This doesn't make sense in this CS. It would be literally impossible for him to keep his name hidden if his hero cosutme doesn't so much as include a mask.

The whole helmet is just cosmetic except for the visor which works as glasses meaning Fengzhi doesn't need to wear his own while he has the helmet on. He also plans to have a breather kit installed allowing him to breathe underwater and breath in toxic fumes without harm this, however, has not been added in yet.

Fengzhi hero outfit also consists of a pair of gloves that at the knuckle area consists metal plating in a similar form of knuckle duster, this is since his quirk doesn't make him superhuman in the sense many quirks do.

Fengzhi is extremely loyal to his friends and is willing to put his life on the line for them without any due consideration. Though he sometimes teases them or acts rude, he cares generously for all his friends and if they are in danger, Fengzhi will put them above all else at hand. Including his own life. While he is willing to look out for his friends he wouldn’t cooperate with them as he would find that doing so puts them in harm's way. Fengzhi is known for having an indomitable will and a lot of stubbornness. He is incredibly strong of character, possessing a never-wavering faith in himself and never gives in to his own weaknesses.

Fengzhi is also a genius, however, this is only whenever he has switched on his frontal lobe. While his quirk allows him to change his personality he outright refuses to do it believing that he is who he wants to be already. He has only ever changed his personally once and that was to a very morbid and grim on that he used to scare some bullies.

Backstory:
Fengzhi was born in Keikei City, China, to an unknown family whose gene heritage has had only one hero ever come out of it....well that was until his father who sadly passed away while doing his job when Fengzhi was only four years old. He moved to Japan at the age of 5 and the transition for him was hard he bearly spoke the language and he was often bullied for this fact, not only that but the fact he was quirkless (or thought to be) didn't help.

It wasn't until he was twelve that his Quirk was fully figured out. His Quirk had been manifested from birth but it was not noticed until he got into a fight with bullies due to the fact that his life didn't push him to use it until that point, his keen intellect seemed to have jump-started it, using his body as a tool rather than a part of him, all of a sudden, he forced a dose of adrenaline and the sensation of pain was disconnected from him. It was here that Fengzhi decided what he wanted to do and that was become a hero.

He spent the next few years researching the various hero academies and by his last year of middle schools he narrowed it down to U.A and Shiketsu High School. He couldn't decide which out of the two to pick so he went to the person he went to most his problems with, his mother. While she looked at the two she said he should pick a wild card and suggested one called 'Peace Sign Academia' and he decided to go with what she suggested.

Aiko Wu - Mother - Alive - Aiko's quirk was one that allowed her to remember anything that happened to her.

Bojin Wu - Father - Ex Hero - Deceased - Bojin's quirk allowed him to have complete control over his bodies actions more clearly his muscles and nerve impulses.


Quirk:
Self-Control
Self-Control is present at birth and continues developing. This Quirk functions by allowing the frontal lobe to manipulate the other parts of the brain. With this ability, Fengzhi has direct and total control over his mental structure, being able to manipulate at will his own emotions, sensations, perceptions, consciousness, memories, personality and everything connected to his mind, allowing peak efficiency. In other words, the true full potential of a normal human being through the removal of the mental limits of the brain, allowing conscious control over one's own brain.

If the user is sufficiently skilled, it becomes possible to enhance their own mind. This ability also grants Fengzhi a certain degree of immunity to mind-altering abilities, but only if his consciousness located in the frontal lobe is stronger than the mind-altering power, or if he attempts to forcefully shut down or block a part of the brain that is being controlled, he has yet to figure out how to use this technique efficiently as he sometimes temporarily goes dumb when he deactivates a wrong part of the brain, such as his motor functions. Fengzhi is unable to turn off his frontal lobe, only having the ability to turn it on, making him susceptible to mind-controlling attacks that are powerful enough to overwhelm his consciousness. Fengzhi has almost complete control over the movements and functions of his muscles and nerve impulses in his veins, being able to move with remarkable acrobatic skill due to the efficiency of his movements, he is however, unable to make his body do things that are considered superhuman, like detaching parts of the body, growing limbs, regenerating entire scars, etc.

