  PersonalityCalista has always been stubborn. Her expectations, beliefs and her life revolves around striving for more and with her nature, she kept pushing herself to be better. It's just how she is– still, that doesn't mean she doesn't know when she's in the wrong. She's capable of admitting to her mistakes, allowing her pride to be raked across the coals. Her temper is a very slow thing. Most don't feel her wrath unless she's pushed too far. The only things she really gets defensive over are her daughter and her past, not usually talked about. She's friendly, but not overly so. She also has a sweet spot for a couple of the younger performers, especially if they take the time to talk and be kind to her child.
  
  AppearanceThe first thing people tend to notice about her are her horns. Curved and a dark obsidian, they tend to catch a lot of attention. Long ivory hair tumbles down her back, stopping just shy of her waist. Her features are soft, with large eyes and pouty lips. Her form is slim and due to her nature, she is naturally voluptuous. Her clothes tend to be dark and sleek, although she doesn't much care for the appraisal of others on her clothing choices. Her skin is olive-toned, with a littering of freckles along her face and body.
  
  BelongingsHer locket; When she was a child, her father gave her a locket. It was the only present she ever received from him and even though she despises him, she still keeps the necklace. She has a picture of her daughter tucked inside.
  
  Portrait of her mother; As a child, Calista discovered this portrait of her mother in her father's study. She had attempted to steal it away, only to be caught and punished. When she chose to run away, the portrait was one of the only thing she took with her.
  
  Her daughter's art; When Calista first adopted Katya, the girl was afraid to speak to her. Still, she communicated with pictures and drawings. Even though her daughter speaks to her now, Calista keeps the drawings tucked away in a chest. They are precious to her, if only to remind her of the progress her child has made.

  AbilitiesCoercion; Calista knows that being a demon has its perks. Although she doesn't use her ability often, she's able to implant ideas in other people's mind. It can definitely be a nefarious ability, so it is on very rare occasions that she uses it.
  
  Dark matter manipulation; Another ability she adopted from her father. Dark matter, such as smoke or shadows, are things she's able to bend to her will. It's not a very useful skill, so it's rare that she uses it.
  
  TalentsManagement skills; When Calista first joined, she was regarded as someone with little talent. She didn't have anything that would interest the crowd. So, she often found herself sitting in the management office and reviewing the finances. This was actually fine with her– she had always had the skill to deal with bills. The ringleader often noticed her hard work and after reviewing her ability, she was given the position of management.
  
  Dancing; Due to her heritage, Calista is a very sensual woman. Her demon traits give her the ability to seduce anyone she wishes, although she despises the ability. Still, if need be, she can always fill in for one of the dancers if there's an injury.

  BackstoryCalista was born in Larissa, Greece in 1946. Her father, an incubi, had seduced a mortal woman and had waited until Calista was born before stealing her away. The only true attachment she has to her mother is a photograph her father kept hidden that she accidentally stumbled upon. Her childhood was one of little joy—although her father had stolen her away, there really wasn't any true love there. She was just another sire to him; another hybrid to use at his disposal. It was just another struggle she had was the community she lived in. Life amongst demons wasn't easy for Calista. Due to her half-breed nature, she was often scoffed at and scorned. Still, she kept striving, pushing forward on only her stubborn will alone. Her first real piece of joy was when she was finally able to go to school. Although she was picked on, she also found friends of different species—willing to accept her without any prejudice clouding their visions.
  
  As she aged, Calista knew she had to find a way to escape. Her father was still strict, and even though he had his moments of kindness, he was still cold. Her chance came when one night, he chose to leave the house to find prey. She used shadows to destroy the shackles he kept her in while she was in her room, escaping through the window. It took her a while to find a way of life; she was left wandering, using her powers to allure men and steal from them once she coerced them to sleep. She came upon the circus two decades ago, curious as she heard a fight breaking out near one of the tents. Two men were fighting, going over numbers and arguing on the budget.
  
  Unsure, Calista stepped in and cleared up the confusion.
  
  The two had paused, so Calista was given a chance to audition. She was welcomed promptly and attempted to be given an option of performing. However, she chose to fill the role of management. Several years passed and Calista was enjoying her life. She had been wandering one day when she heard cries coming from a dumpster. Curious, she glanced inside and noticed a baby at the bottom. She quickly jumped inside, bundling the girl in her arms and taking her back to her trailer. She chose to keep the girl. The baby grew rapidly—her demon genes allowing her to age faster than any mortal ever could.

