Personality: Needless to say John had a unique upbringing. Being the son of Nimbasa City's number one model and top trainer John has lived a very luxurious lifestyle. The people of Nimbasa City would treat him as if he were a celebrity in his own right: simple outings could turn into a parade of people and paparazzi, the constant barrage of questions that mostly revolved around Elesa, and of course the special treatment he would recieve within Nimbasa. One would expect that such treatment would develop someone into a spoiled brat, but the irony is that such attention has left John withdrawn and feeling isolated. Truth be told he is a bit socially awkward and finds it difficult to converse with other people. Due to this he can off as brusque to those he speaks with. John is still trying to figure out who he is, and struggles articulating his feelings. Something to note is that while he may have trouble interacting with people he is in fact very gentle and thoughtful towards others. He greatly values his friends and Pokémon and considers himself to be very lucky to have them in his life. He has a habit of rapid-firing apologies if he does something to upset others, a trait Elesa says he and his father share.

Though once around friends or people he is comfortable with he is very loud, sarcastic, and energetic. Is a bit of a trickster and is generally one of the chaotic people in the group but is easily scared. Has a severe soft spot for Pokémon especially dragon, fire, ghost, and dark types because he thinks they have bad stereotypes to them. Is surprisingly ok with decking someone who hurts his friends or are just being mean to be mean. Lottie is a bit taller than average, with a slender thin figure and chocolate brown locks that sit in a shoulder length cut. Her bright eyes are often lost in focused thought. She dresses comfortable to the situation she’ll be in, and isn’t afraid to ruin her clothes if she has to. (Image to come!)

Family:

Lottie has spent most of her time indoors, where other kids were out playing she was inside, playing tactical games and strategic virtual games, she only truly went out on trips outside their usual city. She grew up with multiple older brothers, and ended up a bit of the baby sister stereotype when heir parents split, and neither wanted to stay in the same country. She went to live with her father and brother in Black City, and shortly after was encouraged to go experience everything she loved about her games out in the real world. She’s on a bit of a bet with her eldest brother - if she can stick through it all the way to the big leagues, he’ll be her slave for a year. If she loses, she moves back in and does his laundry for two.

The stakes are high.

Vincent is normally quiet, awkward and somewhat philosophical around other people, and somewhat prefers the company of Pokémon. He likes to sketch and draw, mostly ideas for his potential future career as a Gym Leader. In battle, however, a metaphorical switch is hit and his personality changes completely. He switches to what he refers to as his "Gym Leader Personality", wherein he acts more like a bombastic cosplayer who gets a bit too much into their role as a villain, even though Vincent clearly enjoys doing so. He views Pokémon battles as stage performances, with the participating Pokémon as the actors putting on a show for their Trainers and those who would watch. Vincent cares very much for his Pokémon, however, and makes sure they're well taken care of, even going so far as to help them understand that it is okay to lose. His favorite Pokémon are Dark types, since as he might put it, "You can't have day without night; there is no light that can't cast a shadow." In addition, as the son of a pair of actors, his choice of Pokémon is also somewhat swayed by the theatrical trope of "light versus dark".

Goal
To become a Gym Leader who specializes in Dark-types, something that had previously been unheard of before the Galar region. He also has a certain secret twist in mind for the sake of innovation and to test Trainers' ability to react to surprises.

She becomes lively and all smiles that radiates warmth like the sun. When she’s on stage with her team she bubbly and very entertaining. Once you get to know her it becomes clear she really is a sweet and warm friend who would do anything for you. Though she would also probably bother your poor pokemon by dressing them up in outfits or just admiring how adorable they are.
