I will be adding a code for characters, it is optional, feel free to use your own, or none at all. The required fields area explains each bit more specifically, if there's any confusion just let me know. If you are creating a human and Familiar, you will need separate character sheets for both.

Elpida 'Eli', Familiar of the White Stone

Appearance

Has this mark on his chest, about 10cm in raidus, though he usually keeps it hidden. Lines stretch from the centre of each eye, up and down his face, making four in total, reaching about 5cm in length before stopping. His resting face is quite serious, but almost always wears a smile when in company.

Mostly seen in basic, brown, comfortable robes, or other casual items of clothing. A locket hangs from his neck, a pink stone within it, he can be seen clenching it when alone.

BackstoryBorn within the main city of Light's Rest, Elpida spent most of his days in his home, with his mother, where she would regale him with tales of her past. It was rare for him to leave the house, forced instead to watch others play from his windowsill, though he knew not why. His father would come at times, but never to see him, or at least not the him he wanted to be. At times he would come, and Eli could only remember him leaving.

In truth, his life before coming the the human world was quite lonely, though his mother did her best to keep it entertaining, and wholesome. It was expected of him to be entered into the trials, though to him it was an opportunity to go out and explore more than anything else. Now he has been dropped into this world, unsure of what he is doing, but hopeful.
PersonalityElpida is always smiling when around others. Happy, hopeful, and always there to help his friends. He will often be seen jumping up at people, waiting for the next day with excitement. The boy always does his best to be kind, to cheer up others when they're down, and holds great joy in games. Even work can be considered a game to him, finding joy in even the most mundane of tasks, making his own fun. He loves food, like most Familiars he will eat whatever is placed before him, and has a great tendency to whine when he has gone too long without a good meal.

Eli holds a distaste toward those that ignore the plights of others, or even worse, causes them. The whole idea that he should destroy the Mundus Stones of others, ripping them from this world, away from their new found friends, haunts him. In truth, he has no interest in ruling the Familiar world, but the idea of losing such an opportunity to explore this one is something he isn't sure he would want. Adventuring, exploring, making new friends, that is what he wants out of his time on the plane of man.

But... Is any of that true in the slightest? When he's alone nothing but a serious expression shows. His head held within his hands, the tension of his own self overcoming him. Why does he journey with these people? He knows what he's capable of, what pain he could cause them... He fights with himself, more than anyone else on either plane, fights the very truth itself. Why does he not desire to rule, you may ask? Because he's afraid. Not of the task, but of who would truly be ruling those poor souls.

Incantations"Parafrosýni": The first use causes a... Change in the Familiar. Subsequent uses prolong this change, and increases power, and the madness it causes on the mind until the invocation expires.

Other SkillsWhile in his other form, Elpida can sense the presence of Familiars within a one kilometre radius. He is only able to tell that some are there, not how many, nor their locations or power.

SampleThis strange world, was definitely not like the one he had come to know. A jungle of shambled buildings, garbage overflowing the drains. Elpida continued to watch the dank, overcrowded streets. A man could fall here, trampled 'till his very end, and to bat an eye would make one of these humans unusual. A dissatisfied sigh left his lips, how was he going to find someone to hold his stone in this place? He had to be careful, that was without a doubt, he wanted... No. He needed to know the one whom held such control over him would have the heart not to abuse the power he would offer.

It seemed only the young, their innocence untouched by the truths of this land, were kind enough to garner any trust, but he couldn't place this curse upon them. Yet how long could he truly wait? Perhaps simply having his stone shattered now would be an acceptable alternative, to remove any possibility of... Eli shook his head forcefully, directing his gaze back upon the crowds, a small smile forming on his face. It would all be fine, in the end.

BackstoryBit nosy aren't you? Well, if you must know, I'll give you my life story. Born and bread in the holy nation, a bastard in truth, but hey, what my father didn't know was never going to hurt him. It's funny, they say if you're born by such means you'll burn to your death during your baptism, but I'm still alive, so they mustn't be right about everything after all. I grew up in the church, oh the irony of that, but don't get me wrong, the teachings of Zenith are true for the most part.

I squired for a while, following some indolent paladin around, wiping his boots, bringing him more wine, oh the things I'd learnt over those years. By the age of sixteen I was considered a man, and went through my trials to join the prestigious paladins of Zenith. Have you ever sat in a cold, dim room, on your knees, naked mind you! For an entire day? No, not twelve hours or whatever you might consider your daily routine, twenty four hours, no food, no water, only prayers toward Zenith. Most pass out on there first few attempts at the trial, thinking they could just take a quick power nap between the priests checking on them, but not me, no way in the depths of hell I was going to go through all of that again!

So, now I'm a fully fledged paladin, I'll have it good, right? Sure, if that's what you call running errands for the 'holier' knights for close to ten years as a Novitiate. Well, at least I can call myself Aegis now, upgraded from holy bitch to standing around looking into the bags of foreigners. You know what the best thing about being a holy nation citizen is? You can never leave, unless your going to war! Well, you can, but consider yourself an outsider if you do. Anyway, there hasn't been a war in hundreds of years.

I thought about it once, you know. Sure, I hadn't gone through great hardship during my times, except for those few days... My mother, the harlot they would call her, well she was caught in the act this time. I was forced to watch as they questioned her, to learn from her sacrilege... I wasn't even eighteen at the time, the memory of her... It took hours, and she never spoke a word of what I was, not even as her last breath drew. I should have said something... But then we would have both shared that fate...

Perhaps she would be proud of me, after all, I do take after her. Don't look at me like that! Sure, I took those vows, we all did, but why do you think the border towns of the holy nation have the highest numbers of ladies... Of the night... Moving through them!? It's because business is good! Especially when I get paid, hah! Border town? Oh, my apologies, that is what Lionsgate is, one of the three strongholds that block the roads into the holy city. What's that? You're seriously asking me what it's like in the holy city? Hah! You really must be from the extended lands! None are allowed within the holy city! I'd have to serve for another thirty years to even be considered to visit, and even then, you need two things to enter those gates. Faith, and dedication... .. ... ..............Haha! Sorry, sorry, I couldn't hold it in! Money, and connections!

PersonalityAsh, though you should never risk calling him that, is an extremely pious individual, or at least he acts as such. Disgrace the name of Zenith and he'd be more likely to separate your head from your neck than to attempt to educate you. He is a holy warrior after all, not some layabout priest. His tone is often serious, and the few things he says are usually critical in nature. He is held by his holy vows, abstinent from certain pleasures of the world, narcotics, alcohol, women... He holds them extremely seriously.

Now, who is Ashraf really? He'd likely never tell you that, nor his history, but I will anyway, just because he told me not to. Ash, when he comes to trust others is quite friendly, full of inappropriate jokes and sarcasm. Inspired by the stories of the world, but too afraid to leave home, perhaps he just needs a little push... There's two things Ash looks for most in this world, the teachings or Zenith, and the touch of a woman. Sometimes he can have quite the silver tongue with the opposite gender, at least that's what he's told by those he pays, but at least he pays them less than others! Apparently...
Combat SkillsLike all paladins, Ash is a master of the spear, and adept at close quarters combat. He can move in plate with ease, having it barely affect his agility, though paladins have never been known to rely on such things.

Magical AbilitiesSupposedly the words he had announced daily have the power to repel the undead, but considering the fact that the undead don't exist, he supposes he has no magical power?

Special SkillsStrategical, and battle formations

EquipmentThe spear he wields, constructed of some of the best steel in Europe, is standard issues for the holy paladins. His is named Luneth, though he never shares its name.
His armor is a plate, with chain-mail linings, most sharp weapons will bounce off of it, but he's never been hit with a fireball before.

SampleAshraf's body rested upon the side of her spear, the butt of which was planted into the hard, stone ground, blue eyes glaring vigilantly into the great expanses outside. "Oi!" His body recoiled from the sudden sound, staring back toward the familiar face. "Rest is for the blasphemers." The commander stated in a serious tone, his face matching as he stared into Ashraf's eyes, before breaking into a short bout of laughter. "Haha, got you that time Ashraf! You're relieved."

A relieved smile responded, as Ash stood up straight, readying himself to leave the gate. "It's lucky you can get anything with that tree in your nose." He jested, arms reaching down to pick up his bags, as the commander's large arm reached out toward him. The most satisfying sound entered the paladin's ears as the bag of coin dropped toward him, his plated arm reaching out to catch it, quickly opening it up to check out the wondrous contents.

"So, who are you spending it on this time?" The commander questioned with a knowing grin, Ash's own sly expression staring back at him. "Twenty seven, forty two, thou in the service of Zenith must remain pure, to..." The commander simply chuckled, interrupting Ashraf's quote, sending him off with a wave of his hand.

Before he could even get down from the steps of the gate however, a commotion came up. "Thief!" A woman yelled out, a robed man rushing from where she was, a bag held within his hand. Ash wasted no time, his smile turning to a scowl, as he bolted down the alleyway to make chase. The man continued to turn numerous corners, the other paladins still being far behind, but Ashraf was never one to give up on such injustice. Knocking down some barrels, the thief turned another corner, crawling under a crack. What he hadn't expected however, was for the armor clad paladin to leap over the obstructs in time to see the scum's legs entering the shanty.

The door opened with a *SLAM*, as Ash burst through, Luneth already drawn. Within, a man was holding a few different items of food, handing it toward a number of men, woman, and a child. Ash was stunned for a split second, before the sound of the other paladins echoed through the alleys, having heard the door slam open. "More of these rats?" A voice behind him called out, clearly displeased. Ash looked back toward them, an iron-clad hand landing on his shoulder proudly. He scowled once more as he stared toward the man, the grip on his spear tightening, as he took a lunge in one fell movement, sticking it into the core of the thief. These were the rules of the lands, and the perhaps a reason for the low crime rate within the lands. What Ash hadn't expected, was for the other men to join in, skewering the other rats in the abode, no one was left innocent...

Ash removed the thought from his head, even that of the life leaving the child's eyes. He had to. It was his duty.

Attire: Prefers light clothing so he can move easily. He doesn't generally like sleeves, and he always covers his face.

Personality: Redd is known as the hunter almost solely due to antisocial personality and constant hunting down of other criminal familiars. In his eyes, other familiars aren't worthy of the throne. Not that he thinks he is. He just believes he is more worthy of it than any of the others. He finds great pleasure in hunting down the weak and cowardly. As he believes them to be the ones least worthy of being in the running for the throne. He is merciless in his hunt for the throne. Little being able to dissuade him from his goal. However, despite his large build, and unpleasant attitude. Redd is no fool. He is one of the older more experienced Familiars and is all too familiar with the competition. He won't rush into a fight he thinks he could have a chance at losing without preparing first. Although even with all this precaution, and battling for the throne. Redd never seems to be all that motivated. Generally he seems grumpy and irritated, as if trials one big hassle. But he still tries, even though he looks like he might quit and go home to take a nap at any time. He has a strange sense of responsibility that forces him towards the goal of the throne. He would also never willingly lose a fight. He’s too proud for that.