Other than the brain structure and it's appearance being different from normal, no other part of the user's appearance is affected, other than Fengzhi's yellow eyes seemingly glowing red on the Infrared spectrum when he activates his Quirk's powers. That is why Fengzhi never realized he had a Quirk until he activated it.


Special Moves:
Faker: Quite a simple tactic taking use of Self-Control's ability to allow Fengzhi to move his body with pinpoint precision. By acting like he isn't paying attention he tries to fake out an opponent's attack before using Self-Control to dodge and in the same motion counter. This only works with close range attacks but can be used against ranged attack but usually only allowing Fengzhi to get closer to the opponent.

Skills/talents:
Teamwork: Fengzhi works much better when he can work with another person. His quirk allows him to become an almost battle commander in combat able to process information much faster than the average person and allows him to retain information for much longer than most allowing him to after a while learn an opponents full attack pattern and come up with a counter.

He is skilled at playing many instruments thanks to his quirk.

As stated before, IRL pics are not permitted for the images in this roleplay. However, this was pretty minor in the hero costume and it's a minor infraction given the overall quality of the CS, so I'll let it pass.

He can make himself lightweight to the point that he can jump sixfold his normal jumping height and dash forward at incredibly if he can kick off of something. He can also change his gravitational direction to the point he can walk on 90 degree angles or even hang off of ceilings. He can also add to his mass. Which can make him hard to move and give his punches and kicks extra force to deal more damage but the more mass he adds the higher the rick of straining his muscles from the added mass and force. Shifting mass from to heavy to light and back can be rather upsetting to his internal organs and if he over uses his quirk he gets sick to the point of vomiting and then becoming exhausted to the point of passing out.
The qurik and special move need the aforementioned concrete limits. Namely, speed of movement, the exact strength of the punches and of the fall, etc... these don't have to be done with numbers, you can use comparisons, in fact, comparisons are better as they are easier to review.

APPEARANCE: 5'6" and 144 lbs. A little thicker and heavier-set than most. The most unique trait of her appearance is her hair, which is voluminous, thick, and well-taken care of. Almost all the time it is as shown in the pic above, in the half-updo and drills. When let loose, her natural hair length is actually 12 feet long. It's long and large enough to hide a small child. Michiko prefers to dress to the best of her ability, even when she's walking up to a convenience store, she HAS to make sure she looks like she's on the red carpet.

HERO STYLE: Barbera mostly engages on capture missions. She relies a lot on the capability of her hair, so engaging in long-range combat is her preferred style when fights are necessary. Despite this, she prefers to be in the front, believing she is deserving of the spotlight and attention. While she focuses on capture missions, she has also played many roles on a variety of missions or jobs, whether it's rescues, cleanups, whatever she can get her hands on. She loves the money and the glamour of the hero life, so she's up for anything.

NOTABLE FEATS AS A HERO: - Captured 30 villains throughout her career
- Has saved many citizens from falling several stories, possibly to their deaths
- During one mission, managed to apprehend 7 villains in one go, all by herself
- Was featured in commercials for many hair products, even going so bold as to stick her own face onto the bottles

QUIRK: HAIR - Michiko's quirk allows her to use her hair as if it were limbs, meaning she can move her hair to grab items or people, lift herself up places, use multiple objects at once, etc. Reminiscent to the Greek Gorgon Medusa, the hair acts like a living thing when the quirk is triggered, the curls act as if they were alive and move around or stick up, like snakes or Eraserhead's own hair.

Her hair cannot extend further than the length it is currently, and must grow naturally if she wants it to be any longer. Fortunately for her, her hair grows at a much faster rate than anyone else, 1 foot per year. Additionally, the genetic makeup of her hair is the same as an average person who cares for their hair diligently, so her hair is healthy (as in not brittle and weak), but can still be cut with a sharp weapon. Any hair that is cut off shrivels up and dies.

