Class: Magical Marksman - Using a gun is very expensive, especially a rifle, but it is well worth it if you can infuse your attacks with your mana. Either mana is channeled to the bullet or the rifle itself to generate an intended spell. Of course it can fire rounds normally.

Personality: Arrogant and domineering, Évelyne de Blanche is one who wants adventure. Picking up from her father, she is a bit of a lover, seeking fun from nighttime escapades with an amorous lover or two. Knowing that her father was a womanizer, she honestly wouldn't be surprised to find out she has a sibling or two. When people who she doesn't fancy approach her, she isn't afraid to send a warning shot or two. She lets herself become the center of attention, but she won't fall to pettiness to maintain her status. She challenges those who question her superiority.
Backstory:
wwwwÉvelyne Zéphyrine d'Ambre d'Albine de Blanche was born to Valentin d'Ambre de Blanche and Étiennetter Josée in the noble house of Blanche in Fairfax. Her father is definitively Étiennetter's husband, but everyone knows that he's a womanizer. In anycase, Évelyne is his first child, and as such Valentin stopped his affairs since he's actually tied down to a daughter now. Well at the very least, he gave her his love and affection. As such, she learned what her father had learn in regards to weaponry, education, culture, and unfortunately, promiscuity. In fact, she grew up more like a man than a woman, not displaying much ladylike manners, but the brutish attitude of a man.
wwwwAt the age of 16, Évelyne struck out into the world of nobility and combat. There she refined her mannerisms and skill to be a bit more noble-like while still retaining her attitude and air (she found that both men and women are attracted to it, well at least the fun ones). She has refined and created her magic through sheer willpower, eventually creating her mana based firepower (while she does have the blood of the famed resistance leader Selene de Blanche, almost none of her magic was passed down).
wwwwAt the age of 20, she was brought before the Emperor's court and given a series of tasks to prove her claim that she could beat any mage with her rifle. Over the course of three years, she performed her task with vigor and splendor while having a bit of fun on the side. It was during this time that she gained her reputation for being that beautiful woman with a rifle. At the end of her trials, she appeared before the Emperor once more, who was about to give her the title of cavalier before she interrupted him. "The cavalier of this empire don't know how to walk, leaving their horses to carry their-" "OKAY, what title would you like instead?" She thought about it for a moment and then said, "La Mousquetaire, and make it a separate corp."
wwwwAnd like that, she formed her own corp, the Imperial Musketeer Corp (commonly known as the "Mousquetaire bleu" (Blue Musketeers)) population, one. Slowly others would join her ranks, but there is no chain of command and no standard uniform, not even matching colors. They simply follow the orders of the Emperor. Of course, that usually mean taking up mercenary work. For all intents and purposes, they are an independent group who the Emperor has access to.

