I'm new to the site, and I'm just looking for advice as to how to navigate, find partners, etc.

I'd really appreciate anyone who can point me in the right direction, give me tips, or just drop in to say hello. If it helps at all I'm searching explicitly for Fallout RP, crossovers, and one-on-ones.

Well, most of your needs can be solved by going to the looking for partners section

Here you can post search thread and look into those of others. It is through these you express what you are looking for and can look for someone who matches your interests. (Note: the link i gave you is for 1x1s in specific, to look for group, there is another section).

The best tip to find everything is to click on the links from the main menu and see the descriptions the staff put there. This can arguably the fastest and most effective way to start learning how to navigate. Reading the site tutorials may also be helpful if you're just starting out on the site and even if you're just starting out rolepalying.
