The young girl we know of as Tsukinome, was born into the Mikoto Family Household. She is the second child of the heads of the family, Itoua and Nemei Mikoto, with her brother, Saito, being the heir to the family name. The Mikoto family is a very profound family, with every member of the Family, making it big in the world due to certain things. This ranges in a variety of fields, Strategy department for certain conflicts, Lawyers, etc. etc. But something stays in line with each and every member of the family. Everyone is smart, extremely, extremely smart. This is due to their Quirk, Glass Eyes, of which helped the first few family members when the family as a whole was created. The Family House hold holds many branches, with the Main Branch of the Family, her branch, being the most powerful and prominent. The Mikoto are known as power houses, rich and prominent, able to be extremely powerful allies, or devastatingly deadly enemies. You don't want to get on their bad side. Everyone knew about the family, and while some dark rumors had spread about them, they always kept the perfect picture image of beauty, grace, and perfection. But . . . No one knew what went on within the closely latched doors of the household. No one knew the stress, no one knew the dangerous, dangerous truth.

From a very young age, practically since she was born, her parents always expected much from her. A bit too much. They had hoped, prayed for another one like her brother, like Saito. A natural prodigy, able to use his Quirk not only easily, but apply it's techniques accordingly, and then some. He was a Genius Child, and everyone knew it. Young Tsukinome could never compete however, not even close. While her brother was practically born a Genius, she was not. She learned things at a slower pace than him, hell, she did everything at a slower pace than him. While her brother Saito had his Quirk practically from birth, her Quirk manifested by the time she was Four. A bit too late, by the Mikoto standard at least. But it wasn't just that. She read at a slower pace, moved at a slower pace, learned at a slower pace . . . Though to most other people she would have been considered a prodigy, a Genius, it wasn't like that in the Mikoto house hold. Not in the slightest. From a very young age, Tsuki had to learn and adapt for herself. She did the best she could, training every moment she got, but no matter what, she couldn't compete with Saito. He was just too good.

Tsukinome was ridiculed by everyone in her family for such weaknesses. Every chance they got, someone in her family would poke fun at her. Either for how late she gained her Quirk, how slow she was, how she would never be as good as her brother, etc. etc. And her efforts to meet their expectations were just met with disrespect and arrogance. But her mother and father were the worst of the bunch, it didn’t help that she wanted to be a Hero, unlike most members of her family whom worked in business. They pressed down hard on her, extremely hard. She was a member of the Main Branch, she couldn't be that weak! They refused to have birthed someone so . . . So Un-Mikoto like! They drilled it into her, training, studying, anything to increase her chances of success. She began to grow stressed and restless from childhood, the only person that seemed to give her a break, was her older brother Saito. But . . . But something was wrong with him. No one said anything, no one would answer her if she asked, but she could tell something was off about her Elder brother. The way his eyes glaze over when he looks at her, the emotionless stare held on his face all the time, nothing able to shift it ever. As if he weren't even there, as if he weren't even human . . . And it had only grown worse through the years. To a point where it was practically impossible to even make him take. She wasn't sure if the fact that he never gave her shit, was because he was being a good brother, or he just didn't care either way. Either way, Tsukinome was alone. She wasn't allowed to go to normal school as a child, and was home schooled. Barely allowed to go outside of the mansion grounds either. So the only friends she had ever had, were the children of the house help that walked around her house. One of these in particular being a young Korean boy by the name of San Ho, she called him San.

San and Tsukinome were as close as close could get, as San was selected as the next generation butler who would train to protect and serve Tsukinome for the rest of his life. He was two years older than her, but they connected instantly. Whenever she was bored, whenever she needed help, he was there. He was her close friend, and her best friend. He made her lonely life within the walls of the Mikoto Mansion just a little less lonely. But, other than San and a few selected others, no one was even allowed to be near her, not much less be her friend. Her parents also feared that, if anyone else were to, they would taint their daughter. So life in her home wasn’t at all what people were to imagine the daughter of two of the most powerful people in Japan would have. But, she survived, and slowly but surely got better. Even gaining some praise from her parents.

But then it happened, the voice in her head. It was just one, just one voice. But it was a voice. It . . . it’s voice was like hers, but almost resembled an imaginary friend she’d had when she was little, when San was unavailable. She ignored it, not wanting to seem as if she was begging for attention. Until, of course, she had her first incident, where she lost track of time. She was simply doing a test . . . One of her many tests, and then she blinked and . . . And she was in her room, lying on he bed while San lay by her, his head on her lap. He was talking to her, as the would normally talk. But, wasn’t she taking a test? Then, it happened again after that, but this time, she’d lost an entire day, instead of half an hour. And the she started seeing things, remembering things, memories she never knew she had before. That’s when she finally went to get help.