  PersonalityKamon is a quiet man. Although he physically takes up space, his silence more often than not can make him a forgotten presence in a room. Some find his lack of speech to be intimidating; but that's never his intention. When he's amongst the people he trusts (his friends), he's very considerate and attentive to them. He has a major soft spot for kids (much like his best friend, Calista) and it's almost second nature for him to act paternally towards a few select people.
  
  AppearanceThe first thing you notice upon seeing him is his height. He's an extremely tall man. The second thing would be his long, black hair that tumbles all the way down his back. He is often seen with it either in a ponytail or in a braid. His dressing style is casual. He likes wearing loose pants and cut tanks.
  
  BelongingsPet snakes; When Kamon first came to the circus, the only thing he had was his small suitcase and the snakes he had brought with him. He only had two at the time. Now, he has over a dozen. They all live in his trailer, semi-hidden away to avoid the wrath of the ringleader.
  
  Heirloom from his grandmother; Before he left Thailand, his grandmother gifted his a comb and several old pieces of jewelry that had been passed down throughout their family. He keeps all of these hidden away, not willing to part with a piece of his family's history.

  AbilitiesHypnosis; Kamon is able to coerce people into following his every wish after he hypnotizes them. It takes a lot of power on his side. And an incredibly gullible victim to continue to look at him after he shifts.
  
  Transformation; He is able of shifting either his facial features or his entire body to appear more 'snake-like'. He is also able to transform himself completely into a snake. Depending on what form he chooses, he can either appear as a harmless green garden snake or a huge python with black scales and green eyes.
  
  TalentsSuper strength; He is capable of lifting things that are three times his body weight. It was a scary gift as a child; but now, it's a super useful trick that allowed him to get into the circus in the first place.
  
  Flexibility; Kamon is extremely flexible. He's able to stay in the splits with ease or contort his body at will. Although it is not something he practices in the shows, he loves yoga and keeping himself limber.

  PersonalityAere is a very calm and collected individual but she has a flair for the dramatic and gossip. She appears to be very confident in herself, not just in her abilities but also in her appearance, though she is not arrogant and has a very kind heart. She is very wise, a consequence of her long life, and is not shy when it comes to giving advice, especially to those she cares about and treasures. Despite this, she is slow to truly trust others even if it appears like she is close with someone. Aere is very reserved about her past, changing the subject whenever it comes up. She has a large complex regarding her non-human features, especially her dragon tail and dragon hands, and hides those insecurities behind a mask of flirtation, confidence, and dark humor.
  
  AppearanceAere is a beautiful Ryu, half-Chinese-dragon half-human, with short, shoulder-length white hair with two antlers on top of her head and two golden, mermaid-like ears. She has a voluptuous and curvy figure, matched with an aura of mature beauty to her, even if she looks to be in her mid-twenties. However, what stands out in her it's her lower half: a golden, 15 feet long dragon tail, with a light caramel underside and a thin mane of white hair on top going from the tip all the way to where the two halves meet. She has golden, dragon-like hands, each finger with a medium-sized claw. On her chest, above her cleavage, she has an intricate yellow tattoo in the shape of one of the halves of the ying-yang. She tends to wear the top half of kimonos, normally in light colors to match her tail and hands.
  
  BelongingsCrystal Ball - the last thing she has from her mother, given to Aere by her mother on her deathbed. She uses it to offer readings to the visitors after her performance.
  
  
• 
  AbilitiesFlight. The inherent magic in Aere's tail allows her to fly elegantly across the sky, almost like she is dancing with the wind. However, this is very tiring for her and she cannot do it for long periods of time in a row.
  
  Nature Magic. Aere is able to perform spells around the elements, such as fire, earth, water, and air, and combine the various elements for spectacular effects during her performances.
  
  Divination. Through her mother's crystal ball or by reading the palms of others, Aere can see small flashes from one of the infinite possible futures for that person. From time to time, she also has flashes of great calamities, often in her sleep, that leaves her extremely tired.
  
