Earth, Water, Fire, Air. The fifth will be either light or dark.
The appearance is real life but you can add an image for both. I don't have an picture for reality.

Hmm... I was thinking about that too. They would either not be on the front lines fighting too much or be at the front of every siege with a battering ram so I think it's between a support and tank depending on which your character would be.