A single strand of hair can hold 100 grams, while a full head of hair can theoretically hold up to 12,345 - 18,518 lbs without breaking the hair follicles. For Ueno, she can carry 15,000 lbs TOTAL, with no breakage, but the throbbing pain that comes from doing so is a little unpleasant. If she attempts to go any further than that, she risks ripping the strands and dealing with more pain.

SPECIAL MOVES: TAKEDOWN: Barbera wraps her hair around her opponent and slams them into the ground with a force equal to half of their weight.

DRILLHEAD: Barbera's hair spins rapidly at a rate of 40 MPH (large trees sway and twigs can break off trees, commonly described as a moderate gale), blowing away smoke, gasses, etc.

WHIPLASH: Much like a whip, Barbera lashes at something with her hair. This can be done by sectioning off parts of her hair (1/4 of force, like a towel whip) or straightening the thick drills (1/2 of force, like an actual whip).

ROOTS: Barbera's hair goes slack and is spread all over the floor around her. Meaning, her hair is fully down. Melee attackers would be grabbed immediately if they step on the hair.

INVASION: After grabbing someone, Barbera's hair enters an enemy's mouth and/or nose, making breathing nearly impossible. The most this will do however is make them pass out.This is only used on enemies who struggle continuously against her, and need to be put out of commission.

HERO COSTUME: Michiko cares most about the theatrics and aesthetics than the practicality of costumes. There is no real purpose to her costume at all, she's confident enough in her abilities to not get hurt anyways.

PERSONALITY: Michiko assumes the charming and captivating quality, having spent years spearheading her hero agency and hair products. Naturally, she attempts to bring the attention to her by taking on the refined and polished attitude, as well as an overall attractive person. Obviously, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so her efforts in working up people only work if they're easy to impress. Whether it's through appearance or words, she aims to woo the ones she wants. Nevertheless, this trait is a guise to cover her true personality, which is as fake as plastic. By making herself more likable, she believes she can get away with the ugly parts of her own character.

In all honesty, she is a deceptive, artificial person. Michiko is not genuine about most things when it comes to other people, and does whatever she can to make herself look good. She has taken credit for other's work before, even downplaying the good of others to illuminate herself. The hypocrisy, lies, and turning on people the moment it no longer benefits her are just some things she's involved herself in in order to come out great in almost all situations. Certainly, she is no stranger to adjusting her personality so she can fit into certain groups. All in all, Michiko is most commonly described as a "fake" person. Another word that can be used to illustrate her character is Machiavellian.

Amoral, unprincipaled, unethical, unscrupulous. She shows no concern for the rightness or wrongness of something. To her, morality only ties people down, restraining them from their goals. While she understands that things considered illegal would get her in trouble, Michiko still feels the distance that most people wouldn't feel when considering what was good or bad. In a sense, she has no qualms about beating someone to death, but due to the laws of the land, does not.

Often times, Michiko's self-centered, egotistical point of view gets in her way. She never asks others for help and refuses everyone who tries to because she believes they can't assist her at all. They're either not good enough or "on her level". Yet, if she ever does, she can never share credit with the people who helped her. She constantly interrupts anyone she has a conversation with because what she has to say is way more important than what they're saying. She can never admit she's wrong because she is never wrong. Nevertheless, her vanity does her more bad than good. Besides, of course, overwhelming self-confidence.

If she can't get what she wants, the fake attitude she's kept up falls apart, and Michiko becomes even more relentless and domineering. Instead of wooing and charming, it becomes intimidation and bullying. She's not one for screaming or rage, so said bullying is more or less scaring them with taunting threats or putting them down until they submit. Of course, if that doesn't work, and fighting is an option, she'll take up fisticuffs.

Finally, the woman has no sense of generosity. She's all greed, and so you would never see her offer up anything of hers, especially if it's money. Back in America, she wouldn't dare give money for the beggars on streets (besides a penny or two). However, if there happened to be some sort of paparazzi or fans who were watching her, she'd reluctantly happily oblige in giving out what she had.

