TL;DR Big, fictional city (but aesthetically based on real life). Territory split between three gangs. Supernatural bitches. Characters can be anything from hitmen to strippers to baristas. Political intrigue and street warfare. Also gambling.

whose game are you playing?

The city of Acies is on the brink of a crisis. A war.

Their Kingpin is dead, his heir apparent deemed unfit to take on the burden of filling his position. A power vacuum is created; contenders, tired of biding their time in the shadows, throw their hats into the ring to stake their claim.

Headed by the Kaplans, a gang lead by bloodsuckers and fae, hiding their deviancy and depravity behind the illusion that wealth and class go hand in hand.

Their rival, headed by the Cielos; a werewolf pack and their assorted entourage, ready to bring chaos with the ideology that some species are superior to others because of their physical strength.

And of course, there’s the heir, trying to cling to their father’s position and uphold his legacy while the vultures circle and their allies begin to abandon them.

It’s a city of lights, where anything seems possible, and anybody can belong. From coffee shops to the casino, the shopping mall to the strip clubs, the place never sleeps. Thriving, alive.

But nothing can last for ever, and peace is such a fragile concept.

A diverse group of people inhabit every dark corner, with tensions brewing amongst them for a number of reasons. It can’t be long until the city is either carved up neatly...

Or left in ruins.