  TalentsSky Dancing. Though not her best skill, Aere is a moderate dancer in the sky while she is flying and often dances around her spells during a part of her performance for a truly captivating sight.
  
  Acting. Throughout her long life, Aere has become quite skilled at hiding her true emotions and her secrets, something all true magicians must be able to do.
  
• 
  BackstoryAere was born in fifteenth-century China, to a Ryu mother. The first couple of years of her life were happy, living with her parents. However, her mother fell ill to a rare Ryu illness and died not long after Aere's sixth birthday. Unable to live in their house without the love of his life, her father moved from China to Italy, bringing her along and forsaking whatever life they had there.
  
  In Italy, the people weren't used to Ryus like Aere and even if the adults-only gave her the confused second look, children went as far as chase her to try and touch her dragon tail or to get on her and ride her like she was some sort of beast. Because of that, she spent most of her childhood inside her dad's office, watching him paint and sculpt as she played with her mother's crystal ball and practiced whatever magic had started to appear.
  
  As she got older, she started to leave her dad's office and see the city. She often did so at night to avoid other children and managed to see a whole different side of the city they were in. As time moved on, the people seemed to get used to her appearance, often waving at her from the street as she stood by the window. Aere would wave back and smile but the wound in her heart seemed to be permanently open.
  
  When she reached her twenties, her father had started seeing other women, often bringing them to his office so they could be featured in his paintings. Aere was older now, and didn't judge her father for moving on. However, what she failed to realize at the time was that once the paintings were done, the women would simply disappear, her father appearing with a different one the following day. Confused after a few months of this happening, Aere inquired her father, also questioning what he had been doing with the paintings for she had only seen each one once and couldn't find them in the house.
  
  Obviously, her father ignored the question and told her not to worry about it. Suspicious, Aere followed her father the next time he finished a painting, only to find him dumping the woman's dismembered body onto the city sewers. Outraged and heartbroken, Aere confronted her father, who then confessed he was searching for beauty that matched Aere's mother and when the women failed to do so, they were unworthy of living.
  
  She ran away from him that night, heading straight to the police to report what her father had done but when they got to their house, he was gone, the house a complete mess as it was clear he had packed in a hurry. After that, it didn't take long for Aere to leave the city as well, vowing to never return. She traveled the world, hoping to forget what had happened to her family, wishing they could go back to the happy days when she was six.
  
  Over the years, and then centuries, she always tried to find records of her father, trying to find out where he had fled to and where he had died, but she never managed to find anything, the man had simply disappeared...

  PersonalityQadira often likes to be called Dira by people she considers friends or at least friendly. She's got a very curious nature and is unafraid to ask question and figure out more about the world around her as well as the people who inhabit it. In her younger years she was very trusting, and naive, but after being cursed and having several unfavorable masters she no longer trusts anyone fully. You wouldn't think so due to the fact she never lost her talkative and fun loving nature. Often coming up with spontaneous ideas to have some fun. The only way it shows is through the fact that she never speaks about the time period of having masters and lies about her being cursed. When asked about why despite how long she's been alive she doesn't know vast amounts of information she simply says it's the way of her people to normally stay hidden from the world...which isn't a total lie most Djinns do since they have a reputation for not being very kind. Though this is largely due to the genie curse that can be placed on them. She keeps her secrets tight, and also the secrets of others if they so choose to confide in her. Due to her outgoing personality most people assume she has nothing to hide and take her lie at face value. She's not a judgmental person and tries her best to treat and get to know everyone equally, however she does come across a bit more reserved when dealing with witches and wizards. If she can avoid them without seeming suspicious she will.
  
  AppearanceQadira loves loose flowy clothing and light to pastel colors. She's got long wavy bright white hair with golden streaks highlighted through it. There are also some silver streaks but they are much harder to see. Her eyes are bright blue and shine like crystals. She is very graceful in her movements not just when performing, but just in the walk she walks almost as if she is gliding even though she's not. When she shapeshifts she always keeps her white hair, but depending on how closely she's trying to resemble a species her skin tone and/or eyes might show. The more focused she is the less it shows, but if it's just a casual transformation then all three show.
  
