 11, and 12. Four of the six mail hit if Joe does not evade successfully.
Damage rolls were 6, 12, 5, and 18.
Additional effect rolls were 7 and 82. Needed value to create an additional entity was 5 or lower. Nothing happens.
Damage of 2nd = 1350 Corrupted (physical)
Damage of 4th = 1575 Corrupted (physical)
Damage of 5th = 1313 Corrupted (physical)
Damage of 6th = 1800 Corrupted (physical)
Total damage (if all hit) = 6038 Corrupted (physical)

Once they unleashed their wave of annoying, harmful e-mails, they retreated to their file once again, which would tank three-quarters of the damage and keep the files armored, as it did previously.

Pixels
"That wasn't too bad."
The Colonel was now thoughtfully evaluating the situation. If the module didn't need cooldowns, Pixels would have used Psi Recon and made that 6th file into a joke.
Except the Distortion had used up it's power. (3 turns recharge for Recon/Distortion)
"Alrighty. One thing to do. It's a horrible idea, but we need to try and surprise that sixth file from wreaking too much havoc. Pixels, see if you can try and engage that thing in melee combat."
The interface light lit up green again.
(Rolling for Extra Action...)
(20 or lower for extra)
(75, no extra.)
Pixels nimbly dashed towards the sixth file, drawing its knife, before quickly slashing and stabbing the file.
(6 slashes-2 actions. 1 stab-last action. Not sure how to roll melee though)

"Tch!" With annoyed expression clear on her face, Leone could only look around herself in case she was getting attacked from any angle after missing the attack. Luckily with everyone keeping the other files busy... she saw that two of the mysterious creatures in the folder, had unleashed some type of attack at one of her 'comrades'.

Taking this opportunity to attack them with their attacks focused on the man, she starts sprinting towards the monsters in the file, holding the Sevens Sword in only her right hand as she makes one horizontal slash to the back of the armored file. "This'll teach to not ignore others while in a brawl you asses!" And once she said that, she strikes at the folder again, this time holding her sword up a bit to slash at the armored folder once more.

With that assault done, Leone takes several steps back. Taking a entirely different stance, as she spreads her legs a bit while holding the blade up to her shoulders with the Sevens Sword pointing straight at the file. "Oi, glass face! I'll be the one who'll take these monsters out! Go help the guy with the red helmet!"
She said to Joseph, as she rushes at the file once more and stabs it with all her might!

His body still vibrating from the raw ki energy from his fire infused attack that had rendered his foe into little more than computerised ash, Captain Falcon turned his attention to the two corrupted enemies taking cover within the file. With a quick grin, confident that the enemies are hiding as a last resort, his foot charged up with electrical ki energy once again. "Lightning...Kick!" He wasn't particularly bothered whether or not the move actually landed, but he was confident he could hit a large, non-moving target like the packed file. He only needed it to traverse the battlefield next to instantly, and that was going to happen regardless. (Move= Lightning Kick - rolled a 19 to hit (not like it mattered, really - he was doing it to reduce movement to one action))

Still, this was a man who had fought gods, alien pirates, murderers and half robot/half zombie psychopaths. He certainly knew how to land a Kick or two. With a strong electrical blast, similar to the one that had started the downfall of one of the creatures, Falcon mighty armoured boot slammed into the wall of the file, causing him to bounce off of it landing him just a metre from it. (Rolling damage - 17+2 = 19 (I get the feeling online dice rollers aren't very accurate or varied with all the 19s I'm getting). In total, before defence calculation, Lightning Kick will do 3,675 Shock damage. Rolling for paralyse chance = 40. No dice.)

Before he even landed completely, however, his fist was already charging with immense energies. His voice even seemed to echo slightly, as a gigantic fiery falcon appeared from his hand. "Falcon....PAAWNCHH!" (move= Falcon Punch - rolled a 16 to hit.)

It wasn't exactly difficult to land this thing - the packed file he was attempting to hit was large and unmoving. The large firebird collided into the wall of the packed file with outrageous energy, dealing humongous damage to it. After the move finished, his fist was still shaking with infernal energies as he stood back up clearly pleased with the result. (rolling for damage - 10+2 =12. In total, before defence calculation, Falcon Punch will do 9,450 Heat damage and 1,050 Blast damage. Rolling for burning - 87. Nope.)