Physical


Appearance: Anything need be said? There's an image over there.
Weapons & Armor:
  • Pacificatuer (The Peacemaker) - A breech loading rifle intricately designed to naturally channel magic and mana down the barrel. It can fire normal bullets, but why stop there when you can dominate the enemy with magic as well. It isn't called the Pacificatuer because it brings peace, but rather because it dominates the field forcing all those who oppose it to make peace with their end. It is single shot high caliber, so it takes sometime to reload, but training can do that for her.
  • Dagger - A small dagger carried on the belt/holster. Intricately decorated with gold and amber.
Items & Personal Belongings:
  • Outfit - A wonderfully tailor made set of blue and white. It happened upon her when she wore her father's uniform once, which made the tailor explode in inspiration. The one she wears now is custom made to fit her shape, but she has insisted on keeping the male dress shirt, revealing her bosom. A belt/holster encircles her, holding several pouches for ammunition, gold, and a dagger.
  • Cavalier Hat - A massive hat fitted with a lot of fluff. What makes this one special is the large amber gem embedded into hat, giving it some weight. Mined from the mountains around Fairfax and brought out from the Blanche treasury, it glistens and glows, casting a warmth of light upon her visage.
  • Gold - How can one be a flamboyant Mousquetaire without some mullah?
  • Seal of Membership - Quite an odd thing, as none of her family know about it, but it sits in the Blanche vault. It's probably from her ancestor Selene de Blanche
Skills & Abilities:
  • Marksman - Great aim with any firearm, of course with limitations based on the weapon being used.
  • Mousquetaire (Musketeer) - A term that differentiates riflemen from riflemen, it is simply a high honor that the king has bestowed. Gives her more access and connections.
  • Noble Ties - She does have ties to the Blanche Household.
  • Magical - She can use magic, but not the same way a mage would use it. Rather she channels her mana into her devices, which in turn make it substantiate in the world. Thing of it as assisted or augmented magic. Specifically, she can channel her mana into bullets and rifles.
Spells & Magic:
  • Grand Salvo (Pacificatuer Spell) - Channeling mana into Pacificatuer triggers a series of enchantment designed to temporarily halt the motion of a bullet the moment it leaves the muzzle. She can fire up to 20 shots, all of which will be held in the air until she stops her channel. When unleashed, the bullets let loose like a volley from a line of infantrymen. She can maintain her channel for up to 15 minutes.
  • Mana Beam (Pacificatuer Spell) - Forming what is essential a mana explosion inside the firing chamber, she's able to shoot beams of mana. It does only magic damage and no physical damage.
  • Enchanted Bullets - She can channel her mana into bullets, which do physical damage as well as magical effect.
    • Feu - Bullet propels forward inside a massive fireball. Upon hitting an object, fire will spread from point of impact.
    • Glacé - Upon impact, ice spikes will appear and freeze over the area.
    • Zephyr - Greater accuracy, greater speed, greater distance.
    • Pierre - Greater force, Greater impact, might actually send victim flying.
    • Vide - Her penultimate ammunition. It nullifies all magic it touches, this includes preventing the victim from perform magic. If removed from location, target can be enchanted/perform magic again.
Weaknesses:
  • Marksman - While her reload time is indeed fast, there's enough time for one to rush her into close range.
  • Arrogant - She's arrogant. Do with it what you will.

  • Guild of Heroes: 11th out of 12 Guildmasters.
Personality: While it may not seem this way, Mephisto truly cares about the well-being of others and would most likely give his life away for another innocent life, without a second thought. Even with his Guildmaster position, Mephisto maintained a chilled, laid-back attitude at all times and never panicked, with the direst situations being the only exception. Mephisto seeks not to spread sin, or death like many other Demons, instead he wishes to live like a human. Loves to make bets with other people. He is also very playful and likes to make jokes, pranks and interact with his fellow guild members.


His biggest flaw is being prone to hedonistic indulgements, such as eating sweet food, food in general, or drinking lots of alcohol. This leads to him sometimes being intoxicated, and thus much, much more vulnerable than what he normally would be. Can be dumb as hell, but can also be serious as hell depending on the situation. Mephisto is nearly always ecstatic. Has nicknames for some people.
*Backstory: Mephisto used to be a young demon, roaming the land. He travelled to Terra with a minor demon horde when he was merely 6, and walked off from his demon brothers, starting to travel the Great Forest. There, he was found by William Black a few years later. William initially wanted to fight Mephisto, but found potential in the young demon's heart. Mephisto wasn't even trained to kill, unlike other demons. William spent days teaching human language to Mephisto, then teaching him that the world isn't so bad. Mephisto was reluctant at first, seeing only death, destruction and negatives everywhere, but the William showed him how beatiful the world can be, and Mephisto felt eternally indebted to him, in a way that he can never pay back to William for his kindness. William merely smiled and told him to be a good person, and it would be more than enough.


The two departed, and Mephisto travelled the lands taking on the body of a Wood Elf, helping random people from time to time and learning more about the human realm. He joined the Guild and trained like all other members, advancing in ranks over the years. Then, one day, he became The Great Master and then the Guildmaster, revealing his demonic side to everyone, then revealing his past with William Black. The Guild felt inspired by meeting a being that was taught by William Black himself, and Mephisto did his best at being Guildmaster. He has been the Guildmaster for about 58 years and is truly proud of it, feeling like this is a way of paying his debt to William Black.