Background: Little is known about Redd. He appeared in the city one day out of nowhere. It wasn’t long before he was hunting down criminals and making a name for himself as one of the top bounty hunters. Due to his job he has encountered quite a few familiars. So he is probably one of the better known competitors in this trial. Both his past and his true identity are a secret, and while many have tried. None have managed to successfully reveal his face, or figure out his identity. Although there's a first for everything.

Likes: Hunting, solitude, nice quiet places, eating alone, worthy foes,

Dislikes:weak or pathetic people, showing his face, loud noises, talkative types, taking his time.

Fears: Failing his mission, people seeing his face, someone unworthy becoming the next ruler,

Magic Theme: Black clad Hunter

Incantations:
Armure Noire - Black Armour. This is his primary defensive spell. He can coat his entire body in a layer or black armour like substance which greatly boost his defensive ability. Making most normal weapons useless against him.

Flèche noir - Dark arrow Redd sends a flying strike towards his opponent covered in black substance much like his Armure Noire

grève du serpent - aka Serpent strike. Much like his Dark arrow strike this attack can be used from a distance. But not as far away as the dark arrow. It also hits much harder and faster than his normal punches.

Future Spells

Fourche du diable - Devil’s Pitchfork, it's a spell that allows him to summon a spear/ Pitchfork like weapon that has incredible piercing power. He can even control it so that the spears tip only emerges from parts of his body..

Chasseur de diable - Devil Hunter is a spell that allows him to transform into a black clad Devil like creature. It boost his strength, and size allowing him to alter his body to better combat enemies. Even allowing him to grow in size. It also gives him increased defensive power.

Other Skills: Marksmanship - despite his lack of a long range weapon, and his preferring to fight up close. Redd is a talented hunter, so he obviously has great talent with marksmanship. Generally because often has to snipe pray from afar.

Hunting: As mentioned before Redd is a talented hunter. Before the trial he was infamous for his tracking, trapping, perception, marksmanship, as well as other vital hunting skills. He often even hunted down criminals in their world.

Enhanced strength, & slightly more durability than humans: Redd is clearly a big boy, and as such he is stronger and more durable than them. While his durability is only slightly higher so he might better than a sword strike or something minor like that. His strength is considerably greater. So much so that he has little trouble manhandling most humans.

BackstoryBorn into the leading family of the Kaeju tribe, Arisu was raised under the strict teachings of her father and mother. She and her older brother, Asahi, began their training as warriors at the age of 4 with simple martial arts. Martial arts progressed to swordsmanship and steadily into other areas. The Kaeju believed that training children at a young age would ensure the survival of the tribe further down the line, hence the spartan-like training. It was their way of life and as the chief’s children, Asahi and Arisu’s training was especially harsh.

At the age of 10, her tribe went to war with a neighboring tribe. Her parents led the charge while her and her brother shadowed them, watching them intently as if studying their every move. It was their first time seeing a real battle so might as well use it as a learning opportunity. Under the wing of their father, Arisu and Asahi engaged in battle. Though inexperienced, Arisu managed to take down an opponent three times her size due to her short stature. At that moment, she felt a surge of adrenaline go through her. It was the first time in her life that she had felt like that, and she liked it. The feeling of energy flowing through her entire body, the blood pulsing in her veins, and the light headedness all made her feel more alive. It was then that she started to love the thrill of battle.

At the end of the bloody dispute, they tallied the casualties. The enemy tribe was entire wiped out and about a third of the Kaeju had been slayed, her mother included. As a warrior, they were taught to never mourn a life loss in battle for they served their purpose, so neither Arisu nor Asahi cried. Not a single tear.

By the age of 16, she was proficient with the katana, kusarigama, spear, and bow. Despite her skill, she chose to the katana as her weapon of choice. Something about the close fighting style and simplicity of the katana pleased Arisu during a battle more than any other weapon.

Her brother, older by 4 years and had more experience than she, was announced to inherit the title of chief. Arisu had no problem with that since she knew her brother was more than qualified. Around this time, the Imperial Dragons were stretching out to the borders of the continent, closer and closer to Kaeju. Arisu insisted on waging war first, not wanting to be the one caught off guard is a sudden attack were to occur, but her brother disagreed. Even the full force of the warrior tribe would not hold against the army of the Imperial Dragons.

Asahi was calmer one between the siblings and proposed that they wait it out. The village was in the middle of a thick forest and towards the edges of the continent, so it was possible the Imperial Dragons wouldn’t waste resources to search the area. It was only a matter of time now.

During their period of peace, Arisu found a baby marten laying by itself on the forest floor. Surely it was too young to be on its own, yet there was no mother in sight. At first, she waited patiently near the weasel to see if the mother would return but to no avail. In the end, Arisu took him home, caring for him in place of its mother. The creature, names Yasu, grew strongly attached to Arisu, even accompanying her on hunting trips.

As years passed, the threat of the Imperial Dragons forcing themselves upon the Kaeju became almost nonexistent. Arisu was glad that her clan would live on, but she felt… unfulfilled. She felt like something was missing from her life, and she knew exactly what it was. Though the clan still had their battle with other tribes, she wasn’t getting the rush of adrenaline anymore. It left her feeling empty. Perhaps she had gotten bored with neighboring tribes. They were all the same, weak and lackluster. She wanted something new and something interesting, but she wouldn’t be able to get that here.

PersonalityDuring the long, hard years of training, her personality became tough, as a warriors should be. She never backed down from a fight and despised being looked down upon. As the head warrior of the Kaeju, she holds her head up high with pride. Because she wishes to defend the honor of her people, she is easily taunted by anyone who insults them. Aside from that, she is quite stoic, not showing much emotion unless it’s anger or annoyance. Arisu gets an almost aphrodisiac-like rush from battle and only then will she show any inclination to smile.

When interacting with anyone normally (talking, befriending, etc), Arisu is more awkward and rough. Her lack of experience with people not from her tribe makes her unsure of how to respond when they speak to her. This often leads to her scaring them off or coming off as rude. The only time when this is an issue is when she needs to ask for directions. She does, however, have a soft side for animals, her attitude visibly softening whenever she meets one.

Her companion is a marten named Yasu. From the tip of the tail to his nose, he is 24 inches, his tail being 9 inches by itself. He is currently 2 years old. He serves as a hunting companion because of his acute hearing and ability to kill and retrieve small animals.

Sample“Yasu, come,” the red haired woman said gently, her hands beckoning for the weasel to climb on. His ears twitched at the familiar sound of his name, the rabbit they had been hunting lay limp with its neck in his mouth as he trotted back to her. Yasu was visibly pleased with his work and so was Arisu, who allowed him to scamper up her arms and into her shoulders. “Good boy,” she softly cooed before picking up the dead rabbit, blood dripping from the bite wounds, and heading back to their village. Hunting was about the most thrill Arisu could get at this time. Kaeju was at peace, at least for now, which left her bored. A deep sigh escaped her lips, her eyes almost lifeless, as she entered the village gates.

The village wasn’t very big, but bustling with life. As soon as she entered, the sound of metal clashing rang through the village. It was the obvious indicator that people were training. Well, it was a tribe of warriors after all. She tossed the rabbit to a younger female who was preparing food for her family, who in turned thanked her graciously. She waved off the gesture before turning towards the main house where her brother resided.

“Asahi?” She called, pushing a stray lock of crimson hair back behind her ear as she flipped off her shoes at the entrance. A quiet, “Over here,” could be heard, though it was further into the house. She navigated through the halls and rooms of the house for a few minutes and ended up back at the entrance of the house. The house itself was too big and had way too many halls than necessary. Even though she lived there her entire life, it seems she just couldn’t find her way around. As if sensing her mild distress, Yasu crawled down her arms and slid down her legs, sniffing the ground briefly before bolting down the hallway with a small hop to his step. Arisu followed and eventually came to a room, her brother sitting in the middle with his eyes glued to a book about strategy. “Did you get lost again? You were born and raised in this house, how could you not know where you’re going?” He scoffed, setting his book down to look at her. “Did you need something?”

“How are things with other tribes?” Arisu sat in front of him, Yasu joining her by curing up on her lap. Her hand wandered to his soft fur to pet him. “Well, we’ve eradicated the bothersome ones. Others have complied to our demand or left us alone completely. Right now, we have no reason to start a war,” he stated clearly almost as if knowing what Arisu was going to ask next. He understood her thirst for battle, but he couldn’t start a war just for the sake of pleasing his sister. A silence fell upon them. The air was heavy and Asahi already knew what was going to come next. “I want to leave,” Arisu said, breaking the silence between them. Her voice was sure and she sat with her head held high, her red and yellow eyes meeting his strong gaze. It was as if she was indirectly begging him to let her go. Another moment of silence, though this one ended quicker than the last.

“...I’ll allow it,” he said almost reluctantly. He didn’t want his sister to leave, but how could he say no. She was meant for battle and still had untapped potential that he couldn’t help her reach. Their conversation ended their, Arisu giving him a bow before carrying Yasu out of the room. To some, it may have seemed like she was almost sad to leave, but it was quite the opposite. Under her emotionless face was a childlike excitement running through her entire body. After all, this was her new beginning.

Arisa is anything but a fast thinker. It is difficult for her to act in the spur of the moment, especially in situation she never encounter before. This can make her a bit unreliable in unprecedented situation, as the action she took during those time might not be the best one she could do. Her ability to plan, however, is excellent. Scrutinising details and analysing relevant factors are her forte,a trait that helps her cover her lack of ability to act impulsively and allow her to flourish as a merchant.

Raised as a lady of nobility molds Arisa into an able speaker yet a narrow view of the world. While she was shielded from the harsh inner politic of the clan, it leaves her optimistic and innocent of the harsher part of the world in the place of injuries she should have received from the schemes of her kins. The protection also saves her from the reservation of a noble lady, making her outspoken and grants her the courage to speak out her opinions.

Background:
The Hiraku clan was a respectable clan on the land of Imperial Dragon. It held control over several cities and several outposts near the border. It allowed them to profit from trade with other country yet added the threat of foreign invasion to their responsibility. Even so, as the clan kept itself from clashing with other clans and did not actively seek to improve their influence, the clan had a stable footing on their region for years.

Arisa Hiraku was the fourth daughter of the clan from the first wife. Her father had taken a second wife when Arisa's mother wasn't able to bear any child for years -- until Arisa was born, long after the second wife gave birth to two sons and a daughter. With three children coming before her it was impossible for Arisa to fight for the inheritance of her clan. Even so, her status as the only child of the first wife made her grandfather especially doted on her. The adoration and her weak claim to the position as the head of the clan allowed Arisa to spent her childhood peacefully.

