  So you've fucked up in more ways than one. First, you decided that instead of being a hero, you wanted to be the bad guy. Then you really fucked up when you got caught. Good job dumb ass, some villain you are. Now you're stuck here with the rest of us.
  
  Welcome to Beaulieu Academy of Sidekicks and Astray-Led Heroes, or as the 'Astray' like to call it, their own personal hell! In a world where people can rarely be born with extraordinary powers, some choose the noble path of becoming a registered Hero. As a Hero, you aid the public in day to day and stand as an example to all. Others, however, choose to become something much more undesirable. Those who reject our fine system of registration go on to become an Astray. Or as the kids like to call them...
  
  Super-villains.
  
  Thankfully, we have our valiant heroes to help put a stop to these evil-doers. And although many deserve to be locked away in prison for an undisclosed amount of time, others are still able to still be saved and registered! That's where our lovely academy comes in. Here at Beaulieu, not only do we train rising sidekicks as part of their Hero program, we also take in Astray-led Heroes and rehabilitate them so they're able to join us as functioning members of society. Some might even go on to become Heroes themselves! Led under the watchful eye of adored Hero Titanium, we're certain we have a spot for you here.

  Welcome! I've always loved academy-setting RPs, so I wanted to give one a try. Beaulieu will be an RP following a group of people with extraordinary powers, who have chosen very different paths in life. Living in a society with clear-cut rules, anyone with a power has to register to enter the 'Hero Training Program.' There they'll be trained as the next defenders of society, fighting against those who refuse to follow the same path. Dubbed villains, those who have rejected the registration system have become criminals and often look for ways to dismantle the current society they're forced to run from.
  
  Beaulieu Academy is cited as a chance for redemption for villains on the younger side. Forced to attend the academy with heroes in training, these villains have their superpowers repressed. Unable to defend themselves against tormenting bullies, one wonders how these villains turn to good with all the struggles they face inside the walls of the school...
  
  I'm looking for about four people for this RP, each playing two characters. One villain, and one hero in training. Brought together by unlikely circumstances, our characters will work together to not only understand each other, but uncover the truth behind the registration system and the academy itself.
  
  RULE 1. As always, please follow all RPN rules. Be kind to fellow RPers, and if you come across any issues, please bring it to my attention rather than starting fights. Hopefully then we'll be able to work out a compromise.
  
  RULE 2. Literacy is expected. This is an advanced RP, so I expect multi-paragraph responses each time. Although this rule is more lenient depending on what's happening the RP itself, be aware that larger posts are expected. Absolutely no one-liners.
  
  RULE 4. Please be able to post once a week. One of the biggest killers of group RPs is that one person is not posting, and everyone else becomes stuck waiting for their response. I myself am even guilty of it, which is why I will be keeping a close eye on the thread to see who has and hasn't posted. If you cannot post, inform me and tell the group what your character would have said or done so we can continue the RP. You will not be removed if you do this. If you go radio silent, however, I will find a replacement or take up the role myself for the time being so we can continue posting.
  
  RULE 5. There will be an application process. You will be applying for both a hero in training, and a villain character. More information on characters will be posted if enough interest is expressed.
  
  RULE 6. Discord will be a mandatory. If you aren't active at ALL on Discord and don't think this one RP server will make you more active, please do not apply.