UPDATE:
400 years ago, he faked his suicide after the Guild was annexed and lived a peaceful life all this time. He had the Guild members that remained loyal take several, magical seals, that they passed down onto their children and so on. These seals would be activated when Terra was in the need of the Guild of Heroes once again. That time had come.

Powers
Paranoia
Akena is able to create an area of pure black darkness in a 53 squarefeet (5 squaremeter). This field of darkness denies any kind of vision to everyone except for Akena. It remains for 10 seconds. One can walk out of it, if they find the way.

Duskbringer
Akena is able to teleport behind any person that is within Paranoia. She does not make a sound while doing so, unless she speaks of course.

Living Shadow
Akena is able to make the shadows of anything rise. If the thing that the shadow origins from can move, the shadow will be able to move as well. It will listen to Akena's orders. Of course, a tree isnt the most useful shadow servant. A monster shadow might be. If the person that shadow is from has a weapon, the shadow will have the same weapon, however powers and abilities are not copied.

Rising Shadow
Akena creates a living shadow of herself on a certain position in her sight. It moves however she wants it to. It can touch physical things and thus injure enemies. She can create multiple shadows, but the more there are, the more draining it is and the more concentration it needs. That means she gets weaker the more she is keeping awake.


Shadowwarp
Akena is able to swap positon with her shadows at any time.


Shadowpuddle
Akena is able to sink down into a puddle of shadows. That makes her able to pass walls and terrain, but it makes her lose a physical form. That means she can neither be hit, nor attack. As soon as she rises out of the puddle, she gets a physical form again.


Magic Blade
Akena can create any blade she wants. Those blades do not have any special effect and will disappear again after a time, but it grants her the chance to not need to carry weapons and be harder to disarm.


Collect the dead
Akena has the ability to absorb the power of those she killed. This power does not last forever, but it gives her a momentary buff in combat and makes it easier for her to fight multiple enemies without loosing too much stamina. The stronger the victim was, the stronger and more durable is the buff.

Powers

Unspeakable Horror
Akena can create and move tendrils of pure darkness, that take physical form. They will grow out of her back or the ground, where ever she wants them to.


Shroud of Darkness
Akena can create a circle of darkness around her. She cannot move while it exists and cannot use any other ability, she can barely even talk, but it protects her from almost everything, except for light-based attacks and abilities.

Umbra Blade
During night, her weapons become covered in darkness, which add to the power they have. Even if the blade fails to penetrate something, the darkness will cover it. That has no active effect, except for being able to synergize with other abilities.

Spreading Darkness
Akena can cover places near her in darkness. That has no active effect, except for being able to synergize with other abilities. It appears as black, formless mass.

Consume Darkness
Akena can consume all the darkness that momentarily is around her, healing herself. The more darkness, the higher the healing. She can heal up to a stab to the stomach if a lot of darkness is spread, but she cant heal cut of limbs or anything similar.

Contract Darkness
Akena can pull everything covered in darkness towards with a great amount of force. The more darkness is spread on the object, the stronger the force of the pull.

Detonate Darkness
Akena can make the darkness detonate. This detonation does no real damage, but it blinds everyone except her that stands within it. Akena can further teleport into any detonation caused like that, as long as it takes place. The blinding effect does only stay for about a second.

Collect the dead

Akena can summon the wagon "Agony's Embrace", a powerful being that will maw down anything in it's way, listening to Akena's orders. It stays for 10 minutes or until the headless driver is killed.

The only thing that is important to her is her orders code. That means, she has no right to kill those, that did not oppose her OR do something that was not justified in her eyes. Further, she has to help those that are innocent, if they are in danger.

During the night however, Akena changes. She becomes rather evil. Others or her code don't matter to her, only power. She hunts and kills without remorse to make her life longer, here and there challenging strong people to test her momentary power. She is a monster during the night.

Rings of Life
During her night form, the rings, that look like halos, above her head, represent Akena's remaining life time. Each time she takes high amounts of damage or the rings are directly attacked, one will burst, weakening her incredibly and shortening her life by the amount it represented. Damage that would usually be lethal damage will make 5 rings burst. If no rings remain, Akena dies.