The regions under Hiraku Clan management was suitable for cultivating medicinal plants and herbs with a large forest where rare plants could be found inside. It wasn't strange for the members of Hiraku Clan, for that reason, to be familiar with medicine. The current imperial physician, for that matter, was Arisa's third uncle. Medicine concoction was a part of Arisa's study, on the same level if not higher with etiquette and economy. Arisa might not dedicate herself fully to studying medicine, but her ability to concoct medicine would be on par with some physicians in the capital. In secret, her grandfather sent a woman from his elite guard to teach Arisa poison as well. Poisons were generally frowned upon, but in fear of anyone in the clan might think to do harm to Arisa, she was taught the way of poison to complement her way of medicine.

It was normal for a daughter of the clan to be married off to strengthen the relationship between clans, but Arisa went through no such fate. When Honsei clan knocked on their door, her father instead put Arisa in charge of a small outpost far from the reach of the influential Honsei. Arisa, who had heard of the rumours of the lecherous heir of Honsei clan did not utter a single complain, but for a lady pampered from birth, the outpost with no entertainment was dull. And boring. She managed the medicinal trade route well, to and from the Holy Nation, but it was, nonetheless, dull. She wanted to return! But she didn't want to marry into the Honsei. It was also impossible for her to socialise with another clan out in the rural. Hm...

She could afford a business trip or two, right?

Arisa slumped against the desk. While this was a breach in proper conduct of a noble, Mio didn't even twitch an eye. She was long used to the loose behaviour of her mistress.

"Would you like for me to reserve a table in Lotus' Tip, my lady?"

A groan. Lotus' Tip was the only high end restaurant in Merkantile, but Arisa had gone there for months. She was familiar with all the dishes there, with all the music they played, and the regulars that came. In other words, it left her no more sense of thrill. She was bored. Arisa raised her head slightly from the table, peeking at the reports on her hand. Reports, reports, reports. Everything is well, the Glanstra are asking for more Fiery Pond Flower, please increase the limit on profit for Mint Grass... they were identical to last month report! She knew Grandfather chose Merkantile for her because it was peaceful but wasn't it too peaceful?!

"Mio, about the letter I sent to father..."

"The Clan Head's letter has yet to arrive, my lady," Mio answered respectfully, leaving Arisa dejected.

"Hm. You're dismissed for now."

With a bow, Mio retreated out of the room. The room was quite luxurious for the standard of an outpost town. Scented candle filled the room with aromatic jasmine scent. An ink painting hanged on the wall. Overall, it helped one to relax even in the most stressful work hour. The room, however, did not help Arisa eased her boredom. With a sigh, she stood up and exited the room. Today was market day, and several merchant carriages had arrived to open shop. Maybe she could find something interesting.

"Gorou, prepare the carriage," Arisa called for her loyal manservant who jumped to the task. "we will be going to the market."

Little did she know, the trip to the market would change her life forever.

BackstoryA wandering adventurer of all trades & lines of work. ‘Leondres Quinn Auxillius’ was born to a family of lesser nobility, constantly pushed by his parents to “try harder” - hoping to one day marry him off to a family of higher nobility. Leondres, on the other hand, had very different ideas of how he wanted to spend the rest of his life and one day, out of the blue Leondres packed whatever he could carry and trotted off. Leaving his family, and furthermore responsibilities behind. He had never been captured by the guards sent from his father to bring him back, and before long Leo had escaped the country. So, his long road of wandering began. Never staying in one place too long, Leondres tried his hand at many different trades and labor, finding success & fortune in all of them. On one of his numerous travels, he had been traveling to yet another city - unconsciously he found himself taking a wrong turn into a giant elaborate maze where through sheer luck alone, he made it through to the end. Making his first encounter with his now Familiar ‘Redd Hunter’.

His luck had brought him praise from all around wherever he went and it wouldn’t take long for this praise to get to his head. Giving himself the self-proclaimed title of ‘Luckiest Man Alive’, he travels from place to place, finding fame & fortune wherever he goes - he seeks to retain his luck for eternity through a fabled treasure. In one of his most recent exploits, he had been running a ring of thieves, which lived under the sewers of a Kingdom residing within the borders of the ‘Holy Nation’. This all went downhill, however, after Leo’s band of thieves had attempted to revolt against him and ultimately failing, but in the process also setting Leo back to square one. Now looking to once again set out to other lands, and find his opportunities for total fame & fortune elsewhere.

PersonalityCocky, egotistical, greedy, flirtatious & cowardly. He is a free-spirited adventurous sort, a risk-taker who actively seeks out opportunities across the open sea for fame & fortune. Extremely self-indulging, he lives every moment for personal enjoyment. Loves to showboat, he can never turn down a challenge - living for the thrill of winning each time and seeing the baffled reactions of those around him who witness his pure luck. Typically looks down on others and praises himself constantly. His reliance on his luck is also his downfall, without it, he is almost entirely useless. Somewhat of a pacifist, while he will often engage in open conflict with others he never delivers the final blow, usually making the excuse he prefers to rub it in their faces later down the line. Due to having never been defeated or lost a challenge (so far) Leondres has become overly confident in himself, likely to his own undoing.

Magical AbilitiesBorn with the ‘Blessing of Good Luck’ (as he calls it), Leo has magically passive luck which actively effects everything he does or can do, attributing just about all of his general success to his luck alone he has come to fancy himself a “jack of all trades”. Passing by illness or injury, with every lucky action Leo makes, or event that occurs from his sheer luck draining his overall willpower, and cutting into his ability to use Redd’s spells. Leondres has no ‘real’ control over how his luck operates, he must manage his daily actions carefully, with the luckier he gets the more willpower it drains. If his willpower has been depleted, Leondres loses his good luck and becomes completely mortal, making him extremely vulnerable to any potential threats due to his lack of any skill or inherent strengths and overall being rather useless without his luck, especially in combat situations.

Equipment“Mysterious Enchanted Dagger” - A memento of sorts that Leo had obtained in one of his more recent heists. An enchanted dagger of unknown properties, Leo is unaware of what its uses are and typically uses it like a normal dagger.

“Leo’s Lucky Compass” - A modified compass, useless to most people but when combined with Leo - points to a direction that is ‘the luckiest’, buuuuut alas, it does not always work and almost seems to have a will of its own.

Sitting across a round gambling table, the four disgruntled patrons had gone on an losing streak in several gambling games to a young & proud individual by the name of ‘Leondres Quinn Auxillius’, who was lounged back in his seat beaming with overconfidence and winnings almost stacked above his head “Come on now guys, I might be a stranger but I’m trustworthy! What’s that thing people have started saying? ‘Don’t have the game, hate the player’?”

Veins popping out in one of the patrons, ‘Mark', who had been losing the most money by far and was the largest of the group. Burst out from his seat and almost flipping the gambling table in the process “Ya tink’ I is stupid boy!? I know yer is doin’ someting fishy - I wan my pieces back or I’mma wring yer stupid little neck boy.” the man making unkindly hand gestures of things he was going to do, the other three looking to back him up and slowly rising up from their seats, Leo leaping out from, switching his stance behind it to potentially use it as a shield “Hey, hey! I already told you, I’m the luckiest guy around! It’s your fault for taking a chance against the master of chances!!” ‘Hey that’s a pretty good title..’

One after the other, as each of them attempted to get their hands on Leondres, each of them had either tripped, fell or bumped into another patron, quickly causing a riot inside the tavern. Leondres diverting, avoiding or ducking out of any harm that come his way before long the entire tavern had broke out into a brawl. Taking the winnings, and any other loose coin purses that were left lying around in the confusion, Leondres makes it out of the tavern unscathed, and a little richer than he was before…

Snickering to himself as he trotted off down the trail to the next land of opportunity that awaited him “Aaahhh, just another day for the wonderous, and soon-to-be glamorous life of Leondres Quinn Auxillius, THE MASTER OF CHANCES!!!....” pausing for a moment, placing his hand on his chin in a thoughtful gesture “Hrmmm, actually that doesn’t sound good at all...What was I thinking...Hrmm, well! Might as well keep thinking of something on road ahead! Okay….”

As he thought of what his self proclaimed title should be, ‘Leondres Quinn Auxillius’, the luckiest man, was yet again on the road - pursuing whatever adventures or chances for glory that waited ahead of him...

AppearanceAs a spirit, Ren has no gender and her true form is a nine-tailed fox. She usually wears the form of a beautiful woman, but could be seen in other forms like a handsome young man, a bright and innocent child, or a wealthy man depends on her target. Although her disguises are perfect, her tails are the first part to revert to their true form when she’s under pressure.

BackstoryEven in the world of familiars, the Far East Mountain was a place shrouded in mystery, tenfolded by the colorful stories of travelers. Though the accounts varied greatly between the tellers, one story stood out among the rest, the story about the mountain's guardian spirits – the nine-tailed fox disguised as beautiful women, men or children to lure oblivious travelers into their traps. Their motives varied between simple mischief to malevolence. Though bound by no oath nor god, the fox spirits were still hailed as natural protectors of the Far East Mountain for their immense power and knowledge among the local creatures.

But they are anything but predictable, the fox spirit named Ren was a particular whimsical one. While she often appeared in the form of a beautiful young girl, she had no gender nor true human form and would choose the most fitting presence for her target. Ren was still a young spirit of her kind, merely over two hundred years old. Her days were spent mostly stalking the gullible travelers with her mischievous tricks. But curious by nature, she would visit the settlements nearby to live among other familiars and messed with them from times to times. For years she would haunt households of familiars while wearing the form of their kind unnoticed. She would grant boons to those who pleased her and curses to the one failed to do so. Those mischiefs of hers invited all sorts of trouble to the Far East Mountain from the avengers seeking to lift their curse or to end the source once and for all.

When the nuisance she brought back could not be tolerated anymore, the fox spirits, from the golden fur over one thousand years old to the most fearsome of spirit gathered to put an end to the troublesome youth. After a longer than expected hunt, the fox spirit Renwas cornered and forced to abandon her freedom and live under the strict restriction by its elder until the day it ascends to the rank of celestial fox. The offer was less than acceptable for her, she was used to being free like the wind, being feared and respected by the plain folks, now they told her to sit obediently in the boring mountain until she’s one thousand of years old. But alas, her opinion was not asked in the process, and she spent a long time in captive until the days the key to her freedom arrived: the chance for any familiar to be the literal ruler of the world.

PersonalityThe nine-tailed fox spirits’ moral operate on a different plane than the average familiars, and way out there compared to human. Ren has no more set of rule to deal with her plaything than a child to their toy, her personality, however, is more in sync with the average folks than the others of her kind due to her extended time spent outside of their mountain. Despite her old age compares to human and the vast knowledge, experience, she is childish, hopeful, and always in the process of studying familiars and, later on, human.