  Belongings- Ring of Solomon: It is one of the only magical items someone can posses that can force someone of her kind (a Djinn) to do something no matter who is using it (Wizard, human, vampire, ect.) She stole it from her last master who was using it to keep her under control once he was assassinated and gained her freedom.
  - Golden lamp: Since she was cursed by a wizard long ago to have the fate of becoming a 'genie' she keeps her lamp carefully guarded with her at all times so no one can ever control her again, and so she doesn't have to be stuck inside it for who knows how long ever again.

  Abilities- Invisibility: She has the ability to camouflage herself into her surrounding giving her the illusion of being invisible. However the more complex her surrounding is the harder this is to do especially if she is moving.
  - Flight: She can use the wind to fly which is her favorite mode of transportation.
  - Shapeshifting: She can shape-shift into animals and different species. However she usually still retains some features of her natural state (usually her hair, or her skin tone will have a bluish tint, eye color, ect.), so she'll never be able to be identical to someone else.
  - Air manipulation: She can manipulate the air around her to do as she pleases, but this can take a lot out of her depending on what she's trying to do.
  
  (Curse caused ability)
  Reality warping: She only has this ability if she has been summoned from her lamp to serve a master. In which case she can only do their biding and can't use this ability on herself or others. This immediately goes away once she's returned to her lamp, or if her master dies. It is also limited to only 3 times, so after the 3rd request is made she is immediately imprisoned back in her lamp. This gives her the ability to grant whatever 3 wishes/requests her master asks of her, even if it changes reality or aspects of it. However their is usually a catch/price to the wishes when granted. How close they are to the masters wants is related to how clearly and detailed they make the wish as well as her mood to grant it rather then find a loophole.
  
  Talents- Flexibility: Her body is solid, but barely unless she wills it otherwise. She can get herself into just about any position desirable. Her limitations being her size and length because when she shape-shifts her whole body transforms not just parts.
  - Silk and Areal hoop acrobatics: This started out as a hobby from being fascinated with yoga, and dancing, till gymnastics was created, and then eventually this. It how she clears her mind, feeling free and in her element without flying.
  -Balance: She has a natural good sense of balance, though this is partially because even if she falls she can catch herself with her abilities.

  -Born at the start of the century of the new age
  - Lived freely for a little over a hundred years before being cursed by a wizard to have the fate of a genie
  -after his 3 wishes she was trapped in her lamp for about 1,000 years being found in 1190 during the crusades.
  -She was freed to serve another master and the cycle repeated, but this time being sealed for years until 1799 when she was found by Napoleaon.
  - After his wishes she was sealed again until 2000 when she was found by a wizards apprentice, who was killed by a wizard weilding the ring of solomon and was forced to serve him through the ring (though she lost her wish granting abilities due to her master dying.)
  - The wizard was assassinated ten years later and she stole the ring from his corpse, along with her lamp he was holding hostage and disappeared.
  - She traveled for a few years before finding and joining the circus.

  Having lived such a long life, Marcel bores easily. He's always looking for something interesting to do, which is mostly why he joined the circus. When unable to find something to preoccupy himself, he stirs the pot to intentionally cause drama. He's not a very trustworthy person, as he values his own amusement over what to him feels like fleeting relationships between people in his life. Marcel is lighthearted when it comes to insults and attacks upon his own person, as he finds altercations directed at him as something interesting and exciting. He does not take many things seriously, which typically leads to him landing himself into a lot of trouble with underestimating the gravity of situations and the impact his lack of decision making can have on him. Marcel is a bit stir crazy as well, he cannot stay in one place for too long and cannot hold his attention on a singular task for long periods of time.
  
  
  AppearanceHaving grown up in a wealthy family during the 18 and 1900's, Marcel prefers wearing formal clothing as a marker of his status in society. He is usually in a full or partial tailored suit. He sticks to rich, dark hues of colors with gold accents to hint at wealth. Being a vampire, he has a fair complexion with cool undertones to it. His ash grey hair has a wavy texture which he usually leaves as is, since he can't be bothered with styling it every single day.
  
  BelongingsMarcel doesn't have any treasured items. No material possession has ever held his interest long enough for him to keep track of it for very long.