BACKGROUND: Throughout her middle and high school career, Ueno had studied and trained to be a hero in her free time. Unfortunately for her, when she applied for the hero schools, she wasn't deemed "good" enough for the prestigious and best of the best schools such as U.A., Shiketsu, or Ketsubutsu. Instead, she ended up in one of the more lesser ones. Not getting into the schools of her dreams was a major blow to her pride, yet she managed to make do with what she was left with. Michiko worked thrice as hard as the average student in her school, and the attention she had put on herself eventually reached one hero in the area, the Crystal Hero, PRISMA. (Quirk: Crystallization - Converts body's salt intake into strong, durable crystals which he can grow on his skin. They're very colorful, like a rainbow!)

Their first meeting was interesting, to say the least. PRISMA had gone out of his way to meet Michiko, only to be called a creepy, old man, even after he had complimented her hair. The pro-hero sat on a park bench, talking animatedly about his career as he watched his future intern throw rocks into a pond, who only responded to his comments with grunts and nods of her head. Once he had popped the question about a possible internship at his agency, Ueno's attitude about the situation changed completely, and she was on board with his ideas. "Well, at least she's cute," thought PRISMA.

A little after Michiko was promoted from an intern to an actual sidekick (and officially taking the name of Barbera) at the age of 18, PRISMA was moving to America and wanted to continue working there. Of course, he wanted to bring Ueno as well, and so the two and a few other lucky ones went to the U.S. to start their new lives there. Her parents disagreed with this, but due to her lust for fame and fortune, she disregarded their opinions and left anyways. PRISMA, Barbera, and others worked side by side for almost 6 years, many American recruits joining them in on their agency. Somehow, she vividly remembers the nights that led up to the group's ultimate demise, in which PRISMA and some of the American sidekicks would argue about issues after capturing villains, whether it being political, personal, or whatever. Their conversations could be heard from Michiko's own office, which was right next to the old man's (by the end of PRISMA's career, she became a pro-hero and their agency was combined).

One night while tensions were high, there was a loud bang before the whole building began to collapse. Luckily for Barbera, she had managed to escape by climbing out the window in her office. However, the shock of the situation caught up to her fast, and as soon as she was safe, she passed out. Michiko woke up to find herself in a hospital bed, yet nothing seemed to be wrong at that moment in time. But when the nurse came in and informed her of what had happened, she was much more concerned about the fact that her hair had been cut off, all 20 feet of it. Thus, removing most of her power. Immediately she placed the blame on the Americans who had done her agency wrong. Without so much of a proper mourning for those she'd lost, she left the States immediately and went back to Japan.

For 12 years, she waited for her hair to grow back, her pride being blown a second time due to the failure in America. As the years passed, she had managed to pick up a job as a hair model for a company (who secretly pitied her for the events in the U.S.), and she'd been working there ever since. Along with the modeling job, she began to start up the agency again. The ruminations of a new hero school in the works, backed by U.A., interested her greatly, and she forced herself into the making, hoping to score some interns and sidekicks for her new agency.

RELATIONSHIPS: - Parents: Both dead, due to old age. Michiko wasn't on great relations with them and lost contact after she moved out at the age of 18.
- PRISMA: Dead, was killed in the attack on the PRISMACOLOR agency. Michiko's mentor and the one who kickstarted her hero career.

The Left One
While the base to Vertigo's Costume is purely aesthetic the pauldron, helm, and arm braces are the real costume here. The armor isn't meant to protect at all. Rather it's meant to constantly catch and twist light to cause the colors to shift and intensify the feeling of vertigo. An opponent either risks watching his movement by powering through a stronger headache or avert your eyes leaving an opening for him to take advantage of.

