Tokyo Ghoul Re: seems relatively well done animation-wise, but it does not know it's own appeal. Kaneki showing his kagune was the bloody cliffhanger...
It's fine not to like something and to think it's bad, but you shouldn't PRESUME it's bad unless you can objectively prove the concept is inherently bad.
The second season of rewrite starts off so weird, but as it goes it gets so awesome. I do wish that anime had a third season so it could fix it's pacing issues.