Satisfied that he has done enough damage to the packed file to cause major damage to both it and the two cowardly foes inside, Captain Falcon jumped backwards from the makeshift fortress and waited for the enemy to move. Preparing to leap onto the first enemy that may come out of the wreckage, Captain Falcon recalled his police training in detaining criminals and prepared a rear wrist lock grab ( the one where they grab your hand and pull it behind the back) so that his ally could finish it off with little trouble. (Holding final action to grab the first enemy that crawls out of the wreckage.) (Just in case, rolling for hit - 8+2 = 10.)

Enraged that what looks like a glorified piece of cardboard still held after being hit, Joseph pondered what to do next. Except his comrades solved this for him; both Leone encouraging the Swede to attack a different enemy and Captain Falcon openly attacking the folder. "You're probably right. It's a lot tougher than I thought; being just a normal guy puts me at a disadvantage against it." He informs Leone. Unfortunately, before he could attempt anything else, the two files hiding launched a bombardment of low poly envelopes out of their makeshift armor right at Joseph. "Damn it all." He cursed, prepared to dodge the attack.

First action
(Perception is 13; +1 to evasion rolls. Rolled d20 for 9 +1 is 10 total. Successful dodge 2nd spam?)

Second action
(Rolled 2 +1 for 3, unsuccessfully dodging 4th spam. Taking 1575 damage.)

"I've always hated spam mail, but this is just crazy." Joseph remarks. "So screw it." With a hefty grunt, he turns away from the folder, taking the 4th envelope right to the back. "Gah!" He groans, but manages to keep his balance. The tanky soldier lets his two allies work on the folder since their attacks are better suited for such a task, leaving him able to help Pixels with the sixth file that dropped garbage all over the field before.

Third action
Joseph takes out his javelin gun and aims it at the sixth file. (presuming it is on the ground now)
(It's accuracy is 11/20, so anything higher than 11 makes it miss, while 11 or below is a hit?)
(Rolled 7 for successful hit. Rolled again for damage for 9. Damage dealt is 8044 with 2.5% less damage taken into account, since base javelin damage is 8250. Roll for pindown status; got 83, so no status inflicted.)

Total damage on sixth file is 8044 if it fails to evade.

Joseph's neglect of the last two spam mail shots made them hit him. Overall damage Joseph takes is 4688, adding up damage from 4th,5th, and 6th shots. Joseph's health is now 180,722 EDR.

The corrupted content was completely oblivious to the nano suit headed full speed towards it, with its combat knife grasped in hand. As a result, the initial slashes caught it off-guard with stinging sensations, the file bleeding randomly-colorated pixels, which bounced like beach balls after making contact with the rolling green hill ground of Bliss. Then, it was killed in a mess of the bouncy pixels, as the stab was signified to be an ultra-critical hit by the red, glowing aura that sharply emitted from the knife's point of impact, and the brief choir note. Shortly after the file vanished into thin air with it producing garbled choking sounds, Tetsuya gasped over the radio signal. "Holy crap... Was that a--? I can't believe my eyes!" It seemed that he was at a complete loss for words, aside from that brief sentence.

Unfortunately, this ultimately resulted In Joseph having wasted a bolt for his heavy javelin rifle, as the file was already dead by the time the trigger had been depressed. Meanwhile, Leone had ushered over in no time to stand up for her military teammate, whom she referred to as 'glass face', thanks to the looks of his helmet. She had managed to create two fine tears in the folder's surface, and then finish the deed with a clean stab, which caused the armored storage folder to bust up without warning, with the third file falling out lifelessly onto the digital grass, which was notably more realistic than the remainder of the environment, before vanishing, but the second file, albeit on the verge of its death was evidently not afraid to fight.

In spite of that, a packet of unused computer junk with cursor hands was simply no match for a seasoned mach-racing bounty hunter with police training, and when it held up its pixelated, gloved fists in order to show that it was prepared to square up against the four heroes, it instead found a faceful of electrified kick, which barely left it with any energy remaining. And just to make matters worse, there was the notorious power-charging sound, and the man's voice echoing...