Vertigo Is someone who is fulled with enthusiasm at the little things in life. He takes great pleasure in learning new things and more importantly sharing it with others. He not only aims to spread enthusiasm to his friends but genuinely expects them to give their own views and opinions. He sees life as a puzzle where everyone holds some of the pieces and you only really see the whole picture by meeting new people and sharing experiences.
That said he's not all talk. Vertigo is someone who wants to always be there to lend an ear for others, especially his students. He may not be good at solving the problem, really he isn't, but he can damn well make sure that you don't let it consume you. He constantly carries around a stress ball and encourages his students to practice deep breathing exercises.
At his core Vertigo is an emotional being, a very emotional being. Part of the reason Vertigo is so for helping his students mediate their emotions is because he's so bad at it. While he loves to get positive feedback, it's not uncommon for him to become extremely stressed about negative feedback. He has a hard time avoiding associating criticisms with a attack on his character. It's actually really common for him to bottle up these negative emotions until it leads to violently emotional outbursts as his response.
The criticism isn't all that undeserved though. Vertigo is a very impractical mess. He's not bad at his job but dang is he bad at organization. Routine is a completely foreign concept to him, and start times are purely optional. He may start five minutes early or fifteen late. He a has a very hands-on day by day approach to teaching which leads to overwhelming procrastination on all things paper related. Usually when it does come time to get around to it he has to beg for help or drown as he has a hard time focusing on the practical side of the job.

Vertigo had been unable to use his quirk to help create the school but instead used his knowledge and skill in carpentry and flooring to help construct parts of the school and most of the furniture.


Quirk:
Shifting Center
Vertigo has the capability to induce the feel of dehydration onto his opponent through physical contact with the target. More specifically he must have the palm of his hand touching the target while focusing on the feeling of dizziness for his quirk to activate. This causes the target to become lightheaded and nauseous. The length of which is determined by how long he maintains contact. If he only manages to touch his opponent for an instant than the effects lasts a minute. If he can grab his opponent for half a minute he can keep the effect going for three minutes. Each half minute of contact raises it by two minutes of effect up until the effect hits seven minutes, however most people aren't going to let him grab them willingly which means the effect usually stays from three to five minutes.
Since Vertigo's quirk isn't an enhancer things like blow strength, durability, weight, speed, and jumping are all not useful measures in evaluation. In terms of activation it does takes a full minute between uses but generally, Vertigo's quirk doesn't really have an upper limit to the amount of times he can use it.

PERSONALITY
Ian is a talkative introvert. He will try his best to push himself to talk to people during prolonged invovlevment; however, he is the most relaxed when he is in his corner snoozing away the hours. He is fairly relaxed on everything, from not pushing away an outcast to not caring about a death. He has settled that his mind is just accepting rather than not caring. He has had his own worries about being too selfish; he does find himself scheming subtle selfish acts constantly; however, he thinks he is getting better at noticing when his scheming is for selfish reasons.. He does have the problem of overthinking and rationalizing far different of a person's personality; he will find himself comfortable with anyone. He will, lazily, trust a stranger that asks to borrow money. He might be a bit of mess, but he usually plans ahead to get a job done when needed-making sure the plan is as close to the deadline as possible. Ian's constant mindset is to always keeps things simple.

Mannerisms:
=He always has a way of looking a little lost, and he consciously makes exaggerated physical reactions his due to him trying his best to move a conversation or social event along.

Background
He grew up on a sheep herding island. His family was the only one of a dozen that lived on the island.
He was home schooled by a luke-warm mother and a father that had big dreams. Ian and his little sister would spend most of their days enjoying the sheep and the lush forest of the island with jovial energy. One day, his father finally decides it is time to make his dream come true-to become a hero. His father abandons the family for a few months. Ian and Ian's mother figure that the man will return eventually, Ian hopeful; mother saying such a dream was laughable. Ian's little sister was horribly worried for her father. Ian's father started to come back for periods of two days(in rags and a shut mouth), then he would leave again. Ian's little sister would complain to Ian every night of their father being so complicated about whatever he was doing. The last time Ian saw his father was in rags and blood this time. He told Ian to not tell anyone that it was going to be his last time. His father began walking to the edge of the island. His father jumped into the sea. Little did either know, the little sister was watching the whole time. She quickly made a crude raft and went into the sea to Ian's dismay. The bodies of a little girl and older man was found 3 days later.

