Oh, did you think this was Pandora, Vault Hunter? No. Unfortunately, it is not. This, well, this is Eris. Despite being advertised as a tropical getaway, well. It's not. Lunatics around nearly every corner, acidic fields of death, and skags galore. Oh, and most everything wants you dead, including, well. Me. Good luck!

Borderlands: Vaults of Chaos is a fandom RP being developed by myself and @Alad V at the current moment. It will likely take maybe two weeks before she is up and ready.

Things to Look Forward To:

​

• Class System: There are six playable classes that Alad and I are making, and they each have their own individual abilities and skill trees to follow.
  
• Dice: This RP shall include dice, in situations such as what may be dropped by an enemy, and so on. Don't worry, all the math in this shall be figured out by me. Eventually.
  
• A New Bad Guy!: That's right, your very own personal villain who wants you dead. Isn't that just fun?
  
• A New Planet: Eris is a brand new planet being created and designed by myself and Alad. So, that means that everything you're used to on Earth, Pandora, or wherever you hail from will not be what's here. New creatures, and so on.
  
• Vaults: Well, you're a Vault Hunter. I'd expect you'd want this, right?
  
• Badass Ranks: Yes. That's right. I will be implementing a badass rank. Which means that your base accuracy may be total s@#!, but it can improve and you may become the best shot on all of Eris. Fun, huh?
  
• Ranking System: As well as badass ranks, there are also normal ranks. Obviously, we can't simply let you run around whipping people to death or smashing them with your two sledgehammers straight off the bat, not having drones that make it rain fire. You have to prove yourself worthy of it.
  
• Insanity: What would Borderlands be without this!?
  
• Psychos: Again.
  
• Robots: Who doesn't love robots!?
  
• No CL4P-TR4P: That's right. There are no CL4P-TR4P units on Eris. So, we will likely replace them with another annoyingly stupid robot.

I'll keep an eye out. Still a lot of questions, but they'll probably be answered once you're done with the whole thing. I certainly hope you're not going to go and have a 'realistic take' on the whole shebang.

Bio: Brett: The Businessman. He is currently the CEO (and sole employee) of Brett Industries. He was recently fired from Torgue as head of the financial department for not putting enough of the budget in "Really Really cool pyrotechnics and fireworks". Brett thought 35% was enough. Promptly after being fired and sent to Pandora with nothing but a Torgue rocket launcher (white class) he vowed to make a company so great that Torgue would be forced to declare bankruptcy. Well, vowed is a strong word, the closed synonym would be considered. After being fired Brett bounced from company to company being fired from Maliwan, Dahl, Atlas, Jakobs, S&S, Pangolin, Anshin, Corazza, Tediore, Vladof, and even Marcus for a short time before winding up at Hyperion's door. Now, his track record made him irresistible. Hyperion was under the impression that Brett knew the trade secrets of all the companies he worked at and offered him a HUGE signing bonus to join on to the Hyperion bandwagon. Brett used this bonus to buy himself an electronic arm and eye which he might use for a purpose known as 'Conference Call'. Unfortunately, Hyperion wasn't too forgiving when they found out Brett didn't have those trade secrets. After nearly being killed, then left for dead on the Erisian Borderlands, Brett vowed, properly vowed to start his own company. This time he was after Hyperion, at least Torgue gave him a pistol and a fruit basket when they fired him. Now, it was time for Hyperion to pay.

Other things I should know: Has a robotic eye and arm.​

Definitely going to be watching out for this roleplay. I haven't done a dice roleplay yet, but I'm totally down to try/learn if it involves Borderlands.

@simj22 it's going to be a while yet. We're still creating the planet, the creatures, the factions, and the classes' skill trees. And as to the "No New-U" Yes, there will be a New-U in there. There's still a lot we need to figure out and we're not going to simply just dump it before it's ready.

Despite the new account, I do have experience from other forums, and have the capability and will to write with proper grammar. I'm just a *bit* rusty considering the last site I used to RP on kinda ... died. Anyways, back to lurking for me! I am excited to see how this RP will play out, since I'm a big fan of the Borderlands series.
