Allowing dead souls to posses living bodies and turn them into monsters that darken the areas around them and feast on human souls. These dark creatures when powerful enough become demons capable of clouding the sun in darkness.
Now were do I fit in: Well Hades best bud an angle with black wings called death decided he had to do something to fix this. He created a school called Reaper Academy, were special people who had been inflicted with the power of demons and survived can come to learn to use special holy and enchanted weapons and powerful miracles and magics. You are a almost graduated student, that has been set on patrol in Vegas a capital for spirit and demon activity.
Some things you should know:
1: this is not a school roleplay, you may be assigned missions by teachers or death but not classes.
2: all reapers have a personal weapons. Or magic and a scythe
3: reapers eat demon and spirit souls to get stronger and gain more powers, eating mortal souls is strictly forbidden though.
4. All charecters will start in Vegas then may branch of from there.
5. There are 4 mane types of reapers
-Spirit reapers: These reapers stick to there scythes or use swords, they have limited magic
-Soul reapers: These rapers carry books staffs and tomes as well as there scythe there adept in the ways of magic, but are the weakest in hand to hand combat
-Destiny reapers: These reapers carry a holy script, chime or catalyst as a back up weapon and use it to buff or heal there allies as well as there scythe, but have there minds clouded to magic and refuse to use it
-Energy reapers are fast, they use knives bows and guns along with there scythes and can deal damage but can't take much of a hit.