Quirk
Strange Dreams - An Emission type quirk. Ian can create enclosed energy barriers around sentient beings that are powered by the emotion of both the being and Ian's physical strength(Note: Ian can make a sole barrier around himself powered by himself alone). if Ian is creating a barrier around another sentient being then the barrier is powered by that being's emotions, not Ian's. Ian is not affected emotionally by barriers enclosed around others. The emotion used to power the barrier is the strongest of the sentient being. The barriers are powered by the strongest emotion of the individual(s). One emotion must be fairly stronger than other emotions in order to create a barrier.

Barrier takes 20 seconds per yard away from Ian to create. Ian has only created sphere barrier; these barriers can also partially enclose an individual. For example, someone's hand can have a barrier that covers their hand and and allows the wrist outside enclosure. Air passes through barriers, not water. There is little friction to the barriers, possible to roll like a hamster ball. It is easier for Ian to make a barrier that encloses an individual than smaller barriers, multiple barriers, or barriers that capture more than one individual. Due to there being little friction, those inside barriers are still able to move and utilize the barrier themselves.

He can one combination of barriers at once, to another formation he needs to release other barriers:
-He can make one barrier enclosing one individual.
-He can make two smaller 1 foot radius barriers.
-He can make a barrier that encloses around a individual with a partial enclosing barrier to body park poking out of barrier.
He has not been able to make a barrier around multiple people yet.


Note: not all emotions lead to another peak in emotion, as it varies to all people-which is coupled with the fact that Ian's often gets people personalities wrong? An example is that when someone is absent of happiness after a barrier, all emotions other emotions are too close in level. Ian would also have a hard time spotting when a emotion becomes the strongest out of all other emotions a person has-I will note that Ian, when creating a barrier, must create a barrier knowing what emotion the barrier will be powered by or the barrier will shatter when created around sentient being.

When the barrier is created and amplifies that emotion in it's current state. A mix of a psychic, psychologist, and a physicist concluded a levels of emotion in accordance to Ian's current state of using such quirk.
There have been three emotional levels in calculated so far in Es:
E1 - The first level of amplification achieved when Ian puts one barrier over. The person under such circumstance will be process information under this emotion. The barrier strength will be the equivalent of steel's strength.

E2 - The second level of amplification that comes with a being under/in two barriers, or when someone has already had a E1 emotion in the last hour and has a barrier influence the person as him/her reaches a peak in a different emotion. Whoever is under the barrier influence may have trouble processing any new information as the predominant emotion becomes stronger and clings to the information before. The barrier(s) strength will be equivalent to stainless steel.

E3 - The third level is achieved by a person already reaching E2 that is under the influence of an additional barrier. The person under the influence of the barriers is unable to process any new information. The barrier (s) strength is equivalent to quartz. When someone exits this level, he/she will have a mental crash and will be unable of conscious thought for 10 minutes, then he/she will have trouble processing information for 30 minutes.


Once the barrier dissipate or individual(s) reach limit to mental stress, that an amplification of one emotion causes, the emotion will be absent from that individual for an hour or less:

Power Fantasy - First, creates a barrier powered by tiredness and quickly dissipates it(. He quickly creates a barrier around himself fueled by anger, thus he reaches E2. When he is about to reach his mental limit, he punches an enemy with his fist being encased in a second barrier-reaching E3- and punches the foe. After such feat, he will be exhausted, collapse for 10 minutes, and barriers will disappear.

Hero Costume
His desired hero costume comes is made to be tough, but the main point of the design is sentimentality. The material material helps Ian become tired due to part of the fabric coming from his home and imbued with herbs that create drowsiness. The metal plating helps Ian focus his energy nearby, as it's interior layers are is a network of tunnels. The tunnels help direct air and Ian's energy into a sorta spiral direction, thus makes it easier for Ian to make a barrier around himself due to lessening the the physical strain of the quirk.. The metal plating can withstand a few hits too, but it will be the first give out and leave the woven material underneath to defend Ian's body.