Backround
History before the corruption:
Akena was born as daughter of Akuma Gikuma, the leader of the Order of the Black Lotus and direct descendant of the orders founder. She was treated like a princess among warriors. With great respect and yet like a apprentice. From the moment she could walk, the age of 3, she was trained to be a warrior and swordsmaster. She learned the codex of the order and she learned to use her weapon. When she was 15, her father saw her as ready to attempt herself at "The test". That was a ritual, in which the apprentice would become a full member of the order. But it was dangerous, half of the apprentices died trying. They had to venture through a dangerous pass and fight a strong animal, just to have to fight an elder member afterwards. Akena was able to survive and pass the test, but she got a bad injury at her back. Still, she was the youngest one to pass the test. The injury left a big scar on her back.


The order was a respected clan, their arts of swordfighting and shadowbending being unique. Many tried to get in, but only few were actually accepted. Most people found the order to be a little creepy, their personal understanding of justice being not liked by many people. The order also had many enemies, but those rarely attacked, as the order was a strong bond of warriors, that could defend theirselves against armies.


That was until one day. A spy was able to put a terrible poison into the orders well. It set the whole order asleep and the enemies under their terrible leader Woguran. Woguran let his men slaughter the sleeping ordermen and got his hands on both, Akena and Akuma. Akena had to watch her father die. Woguran laughed and was about to kill her, but he found a liking in the girl, that did not bow or falter before the man, even though he was clearly in a better position. Thus he told her she would be his. One day, he would take her and make her his wife. And to clarify that, he took a dagger and cut a big "W" into her chest. Then he knocked her out and left with his people.


When she woke up, Akena was burning of hatred and the thirst for revenge. She made it her cause to bring a punishment over that person and his men. From that day, she roamed the world.


History of the Corruption:
After long chase, Akena was able to find and kill her nemesis Woguran. Satisfied, she started a new "Order of the Black Lotus". She led it long time and it grew big. One day, a mysterious stranger named Kyro showed up, challenging her to a battle. Akena accepted and experienced the most humiliating loss one can imagine. Beaten, dishonored and mentally broken, she fled into the exile, Kyro gaining the control over the order.

Akena trained every day and night, her goal to become stronger and redeem herself. One day, tired from the lack of sleep, Akena accidentally did not dismiss her shadow right. She fused her soul with the shadow and suddenly saw everything in a different way. She understood that in a mortal life, she would never become strong enough. As she became one with the darkness, she learned to steal the life energy of others, making herself immortal to time and illness. The darkness drove her mind insane, her goal to become the strongest being in existence, the way did not matter to her anymore. Soon, she became infamous as the Shadowangel, a monster of darkness, consuming men and women that dared to challenge her or happened to cross her way. Others however, claiming to have seen and talked to the being, described her as nice and beautiful spirit of night that helped them in dangerous situations.

Personality: Agamemnon is not completely evil, rather; he is decadent and corrupt. He is desperate to achieve eternal life and will go through nearly any means necessary to do so. He wears black robes as they are the traditional color of necromancy and are capable of terrifying mortal eyes. He is soaked with magical energies caused by his failed and pathetic attempt at turning himself into an undead, proving how inexperienced and brash he is.

Agamemnon does have a good side to him. He is not always willing to spare enemies, as each person dead means one more soldier to fight for his cause; however sometimes he will offer an alternative if the person is more useful alive; to join his Cult and worship the Lich at his side, offering them true immortality. At times, he can even be merciful and he surely is fair when judging others, but he is willing to sacrifice his own honor to achieve his goals.
*Backstory: Agamemnon was born in the Kingdom of Narcissia in a small shadowy valley known as Nocturne to the northern parts of Gael, long ago conquered by Albion's military. The reason that the valley is called Nocturne (Darkened,) is the state it is in. Death is a daily occurrence and the population was kept in check by frequent suicides, however, the number of children born was nearly equal to that of death; causing a perpetual and never-ending cycle of death and life, in which seeing a man jump off of a rooftop was the type of thing you just walk past by and then inform the grave diggers for a small amount of money. There were many reasons for this state; poor living conditions, lack of hope for the future, losing their once proud kingdom.