Still, her pride is that of an ancient spirit, easily wounded and ready to bring curses upon the offender. It is, likewise, easy to earn forgiveness through offerings and worship. There are indeed certain likenesses between children and gods or old spirits. Coincidentally, Ren is also frightened of dogs, to point that her hidden tails would be exposed at the sight of a puppy.

Her abundant experience in mischiefs and tricks makes her a professional prankster, self-proclaimed title with a complimented skillset. Tricking others is her natural way of life, and her way to learn the nature of her targets, “through experiment” in her own words. A dedicate researcher indeed.

Attire: August is usually found wearing very fancy and colorful clothing, and although it looks tight, it's actually very flexible. Personality: A very joyful and happy boy. He loves to have fun and overall enjoy life to the fullest. A very friendly person, he's made plenty of friends back in his world. Although he likes to joke around and have fun, he isn't dumb and can see if a situation is dangerous and/or if it's best to retreat, though he does always try to befriend his attacker before fighting back.
Background: Born to an average family in Light's Rest, August spent his time playing with all the other kids and having fun, but as he grew older, he started noticing that everything wasn't all great and fun. Still, he continued having fun until it was announced that he'd participate in the trials. He was ecstatic as he realized that if he won, he could bring much more joy and fun to this world and make it less boring and gloomy.

Now in the human world, he's enjoying life and seeing all the new things he can find, as well as hoping that he could make some new human friends.

But what also lies in Haven Rock is an adventurers' guild called "Messiah's Hand". Rachelle Spatford is a middle-ranked, but highly respectable, guild member. But before she became what she is today, her past was full of trials and hardships.

Rachelle was born in the poorest section of the kingdom. She has a sister named Michelle and their parents are very abusive towards them. Their father is an alcoholic murdering thief and their mother is a gold-digging and deceiving harlot. The sisters took their parents' abuses and over time, they tolerated the pain and suffering. Their parents looked at them as disappointments and wished that they don't exist. Michelle could not bear the harsh life they are living in, but Rachelle remained strong and comforting towards her sister whenever she goes into a breakdown. But even the strong can sometimes be trampled.

At the age of 13, one night, their father came back home along with his friends. He tells them that they can "have fun" with the sisters for a large amount of money, and when he gets paid, Rachelle and Michelle ended up getting violated by them. This was the worst torture that they have ever received. They were left broken afterwards, especially Rachelle who was all strong and confident. They continue to get violated each and every night until the enforcers came and arrests their parents. The sisters were glad that they can no longer experience any more torture, but now they don't have anyone to take care of them.

This led them to live the rest of their lives as street urchins, but even the most busiest of districts can land the hardest of challenges. They get picked on by gangs for most of the time, leading them to either getting beaten up or verbally insulted. But then all changed once more. At the age of 15, the sisters witnessed a murder. The killer takes notice of them and is about to them out when a mysterious knight comes in. His armor doesn't look like the ones wore like the paladins and wields nothing but a shield. After taking down the killer, the knight looks down at the sisters and felt pity of their situation. He decided to take them in, finally giving the sisters a life they deserved.

The rest of their story goes along the lines of Rachelle being personally trained by the knight to become an adventurer and the sisters getting admitted to the Messiah's Hand Guild with Rachelle being an active adventurer and Michelle as the guild's receptionist.

PersonalityRachelle is a hardened warrior that takes her job very seriously. She is seen as a stoic yet scary person, but one should have the upmost respect to her due to her skill and prowess. While she is shown to maintain her cool, she sometimes shows emotion unless needed to. She doesn't mind being with others so long as they are not idiots during a quest, because if they are, she will not hesitate to give them and brutal beating.

But deep down inside of her is a heart of gold. While very blunt on the outside, inside she is a caring person. This is evident in her relationship with Michelle as she sees her as something very precious and is overprotective of. But not only that, however, she is also very quick to fluster when she is being complimented, much like a tsundere would react.
Combat SkillsBeing trained under the knight that saved her and her sister, Rachelle is proficient in wielding many weaponry from swords to axes to spears to lances. However, for most of the time, she fights with nothing but her shield and fists. This is because the knight taught her that anything can be a perfect pair for the shield, no matter what weapon it is.

EquipmentA standard-looking rounded shield, which can also be used as a throwing weapon. The edges around are very sharp and it packs a ton of weight due to the reinforced plates that can take on a number of blows. This makes it the perfect weapon for someone who takes weapons to pait up with.
SampleThe woods outside of the kingdom are known to be very dark in the night. It is a great place to make hideouts for bandits. Rachelle has taken up a quest to infiltrate a bandit hideout and rescue the daughter of a noble. She may be alone and with only a shield as her weapon, but she is something one should be careful of.

After she reaches the hideout, she hides under the brushes and starts counting how many bandits are in patrol. "One...two...three...four...five...six. There are six of them on guard and I think the leader is inside that tent. I better act fast or Michelle might get worried." Rachelle thought. The guarding bandits are placed in all sections of the tent. However, Rachelle finds a blind spot in one of them. She picks up a small pebble and throws it in front of the bandits. One of them takes notice of the pebble that was dropped in front of him. As he went to pick it up, Rachel takes the opportunity to grab and drag him into the bush, quietly and smoothly. With the bandit now in her grasps, she proceeds to snap his neck, killing him but the action made quite a ruffling noise loud enough for the rest to take notice. They all approach the ruffling bush, only for them to suddenly get attacked by Rachelle and none of them stood a chance against her skill with the shield.

After they have been slaughtered, Rachelle takes a deep breath as she goes inside the tent and meet up with their leader. By the time she meets up with the leader, Rachelle felt disgusted; the leader is seen violating the noble's daughter. This sight alone angers her. "Huh?! Who the hell are you?!" The leader asked, only for Rachelle to throw her shield at him and in turn, slices off his head. "Disgusting...purely disgusting..." Rachelle says, and when the leader's body falls, she goes up to the captive and says "Put some clothes on, we're getting out of here."

- AppearanceA lightish brown in complexion, black hair tied up in dreads, while not layered in muscle Bruk's body is still pretty fit due to all of his running around. Sandalled shoes, and cotton pants and shirt, Bruk also wears goggles to magnify his vision and protect his eyes. He carries a belt full of pouches that usually hold a material of tiny ingredients designed for Alchemy. A satchel can often be found that he carries a notebook used to document and look up varying ingredients. His arms and legs also hold rune symbols, a method of spellcraft he adopted in Egypt used to help channel the flow of mana to bring about desired effects so speech casting could be foregone. And finally a poncho is often something he can be seen wearing, magically enchanted to protect him from rain, snow, and can take and absorb heavy hits or arrows, bouncing them off till its taken too much and begins to wear and tear.
  
  BackstoryIt began with his mother then progressed into a general interest of the abilities and solutions magic could provide.
  
  From a young age Bruk came to understand the difficulties in life. One did not simply leave in luxury in times of strife and for the capital trade hub of the city Avarid, the same could be said as well. Ruled by a noble class of Egyptian aristocrats, the country of Egypt practised one primary form of magic and this aas Enchantry. Everything you could think of that was specially crafted by mages was enchanted. From clothes, to weapons, armor to cloaks. It was a nation that thrived in defensive measures and Avaris was one of the capital trading centers that made the mula for the nation. The issue was the sickness that filled the land when war and conflict struck mercilessly and to curb such a problem, end civil violence and stop domestic uprisings against those in power- the nation needed healers. And good ones like Adeazo Dazu, his mother- were hard to find.
  
  Whisked away to Egypt for hope of a better life Bruk came to find a fascination in magic. His mother was a skilled healer and this skill was nutured from years of servitude instilled into her from a young age. She could touch someone and know the severity of their pains and figure out the necessary concotions that could easily heal them or mitigate the pain. She was gifted in her own right, and it was this very gift that made her well known in the village districts of Avaris.
  
  At age 11 and from then onwards Bruk became the assistant to his mother after conflict with invaders from the east, Imperial Dragons and Zeniths of the middle eastern region swarmed to gain access to a part of the metallurgy wealth hidden within the earth's soil. Pain and suffering, peace and rest teeteres dangerously and in order to help- Adeazo took it upon herself to lead doctors and healers in the means of limiting causalties, all while his father -an Alp- made his way to the front lines in Alexanderia to curb and erase the pirates, pillagers and invaders that sought a piece of land and disturbed the peace of his family.
  
  The world and its difficulties and pleasantries opened Bruk's eyes the first day he began aiding his kind mama. And after a day helping with hydration to the weak and injuried, Bruk found a passion burn in his soul. A passion to help those in need.
  
  He worked and studied hard. First in the art of Alchemy, then in the practice of Conjuration at 15. For hours in dawn to the time of late afternoon he would support his mother and other healers in their work. Travelling from city to city, aiding those who needed it and growing to detest those who felt entitled to it because they felt it was their right.
  
  Everything changed that day nine months ago in the heart of Memphis, when a sudden conflict broke lose and shook the city to its foundations with the attack of Libyan and Nigerian rogue tribes and invaders-- and the day things changed was the day life would never trul be the same.
  
  PersonalityHumility begins at home and Bruk has learned, humility is best served with a box on his ears. Overconfidence and foolish arrogance due to his mother and father no longer exist like it had in youth. What was lost was replaced with humbleness and a confidence in his skill and capabilty that no longer bordered on annoying.
  
  Kindness and altruistic, service and having a sense of duty means more to Bruk than you could possibly understand. All he knows is purpose and without something to do he becomes antsy and restless. Pacing up and down to distract himself. Despite his kind nature and gentle tones, Bruk holds his father's cautious nature and never forgets a first impression. He is unafraid to hold people accountable to their word and is bold when confronting those that do foolish or questionably moral acts for selfish gains but in most scenarios he will always ask questions first, instead of throwing a fist out early.

- SampleThere was a rumble. Idevra could feel it as her ears perked and twitched, catching the sound of feet in the distance.
  
  "What is wrong, Idevra?"
  
  "Someone approaches." The feline communicated.
  
  "Should we be prepared?" the healer asked, grabbing the hilt of his dagger.
  
  The feline did not respond but her eyes did narrow as she stared off into the distance.
  
  "It is the woman from before." Her voice sounded surprised and at the same time just a little aggravated. Tail no longer waving and claws extending the feline glared, her ears splaying to the sides.
  
  Fumbling for his spyglass Bruk pulled it out of a patch and extended the item to see who his companion spoke of. His jaw dropped and he stared in confusion at the woman who approached them.
  
  "Ira" the name left his lips, still unsure of how he knew the name he spoke. Snapping out of his daze he blinked and tried to get a understanding on the current situation.
  