  BackstoryMarcel was born in Romania within a wealthy family who held nobility. Their status was achieved mostly due to the family's lineage of vampires, easily grasping onto powerful positions through fear and networking. The family fled Romania when Marcel was only 4, as hunts for vampires spread rapidly throughout the country. He spent the rest of his childhood and formative years growing up in the United States, where ideas and news of such things as vampires were fantasy bed time stories. With a lot of time on his hands and a habit for always trying to stay busy, Marcel picked up many hobbies throughout his long life. Some, now in the present and modern times, became obsolete, while others, such as his knife throwing and marksmanship, remained relevant.

  PersonalityAmaris feeds off of whatever energy and emotions are happening in the room she's in, bouncing around from person to person until she finds someone who she enjoys talking to and sticking to them. She steals what she thinks are the best parts of other people's mannerisms and that causes her to think that she's secretive and mysterious. In reality she's an open book with those she doesn't feel the need to impress. When she's first introducing herself, unless shes had time to rehearse, she'll usually hide her nervous anxieties in public through a flood of meaningless words; every true feeling on her face poorly disguised with a contradicting statement. As she becomes more confident in her surroundings her superficial 'bubbly but distant' front fades and a slightly meaner, more unsure, and attentive person arises. When presented with a good first impression she gives out her trust, loyalty, and affection easily. Instead of warning her to take more time in getting to know people, previous breaches of trust have only deepened the divide between Karima and what she pretends to be.
  
  The large crowds and ability to remain anonymous if she ever messed up was what drew her to the circus. Never alone, her fear of failure and abandonment didn't flare up during performances. She was needed but wasn't dependent on anyone unless she wanted to be. Only embarrassment, no emotional pain, would happen if she messed up in front of spectators. The good parts would remain in the stories told of her and the bad parts left out.
  
  AppearanceGlowing eyes, with feathers and scales to match are usually what people first see on Amaris. Many of the scales are hidden by her hair and clothes but they line her neck before being replaced by her wings. A brilliant green with gold accents on the outside, they fade in color to less saturated brown on the inside. They're pretty huge, with the tips going down to the floor when folded. While she's never actually measured how big her wingspan is she would be surprised if it was anything less than 10 feet. Going back, more scales can be spotted around her wrists, the back of her hands, near her ankles, and her calves but otherwise most of her limbs are relatively normal. She almost always wears opened back tops or clothes with clasps on the back to make it easier to get clothes on over her wings and tight pants are just easier to fly in. Speaking of flying, due to the lack of tail she rarely attempts sustained flights in her human form, as it becomes fairly hard to control her direction. Her ear tufts are fairly expressive, being able to stand on end or pinned flat back, and she will sometimes attempt to hide them in her hair, which is almost always down in an attempt to frame her sharp features except during performances.
  
  In her bird form Amira takes the form of an Austral Conure with golden marks and some sort of shiny dust that seems to trail off of her wingtips when flying.
  
  BelongingsA pouch with two fistfuls of feathers and a photo; While Amira pretends that she doesn't care about the memories of her family she can't bear to leave them behind.
  
  Disguise box: While most areas of society accept the supernatural as normal in some of the more formal business transactions that she attended with her father it was easier to hide her supernatural features. One part of the disguise kit was a wing binder, which brought her wings under her arms and down her chest and legs; it pined them down without adding too much bulk to one area of her body. Another was a pair of muted brown contacts, high coverage concealer, and brown hair spray. Finally, a massive amount of bobby pins completed her look, leaving her free to act as a normal person.

  AbilitiesAnimal Form; Amaris can turn into an Austral parakeet, with only a few signs that she has supernatural origin. This allows her to get into places she might not fit into otherwise and go out to judge how the crowd is feeling without revealing that she's a performer.
  
  Magical Resistance (Passive); While Amaris isn't conscious of this ability, her body will naturally ward off minor effects of magical origin both positive and negative thanks to her jinn origin. Her scales and gold feathers act as batteries that slowly discharge any magic they absorb over time. They can be overloaded however, used as a reagent, or avoided entirely by those with enough dedication, strength, or knowledge.
  
  TalentsDistraction; Amaris finds it easy to overwhelm a person's senses, her bright colors and racing mind lets her bring up random topics to talk about if she needs to buy herself or others time.
  
  Trapeze (Both Flying and Dance); While her height might have made her an unlikely candidate to be a flyer, semi-hollow bones made her lighter than normal, and flight already left her fairly athletic. When not performing, rather than retreating to her room to get ready, she prefers floating around where needed. Sometimes she'll sell snacks, many other times she'll act as another stage hand.

