Multiple Settings An idea I have

So I just watched the movie Night Teeth and I like the universe. For those who haven't seen it vampire exist secretly a small group of people know and there is a truce. The vampires live by 3 rules don't tell the humans they exist, don't feed on the unwilling and don't hunt in certain areas. There are vampire leaders dividing the city until 6 parts.

I would love to play a female vampire and I am looking for someone playing some in law enforcement looking for some missing people.