  Why was she here? Why follow us? What did she want? a sense of unease bubbled to the surface and Idevra who could sense the anxiety within her contractor growled an aggressive growl that alerted Bruk to a terrible outcome if the tension building was allowed to burst.
  
  He decided to take the initiative, and moved swiftly oast Idevra who stood surprised as she watched her contractor go. "Wait! What are you doing?" she called through their mental link in nearly a shout.
  
  Saying nothing Bruk approached the woman that accidentally saved his life.

- AppearanceLong flowing silver hair and silver tattoos in pale skin. These tattoos vanish when she is not using her magic and glow when she is. Wearing nothing but her robes and regalia, Ira often moves with simple sandals night black robes with single marking on the sleeves.
  
  Her eyes change color to an ominous reddish-orange glow when she uses magic also but take on a sickly green with her pupils turning a dark purple when enraged. Her skin tone takes on a reddish tinge as well and in most cases horns, wings, a tail and fangs will appear. She hides this form of hers with transformation- and takes the guise of a normal woman of albino complexion who appears to be in her mid to late 20s.
  
  BackstoryThe House of Cul was the most noble house of demonic wretches and Ira was the descendant of the Fletcher, the head of Cul.
  
  To rule in this hellish landscape and maintain power against the chaotic entities they shared an existence with required the strength of domiance and subjugation and it was through these ways that Ira found her training begin as the heiress to the Cul nobility. The 4th daughter of sixteen children, nine males and seven females, conflict for the seat was not abnormal but where she lacked the physical strength her siblings boasted, Ira made up for with knowledge. Becoming a sorceress in her own right, acting meek and submissive while her siblings fought amongst themselves and picked sides with other noble houses. Fracturing and destroying work that took eons to build in the span of just a few years. Pitting themselves against each other in a pathetic display of dominance by taking from what little the people of the upper world had.
  
  Even going as far as to challenge Fletcher himself and take the throne from his power once his death had been delivers by Igorwroth the 6th son, later dethroned by Ian the 1st son.
  
  Conflict and survival was like bread and water.Then one day Ira rose, laying waste to her siblings. Taking allies in the fleshy mortals that lived above, and increasing her strength with numbers and imbuing those numbers with vast wealth of knowledge to take what had been stolen. She hunted her siblings down, sided with and then betrayed others, and slew their allies with their enemies and at the end of it all, took her seat upon her father's throne. Restoring the order of the Lower Crust. And crowning herself Empress with a cold caustic stare.
  
  The last Cul of Fletcher, the weakest Cul of all, was the one to win it all.
  
  For four centuries she ruled, watchful and careful. Till one day a challenger of Izvan, a son of her 2nd half brother, rose with his brethern, the Fallen Spawns of Cul rose with the persecuted nobles she had sent into hiding and attempted to seize control of her position.
  
  A bitter war was fought for seven long bloody years in the Lower Crust. The Fallen Spawns lost many, but for every one damned soul they lost there was a frenzy that empowered them and made their actions more daring. More desperate.
  
  On the seventh year, Ira had suffered too much. Faith in her power had dwindled, she began losing followers. Began losing her grip-- and possibly would have died had it not been for that fateful call that wripped her from her home and dragged her into the world of Earth she found herself in.
  
  PersonalityObservant, confident, demanding, callous, extravagant; these are the words best to describe the one they call the Heartless Queen. She is a woman of confidence and tolerates little humor. She can be demanding when she does not get her way. Angry when she is looked at in any manner that might be percieved as less than what she expects.
  
  Her patience is high despite how this may sound, but she can be gravely serious and given her time and where she is from it is no wonder why. Kindness is not an expectancy it is a manipulation tactic. To use emotion against the emotional, that is the key. Ira has few allies, few she trusts, but much confidence in her skill. It is her greatest strength, and her greatest weakness.

  Chorís ória: Levitation and Flight; Can levitate herself and fly. It is a tiring feat to perform with no rest so she prefers to walk.
  
  Ourano Stavio: Creates a wall barrier, a dome force field, or a shield of some kind to take damage and block attacks. Can only be done when near Ira and cannot be projected at long distances

  Apparatus: A teleportation spell that allows travel so long as Ira or her wielder can see where they want to go with their own eyes.
  
  Matia Psemata: An illusion spell thay projects the image of those Ira has in mind. She can only project people or objects and if they are touched the illusion shatters.

- SampleThe sun burned and the heat was deathly. Dazed and confused, perhaps even a little scared, Ira focused to regain her wits.
  
  Weapons littered here and there. The sand was stained red, grains enriched with the precious liquid of life blood. It is a battlefield her mind immediately told her through the haze and stress of pain that racked her body.
  
  She had been teleported into a battlefield. But where was the battle?
  
  Surrounded by bodies here and there, Ira rose and blearly blinked to right her vision. Figures stood in the distance. Her senses tingled and warned of impending doom directly in front of her.
  
  Surrounded-- no, in front of me. The scent of death lingered in the air and Ira wondered why everything felt so strange.
  
  Her vision clearing she saw the remains of a burning village. Battle could be heard echoing in the distance. Metal on metal violence being commited elsewhere from afar- but none of that mattered. She didn't care about that, what she cared about was her situation.
  
  She blinked and found her vision a bit clearer. Again a muffled voice shouted at her, other voices yelled. Threatening, fearful. Angry. The shouting ceased when a command was ordered in front or maybe behind-- directions had become flipped and her left was difficult to tell from her right-- she moved and was hit with a wave of vertigo. Collapsing to her knees she clutched her head.
  
  "Sayidati!" she heard a voice call.
  
  She sensed movement. Her senses tingled with danger levels rising and she turned her attention behind her to see the cause, only to have her eyes widen.
  
  An army. Battered and bruised she found herself watching 30 maybe 35 men with spears wrapped in leather skin for grip. They stood back- cautious, wary, surprisrd, scared. Some dragged wounded allies away and it was in this moment that Ira noticed the hardened ground around her. The way some of the sand had turned red, almost but not quite becoming glass. The crater she'd made was not deep but was a crater that had scorched the land and slaughtered several men in it's sudden appearance.
  
  She turned her head to the otherside and saw teenagers. Some young adults. Others old men, brandishing cutlasses and machetes. Few wore armor the rest were undoubtedly civils engaged in a guerilla tactic.
  
  The person that was furthest from that group, closest to her was a man with goggles. And his contracted servant stared with wide eyes and a jaw-dropped toothy maw.
  
  Rak for once had nothing to say. His contractor stood beside him, eyes fixed on her. Fear in them. A fear she did not recognize.
  
  An order was shouted and a painful sensation of foreboding travelled through Ira's mind. She rose swiftly, trying to ignore the passing nausea and as she did a glow emitted from the item held firmly in Bruk's hand.
  
  "Kill the witch!" the enemy commander bellowed. "The witch must die, kill the witch and honor our brethern who have fallen to her. For ZENITH!"
  
  "FOR US ALL!"
  
  Spears were dropped by those in the back and arrows were loaded. One soldier of the village town shouted instructions to take cover. He glanced at Bruk once, made a move to helo but then watched an arrow land just at his foot.
  
  He turned leaving the healer to his fate.
  
  "Why isn't it working?" Ira hissed. Frustrated as she called her magic to teleport and be away. But try as she might her magic wouldnt work and she hissed cursed in anger at the clever plan her advesaries had played on her. Banishing her to this realm with no magic was a sentence worse than death.
  
  The gem glowed brighter and Bruk noticed it with Rak's violent shaking and pointing in the direction. He rose, stumbling. And stared at the item that had caught his attention. It glowed, words flashed into his mind"s eye. Burning into his retinas, rearranging synapses. The word left his lips just as an army launched their deathly arrow assault.
  
  "...Expello..."
  
  Ira felt power flood through her. Power fueled by her confusion, fueled by her moment of cowardice and helpnesses at such fear. Anger burned within her chest and filled her eyes with a maddening glow. Markings seared on her snow white skin, glowed and she began to radiate a nasty green glow. Stepping forward, her hands glowed an ominous green. She channeled this energy, spread it through her body as the arrows closed. Turning herself into a silhouette shrouded in ghastly green energy. Then without mercy, she fired.
  
  The effect was instant even though men had raised their shields. Arrows were shattered, stopped dead in their tracks. The ground trailed a groove along the dirt following the blast of her powerful repelling spell. It slammed into the enemy. Pushing them with a force so great shields were ripped out of hands, breaking wrists or wripping through the metal made devices. Slamming into meaty bodies and turning them to pulp with savage destruction. Screams died in crushed wind piped, fell to deaf ears and were carried away by wind, blown back bodies hurled backwards by sheer force and pressure.
  
  The world in front of her becime caked in mangled bodies and a dust storm of sand.
  
  Then she collapsed. Falling to the ground. Her fury and energy spent. And that same voice shouting "Sayidati!"

BackstoryThe son of the Leader of the Ssu-ling Celestial Dragon clan, and future heir. Aka is a kind soul, who took great pride in his clan name. However, his father always dreamed of ruling their world. So knowing he would one day enter the trial for the king he pushed him harder, and harder. In hopes that he would be prepared when the battle came. However, Aka was never fond of the idea of battle. He hated the idea of hurting anyone or anything. He would only ever go so far as self-defense when it came to a fight. Never picking them, or striking someone first. But his father always insisted upon him training his body, and mind for the battle. Demanding the best from his eldest son. But he only wished to hang out with his friends and enjoy life. But he was also a very loyal son. So he did as his father told him. This caused strife between him and his brother. Who believed he could succeed in his brother's place. His brother grew jealous and angry of the favor his father showed him.

One night Aka was doing some late night training as his father had asked when his brother consumed by a strange dark energy approached him. He spouted cruel words about how their father loved Aka more, and that he would never truly be able to fulfill fathers wishes. He spoke of how he would become king, and gain their fathers love. He seemed completely different from his quiet content self he had been when he was younger. He seemed different even from the person he had been the day before. It was almost as of he was possessed by some sort of demon. He attacked Aka, who only defended against his brother. Not wishing to harm him. Even with his superior skill his reluctance to fight face his younger brother the opportunity he needed. He stabbed his brother with the katana he had taken from their father's study. Aka was shocked, as was his younger brother Seiryu. He seemed terrified by his actions. He pulled away running from his brother and leaving the katana behind.