  BackstoryAmaris was born to a werebird who married a human businessman. Her mother had a great deal of interest in having children and that desire, paired with her husband's reluctance to become a werebeast, caused her to seek some more magical means to conceive. Having heard of jinn who could grant wishes when the pair went to Israel for business they tracked one down. Their first wish was for her mother to be able to have a child. Such a huge loophole wasn't ignored by the jinn and as his fiery form surrounded and separated the two of them Amaris' mother was reduced to ash. When her father awoke the jinn was gone and three eggs sat on top of the pile. Something about the jinn's ancestry left a stain on those eggs though. In her it was her glowing gold marks. In her brother, it was the flickers of fire that trailed him if he ever went fast enough. Her sister never seemed to hit the corners of counters or stub her toes, as if she passed right through them (they were both jealous of that particular power.) The biggest trace of that jinn in her was her inability to go into a fully human form.
  
  Amaris' mother's death, and the siblings subsequent inability remain fully human, was used mainly as a warning to many to not mess with the supernatural even in modern times. As Amaris grew up the whispers of pity and scorn became natural to her. Eventually the gossip stopped, and 'the family tragedy' was forgotten. Most people didn't question her presence except in largely human towns where superstitions made anything supernatural feared. The family moved to wherever business was best, but as their father grew distant the children flourished closer together.
  
  But all good things must come to an end and overtime the trio felt constrained by what they once found helpful. Arguments broke out and insults turned from playful jabs to low blows. One final fight where they nearly ripped each others wings off signaled to Amaris that it was her time to leave. She knew she could make it without them, she would prove herself, and she was going to make sure that they regretted ever thinking that they didn't need her.

  Asher got the short end of the stick when it came to how many supernatural features he had. While he was the only child who semi-resembled their father, he also got many marks from the jinn including massive shadowy horns and their signature glowing eyes. Out of the three of them, Asher seemed to be the most content in his bird form. Although eventually grew to enjoy the distance that people gave him, even if it was matched with disdain in their stares, it was so much easier to just remove himself. He was often the cautious one of the group, as he would also be the muscle most of the time if anything happened. While he was the first to flee when given the chance, he never left the rest of them behind, waiting until the other two were in the air before darting off.
  
  Cold and heartless to most people, Asher hardened himself against the world rather than fleeing from it, like Amaris, or adapting to it, like Mariel. While all three of them can talk someone's ears off, most of Asher's words are reserved for his friends. When Amaris finally got a fistful of the silent side of Asher she was shocked; the sudden lack of response after their biggest fight is one of the reasons why she ran away.

  As Mariel grew up, many relatives spoke about how much she resembled her mother. They ignored the glowing golden eyes and scales that circled them, because in comparison to the, 'other poor children', she had turned out relatively normal. Perhaps a bit too normal. Everytime she would try to shift into her avian form, she would turn out more like a harpy or aarakocra, but never a full bird. Instead of struggling to blend in with werebirds, she decided to live a similar life to her father.
  
  Her own lacking ability was what caused her to push her siblings to such extraordinary heights. While technically she could keep up with them, it was just so much easier to live vicariously through them. Even though they all hatched at the same time, she took the role as the eldest and most mature. She would lead them in their actions with people and show them how to blend in. It was her who showed Amaris how to prepare her disguise kit. Mariel was soft spoken, easy to get along with, and when she raised her voice it was heard. Perhaps that was why, when Mariel told Amaris to, "Just get away," She listened.

  Narra is someone who just wanna have fun. She is always full of positivity, spreading joyousness and delight everywhere she goes. She is rarely seen with sour mood nor gloomy smiles. It's hard to bring her down emotionally because she doesn't get easily offended by criticisms or gossips. She just loves to embrace her personality and live life to the fullest. Since Narra is constantly active, she doesn't have time to focus her attention on one thing for too long. This also means she's sometimes outright clueless about what's going on around her. One thing to note is it's not a bright idea to go on arguments with the little fae.   Little Narra was born deep in the forest in Finlandia, far from the human intervention. Both of her parents are faery, thus she had the pure faery blood running in her veins. No flashy events happened in her life before she joined the circus. Narra started her day by waking up, patrolling around the forest, playing with animals, laughing and singing with the birds, relaxing under big canopies, and many more until the sunset when she would go back to her house, socializing with her parents and 10 siblings.
  
