Just thought of something, would Niel be able to reverse Kkachi’s ability temporarily? Or vice versa? Since Kkachi’s is kinda probability based, being bad luck and all.

Honestly I have this character I was going to put before I decided to go with Daniel....it was a girl with electric powers...now I'm unsure if it means she's going to be locked up all the time. Perhaps can be of use to remove chips and finally help everyone to rebel