"Falcon... PAAAWNCH!"

The impact of the fiery, bird-infused fist was enough to send the file catapulting to its demise. It screamed endlessly all the while, before simply vanishing with the glimmer of a star as it traveled out of bounds. After the file was defeated, with the man having nothing to put in a wrist lock, loot spawned around the assembly of four.

Two paths had now become clear to our heroes, even though they were definitely not blatantly obvious and masqueraded by the detail of the grass - one would take the assembly across the several rolling hills, and another would lead them throughout the flatland. It was up to them to decide which path to take. Either way, adventure awaited them!

His body still shaking violently from the immense ki energy from the Falcon Punch, fire engulfing his hand, Captain Falcon watched as the final enemy, who had been engulfed by his fiery falcon, fllew off into low orbit. There was nothing the file could do from there to survive, he though, and with no other hostiles in the area he relaxed.

That was until an odd glowing orb, amongst other things, appeared next to him. There seemed to be some money and other things, but what really drew his attention was a small orb that he could sense was filled with ki energies. "Odd", Falcon said as he went to pick up the orb, but as soon as the orb found rest in his gloved palm - still covered in ash and burnt data from his enemies - it disappeared into his hand. It was weird, though - seconds after the encounter with the artefact he felt refreshed. More than refreshed, even - he felt some of his electrical ki return to him. Clenching the hand that one held the orb within it, into a fist, he felt his eyes spark briefly with lightning as arcs of electricity climbed up his legs to his knee. With a deep breath, he relieved his fist, returning him to normal. He then turned his attention to the other things that appeared in front of him - what looked like two different kinds of currency (that was fairly obvious and self explanatory - he lives in a universe where multiple aliens races exist, so he has sometimes had to carry different wallets with different currencies in) and a strange packaged disc with 'Windows XP' scrawled onto it. He'll make a note to play the disc later, he was sure - maybe it contained information that he required to return and save his own universe.

Turning to the others, now aware of the two options presented to them, Falcon spoke up. "Well, what now?"

"HOLY-"
"Well, THAT works!"
Both colonel and lieutenant temporarily broke professionalism as they saw Pixels' ultra critical strike.
It returned quickly, but the lieutenant couldn't quite keep the surprise out of his voice.
"R-right. Let's see what you got there..."
A couple of seconds later...
"From the looks of it, that's a enchanted rope. The engineers say that you can use it to get to cover quickly, or anywhere safe."
"That's 2 forms of currency you got there. Dark blue you can spend anywhere, light blue, you can only spend here."
"Also, that's a... targeting module? Whatever, slap it on your weapon and you may find your shots hit more often."
Pixels, heeding the Lieutenant's instructions, placed the module on the right of it's weapon, and the rope and currencies in it's backpack.
"Right. I recommend the hills for a better scouting point."
Interface light turned green. Pixels turned to the group, and projected an arrow pointing at the hills.

After the intense battle (for Joseph, anyway) with the computerized beasts, the Swede was astounded to feel a surge of energy go through him. "Uh, ok. This feels weird." He noted, as the augmenting module activated on him. Additionally, he was shocked to realize that he had acquired more ammo for his mining weapon, despite the fact this was not his home universe. Joseph started to have second doubts about this whole saving the multiverse situation. 'I might be way in over my head here.' He thought as the last remains of the corrupted files fizzled out of existence. "So, uh, does any of this happen in your guy's respective universes?" He asked the rest of the squad.

Joseph went about doing post battle inspection of his armor to take in account the damage it had sustained during that obscure fight earlier. "Strange. I definitely took damage many times there, yet my armor doesn't have a scratch on it." Uneasily, Joseph equipped his javelin gun onto his back once more. "Such strange occurrences. I guess in a multiverse, stuff like this is more than possible; hell, maybe even common. Wait what kind of universe looks like a computer screen!" He exclaimed, mentally prepping himself for even stranger places in the future.