  Her days always filled with colorful activities until one day, Narra started to grow curiosity over the world outside of the forest. Quietly, she flew far from the forest where she accidentally met her first human. Instead of trembling in fear, Narra thought that human was a surprisingly interesting creature, different from faeries, animals, and plants back in the forest. She then also found out that many different creatures, aside from human, that lived around her. With persistent desire, Narra decided to get out of the forest to learn new things served by the world.
  
  Along her journey, she then encountered a band of circus containing various kinds of creatures as its members. Narra finally settled to join the circus as the animal tamer, a role that allowing her to get in touch with her fellow animals.

  PersonalityAsura is a confident creature. He has a lot of faith is himself and his ability to lead. When it comes to the circus & its inhabitants, he rarely lets himself get involved in personal affairs. The performers have their own lives—and he has his own as well. On the off-chance that anyone wishes to befriend him, it takes a lot of coercion to get on his good graces. Trust is a foreign concept to him. But, then again, why wouldn't it be? Most demons are selfish. Somehow, for some reason or another, that statement doesn't apply to Asura... mostly. He does have a habit of acting out when someone decides to either be rude or undermine him. (It's usually under Callista's coercion that he finds it within himself to see reason.)
  
  Appearance'Unique' is the first word that comes to mind upon laying eyes on Asura. Everything about him is loud and unwavering. From his imposing height, to his piercing, mismatched eyes and to the bright markings that trace down the entirety of his body. His hair is a plethora of color—one could even say it's unbearably garish. He's always smiling, the sharp canines along the top of his mouth almost always on display. Most often, he can be seen wearing the most odd set of clothes. He likes contradicting patterns and textures, mixing them together to make some form of fashion disaster that more often than not earns him an earful from his fellow demon subordinate.

  the item is a iridescent ball that he can make appear at his will. it's an extremely concentrated form of his magic that he summons whenever he feels the need to unleash his total wrath on someone. It's rare for anyone to see it since he uses it so infrequently.

  BackstoryAsura found himself on earth after one too many years of being inactive in Hell. When he was dropped on the earth's surface, it was a harsh wake-up call that he had to restart his existence. He spent years wandering, trying to ascertain how to function. It was easy to see that he had the flair for the dramatics. Everywhere he went, he'd often seek out equally dramatic work. Years of performances led him to working at a sideshow attraction, using his demonic form to terrify and thrill the humans who paid to look at oddities.
  
  He moved on after several years, losing interest in being viewed as just a commodity.
  
  That was when he managed to stumble upon the circus. He'd been in his human form when he first noticed the attraction. Curiosity peeked, he watched the show from the bleachers. He wasn't often impressed—but the performances brought on a flare of awe. It wasn't long before he was auditioning and finding himself in the role of a contortionist. It was fun—and he earned many valuable lessons. As the years progressed, he slowly grew disillusioned with performing.
  
  Asura wanted a spot of power. It was just to his luck that the ringleader was hoping to step down. The pair had always gotten along well so whenever she chose to step down, he automatically tried for her a spot. Due to how long he had been there—and the lack of competition—he was able to declare himself the new ringleader.

He'll try his best to interact though, specially when he's the new guy around 'cause you gotta have someone there when in need for help. Tends to take insults and comments personal, though he hates admitting it, but on the later years there's been a hard work to just no pay attention to such things, why bother anyways for what others think? Big gatherings don't matter to him, being a contortionist means being watched by hundreds of people on a single act, and maybe millions out there, so he's grown used to be the center of attention at the acts. Being petted is one of his weaknesses, and yes, he can purr.

  BackstoryThe boy was born on the year 1963 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His mother being a werelion in disguise and his father an italian entrepreneur working in the touristic neighborhood of "La Boca" in one of the renowned restaurants of the zone, a night full of tango and a bandoneon that took them on a midnight journey through the vicinities that ended up in one of the local hotels. Nine months later, Giovanni was born and raised with love and care from his parents, who between work hours and other duties tried to enjoy as much time with him as possible. His werelion gift was already known to his mother since she knew how her lineage worked and plus Giovanni had sensed from a young age that he was different to his neighbors. He lived much time of his childhood hiding his ears to the rest of the world in fear of discrimination and disgrace of his family's reputation, for it was a pretty unusual sight to any 'normal' human being. Prejudices are always there, no matter the society one's immersed in.
  