Injured Aka made his way to hfather'sers study, using the katana as a crutch of sorts. When he entered hfather'sers study he heard a strange sound coming from within. He opened it to see his father laying in a puddle of his own blood, and a fire had been started. He ran to his father, holding him in his arms, and weeping as the fire roared around them. It was then that he heard his brothers voice. He turned to see his brother with several guards. He screamed pointing at him as the flames grew higher, "GET HIM! HE KILLED OUR FATHER! HE KILLED THE CLAN LEADER!" That was all he needed to say. The guards slowly approached him. But Aka quickly jumped through the flames, through the window of his father's study. He ran for several days, and nights. Being chased by his former friends, and family. It wasn't until he feel into a river, and was washed into a small village that he escaped his hunters. The river had washed away his scent, and the villagers found him unconscious on the bank of the river. He was nursed back to health by the village Doctor. But he knew he couldn't stay long. So after a few weeks to recover he went on his way. Saying goodbye to his new friends, and started his life as a wanted man. Constantly avoiding the law, and bounty hunters. He never fought if he wasn't forced to, and eventually found the time for the trial had come. Having lost everything he knew this was his chance to make things right. He wasn't sure who had manipulated his brother. But he wouldn't allow him to get away with it.

PersonalityNormally a kind and caring person Aka enjoys his time among nature. He finds animals, and children much easier to get along with than grown humans. He doesn't enjoy battling, and his only goal coming into this war was to save his brother, and clear his name. However he soon found that whenever faced with an enemy he would be overcome by a odd rage, and thirst for battle. Something most likely put in place to make sure he participated in battle. Even so his incredible will power can sometimes be enough to prevent him from hurting those who get caught up in battle. He is far to proud to allow himself to be controlled by someone else. So he constantly fights the rage within. Hoping he can last long enough to fix what was destroyed, and not hurt anyone if possible.

AppearanceViera is the embodiment of elegance and seduction. Her long flowing white hair, captivating golden eyes and pale skin paint the ideal fair maiden. When not in combat she is often found wearing elegant and stylish clothing. Ornate cocktail dresses are the norm with fashionable commoner's clothing when required. There is an air of dignity and poise that surrounds her with every movement she makes seeming calculated and controlled. A predatory glint can always be found in her eyes to accompany her silky smile.

BackstoryBorn in one of the few areas that could still be considered a Kingdom, Viera was the daughter of the nation's rulers. Their nation paled in comparison to Light's Rest, nothing more than some entity to ignore in the far expanses of the frontier. Nevertheless they sought dominion over the majestic city. And so Viera was raised with that mindset, to expand their nation's might and see the downfall and annexation of Light's Rest. As she grew older she quickly came to realize the futility of this endeavor. The Light was so far beyond their reach they may as well have been trying to grasp the very sun itself. This realization caused her to take her lessons and upbringing far less seriously. Indeed she was content to simply revel in their little puddle of control. And revel she did for between her own innate abilities as well as her royal authority she held near absolute power over her realm.

With the passing of her parents she became the ruler in their stead. She spent her days managing her empire, ensuring that it ran as smoothly as it could. While hardly the best ruler the people had ever seen, Viera spent considerable effort to ensure her dominion was something to take pride in. She knew she could never seize Light's Rest as her own, but she was determined to ensure her lands could at least rival it's brilliance. These days of rule continued on, seeing her little meager nation continue to grow and prosper until the day came when a dream long forgotten once again appeared before her. A game, a fight, to become the ruler of Light's Rest. As much as she liked to think she had abandoned that notion long ago, the prospect was too good to pass up. And so, leaving the rule of her empire in the hands of her trusted advisors she went forth to compete. She could finally achieve the dream her people have held for generations.

PersonalitySeductive and calculating, Viera is a natural born leader and manipulator. She is a confidant woman who thoroughly enjoys making others dance to her tune. She will flirt and tease others to get a reaction out of them and make use of her own attributes to lure those into obeying her every whim. She isn't all tease, though, as she is serious when dealing with official matters. Her loyalty to her land and it's people are second to none and she takes her role as the leader of her people with the utmost seriousness.

While she can not be considered an evil woman she is certainly lacking in morals and empathy. She has a very callous mind towards suffering in general and will not hesitate for even a moment to end someone's life should they pose a threat to her people. Her willingness to punish those who step out of line is not limited to enemies of the Empire as she is more than willing to deal with her own advisors on the rare occasion it's warranted. Overall she cares for the Empire and those who inhabit it and will strive to protect it, even from itself.

SampleThe quiet clacking of heels striking the stone floors echoed throughout the halls of the castle. They drew ever closer to the main hall, the occupants within all turning their attention to the corridor the sound came from. They raised their weapons, readied their stances, and prepared. They knew they were the invaders. They knew the rumors of their targets strength. They came prepared and were ready to strike her down. The rhythmic clacking seemed almost ear-piercing as the woman finally came into view. Her long dress trailing along the ground behind her, but a keen observer would note it was held just slightly above the floor's surface. The woman came to a stop at the entrance, her arms folded under her chest as her golden eyes scanned the great hall. "My, to have so many visitors so late in the evening. Were it not for the reason of your visit I would be overjoyed." Her voice echoed melodically throughout the chamber. Beneath the sultry sincerity there was an unmistakable sarcastic tone.

Her gaze drifted over to the opposite entrance to the hall where the bodies of several armor-clad individuals lay. Blood pooled around their unmoving forms, staining their white armor a vile crimson. The sight brought a small frown to her lips as she turned her gaze to the apparent ring-leader. "It is rather impolite to come into someone's home announced and murder her beloved guards." Her tone grew colder, her expression stoic as the men before her began to spread out and encircle her. Their silence caused her to let out a loud sigh, closing her eyes as she shook her head at the annoying display. "Surely you must have some reason to come after me like this." She once again turned her gaze on the leader, searching for some kind of response. At long last the man spoke up. "We know you plan on competing for Light's Rest. We came to stop you." Viera perked a brow at the response and stared at the man for several long moments, as if waiting for him to continue. "Is that all? You lot storm my kingdom, defile my home, and slay my men all for that? And what of all the other competitors? Have you sent them equal forces? I hope you did not single me out for some misguided reason." She glanced off to the side as she realized something, quickly adding to her statement. "Not that it matters, given none of you will be leaving this place with your lives." She turned her ice-cold gaze to the leader, her threat prompting the men to all strike.

Those with ranged abilities cast them, those who focused on melee combat charged. And then, everything froze. Time seemingly came to a still. Projectiles floating mid flight. The warriors frozen in place with their weapons ready to strike. Everything fell silent once more. That was, until, the fluttering of cloth filled the great hall as Viera lowered an arm to her side, holding it with her other hand as she looked across the men. With a small bemused huff she strode over to the leader, trailing her hand along his face as she circled around behind him. She couldn't help but smirk as his eyes followed her movements. Coming up behind him she draped her arms over his shoulders and rested her chin upon his shoulder. "Did you expect a different outcome?" Her voice was but a whisper in his ear as she looked at the frozen encirclement around her previous position. "It takes a strength far beyond anything you could muster to challenge me, I'm afraid." Her grin widened as she felt a subtle movement coming from the man. Her taunting prompting him to renew his fight against her hold. Ah, how weak a man's ego truly is.

Still, it was admirable that he was able to move at all in his current state. "Now now, struggle all you wish. I will never let you go. Not until you have paid for the sin of killing my men." Truthfully she had intended to just kill them all and be done with it. But her fury over their transgression wouldn't be quenched by something so simple. And this man's continued struggle deserved something more appropriate. His men, however? "To start, I believe I will repay your kindness with that of my own." The living statues all began to compress. Their armor denting inwards, their weapons shattering, their entire form being crushed from all sides. Small groans of pain managed to slip out here and there, the pressure causing their limbs to twist and break as they were folded in on themselves. Slowly the several dozen men were reduced to nothing more than cannon-ball sized round spheres of metal and flesh. The sight left the leader panting for breath, his eyes filled with terror. "Shhhhh, calm down. Calm down." She gently cooed into his ear, bringing a hand up to caress his cheek. "Do not worry. You will not suffer such a fate." She pulled back, releasing the man as she turned to exit the chamber. "No, your fate will be far worse. Those that lead carry the burden of responsibility for the actions of their subordinates. It is only fitting you carry the burden of their repentance as well." With that she walked out of the chamber, the clacking of her heels slowly dimming leaving only silence to descend on the man still frozen in place.

AppearanceOctavia normally prefers light clothing and is very comfortable being barefooted. Her scarf is said to be made of one hundred leaves and stems. The stump of what used to be her right arm is covered in bandages, which she can magically convert it into her signature wooden arm. Said arm is made out of the toughest wood of the Familiar world which can rival steel.

BackstoryBorn as Ophelia Valkuriya von Linsberg, she is the daughter of one of Light's Rest's high nobles. When she was young, she have grown to appreciate the royal lifestyle, but as time passes, she has become bored with it. A sense of adventure was developed from that boredom, giving her the desire to experience life outside the city. However, her parent's refused her, fearing that something bad might happen if she ever goes out. But when she reached her early teens, she thinks it is now time to go.

One night, Octavia snuck out of the household and out of the city. This is where she regrets her decision. A black beast chases her down. When she got cornered, the beast has its jaws on her right arm and brutally yanks it off. This was the worst pain she have ever felt. As she is so close to bleeding out, someone came in and vanquishes the beast; a voodoo priestess from a sacred land. She took Octavia in her tent and treated her wounds. That experience left a grave scar in her mind, but the preistess assures that she will grow out of it.

By the next day, news of her disappearance has been spread. Octavia needed to go back, but the priestess tells her not to. She predicts that upon her return, everyone would have thought she is dead. Octavia shrugs it and runs off back to the kingdom. However, upon her arrival, the priestess' prediction came true; people know that she is dead. Devastated, Octavia went back to the priestess, now with no where else to go to. That is where the priestess mentions about another world where humans and familiars live side-by-side. Octavia decides that she will take up a new life in the other world and see what kind of experience she will get from it.

PersonalityOctavia is a sassy hot-blooded warrior full of pride and loves to show off her amazing talents. Her tolerance is so low that even the slightest annoyance ticks her off. She has no idea what patience means and always tends to charge in straight first without even thinking. Overall, she is very much stupid, but she ain't dumb. She can find studies boring, but fighting is something that she enjoys and is very much smart in the ways of combat.

As someone's familiar, she is fiercely loyal to her master, but her stupidity tends to lose his/her trust. Other than that, she is also very friendly and deeply values life. But not all good people can remain good. In the heat of a fight, should she wishes to get "dangerous", she has this "dark will" which can be characterized by small black flames in her pupils. This dark will symbolizes her killing intent and during that state, she barely speaks and is driven to kill her opponents no matter what it takes. However, she can only show this to those who deserve to die.

She has a habit of yelling "Ora!" when she attacks, especially when it involves delivering a series of rapid punches.

IncantationsGive Life-Allows her to convert any inanimate object into a living being. This ranges from animals, plants, and even body parts. When it comes to animals however, she can only convert small ones because the time of convertion is minimal than converting larger ones, which takes a load of time.

Heal-The most fundamental spell of the priests. It allows Octavia to heal injuries by touch. However, the time it takes to fully heal depends on how critical the injury is. This spell cannot heal diseases however, and even poisoning.