When she told her parents, she was shocked to see that the weren’t as much as shocked . . . As they were slightly saddened. That’s when she knew she was missing something. Her parents didn’t explain much . . . Only gave her medications, and sent her to therapy. “You’ll understand when you’re older.” her mother said every time she asked what was happening to her. Understand? Understand what? What was she missing? Was . . . Was she going to turn out like her brother, empty and soulless, unable to feel emotion or Empathy? Was she going to turn into a monster? And as the years passed, it only seemed as if she was losing more and more time. She’d wake up sometimes in Sans bed, sometimes in the garden, it was a nightmare.

But everything seemed to shift when she had the dream. No, it was too real to be a dream. It was a memory. A child . . . Someone who had looked like her, just like her, killed by her parents. And her brother, horror stricken and terrified, right by them. There was talking, movement, screaming, crying . . . But through all of that, what word stood out to her. “Tsukiyomi”. And then, everything went black. The next morning, she met with her therapist, Dr. Kite. When she asked her what Tsukiyomi meant, her Doctor froze up. She saw then, with her Quirk, how her body moved, her face, her fear. Something was wrong. “Well . . . Tsukiyomi is the Goddess of the Moon. Why do you ask?” She didn’t answer then, and simply walked off.

She immediately went to her parents, and demanded answers. The second her parents heard the name, they froze up. “How . . . How did you learn that name?” asked her father quietly. She didn’t answer, but again demanded to know who Tsukiyomi was. Her mother gave her father a look, and he answered her. Tsukiyomi . . . Tsukiyomi was her sister. Twin Sister, just a few seconds older. They told her that Tsukiyomi had died long ago. But that was all. They provided no further information, and ordered her to leave at once. That made no sense to her . . . A sister? She had no recollection of ever even having a sister. How had she forgotten about her like that? What were her parents not telling her?

he went back to her room, and began to investigate, sharing her thoughts with San. From there, he began to explain the other side of her. He said that, in that state, she called herself Amaterasu, the exact same age as Tsukinome. Amaterasu is much like Tsukinome, except . . . She's, in Sans words, much more Sadistic. She's harsh and merciless, even making fun of San for things Tsukiyomi normally wouldn’t. Tsukinome, who is normally cold and none caring, is like a magnet to Amaterasu, as she’s more . . . Uncontrollable, random, dangerous. It was weird for San, but he said he didn’t care, as he had befriended both of her sides. She needed time, time to find herself, understand herself, and to find out what she was missing from her life.

She requested to go to a Hero School, asking her parents. But, they firmly denied her the chance, and no matter what she did, they wouldn’t let her. When she woke up the next morning, her parents told her about PSA, and how they would allow her to enter the school like she’d promised the night before. Of course, she didn’t know what’d happened the night before, but she didn’t tell them that.

Tsukinome is a strange girl, of which has many thoughts on herself and her life. She wishes to become a Hero in the future, as she’d always respected them, their power, how they rose up their ranks. But she also wishes to learn of her past, Tsukiyomi . . . She needed to learn who she was. She had to learn.
-The backstory is overdramatic. This won't prevent you from getting approved, but it ain't recommended either
-There is no magic in the BnHA universe. Those visions and stuff need to be properly explained
-I need the full details of that matter about her twin sister: Even if the character doesn't know, I still need to, otherwise I can't approve the character

phone, laptop
Both of these are banned

well as the heir to the head of the Family. He and her might have been close during child, but whatever happened changed him.
Like with the backstory part, this is very relevant, and needs to be explained.
Note: you can use the secret system for this explanation, I simply need to know what it is because I can't approve what I don't know about

. They can see things no normal person can see, Perceive things that no other person can Perceive, from their eyes respectively.
So is this like high-speed perceiving or just noticing details? Cause the extended version of the quirk suddenly got me confused as to the exact extention of these powers

Oh no, nothing really happened, sorry if this is confusing. This is just like representing the fact that he doesn't show emotion anymore.

The first

- They aren't visions like magic visions, it's just the word I used. They're more of memories once forgotten that go through her mind.
Even so, memories don't just vanish and come back like that, especially not repressed memories. At th very least there would need to be some kind of real trigger for their return, instead of it just starting to happen one day

- What would you suggest I change so it won't be too dramatic?
Well, the backstory itself seems pretty solid, that is, hard to break without the core of your character falling apart. So I would suggest you make it more relevant to the character itself, changing the personality, fears, likes and dislikes, mannerisms, preferences in heroic style and such, to better reflect the backstory and give it a reason to be as it is.
Alteranatively, reduce the sheer attacks on the character. For example, you could easily cut her brother suddenly turning into a dick. You could also give it more contrast, like making her school life great and the people happy there, giving her some form of relief from the sheer shittiness of her family's treatment of her.