  Social distancing left him more time at home to find out how to spend his free time, which led him to discover his great elasticity and strength to elevate himself. This motivated him to find contortionist academies around the city, to which he ended up meeting Julia, his personal teacher and second mother to his eyes who taught him everything she knew and even went further to show him the city's pros and cons, best sightseeings and simply put, life. She played a crucial part on his acting and emotive skills when performing at shows, giving him the tools to express himself freely away from the chains of ostracism.
  
  The dictatorship that ruled over the country back then, social protests and later coup in 1976 threatened Gio's family, specially after both of his parents being involved in many marches and demonstrations around the city. But a last warning to them from fellow coworkers and forced disappearance of their close friends and Gio's precious teacher gave his mother the definitive signal to leave the country immediately. And so they migrated to Lille, where acquaintances of his father were able to help the kid's parents incorporate in stable jobs and give the talented boy a chance to enter a circus academy in the city. The ambient of an artists life and new friends taught him to loosen up, he'd met people with whom he could be Giovanni without getting criticized nor rejected for his persona. This is when he got officially introduced to what transmuted from a casual hobby to his passion and subsequent profession on the years to come, contortionism was on his veins and he knew he'd dedicate his life to it.
  
  The next years of his life he'd go around multiple countries with different circuses showing off his skills and latest acts, gaining the reknowance and public to live a decent life. It was getting quite the boring if you asked him, and even though he's the shy type of guy, Gio wanted to look for something different, a group of unique beings (not necessarily supernatural) that could teach him one or two things about what circus life meant to them. He wanted to watch and learn, finally stumbling upon the Evergreen Circus, the new opportunity he's been yearning for.

  PersonalityFieris is a very cold and calculating individual, having lost much of his compassion long ago— he faces every circumstance with a cold logicality, failing to let something as feeble as emotions get in his way; possessing a bitter indifference. Fieris is seldom sad, angered, or even happy. He goes by the motto 'don't get mad; get even', and will use any tactic to get his revenge on those who have wronged him. Despite his coldness, he's an oddly compassionate character to those who happen to be down on their luck, never hesitating to help those in indigence. He's nothing less than selfless, and would give anybody the shirt off his back. Despite being as close to kind as someone like him can get, he protests the notion of forming close bonds, deep-set trust issues having ingrained that those he happens to let get close to him will cause him harm. When one happens to befriend him, he blossoms into a much more open and compassionate figure, one who will listen to your problems through and through, and will trust you to listen to his.
  
  AppearanceFieris is an interesting figure to behold, a pale and tall silhouette who appears as a ghost in the distance. He's extremely imposing, standing tall at 6'3", not to mention he's lithe, lean, and moves like a lethal predator. His white hair lies messily fringed over his head, blue tinges at the edges giving him the visage of an ice prince. His azure, ice tinged eyes are narrow and hold a piercing gaze, with prominent bags underneath to hold his tired soul. He wears elegant yet practical clothing, black and silver being an ever-present staple.

  BackstoryFieris was born to a shapeshifter father and human mother in the town of Evergreen, though his family originates from Norway. The family was far from well off, struggling to make ends meet, yet despite this, Fieris's family tried to give him a worthwhile life. However, tragedy struck when Fieris's mother was killed in what his father proclaimed a 'freak accident', which Fieris would soon discover to be the murder of his mother carried out by his pa. After this, Fieris's father took it upon himself to teach his son how to survive— however, this was all but a guise for abuse at his father's hand. At age eighteen, Fieris ran, scarred permanently by what he went through. He found solace in the meeting of who would soon become his spouse, and they stuck by each other through and through. Young and naive, Fieris failed to realize that his spouse would not last as long as him, when they died of rampant disease. This left Fieris all but shattered, and he no longer knew what he could do. When he saw Evergreen Circus was recruiting, he saw a purpose of which he could attribute himself. He managed to make it in as an animal act, his shapeshifting ability making him a prime recruit. Evergreen Circus has served as his only purpose for a century.