Future Spells:

Life Bullet-By delivering a life force-infused punch, the opponent's senses greatly enhance and his thought process accelerates to a high degree. However, the sudden boost of consciousness was so fast that the opponent's body did not catch up, leading him to an out-of-body experience. Plus, with his senses enhance, that means his feeling of pain intensifies.

Life Detector-A passive spell when she reaches a certain point. This allows her to detect the life forces of people, great for knowing where the enemy will make a sneak attack.

[B]Octavia Requiem[/B]-A transformation of mystery, only told by stories. This "spell" requires a certain artifact to conduct with. It is unknown what kind of feats this transformation grants for there are no certain accounts of such. Let me assure to you that Octavia will not be the [B]most broken [/B]Familiar once this spell is in play.

Other SkillsHer fighting style is an emulated version of the Celestial Dragon clan's martial art. It may not be like the original, but she can make it up with the coordination of her master, spells, and being clever. Other than that, she enjoys wood carving, painting, and singing (albeit she is very horrible with it).
Sample"KYAAAAAAAH!" Michelle screamed as she is being held hostage by an armed robber, knife pointed at her face. The terrifoed crowd around her could not do anything and even the authorities can't get near to her. "Sir!" One of them spoke "Let go of the girl or you will face dire consequences." The robber did not say a word as he tighten his grip on Michelle. All seemed to be hopeless until someone steps out from the crowd. Michelle looks at the person and recognizes her. "Octavia!" She yelled, recognizing her as her sister Rachelle's familiar. "Don't worry Michelle, I got you." She says before glancing over to the authorities and say "Don't you guys worry, I got this. Just sit back and watch."

Octavia takes a step forward and the robber says "Get back! Or the girl gets it!" Octavia let's out a smug smirk and asks "Yeah right. Threatening to stab someone is such a cliche move. You don't even have the guts to do it knowing that the authorities are all around you." She takes another step and the robber is not going to have it. "Stand back!" The robber yelled, but Octavia kept on going, getting herself closer and closer. "I'm warning you, step ba-" The robber had his knife pointed at Octavia, goving her the chance to grab his arm with her wooden hand and crushing it. The robber screams in pain, forcing him to let go of Michelle.

"ORA!" Octavia yelled as she lifts the robber up and slams him hard on the ground, knocking him out cold. As the authorities take the robber, Michelle looks up to Octavia and says "T-Thank you..." She looks at Michelle, her face flushed red and say "Oh...uh...yeah, no problem."

AppearanceAdorned primarily with leather from top to bottom, aside from a partial section of fine silk tarping her stomach and pelvic region. It's safe to say that she isn't one for completely dressing herself with multiple layers of clothing, neither is she accustomed to outfitting herself with very protective armor! This could be affiliated with her laughably enormous gloves that act almost like 'boulders' that are concealing her hands, wearing any other armor on top of these would ensure a very defensive strategy but it would also restrict her mobility, practically opening her up to any kind of attack that the enemy has prepared for her.

Deriving from a bustling village subsisting of 'somewhat' anthropomorphic feline creatures known as the 'Zephyr', it's almost to be expected to see all of them featuring minor relations of their fur-covered ancestors! Albeit, omitting the remark that they may be known for any hairs consisting on their skin, these Zephyr are familiarized from the supple pair of ears located atop their heads. Apart from this being an uncanny resemblance to our everyday cat companions, Sevanna's race is dissimilar in many ways! For example, they do not actually have 'tails' although Sevanna herself almost always has her own makeshift tail attached to her backside which gives the false impression of another appendage, yet rather than only being for appearance sake it's actually an extraordinary utility that cleverly assists in latching onto man-made structures, various trees, and even prey that gets ensnared within the infrangible rope-esque material.

Lastly, Sevanna's trenchant gloves that are fully concealing her hands are actually removeable! At least, that's only if she has someone that can help pull them off her hands! Strange as may sound these distinctive armaments actually harness surrounding oxygen, replacing the vacuum of space located inside the gauntlets with a bountiful amount of suctioning air that makes them completely bound to her hands/arms.

Inconvenient as they are when traveling for long distances, she absolutely refuses for anyone to take them off unless they're someone she trusts!
(This applies to both Humans or Familiars, they must have her confide a significant amount of faith in them.)

BackstoryChildhood
Introduced into a 'Feline' pack known as the Zephyrs, Sevana was an only child that was devoid of any relatives who had apparently vanished without so much as a trace from their village. It's unexplained as to why this had happened or where they had fled off to but it's been rumored that they were seeking to branch out from their confined community so they could experience the outside world and everything that it had to offer. This perspective was sought to be a negative way of thinking as most Zephyr had a strong opinion about outsiders, it was a firm opinion that was ingrained into their culture, those that were non-Zephyr were believed to be influencing their own ideology on tribe and were trying to ‘destroy’ their culture, it’s unsurprising to see why that many perceived the act of leaving to be a traitorous act on their kind. Because of her parent’s decision, their offspring is regularly seen as the 'Black Sheep' of the town, this factor made establishing relationships of any kind a complete nightmare and it didn't take long for her to realize that gaining a 'true' friend was virtually impossible because of the shameless act of treachery committed a few years ago. As a result of this, it was inevitable that she'd have a relatively unpleasant childhood composed of ceaseless bullying from peers and kids alike, Sevana's only true time spent as a 'child' was when she had the time to escape from her tormentors, isolating herself in the village’s abandoned hut, it was a remote little straw composed structure that was near the outskirts of town and many have claimed that it was supposedly haunted by the dead ancestors of the Zephyr! Alas, it was only a fictitious rumor serving only to ward off those curious enough to enter, ironically it was the safest place she could think of as nobody would dare intrude inside the house.

As for the origin surrounding it being 'cursed' or 'haunted'? That was merely an exaggerated fabrication created by those that would hear the strange noises resonating from the hut late at night, an ear-quivering cry that would send those wandering in the dead of night into a panic before running away. Surprisingly these horrifying 'screeches' didn't reveal any kind of deceased entities or anything of the sort but instead a small family of Barn Owls that had taken shelter inside of the makeshift house, it managed to keep them dry from the occasional downpours that would come across their forest’s remote village, not to mention it kept them safe from any predators wanting to use them as a tasty snack! Amusing as it may sound, these nocturnal birds actually served as a replacement for friends while growing up, Sevana would commonly 'speak' to these Owls by mimicking their voices and she would usually play with them by teasing them with little sticks to toy around with, although that’s just one of the little games she’d play with them. Her odd friendship with these spritely animals was seemingly everlasting and she was even to form a bond with them after spending most of her years of adolescence with them, making them almost like special pets in a way! Aside from her devoting time with these newfound buddies of hers, not everything was so lackadaisical as those appointed to serve as guardian figures and look after the parentless child, they were also tasked with instructing, most of these teachings had involved things that you’d teach a warrior!

It wasn’t much to her liking but she had no choice in the matter, elders of the Zephyr had given them the sole objective of molding her into some a warrior until she had reached the stages of adulthood and was able to be submitted into ‘actual’ training, before then most of her early tutelage was made up of foraging, craft, and mainly hunting for small things like rabbits, hurting small creatures was by far the most distasteful thing she had to do, they said that it could help improve her tracking skills which she'd gotten pretty good at! That and it would teach her how to survive, she didn’t understand how ‘killing’ would help her but as much as she hated it, Sevana was bound to do it out of fear of exile from her ‘clan’. Even with the training she had received, this did not prepare her for the actual grueling drilling that would fully develop her into a formidable warrior! She still is able to remember the aching of her muscles that rarely shows up to serve as a memory of the physical pressure her and others were put under in order to prove themselves until they attained the ranking of a Zephyr warrior.

Adulthood
Upon graduating and having her duties assigned, Sevana’s initial days of maturity consisted of conserving the independence of their land, albeit nothing too ‘extraordinary’ has happened in her days of doing this unless you count the occasional hungry predator that would stroll on by, sometimes without so much as a passing glance, in seldom circumstances would these vicious animals ever try to attack inhabitants but when this occurred she and the others making up the ‘guard’ had to resolve the situation. Sooner or later there’d come a moment for a mandatory culling by the Zephyr Chieftan, a person known as the foremost figure of their clan. The aforementioned ‘culling’ was a yearly happening that revolved around him/her choosing around a dozen warriors, upon being chosen they were given the privilege of becoming apart of the ‘sentinels’, a small division made-up of four people that were selected to be the last line of defense for their small town. Unlike their commonplace guards, they were provided the secret teachings of ‘magic’ that would be passed down onto them once they’ve proven themselves, each individual would be taught a single element that would vary from person to person and in a six month period they would have to master it or else they would fail in their endeavors of becoming a sentinel. Of course, Sevana was randomly picked among the dozen, a slightly controversial decision that caused a small uproar during the ceremony but one that was promptly ceased by the Chieftan.

Questionable as it was being picked, it was soon disregarded from her mind once she and the others had been implanted into the rigorous training process, a dwelling of physical exams that would test their capability when it comes to understanding and completely mastering their own unique element. Challenges faced by Sevana were undoubtedly demanding, seeing that it was mandatory for them to be stuck with a piece of equipment that would serve only to restrain movement throughout their six months. Obtaining these tremendous accessories had involved them selecting from an array of items that would vary with weight, although beginning from least to greatest. Alternatively, she’d chosen the heaviest contrary to the rest that decided to take a more logical approach and stick with the ones that carried less of a handicap, Sevana had picked these not as a way to boast but rather she’d preferred these for the aesthetic appearance they had! This item came in the pair of two ridiculously sized gauntlets, they were mainly referred to as the ‘Trenchant Gloves’ and gave the impression of hulking bear paws with intimidating claws poking out from the ‘toes’.

Few have ever mustered the courage to even choose these abominable things, let alone wear them! Although she almost seemed eager to try them on, of course, she immediately regretted her decision subsequent to having these things ‘snap’ her down to the floor with an incredible force. Unbeknownst to Sevana, the absolute weight they had far exceeding a thousand pounds, it came as an unpleasant surprise seeing how she now had to overcome this obstacle! Nevertheless, she was able to push through the challenge it possessed by focusing her element of ‘wind’ through them, it wasn’t until hours afterward she was able to drag them, it also took days to even lift them up! But by the end of six months, they were able to be used as weapons which were an impressive feat that few have managed to pull off, soon after she had passed the exam and had been bestowed the position of Sentinel alongside the four who pulled through.