I am very iffy about this quirk. See, in this RP, we have concrete limits. measurable amounts that define what can do what beyond the shadow of a doubt. However, this ability is asking me to measure emotion not just in states, but as if it were numbers, which I hope I don't need to explain is an impossible feat. This is not to say it is impossible for you to have this quirk though either these barriers will have to be particularly weak to compensate the uncertainty or you need to change how they are fueled into something actually measurable or you have to find a fitting measure for emotion.

Most of the costume consists of cloth that is woven with a silk-like material that keeps it from tearing and adjust thermal heat to keep the body relatively stable through all weather conditions.
This is technology that has nothing to do with the quirk. I will therefore not permit it in the hero costume

He can make one barrier enclosing one individual. He can make two smaller barriers. He can make a barrier that encloses around a individual with a partial enclosing barrier to body park poking out of barrier. He has not been able to make a barrier around multiple people yet.

It isn't physically impossible to not sleep for 24 hours; I can take out the easy part if you wish. I will take out the part about being able to trigger being tired.

I'll ask for another GM to approve power, since the power is counterbalanced with losing the ability to process information.

Strange Dreams - A Emission type quirk. Ian can create enclosed energy barriers around sentient beings that are strengthened by the emotion of both the being and Ian(Note: Ian can make a sole barrier around himself strengthen by himself alone). The barriers are powered by the strongest emotion of the individual(s) when the barrier is created and amplifies that emotion in it's current state. A mix of a psychic, psychologist, and a physicist concluded a levels of emotion in accordance to Ian's current state of using such quirk.

1. How does Ian's emotions come in when they are strengthened by both? If Ian was sad and his opponent was angry which wins? Do they interact? Does the type of emotion matter? What if someone was happy?
2. If this quirk works with emotions then how can Ian "Strengthen himself" with it? Or is this a case of word choice not conveying exact meaning.
3. How are these barriers triggered? Do they require touch to activate? How close does Ian need to be for it to work?

E1 - The first level of amplification achieved when Ian puts one barrier over. The person under such circumstance will be process information under this emotion. The barrier strength will be the equivalent of steel's strength.

E2 - The second level of amplification that comes with a being under/in two barriers, or when someone has already had a E1 emotion in the last hour and has a barrier influence the person as him/her reaches a peak in a different emotion. Whoever is under the barrier influence may have trouble processing any new information as the predominant emotion becomes stronger and clings to the information before. The barrier(s) strength will be equivalent to stainless steel.

E3 - The third level is achieved by a person already reaching E2 that is under the influence of an additional barrier. The person under the influence of the barriers is unable to process any new information. The barrier (s) strength is equivalent to quartz. When someone exits this level, he/she will have a mental crash and will be unable of conscious thought for 10 minutes, then he/she will have trouble processing information for 30 minutes.
Here is where I start to have actual concerns.

The lowest level of this quirk is a barrier that sounds like it's checkmate if you're caught, as strong as steel and water can't pass through it which means humans can't, and that just makes it too powerful. Even in this RP with several characters having their own powers. The main problem here is that only a handful of the characters would be able to break something as strong as steel with ease and as far as you've worded it there is no way to avoid this. This takes out any element of struggle or improvement.
5. Every quirk should have clear limits please add in how each of these levels effects Ian and the reason why he cannot just continually use it back to back. For an example in universe, Uraraka can get rid of gravity but it makes her sick to her stomach to do so which she gets around through pressure created by her costume.

Once the barrier dissipate or individual(s) reach limit to mental stress, that an amplification of one emotion causes, the emotion will be absent from that individual for an hour or less:
If s/he exited E1 it will be 20 minutes before emotion returns.
If s/he exited E2 it will be 40 minutes before emotion returns.
If s/he exited E3 it will be an hour before emotion returns.
6. It's understandable that some quirks may have some lingering after effects but an hour long opening in which you can keep attacking is overkill. Even twenty minutes is a rather long time.
7. That specific emotion is absent? Or all emotion? How does this benefit you? How does it disadvantage your opponent?

8. How much easier is it? How many times would he be able to create each? For how long? What is the delay between the ending of one and beginning of another? What's the drawback?
9. If only the hand is enclosed then how does it relate to emotion? Theoretically if it's as strong as steel couldn't they knock you out by slamming their hand into you head?
10. If it rolls then does that mean you can push it? How much strength would that take?