- Aight, I'll put it as S and tell you.
I eagerly await this then

(he does not carry a stick)
Height: 6ft 2in
Weight: 155lb
Personality: Azzy is a very sweet and kind soul, loving everyone equally and seems to be a bit too forgiving to those who hurt him in the past. Azzy is understanding and will often listen as long as others as long as they want to talk. Although when it comes to talking about himself, Azzy seems to bottle up his own issues, pretend they don't exist and push them under the rug. Which, considering his condition, had become deadly. He's going to great lengths to keep his secret, but he's going down hill fast. He knows he can't keep going on like this, but he can't bring himself to stop using his abilities if he feels the world needs him to, or if someone else asks him to. The only thing that makes Azreal angry at all is seeing others used and bullied around, other than that he's really difficult to anger or annoy.

Likes: Reading, Gardening, Sweet things, Things that smell good, CATS!
Dislikes: Doctors, Needles, Spiders and Snakes
Fears:
-Dying before he feels his work is done- which very well could happen
-Snakes- they freak him out probably the most of any animal in existence.
Mannerisms: Azzy chews his lip when nervous, runs his fingers through his hair randomly and if there is a button present, especially big red ones, he had the sudden urge to push it.
Backstory: Azreal, about two years ago, was one of the most promising mages of his class. He could cast multiple large spells in quick succession and seem to feel no consequences. He was far ahead of his time and had gained skills far beyond his years. Although some things began to change as he began getting tired each and every time he used his abilities, he began feeling weaker and at times he'd just hurt. He could still use his magic, yet pain would shortly follow and some of the skin around his fingers began to turn an inky black. He was getting sick. A specialist was called in to examine Azreal and the diagnosis was life-changing.

Azreal had a rare illness called 'Arcane Pestalance', a disease that hooked itself into the manaflow of a mage and each time they used their abilities, he'd get even sicker. The disease was comparable to some for of magic cancer and was incurable and terminal. Even when Azzy did not use his powers, his health slowly declined, with each cast of even minor spells, his body would deteriorate even quicker. He's a ticking time bomb, and times running out.

Relationships:
He had two loving parents... who he's kept in the dark about the whole ordeal and chances are there will be a character uploaded later that will know him.

Quirk: (Name + description) (remember to be very specific about the details that would involve numbers and to leave room for the quirk to grow) {S}
Arcana- Azzy's abilities with magic are absolutely incredible. He can create flames, lightning, ice, incredibly realistic illusions and even lift inanimate objects of the ground. Truly an all powerful wizard, right? Wrong. Azreal's abilities come and a high price. Each use makes his body succumb his his illness even more and physically hurts. Seems the more his body is corrupted, the more explosive his magic has become, simple flames could explode in a massive blast for example, an illusion might become very real and try to kill him. He's both losing control of his abilities, and his abilities are slowly killing him.
Special Moves:
Feather storm- An illusion of crow's feathers get thrown everywhere, however they only stay there for a while. He sends them out in a 10 foot radius around him and then recalls all of them, Victims inside the storm take a truckload of damage... unless they can manage to dodge about 30 feathers swirling around. (Doing this really REALLY hurts, like the most out of anything he does... and has the greatest potential to get out of control.)

Items:
A small backpack- usually full of snacks
A Nintindo DS
A potted orchid named Darla
Skills/talents: Azzy is one hell of a gardener.

Okaaaaaay time to review

1) Peronality
-From what I'm seeing here this dude boils down to kind and that's it.
You gotta add more traits in general to your chara (Positive & Negative), as well as a serious flaw which in this rp is defined as
A serious flaw is a concept indicating any PERSONALITY flaw that has a high chance of causing your character to fail on their own terms, overcoming their rationale in favor of negative or selfish inclinations. A character without these flaws simply cannot be trusted to at once be consistent and fail at important times (failing only when it's not important beats the point). The importance of failing at important times is wide, from being much better to drive characters, to making sure everyone gets some time in the spotlight, to allowing the plot to progress more organically and decisions to have meaning, as well as to give your personality actual impact. And these are just a few of the applications of needing serious flaws.
Now:
-A flaw which is too unstable (usually flaws containing words like "sometimes" without explicitly stating what those sometimes are) are not serious flaws because they cannot be trusted to come up at important times
-A flaw which is contradicted is not a flaw at all
-A flaw which is only a problem if others explore it is not a serious flaw, as your character has nothing to grow from it, it's others that made the wrong decision and tricked you (something like being too nice or too trusting are examples of this)
-A flaw which is not significant enough, like being midly shy, is not a serious flaw. This is because the chance of it overcoming your rationale in important times is basically null.
-fears, deseases, weaknesses, and other such things are not personality flaws, and therefoe not serious flaws

There are more cases where a flaw is not a serious flaw, but this is the general scope of the problems. There isn't a concrete rule to this, but if you're unsure about how many of which to put, try to get a character's qualities and their serious flaws to be of roughly equal number.