Present day
She still remembers it as if it yesterday! Still, some of the events were 'blurred' and she last recounts a temporary blackness enveloping her eyes before she found herself stumbling through a strange town. One which was nothing like her homely village, it almost looked like it were just a figment of her active imagination when she'd taken in the strange scenery that it offered. There'd been large beasts hauling trailers made of wood, Stretching walkways entirely made up of a hardened stone, and not to mention the attire of these people meandering the street was simply extravagant! She nearly believed it to be a dream too until she realized she was unable to wake up. Now she was Forced into a confusing land without any sense of direction, mainly met with only awkward looks of disproval and sometimes even terrified reactions when trying to question the strangers that inhabited the vast town, it was unclear as to why these citizens were being so unwilling when it came to speaking to her, yet, this soon became clear when overhearing a distance conversation that had involved something called "The Holy Nation".

Presumably, they had an everlasting iron grasp over this town and anything seen as remotely 'magical' was believed to be impure, in addition to it being frowned upon it was also highly illegal and sometimes punishable by death if actively practiced! Luckily those fluffy ears of hers were only seen as a deformity caused by sorcery, in other words, she was exempted from being executed but this was at a cost! She needed to find someone that would watch over her, it was stated that an abomination like her was a 'liability' and such a thing shouldn't ever dare to so much as stumble a mere foot upon their territory without supervision from a respectable human. (This refers to any town affiliated with them, Sevana still can't enter the capital because of her 'kind'.)

Soon forced to leave the innards of one of their cities without guidance, she is now in search of someone that is able to help Sevana in her quest to help figure out this unfamiliar world that she's now aimlessly wandering through.

Sevana is an unusual example of the "wearing emotions on one's sleeve" Idiom, she's shown to be a whole bag of feelings when introduced to those around her! Well, the ones that are willing to acknowledge her presence anyway, being that she’s shown to be periodically ‘shy’ when starting up conversations with those she doesn’t know. Depending on the circumstances she could go from a jubilant ball of energy when interacting with those she takes great comfort in or descend into a spiraling abyss of dolefulness when faced with segregation,without having someone to have conversations with, it meant that Sevana has nobody to confide in and no-one to share her thoughts with! In a way, being without a companion is almost like torture in its own right as she wholeheartedly believes that having a relatively strong bond with anyone is vital to living.

After a Master has managed to establish a bond of friendship with Sevana, it's more likely for her to become very paranoid of any strangers trying to interact with them as she feels obligated to protect them at any cost! Obedience and loyalty, these two aspects are considered to be the most perceptible traits. Whenever there's a questionable deed committed by her caretaker she'll have a tendency to look over the wrongdoing and will often help in accomplishing nefarious deeds unless they're profoundly in opposition to her morals, in this case, she'll be more likely to scrutinize the actions demonstrated by her master, often pointing out their misdeeds and questioning them because of it.

As much as she aspires to have a close bond with someone, it pains her to think about losing them! Whether it be from them deliberately abandoning her or Sevana being sent back to her world from her Mundus stone being shattered and never being able to see them again. All of these premonitions that lay dormant in the back of her mind are factors that bother her conscious, she tries not to think about these negative thoughts but is often powerless to do so. By far the scariest foreboding that she’d never would want to encounter would be her Human companion losing their lives by some freak accident, even if this wasn’t directly caused by her mishaps it’s more than likely she’d blame herself for being an ‘indirect’ cause of their misfortune.

- Being alone.
Having nobody there for her is the worst possible thing that she can imagine. Ever since she had arrived to this strange new world it felt as if she'd been thrown into a whole different community where people deliberately try to ignore her for what she ‘is’. You could say that as a child, growing up in an unforgiving tribe wasn’t exactly the best thing either, but, unlike those she’d grown up with, these people were completely different as most of them wouldn’t want to even be remotely close to her and not to mention they’d practically try to avoid her or simply ignore Sevana as if she doesn’t exist, it's almost like most of these people that she approaches are ‘afraid’ of her, like an outcast of some sort. Being alone for some time has also taken a large toll on her emotional well being, Sevana is desperate to have someone in her life now that she has nobody to confide her trust in, even if their morality isn't the greatest, all she wants is a person to acknowledge her presence.

Hasarakut’yun (Ha-Sara-Koot-Yoon):
Otherwise known as Reaching Slice, Sevana will withdraw one of her claws before vigorously swaying her arm into a downward motion towards her opponent's direction, within a matter of seconds her Trenchant Gloves will ferociously claw carve into the mass of passive oxygen in front of her, transforming the transparent mass of air into five dangerous projectiles and materializing the current of air into a small assortment of opaque 'severs' created by all of the arched nail-like attachments on the gauntlet.

These flurries of bustling swells of threatening wind this will be dispensed into 'five' devastating gusts that will come crashing towards the opponent at a breakneck pace, from an enemy's perspective, bearing the full brunt of this attack is experienced with agonizing pain that's similar to having a set of blades lacerating their skin except instead of having been completely severed through it administers but a faint wound, one that looks as if a feral cat had marked them.

Hasarakut’yun is perhaps the easiest incantation to learn out of the rest that is yet to be discovered! Although this may be a simplistic starting move compared to the others, this technique is not to be underestimated since it could catch those underestimating her by surprise.

Having been originally initiated into a small division of warriors tasked in defending their mountain village, training with as a conscript mostly consisted of strenuous exercises that would concentrate on the discipline of developing their momentum, reflexes, and even acrobatics to some extent, allowing them to traverse unforgiving terrain without breaking so much as a sweat. These particular combatants were seen as diverse from the regular foot soldiers that were entrusted with protecting its citizens, chiefly due to having been blessed with a fantastic set of weighted down equipment that were capable of improving their magical prowess by a landslide, of course, despite their disadvantages of being overbearing because of their burdensome mass they would act as perfect catalysts when funneling wind, those with a lot of experience in handling these pieces of equipment would be able to adapt to them by using their magic to help rectify the properties of its weight. Aside from this being true, it would take months of practice and it made moving nearly impossible, however, once they were able to compensate for some of the weight they'd be able to move only slightly.

Their hindrance made practicing their agility all the more challenging! Several months of training afterward, Sevana and those admitted into this special ranking became fully capable of outrunning basic warriors, not only this but specific creatures are shown for their outstanding dexterity were completely ‘blown away’ by the sheer velocity these individuals possessed, especially when unburdened by their weapons. (Although abandoning one's weapon was seen as a means of an escape, a last resort.)

Natural Thievery -
Call it a natural instinct! Sevana wasn't always one for stealing, however, surviving in such a strange world without any aiding hands is rather difficult, especially when rarely anyone will try and give her handouts out of fear of being prosecuted by the Holy Nation. Rather than succumbing to starvation, she's resorted to stealing various types of food from vendors or even swiping away some expensive trinkets to afford meals.
Theme

Extra- Her total weight when equipped with claws is: 1,136.2kg - 2,505lbs. Yes, this means that each Trenchant Glove weighs approximately 1,200lbs. If you're wondering how she's able to carry these ridiculously heavy things without to much trouble it's because she's able to alleviate some of its downward force by applying a minimal amount of her magic to counteract it, therefore making them lighter and easier to wield! Yet, this only counts for the Familiar world! When she's bound to the realm of Humans these gloves weigh around 20lbs so roughly 10lbs each! Making them almost feel like a 'feather' when being carried casually, in drawn-out fights they will tend to drop Sevana's energy a bit more in substitute for raw power.

- Once an incantation has been announced, these Trenchant gloves will act as a conduit from the magic flowing through her veins! Because of this they will become suctioned onto her hands and arms, making them unable to be removed by conventional means until after the battle has concluded and the leftover energy has subsided. (This component makes them almost impractical to steal, moreover it's very unlikely they'd be dislodged from her hands during an intense encounter.)

- Because of her past, she's gotten pretty good at imitating various bird calls.

- Having no real authority figures in her life aside from those that acted as parental guidance and general tribe members who were acting as instructors, there were only a few people in her life that showed Sevana companionship and the warmth that comes with it. As a result of this, she'll almost always be loyal to the person that'll show her understanding and kindness, even if their
actions are shown to be questionable.

- English isn't her first language.

- She's barely had time to live as a child, this is why her personality has a tendency to become more juvenile around those she is accustomed to.

SampleHa, as if you’d need one from the likes of me! Hue-hue-hue! I’d recommend looking at my recent activity that involves 3,000 to 5,000 words of text, i’ll attempt at not pushing myself to make a ridiculous wall of dialogue or so forth.

For evidence sake though i’ll put an example of my writing down in this spoiler located below.

By the time everyone had been properly seated, vague suggestions of whispers had already alleged their imperious authority over the spacious boardroom. Unfamiliar faces carried various looks, most of them seizing an aspect of confusion as they stretched from the board room’s seating arrangement, all the way to its northern well of the expanse, one that included most of those who were affiliated with the Diamonds. An atmosphere formerly deprived of life was now effectively claimed by the soft-spoken mutters of most who were in attendance. Rarely did any of the four Nations had contact with one another aside from the ordinary mutual trades that would take place between them, this, however, wasn’t enough to stifle the suppressed tension, still continuing to kindle vibrantly from the Great Conflict, a war that had separated the Nations many eons ago, leaving their economies and wartorn citizens to recover from the damages that have been permanently marked their Kingdom. Albeit being ages ago, this Great Conflict maintained itself as a morbid wound, a ghastly incision that had torn its way into the minds of those deeply affected by the repercussions of War, to some, this enduring tragedy persisted as fairly fresh memory as shown from the very few that had been now speaking with their hushed tongues as a result of the restless feelings, a bitterness that that still continued to linger as seconds had sluggishly drawn by.

In lieu of chasing ‘ghostly’ memoirs that acted as still aching scars, Lazarus had remained entirely candid to his reserved ways throughout the continuation of the unforgiving delay at least for a good minute or two. Subdued as he was when measured up to those frantically expressing their concerns, it was all but a desperate show of masquerading his unease, from the very beginning, ill premonitions that had foreshadowed the meeting room’s uncertainty had relentlessly encircled the Jack of Clubs, scarce implications of danger presented through buried hostility provided nothing but concern as it poked its way through his shrouded poise, inevitably divulging his skittish persona through his distraught movements. “Why did this fated reunion have to be announced on such little time?” Feverishly maneuvering his exposed legs out of sheer anxiousness, his sallow extremities had fluently skimmed across his shaven skin before overlapping his glossy knees and locking into place. Bothered as he was, Lazarus felt partially absolved of his misery when bearing in mind how he was essentially ‘camoflauging’ his ordinary identity with this misleading outfit. Somehow, it came now as a blessing when realizing that his stunted puberty had prevented him from developing a whole assortment of masculine traits, further helping to push this clever illusion of his feminine disguise. Still, this was a minor relief when being brought with the wandering eyes that would occasionally meet with his, resulting in the Jack’s body to practically go slump as he ‘shrunk’ inside of his seat, a combination of embarrassment and overwhelming fear had made him feel like ‘welp’ to those before him.