Agamemnon observed this state since his earliest age, with his own father dying when he was 5. His mother always blamed him, telling young Agamemnon that his father killed himself because of the child. Instead of listening to the woman's inane ramblings, Agamemnon decided to remain cold and cool on the inside and try to persist. The young boy took all he could and ran away. He travelled for many years, constantly plagued by the past. Upon reaching one of the central cities of Albion, he started to work as a Librarian's Helper, in exchange for being taught how to read and write, as well as a small payment to survive. The boy was allowed to sleep in the Library itself too.

Spending his life like this from the age of 10 to 20, Agamemnon was a highly educated young man, however, he kept thinking about the inevitable cold embrace of death. Not capable of coping with the thought of losing his mortal shell, he departed to the capital city of Bowerstone, where he infiltrated the Royal Library's Forbidden Archives and stole several books about Necromancy. He then attempted a crude ritual of turning himself into a Lich but failed miserably. Locked up in a body that was even more pathetic, he turned to worship of the Lich seeking for help. He heard a voice calling to him. The voice did not turn its back on him and offered immortality, but at a steep price...

  • Book of Shadows: An expansive, vast encyclopedia of knowledge about demonology, said to contain the name of all demons, types of demons, and information on them. Massive amounts of infernalistic knowledge.
  • Ritual Dagger: This special blade was inscribed with special runes and enchantments that allow it to hold up to 100,000 units of magical energy, which is worth several souls. It is a very delicate work, and is not made for fighting. The dagger absorbs the soul of whom it kills.

    • Flock of Ravens: A large flock of ravens dives down from the skies onto a select target and pecks them. Usually, won't kill a target - rather stun them, but some targets close to death may die.
    • Raven's Crossing: The caster becomes capable of shapeshifting and turning into a raven.
    • Blast of Malphas: The caster shoots a green projectile that obliterates anything it hits. There is no armor that can resist this attack, but some anti-magic can nullify its effects enough to make it into a little more than a bug bite.
  • Necromancy:
    • Touch of Undeath: Causes one person to become fatigued. Likely to cause unconsciousness. Requires physical contact.
    • Raise Dead: Skeleton or Zombie arise from grave to serve the caster.
      • Mass Resurrection: A more mana-expensive version of the spell above, this variant spawns a thick, blue fog with magical properties. All dead bodies within 33 meters of the caster, even if underground, come back to life and serve the caster.
    • Soul Consumption: Can consume souls to heal himself, or his allies. Souls can be obtained from dead corpses.
    • Shroud of Souls: Causes an explosion of souls summoned from the underworld. These souls will spiral like a tornado around the caster and damage anyone who gets near with their claws.
  • Minor Sorceries:
    • Shield: A minor shield that protects from magic and physical attacks. Weak.
    • Missile: A small, concentrated ball of weak magic. Minor damage.
      • Infernal Bullet: Shoots a larger ball of red, destructive energy. It deals roughly the damage of a crossbow bolt, however, it causes massive pain to the victim. Enough to leave them on their knees, struggling to get up.
    • Blink: Instantly transports Agamemnon over a short distance, of up to 15 meters. Only within his sight and cannot go through obstructions, such as glass panes, however, can move through small cracks through walls and similar.

Backstory:
Created 381 years ago by one of the more powerful wizards of the realm, Farran K. Weissmann, Victoria serves one purpose, to protect the royal family, or more specifically, protect the throne and the King's Authority.
Farran created her as a way to celebrate the victory over Fairfax. She was quickly trained as a knight, but she didn't learn any moral code with her training, only responsibility. She also served as a test subject for some of the mage's more dangerous experiments. Sometime after her creation, Farran disappeared and Victoria adopted her creator's surname.
She now stands before the Throne Room as an silent guard. She has seen quite the number of royalty in her time, almost always acting as their unwavering faithful, be it mistaken or genuine. Victoria has obeyed the king's orders in the past, partaking in grand battles, but soon many have come to realize that she represents their authority over the people. If she was to turn her back to the king, the common might lose faith.
Should she ever move from her watchful place without the king's orders, she is moving to fix an error that she has made and will not tolerate.

