I just wanted to let you know that the Baron (and most of the townspeople) would likely not take him seriously at all as they would naturally assume he doesn’t understand the dangers and horrors of the wolves they’ve been enduring for generations. Also, since the Baron has soldiers, he likely wouldn’t listen to any orders from another diplomat as they can’t really be enforced in daggerswood.

He could always try to convince Waverly to try and help him convince the Baron but Waverly isn’t easily manipulated. He may be a young Lord but he knows his way around the mind games of Court and will put his faith and backing behind someone who makes a good argument. The boy can’t be bribed.

I'm leaning between "Jaded and long weathered somewhat corrupt official sent to a remote village to keep in in check as he fell out of favor from the court" or "Young and naive, good-natured orator who pursued the law as a way to enforce his ideals, in a new world he is not ready for"
I'm thinking more the latter to contrast the Baron more so So either way, I think it'll be very exciting to interact with Waverly

Her pupils are round and instantly flexible – sometimes small, sometimes large. Lumber-colored hair Porsha has hair reaching mid-shoulder. Her attire ranges from anything that looks remotely seductive. Coming off as loose and ungrounded, unlike her mother, who was not only respected but modest.

She is someone that never rests and is accustomed to fighting – determined to succeed. Porsha is sharply inclined to be ambitious and strongly driven to reach her goals. In the worst case, this can turn into a pathological compulsion. She can become obsessed with a task if it is essential to her, which brings the risk of occasionally being stubborn. She takes rejection very much to heart. She is intuitive and has a quick and flexible intellect but must be careful not to become over-critical. Spending most of her time in the streets, she learned to know when to shut up and open her mouth. She seems callous it's almost as if there is a 10ft tall wall blocking all the emotions. Porsha doesn't talk to her brother much but always makes sure he's living and eating and he could would do the same. It's an unspoken agreement.

Porsha was born into a small family of four. She had it all at one point. Adrenalina and Jeffroy, despite the age difference, were madly in love. They did everything together, from simple household chores to opening up their business. Despite the Tavern being in the Twigunny family for generations, it was sold off. With the help of Adrenalina, they managed to get it back. When Porsha's mother died, things started to go downhill for Adrenalina's remaining family. Porsha's father threw his sorrow in Alcohol, and this affected his leadership at the Tavern. Things became very loose, and drunks would get Alcohol without paying.

During this time, Porsha spent most of her time raising her little brother, who was too little to understand his family's misfortune. Focusing on her brother took all her energy, so when her dad didn't return one night, she assumed he would show up the next day, but he didn't. The next day Porsha asked for her father, but no one had heard or seen him from the night before. Over the years, Porsha was more of a single mother than anything establishing the Tavern primarily for a source of income.

Wilbert is a rat hiding within the Tavern. One night, Porsha left a glass of Alcohol, and the little rodent drank it upon seeing this; she found it amusing and kept him. Despite having an adorable face, his body is quite large. Wilbert is 20 inches long and weighs 2 lbs.

His body is muscular in most areas with broad shoulders and strong arms since he developed a sweet tooth that seems to run in the family. Ever since Lorenzo was young, he's had a lazy eye. When he tries to focus on a specific target, his left eye will start to droop. His signature dirty blonde hair goes hand in hand with his not-so-special blue eyes. His attire ranges from armor to casual, depending on the situation. You will most likely find him wearing a green shirt with black pants and smelling like lemons.

Warm, cheerful, and just a joy to be around. Enzo is a reserved individual. Most would say he's mature for his age. Despite his many skills and successes, he seems indifferent to the glory and won't flaunt it; he is humble and down to earth by nature. Lorenzo is an empath connecting with people on an emotional level. Understanding people's needs and wants and what type of person is by nature, Enzo has never taken this lightly and won't use this to his advantage. Because of this, he is most likely being taken advantage of. Lorenzo couldn't care less about winning a fight. He cares more about whether the fight was fought justly. If you couldn't tell already, Lorenzo is an introvert, but despite this, he likes to be surrounded by friends because making connections is essential.

He almost seems too good to be true, but Lorenzo is overly sensitive, which can sometimes be overbearing. The wording is crucial when it comes to talking to this male specimen. Say the wrong thing, and yes, he will cry. Extremely expressive in his emotions despite being raised by an aloof woman. Although Enzo smells like a walking lemon tree, he is messy and never knows where anything is. With extremely loose fingers and a lousy sense of direction, you can kiss whatever you gave him goodbye.

