Short Biography: Crux took on the noble pledge of the lion at 16 while studying as a blacksmith's apprentice. With the help of his pledge his previously weak eyes and unsteady hands no longer hindered him from drawing up his own blueprints. He eventually started a home shop and made a living as a travelling blacksmith. When the Badger Queen took rule and began to militarize the formally peaceful Adrea he took up the banner of rebellion.
Appearance: A 6'3 male with short black hair and a goatee. Paired with his dark skin his gold eyes are striking. He's well-muscled from a life of work and travel.

Short Biography: Zephyra has always loved music, and has studied it her whole life. She loves singing and playing music, which is why she pledged the mockingjay when she was 16. The skills she's gotten from doing so have proved useful many times, especially since she joined the rebellion.

Short Biography: Edward comes from a family that for generations has guarded Adrea's borders from the depredations of more militaristic nations. He joined the army like he mother and Grandfather before him at the age of 18. He was garrisoned at a fort near a small village in the hinterlands of Adrea for four years and usually dealt with the occasional bandit raid. Things weren't super exciting but he was happy to serve and protect Adrea. But after the coronation of the Queen Bronwen things to a changes for the worse. With the change in rulership higher and higher taxes were levied on the peasantry of Adrea. All the while more Adrean youth were being drafted into a steadily growing army. It all came to a head when the peasantry of the village he was stationed near rose up in revolt. He was given orders by his commanding officer to put down the rebellion and kill the leaders. He punched out his commanding officer and helped the peasants in their rebellion. They won but Edward left the village to seek out other rebelling Pledges.
Appearance: Stands at '5,11" and fit has dark skin and short cut curly hair still wears the adrean military uniform

Short Biography: Xavier's life before gaining his pledge was a life of privilege. Born to the wealthy Grandore family, he was given everything he could have ever wanted until he took his pledge. With his family going for more noble animals, such as tigers, wolves, or eagles it was expected that he would continue the tradition. Indeed, he attempted the typical noble animals, but all of them rejected him. What accepted him was the king cobra, a beast known for lies and trickery. Before the day was out, he was disowned and forced to strike out on his own. In time, he learned to hide who he was, starting a tavern where the same people who would shun him now gather to drink. As the decrees of Bronwen Tehlmar grew ever more invasive, his tavern moved locations to escape the strict supervision and now acts as a safe spot for people to talk honestly about the local going on. With the Badger Queen's decrees growing closer to affecting his livelihood, Xavier has sought out the resistance to aid them in taking down a tyrant.

Appearance: Xavier is stands at 6'0" with skin that has seen the sun a few times. His dark hair is kept short, while his frame is lean. Due to hiding the nature of his pledge, he wears a blindfold to cover his eyes, and cover all other identifying markings with dark fabrics and leathers. Otherwise, he wears a simple deep purple scarf in exceptionally good shape.