In battle, he is not as capable as her, however, due to being born with a higher quantity and better quality of magic circuits; he is far more proficient at transferring mana from his soul to the materium, therefore he provides her backup in combat using magic.

He is somewhat extroverted and openly friendly. He does his best to impress his sister, trying to maintain a sibling rivalry. Can hold a grudge for a long time unless you make it up to him. Really dislikes people calling him by his true name and unless you're his sister; might hold a grudge for doing so. He knows the difference between good and evil, albeit he may sometimes choose the latter thinking he was doing the former, in a form of "justice." And no, he does not go out of his way to murder criminals.

Backstory: Artoria and Lulu were both born in a small rural town, far away from the Empire's capital. They've grown together after their father left and their mother died due to a bandit attack. Lulu was the defense and Artoria was the attack. They cleaned many dungeons together and up to this point.

Spells & Magic:
  • Crimson Riot
    • Crimson Fire: As the name suggests; the sword catches fire and attunes itself elementally to it.
    • Crimson Rebellion: A special move created by one of the Crimson Riot's previous wielders and Lulu's ancestor; this attack causes the blade of the sword to emit a vortex of red, destructive energy out of its tip. It can destroy a small army, however, the mana cost is so great that Darkness will be knocked unconscious merely from using it for several seconds.
  • Mana Burst II: This is not even a true sorcery, nor magic, nor magecraft. He simply draws mana from his soul and expels it on the outside of his body, enveloping himself in a blue aura of pure mana. This greatly enhances his stamina, strength, endurance, speed, reflexes and all other physical functions (Around three times.) After his self-education in the Library, he managed to find an efficient way of doing it that allows him to decrease mana cost greatly. It can be used on other people with their permission, however, it draws mana from them instead of Darkness, therefore if they are not mages - they will quickly die, as the spell will start drawing mana from their body, causing organ failure.
  • Minor Sorceries
    • Mind Trick: After planting a suggestive, hypnotic image into the eyes that draws attention (like moving one's hand,) the caster issues a verbal command that the target is hypnotically infatuated to obey. Some are immune due to a number of reasons, such as, but not limited to: iron will, magical immunity, higher alertness, overall luck. The caster may not issue commands that are obviously threatning and incomprehensible to the target
    • Summon of Arms: Lulu does not have to be over-encumbered by wearing armor, or carrying any weapons around, nor does he have to fear them being stolen. Instead, his items can be de-summoned and stored in what one could call a "pocket dimension," in his soul. This way, he can summon his weapon, armor and other possessions as if they were phantasmal.
    • Light: An object shines like a bright torch.
    • Ray of Fire II: Creates a weak ray of clean fire. Unlike its predecessor, this ray is much more stable and works similar to a real-life flamethrower. Range is about 30 meters and it can burn through weaker armor.
    • Intermediate Clairvoyance: Once activated, it allows for to gain intrinsic knowledge and keep track of all targets within the range of two kilometers. It also allows the caster to see up to 4 seconds into the future.
    • Basic Healing Magic: Can mend minor wounds within seconds, major wounds within several minutes. Can cure basic disease. Cannot fix impaired organs, severed limbs, or cure magical diseases.
    • Telekinesis: Can lift the weight equivalent of a large box full of metal contents.
Weaknesses:
  • Physically Frail: Darkness is much more fragile than other people and even those of his age. This may be due to his reliance on sorcery.
  • Low Mana Levels: For someone born with the traits of a sorcerer, his magic circuits that let his mana flow to the physical realm according to his mind are still developing. As such, his mana is relatively low compared to other mages.
  • Demons (Evil Ones): We all know how the story goes: Inexperienced Mage summons demon > Demon makes deal that the Mage can't refuse > Mage accepts > Mage realizes he's stupid cause now he's got no soul.
  • Naive: Fairly, even for his age.