TLDR: (First Go Read)
A personality flaw that is exploitable naturally, where situations where it could bring them down occurs

2) There is no magic. Magic does not exist in BNHA or PSA.
Therefore both your backstory and quirk section must be rewritten from scratch. As their basis itself is not allowed I won't go further into the review, as it'd be a waste of both of our time. Feel free to ask specific questions though I am here to help.

3) A Nintindo DS: Not allowed as it conflicts with the shop (Basically PSA is super strict on leisure items, although you can ask Idea Idea directly on bringing it)

(I must remind you that before applying you should check up on the Rules, Lore, and Mechanics. I'm not gonna lie it is alot but this is what's gonna help you decide if you wanna join up.)

Cory is a hyperactive and overwhelmingly talkative kid that often finds himself in odd situations due to his obnoxious constant chatter. Being a happy go lucky and cheerful student Cory is rarely seen without a smile on his face often pushing his peers to participate in social events if he sees they are lonely or simply being antisocial. Being a fan of terrible jokes Cory is always cracking puns that would either make someone laugh or either claw out their ears. He is loving and a bit protective of his friends and family often seeing to their needs before his own. Cory can be very hotheaded often letting his emotions get the better of him causing him to be easily angered and rush into things rather then just thinking it out rationally. He's also a heavily underachiever in anything that doesn't concern dancing often settling for average rather then striving to be the best among his peers. Being a bit on the childish side Cory can sometimes be very blunt without meaning to often saying things that no normal person would say to somebodies face, however he is quick to apologize after realizing how offensive his words can be sometimes.

Backstory:
Originally born in California Cory and his parents moved to Tokyo after his father received a huge promotion from his employers that required him to relocate. He had always been fond of dancing ever since the discovery of his quirk and eventually found a group of friends that shared his interest. Growing up Cory often competed in underground dance battles being one of the top dancers despite his young age. He wasn't undefeated, but he sure was difficult to beat due his constant practice fueled by his passion for dancing. While he loved to dance and hang out with his friends Cory felt a bit empty sometimes as if there was more to him then just being a good dancer with a cute butt. While watching TV with his mother a news report had come on about a robbery happening downtown. Cory was going to change the channel until they showed the super cute hero that was in pursuit of them which caused Cory leave it on just a bit longer. Watching Cory found himself mesmerized at the way she fought a seemingly hopeless battle against a number of different criminals that seemed to be overwhelming her without any hesitation. Cory continued watching as she fought her hardest to hold off the criminals despite the injuries that had inflicted on her just in time for backup to arrive. Cory found their teamwork and support for one another absolutely beautiful to say in the least as it was similar to his buddies in their little dance crew, but with way more feeling to it as this was a life or death situation. He began to watch more of these scenes on the news even pulling up historical battles on the internet so that he could have a unlimited supply of heroes in action. With each video he continued to find himself more in awe then he was before until a spark has ignited inside of him. A few months later he would decide to become a hero that protected the innocent and form his own group of heroes that even the most dangerous villains would one day fear.

Relationships:
Carissa Dyno: Cory has a real deep bond with his mother as she was a housewife so she was always home when Cory was around.
Kevin Dyno: While never extremely close due to his father being busy with work Cory still respects and loves his father being grateful that he spends long hours at work to provide for him and his mother.

Quirk:
Musical Burst:
Cory is able to create small blast of sonic energy from different parts of his body such as his feet, hands, and even his mouth. Cory's quirk works similar to that of a battery as his body constantly absorbs the surrounding noise of the different tunes that are played around him. More intense and loud tunes such as metal and hip hop charge him up quickly while music like jazz and acoustics take a bit longer. If he is constantly around music he can consistently fire blast without too much of a worry and even generate a few more powerful blast without straining himself too much, however, without a constant supply of music he can drain himself quickly and can strain himself by generating too many blast causing a heavy effect on his stamina. His average blast are just strong enough to send grown men flying back without causing them too much damage to them in general, but by generating more energy into a single blast he is able to easily break through solid walls thus causing a more significant amount of damage to his opponent.

