@vinom: Xenoverse is a great DBZ game, really captures the spirit of the series. However, I'd caution going into it like it's a fighting game. It's more an action RPG masquerading as a fighting game. Also, strike super builds have a lot of downsides compared to blasting ki attacks everywhere. I don't regret buying it, so take it what you will.

I assumed that as a Saiyan soldier of the PTO, he'd have access to one. I mean, Bardock and his troops were basically low-tier grunts, and they had access.


Also, anyone else notice that per RAW Saiyans have to be geniuses to get any benefit from Oozaru without going berserk?
