  Heroism, an ideal that leads the generations. Knowledge, the foundation in which we impress. Bravery, which we try to inspire in our students. Collaboration, the key to success. Wisdom, gained through experience. Strength to get up and face another day no matter what the winds of fate will bring. These are all the things Shikichi Academy stands for.
  
  It’s likely these things that drew you to apply here in the first place. The school where success and failure don’t only reflect you but is taken on by your peers as well. Rivalries, friendships, differences in values, all manner of discussions; all instruments of growth which are encouraged strongly in the next generation of heroes. Shikichi aims to not only have their students leave as verifiable heroes but as members of society that will excel and pave the way for all those who follow.
  
  From the very moment you step in it’s doors you are expected to start on your path. While there are many opportunities at Shikichi there is also no shortage of people who will tell you there is no such thing as a free lunch, the teachers help those who help themselves. So long as you want to succeed there will be those who help you go that extra mile.
  
  But remember even when you are outside of Shikichi you are still a reflection of the school. So long as you don’t go causing trouble the school will have your back.

  On Quirks:
  A quirk is an abnormality within the human race that became a part of society through unknown means, it’s comparable to superpowers. Roughly 80% of the population have a quirk. It is physically part of the quirk holder's body, whether that be visible or not. By the time a child becomes four they should have already seen signs of their quirk. They are almost always genetic, with rare exceptions. Most importantly you can only have one.
  
  On The Law Enforcement:
  In BNHA there are two major forces that deal with crime. The local police jurisdiction and the Pro-Heroes. The local police are by law to avoid using their quirks while doing their jobs in order to maintain the status quo. The pro-heros however have been schooled and licenced to use their quirk. Illegal use of your quirk will get you labeled as a Vigilante and arrested.
  
  On The Treatments Of Quirks and the Quirkless:
  Because the majority of the population now has quirks it has become normalized. It's extremely unlikely that anyone would actively be bullied or discriminated against because of their quirk. However because it's so normalized that people have quirks the 20% that lack quirks or have quirks that are harder to discover can be targets of bullying or teasing in their early years. Naturally this is discouraged heavily by the schools but the teachers can't be everywhere.

  3. We will be using Discord for our OOC, but that is it everything else is here on rpn; Feel free to join the discord even if you just wanna watch the rp but remember to follow the discord rules!
  
  4. The first week after this Interest thread goes up will be purely for character building and character acceptances so it doesn't matter if we fill up fourth day as there is a reason behind this beyond filling up so trust in our madness :3
  
  5. We have a cap to this rp; after 12 players we're cutting it off (For now, don't wanna bite off too much more than we can chew)
  
  6. You can play as a student and a teacher. Until we have enough students we'd like that your first character be a student as it mainly follows the students. Also the option of making npcs is available to anyone.
  
  7. We will only be using anime-esque art which should surprise no-one as this is an anime
  
  8. At minimum we're expecting you to post twice a week; See "About Character Creation" in Extras

I did wanna ask ask about the formatting on the CS. Is it possible to do like a plain text version with all the same information? I mean it looks really nice but I don't love fiddling with all that stuff. If it's mandatory or even highly preferable, than I'm happy to do it but if you don't really mind then I'd rather save myself some time.

Oh yeah the cs format isn't mandatory or anything if you're gonna use the plain text though I ask that the tabs are kept simply to keep it all neat and tidy to check over. (If that's cool with you I can send over all the text in tabby format)

Thanks for the interest! Right now the other gm's and I are unsure if we want to add onto the cast, however that's not a hard no. In the interest of not leaving you guys hanging I wanted to say that we will pm you guys both in 12 hours, after our gm planning session, about whether or not we can fit more characters into the rp.