Paranoia
Akena is able to create an area of pure black darkness in a 53 squarefeet (5 squaremeter). This field of darkness denies any kind of vision to everyone except for Akena. It remains for 10 seconds. One can walk out of it, if they find the way.

Duskbringer
Akena is able to teleport behind any person that is within Paranoia. She does not make a sound while doing so, unless she speaks of course.

Living Shadow
Akena is able to make the shadows of anything rise. If the thing that the shadow origins from can move, the shadow will be able to move as well. It will listen to Akena's orders. Of course, a tree isnt the most useful shadow servant. A monster shadow might be. If the person that shadow is from has a weapon, the shadow will have the same weapon, however powers and abilities are not copied.

One with with the shadows
Akena can vanish completely, as long as she is within shadow. Everyone that steps into the same shadow can see her, everyone outside of it cannot.

Rising Shadow
Akena creates a living shadow of herself on a certain position in her sight. It moves however she wants it to. It can touch physical things and thus injure enemies. She can create multiple shadows, but the more there are, the more draining it is and the more concentration it needs. That means she gets weaker the more she is keeping awake.


Shadowwarp
Akena is able to swap positon with her shadows at any time.


Shadowpuddle
Akena is able to sink down into a puddle of shadows. That makes her able to pass walls and terrain, but it makes her lose a physical form. That means she can neither be hit, nor attack. As soon as she rises out of the puddle, she gets a physical form again.


Magic Blade
Akena can create any blade she wants. Those blades do not have any special effect and will disappear again after a time, but it grants her the chance to not need to carry weapons and be harder to disarm.


Collect the dead
Akena has the ability to absorb the power of those she killed. This power does not last forever, but it gives her a momentary buff in combat and makes it easier for her to fight multiple enemies without loosing too much stamina. The stronger the victim was, the stronger and more durable is the buff. Further, Akena will enlengthen her life for a few years, the stronger the victim was, the more life energy she gains.






Akena changes appearance, powers and also in personality, according to the day time. She is different when its day than when its night.

During the day, Akena is her old self. That means, Akena is a very neutral person. She does not care about laws, about others, about anything at all. The only thing that is important to her is her orders code. That means, she has no right to kill those, that did not oppose her OR do something that was not justified in her eyes. Further, she has to help those that are innocent, if they are in danger.

During the night however, Akena changes. She becomes rather evil. Others or her code don't matter to her, only power. She hunts and kills without remorse to make her life longer, here and there challenging strong people to test her momentary power. She is a monster during the night.

I mean, compare Akena to Agamemnon, who is basically the Big Bad's main helper for this roleplay; He would be badly destroyed in a 1v1 against her.

I do want to comply to your arguments, as you are the gm, I just can't let the character be completely negated, that's why I said I'd remove smth else. Maybe Akena also cant absorb life energy during the day and only gets the temporal buff through "consume the dead"?

Personality:
Daniel, or Reveir, as most people call him, is a pretty chill and fun guy. He's a Kind Introvert who takes nothing for granted, and loves practically everything in the world. He has grown to know better than to hate a person by their past, but is more reconciled on watching their future.


No matter how much of an introvert he is however, if he feels the life of something or someone he cares about is truly in danger, he loses all sense of morality and goes full on psycho. It doesn't seem like much changes, but a lot DOES change, as his sense of right and wrong differs, and his goal is to save the one in trouble. Nothing else really matters until that is taken care of.

Yet, he is a strange merci-ful being, who feels pity for those who can not fight for themselves, and those who are in the path of darkness. He hopes to break that darkness with the light of hope, and bravery.

Likes: He is an introverted character, but he likes to be around people. He likes the presence of people and souls around hin, but even more, he loves silence. Just plain quiet places with cool serene areas. It calms his soul. He absolutely ADORES tea, as well as chocolate. A hidden desire of his. He also loves a good suit and tie.

Dislikes: He hates having to see a good soul turn bad, as he doesn't exactly dislike villains, but he pities them. He hates a tormented soul, and wishes to free it from it's evil bonds.