Your quirk's not horrible, but like most of us here have experienced, it needs polish and finishing. One way to look at these questions is an interest in the quirk you have created, because it is interesting. Always try to remember that you are creating a character that would be interacting with others aiming to outdo you, you should be strong against some weak against others, but above all there should be room for growth within these interactions.

Before I change sheet, I thought I should just answer the questions.
1. I will change it to note that if Ian is creating a barrier around another sentient being then the barrier is powered by that being's emotions, not Ian's. Ian is not affected emotionally by barriers enclosed around others. Only those in barriers. The type of emotion does not matter. The barrier will merely be powered by the strongest emotion the sentient being has at that current state. If happiness is the strongest emotion then the being will be really happy while enclosed by barrier. Also, I thought since it was in the rules I didn't have say it, but Ian takes on physical stress to create barriers.

2. It was mere wording. I should of noted that Ian, when enclosed in a barrier himself, will power the barrier by his emotions.
3. I was going to be kinda of instant within an area, or it can be with touch if you deem that okay. If an area is allowed, then would the limit of 3 yards with each yard away from Ian adding 20 seconds to formation of barrier be allowed(with it being instant any distance to make barrier disappear).
4. 4. I would like to note it is hard to be "caught". I noted the barriers can be moved like hamster balls. So anyone that barrier is formed around actually has protection and can roll. Ian basically creates a barrier, but can't control it besides turning it off. Would it be fine to change E1 to slightly stronger than concrete, E2 - to steel. E3 - to bone?
5. I will note that not all emotions lead to another peak in emotion, as it varies to all people-which is coupled with the fact that Ian's often gets people personalities wrong? An example is that when someone is absent of happiness after a barrier, all emotions other emotions are too close in level. Ian would also have a hard time spotting when a emotion becomes the strongest out of all other emotions a person has-I will note that Ian, when creating a barrier, must create a barrier knowing what emotion the barrier will be powered by or the barrier will shatter when created around sentient being.

6 + 7. Yes that specific emotion used to power barrier is absent. An absent emotion may not necessarily leave someone completely defenseless. They can still think for themselves in a situation. The absent of emotion is a disadvantage to Ian if he uses it on himself, as he will need to figure out how to peak another emotion to create another defensive wall around himself in needs too. The disadvantage to the opponent is that he may be easier to sway in talking or will be harder for the person to fight lacking the emotion that pushed that opponent to fight in the first place.

8. Ian can create 1 foot radius spheres at the exact same time. He would have to make those spheres disappear if he wanted to create more. The delay would be 0 added time to the usual it takes for him create/disappear barrier. The drawback would mostly Ian having to decide on offensive or defensive tactics. He could stay defensive and just make a barrier around himself or he may want to sneak small barrier onto a opponent leaving him open for attacks. and so on.
9. Having a person's hand enclosed still counts them as being enclosed and will have his/her emotions power that barrier the same as a barrier that was enclosing the person fully. Yes, a someone could knockout Ian with the barrier, a disadvantage that an opponent could easily make use of the barrier.
10. Do you want exact force? I thought the gerbil ball was a good enough analogy. Is saying that the force is equal to the weight of the person in barrier, due to the barrier itself not adding any weight, fair?

13. Tiredness/exhaustion is counted as an emotion itself. Note that if tiredness becomes an absent emotion it does not affect the body's need to sleep. Using this ability is scary due to the fact that of easily losing track of what one's body needs.
14. He could use this special move any time, theoretically, but he would opt not to use it due to most of the time he doesn't want to sleep-making tiredness absent would make him lose track of his body's clock. He would have to make sure that he wasn't hitting a limit that his body needs for sleep to do this move or risk serious physical repressions for not getting the minimum sleep he needs.
15. The feat is the punch connecting or being, um, used. I will change drawback to note physical stress that makes the body collapse for, at minimum, 10 minutes, longer if when used Ian was getting close to his not sleeping limit.