Special Moves:
Heavy Metal Tackle:
By applying tons of energy into his feet while in mid air he can blast himself at high speeds launching himself towards his opponent slamming himself into them with high speed and power essentially knocking most people down with him landing on top of them.

Items:
-Carries around a pair of wireless headphones and a smartphone that has tons of different music on it

Skills/talents:
-Dancing
-Martial Arts: Capoeira specifically

Theme Song:

Here to Review

Okay
1) Costume: Can have a built in wifi signal as it has nothing to do with the quirk
2) No phones allowed. (Mp3s are allowed as it seems to be for music)
3) I'd like you to expand on the amount of music he needs to charge. There should be a quantifiable number to it. (And when you quantify it be sure to add how much his suit can produce as well.)
4) The slam through walls seems to be something that is above standard(?) If so it'd be better as a future special move.
5) The special move needs to have something that quantifies it / gives a reason why it cannot be spammed infinitely.
6) Ummmm sooo who is Jericho? Why is that name used in the costume section?

“Oh boo-hoo, you're a walking tragic story. Look around you and grow a pair! You're just one of the kazillion people with a story like yours. Stop being a sad sob and get up.”
Hyori Hamada
Desired Hero Name: Fast Phase
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Chosen Extra Class: General Studies

  • Personality: Hyori Hamada is a difficult individual to please. He has a keen sight for quality and is critical to things that do not meet his expectation or displeases him. He will act on his reasons and will attempt to fix the error if he thinks that he can change it. To prevent bad events from happening at all, Hyori will try to control the situation from the very beginning. If there are disagreements to his reasons, he will debate with the other to have them see his point of view. He will try to give a person a chance to prove their point but if he sees someone with, what he calls, an illogical brain pattern he will act strictly and swiftly. While he acts cruel and mean-spirited to those who test his patients, if there is no reason to act the way he does, Hyori will reserve his biting words.

    Theme
    You Found Me.
"Hahah, so you've found me." Hyori looks down at his hands, folded lossely over his lap. His usual prideful self is slumped over and his eyes are dulled and tired as he looks over to you from his hands. "You must have been very lucky or you're too curious for your own good." He grins a pitiful smile. "I won't tell you but I'm just one of the millions... and I'm fine with that."

    Hello. Liar. Hello.

Hyori is a liar and he is well aware of his act and the consequences of his action if he ever gets caught. While he is respectful of his parents and plans to be respectful to the adults he will meet, he is deliberately putting on an act to be an asshole and apathetic to his classmates. He is an irritating person to begin, not to the extent of the act but he believes he can be a little bit nasty. He is clever so he will be cruel. He is confident so he will be arrogant. He is determined to get his act together and he hopes that with his hard-to-like-attitude it will keep people from friending him.

As smart as Hyori may think he is and how passionate he is from making new friends, the teenager may forget that he is just human. His mental defence can drop and emotions can foil his carefully guarded self. He is still a kid and he may gravitate toward the things he enjoys. He may be attracted by social gatherings and he is curious and nosey. He enjoys challenges that test his abilities and he has a range of hobbies that he enjoys juggling. When there is a mystery to solve, there will be a high chance that Hyori will be pretty interested in the case even if he does claim otherwise. However, with academic pressure already in swing and preparation for the Police Academy weighing his mind, Hyori has set aside the social hobbies in favour of his future. This ultimately caused a rift between Hyori and his old friends, but Hyori is alright with the distance. That is why he is in Peace Sign Academy after all.

Hyori just needs his space. A place to gather his bearing and just gather himself, or so he has told his parents.

In regards to heroism, Hyori may not want to be a hero himself but he is passionate about the philosophy of a hero and how anyone can be a hero without being a professional hero. He is not against others to pursue their dreams and if he has to, perhaps he will encourage the flame to burn in others.

Mannerisms: Hyori scowls and crosses his arms across his chest or shoves them in his pockets. Ozone and little lightening of sparks can be associated with high degree of emotions.

Standing 5’ 8” || 175 cm tall and weighing about 126 lbs || 57 kg, Hyori is a tanned young man. His hair is bleached white but black roots have grown out. Usually, Hyori will style his hair with special wax and cream that holds its shape even after he uses his quirk. When his hair is not stylised, it is surprisingly very curly. His eyes are green. He has a couple of moles on his face and down his neck. He has three piercings in his left ear and two in the right. From neck below, burnt scars can be seen on Hyori's body. Strangely, the scars left behind are a darker pigment. Both hands are scarred up to the elbow. There are more scars under his clothes.