Bio: He is the Fragment being of the Current True God of Death, simply named Death. He was born to little to no friends, as no one wants to be friends with the guy who'd entire family is in charge of the death of beings, and taking their loved ones one to an alternate plain of reality. Damien grew up alone, and quickly learned to be by himself, and learning to trust himself only. He takes almost everything seriously, and has lost the will, the drive for combat, as he has had no-one to share it with. He's used to being around people stronger than him, and is shocked when he sees people who are weaker than him, as is shown with his first encounter with a human.

•Heights, oh how he hates heights, his most fabled enemy. It doesn't bother him much, only when he decides to let his mind drift on how high up he is.

Shinigami Physiology: Shinigami have strange bodies, to say the least. A Shinigami goes through 5 stages in their life, from Immature Shinigami, to a True Shinigami. These five stages, are named the Five Gates of Sanzu. The first being the gate of Sallam, the Gate of which all Shinigami are born into, and here they are Immature Shinigami. The 2nd gate, is the gate of Allice, the gate/stage after Sallam. Here, a Shinigami is a Late Shinigami. The 3rd gate, is the gate of Nimouir, the gate of the Pure Shinigami. The 4th is the gate of Zamazu, the Gate of the Mature Shinigami. And lastly, the Gate of Uiour, the gate of the True Shinigami.

Each gate reached makes the user stronger, as well as unlocking more and more Shinigami abilities. But, until the 5th gate, a Shinigami is not Immortal. More of, they age slower, and they heal quite quickly. Only one True Shinigami can exist in each Reality, be them a true God, so if someone after them unlocks the 5th gate, one of them must die. It's a 50/50 chance then.

A True Shinigami can not make offspring, so to make a child, they take a fragment of themselves, and make a being out of it. That being, grows to be their child. But, the price for this, is taking away the True Shinigamis Immortality. The Child of a True Shinigami is considered Royalty, and is treated as such. 5 tattoos along the right arm show the Gate you are in, they are all black, but will glow white due the number of tattoos to the gate they are currently in.

A Shinigamis actual body, is extremely durable. Fast, strong, super-being. They have strong magical power, and can not be affected by normal poisons, or disease. Most things that affect humans or some other races don't affect them. As such, things like sunburns don't affect them. Neither does Hair Dye, Normal Human healing processes, etc.


Magic:

His main Magic Abilities, are his Shinigami Powers. Being able to sense and see spirit energy, life energy, as well as souls. He can travel into the Shadow Realm, the Shinigami Realm, The Dream World, and the Spiritual Plain. He summons objects, such as his signature skate-board, as well as uses his other magic abilities. His most Potent, is Soul Search.

He uses a variety of smaller magic spells, such as the Mirror Laura Tin Technique. A Spell that takes any reflective surface as a video call, and let's you call someone. Etc, etc.

His favorite however, is Spirit Manifestation. It allows him to take his spirit, his life energy, and harden it.

Shin And Yin: The Twin Pistols that he uses to fight. They shoot three kinds of bullets. Normal bullets, spirit Bullets, and Magic bullets.

His Skateboard: His skate board is just that, a skate board. But it has jets on it, and he can use it to fly into the air. It is extremely fast, and he sometimes uses it to attack.

I could understand if the skateboard is... some form of dwarven technology, but you've stated he has a fear of heights therefore it kind of argues with the usage of a "flying" skateboard, don't you think?

True, but I can't exactly take away the flight without taking away the other aspects of the skateboard. So it'd levitate, basically.
All I'm asking for is for this to be optimally fitting of a Fantasy setting. If he has a fear of heights and a flying, probably magical/magitech skateboard, that's just a good piece of character development he can have; overcome the fear of heights.

But still, a skateboard with jets is more of a sci-fi thing, and guns are modern. I will have you to make these two... more friendly to the setting, to put it that way. You are free to do it in a way you deem fit, but what I'm saying is that in a time where medieval times transition to the renaissance, all in a world of magic; you don't exactly see Shinigami flying around on skateboards with jets, wielding two guns. You know what I'm saying?
 
How about, he saw a gun, an old style one with gunpowder, and he adapted it into what it is now?