The machine turned to Joseph, before doing a weird mix of a nod and a head shake to Joseph's first question.
It took in the computer screen question for a moment, before responding with a shrug. It projected a question mark, before going back to projecting an arrow pointed towards the hills.
Carefully, it picked up one of the defeated files and tossed it behind him for XCOM forces to potentially study later.

With battle won, Leone merely looks at the Sevens Sword with analysing eyes. "Something is wrong with the Sevens equipment!, It's... it's..." The sword itself looks relevantly normal, besides a few marks and cuts on the blade. But, it wasn't letting off it's typical radiance when drawn out of its scabbard. "Tch... just my luck too." Cat mumbled under her breath, putting the sword back into it's scabbard and staring at a cake that was left behind after the death of the monster. Not really putting any thought behind if the cake was even edible, she picks it up and stores it into her light pack.

With inspections of her surroundings over and done with, she groups up with the rest of her allies who are seemed to be discussing where to head next. "Not at all glass face, this is a first for me..." Leone said to Joseph while seeing Pixel staring into some hills. "And well, seeing as this thing wants to head over to the hills... I say let's go for it. We'll get a good view of our surroundings, after all."

The scout displayed... disappointment? It definitely wasn't too happy to see XCOM denied something to study.
It shrugged, and noted the message from Tetsuya.
Tetsuya immediately saw a thumbs up in his head, Pixels' name next to it. Yes.

"Hills? Oh yeah, there's hills over there. Kind of forgot about them during the fight and all." Joseph stated, hearing Pixels and Leone bring up their course. "Actually, yeah. That's a perfect idea; we can get a better vantage point of this....universe, and I use that term loosely. Maybe there'll be some structures or...hopefully anything that will give an indication of where we are most needed here." Joseph placed his hands to his hips as he eyed the elevated terrain. The rest of his squad continued chatting as Joseph looked around the almost perfect landscape surrounding them. 'There's just such an uncanny feeling of this place. It looks so real, but not quite. Like a picture; makes sense since it's clearly similar to a computer desktop.' With a sigh, he kicked a bit of the ground he stepped on, noticing minor movements in the grass. 'Physics acts the same as my universe; I wonder how different things will get though.' It was then Joseph realized the mistake he was making, 'No, don't bring up your universe, idiot. Lest you open up old wounds.' He fiercely berated himself.

Nodding to all of his allies, the red helmeted bounty hunter spoke back up. "Well, if that is where we are headed, would you like me to scout ahead? I'll be there and back before you know." He heard Joseph berating himself under his breath, but Captain Falcon knew better than most that he'd probably want to be alone. Joseph probably didn't want to have someone who had no idea about him, his culture or even his universe pass judgment on him. Of course, there was a small part of Captain Falcon that was still a member of the police, but he was a bounty hunter now - he's done things he regrets.

As the others were making a decision, Captain Falcon decided to allow the others to see what they were working with. Pressing a button hidden in his wrist, he watched as a flash of light appeared above then, and slowly descending from it was the beautiful Blue Falcon his universe has come to know and love. The paintjob was a little scratched, as he didn't get the chance to repaint from his last race, but otherwise it was in pristine condition. Landing on struts coming from the bottom of the blue racer, the wheelless machine began to hum gently as a flicker of light appeared in the four thrusters, and the two main air intake fans on the front began to spin slowly. It looked more than ready for use - it even looked liked it was yearning to be raced in this alien environment.

Captain Falcon wandered over to his creation, taking in the over 6 metre long majesty before him. Clearly one of the more advanced pieces of tech the troupe have seen in their time in other universes so far, the Blue Falcon radiated speed and power. Who knows how fast it could go, with the right pilot.

Leone looked at the blue machine with raised eyebrows. And considering the fact the man openly spoke about heading out for scouting, the young woman couldn't deny his request. "If you're up for the task, go for it." Leone said in a neutral tone, rubbing the top of her head. "We'll be following behind you, just in case something goes wrong."

"Maybe this is an opportunity to brush up on my own leadership skills... I can't rely on the old man's talents forever." She thought, taking a gander at the robot and glass face for a bit. "But... that would make me responsible for their lives... tch, damn it all."