It started as a happy family. At least he assumes the only memory Lorenzo can pull up was of when his father didn't show up. That day his sister forced him to walk for hours because she couldn't leave him unattended. After that, it was just him and Porsha; there was little help from the Baron because the Baron helped get his first sword which brought him to learn how to use it. Porsha had taken control of their dad's establishment, and from then on, it was tough to see her. Wanting to spend more time with his sister, he asked to work at the tavern, which she refused. By the time Lorenzo turned 12, he had mastered the sword moving on to other weapons. It was clear to see that Enzo was an overachiever and the pros and cons varied. Some admired him, and others thought him a show-off. He was a bit slow for a 13-year-old, and despite being popular at school, he wasn't the smartest. A model student only in manners, he perfected everything, and it was one of the teachers who saw his struggle in reading that helped it took him a year to learn how to read finally.

Her dropping eyes hold blue-greyish orbs, with fairly small lips and a button nose on her fair-skinned face. Emma likes to wear dresses of very pastel colors. She visits the seamstress almost every day. If she didn't work with her family business, she would have spent the whole day there. And although she can't afford it, she tries to save up, and by the end of an entire winter, she can buy a new dress in time for spring.

Having a way with words, everything that comes out of Emma's mouth is dipped in honey and presented on a gold platter. Not only is she a hopeless romantic, but she's incredibly jealous. Her jealously always gets the best of her, and despite being a beauty, she doesn't have the confidence to top it all off. Needless to say, If she's got her eye on something, she will do the unthinkable to take it. Unnaturally Eerie, Emma has an odd persona, and if you look at her the wrong way, she can get highly sinister. Emma has always been optimistic, constantly believing that life will get better. Because of her optimism, she bounces back in challenging situations quickly. Bravery comes naturally with Em. Her courage is mainly because she has no sense of danger. When it comes to her intuition and gut feeling, they are always wrong.

Emma was born as a single child to an old couple entering their 50s. Once they finally convinced a child, they were more than thrilled, but their happiness was short-lived. A fire broke out in the family's furniture shop. Everything was caught on fire since all of the furniture was made of wood. Emma thankfully was at school. Her father had just returned with Emma in his hands to a burning structure. People had gathered to stop it, but the flames were persistent, so Emma's father, like a mad man, entered the fire searching for his wife. When he reappeared from the fire, his face was disgustingly deformed. Emma spent most of her time fooling around her father was very lenient in raising. She enjoyed baking cute little sweets, a passion she developed by the time she was 15. By the time she was 17, she had started working for the local baker.

Brief Physical Description: A man of somewhat large stature standing at 5"10, yet his delicate hands and his soft touch is a clear indication of his role as a scholar rather than a fighter. His gray hair at such a young age is due to the stresses he faced as a younger man. He is usually seen wearing formal court attire typical of the Habsburg culture, a red overcoat darker than usual with a fine cape surrounding his being. He prefers using a cravat as a part of his facade - it doubles as a convenient handkerchief.

Personality: An intellectual from birth, his demeanour throughout his academic years could be described as pretentious and prideful, which changed during his employment under the Habsburg monarchy where he was humbled through the years of painful yet rewarding service. The courts' most overzealous and ambitious servant, his moral compass and sense of justice are difficult to sway. A diplomat at heart, his good nature, kindness and politeness when interacting with individuals create a sense of security and safety for those who speak with him, allowing them to confide secrets and fears in a complete stranger. To that end, he has yet to betray the trust of those who put it within him.

His personality takes a seismic shift when disagreements arise. As a lower member of the king's court, he has proven and is valued for his abilities as an orator and a debater. His words flow like poems on a tapestry, and whether it be to defend an individual, to convict a damned soul and especially to speak his mind, the gift of his voice commands the room's flow. It is worth noting that he is not prideful nor stupid when he argues - he willingly admits fault and errors if it means achieving his goals.

Sweat, the stickiness irritates him to no end. The darkness, not out of any fear - a writer is simply unable to write in the dark. Religion and mythology, he despises the idea that faith, mythology or mysticism is prioritized over rationalism, a large reason why he is sent to Daggerswood.

History: Gifted with a bright mind at a young age and a loud voice, his guardians instilled within him a deep understanding and appreciation for what is right and wrong, and the concept of fairness and injustice. The son of influential nobles within the city of Vienna, the capital of the Habsburg monarchy, he was taught in the discipline of law and diplomacy by some of the brightest minds money can offer. His education and reputation, along with the connections of his guardians, landed him a position within the court of the kingdom as a servant to the king. In his position, he is sent as a diplomat countless times, sent to represent officials in foreign events, aided in reforms to the law of the land and is a trusted advisor due to his near unbreakable sense of justice.

Due to the centralization of the kingdom, he believes that the rule of law is more than lacking in regions that are remote and essentially self governing. To amend this, he proposes a mission to visit and aid these lesser developed and autonomous areas to be more integrated to the kingdom at large. After royal surveys concluded with the data that he required, he embarked on a journey for the first of these communities, armed with nothing more than his wits, his voice, the clothes he packed and the authority he carries, at the eve of his 25th birthday.

His first stop, Daggerswood.
