Arthur is a kind soul. He has compassion for all and does his best to rule his subjects with kindness rather than an iron fist. He's also quite socially awkward. His conversations usually end in awkward silence or the other person walking away. But the young Prince does his best.
History:
The Kingdom of Forella sits high atop on mountains and that is probably the only reason why Forella has been out of the conflict between Argonia and Elfian. Being that the kingdom rests on mountains, Forella has an incredible mining industry and are very wealthy because of it. While agriculture is not their strong suit, they're able to trade with other kingdoms and sustain themselves that way. Arthur is in Argonia to negotiate terms of an engagement to Princess Rosaline.
