    I feel kinda embarrassed asking, but what happened to everything being a hosted project? I'm worried I'm not going through the site properly. I miss the hosted projects they make life so much easier for me ;-;

    Hosted projects still exist.  Members need at least 250 posts to create their own.  You can also find a tutorial on how to make and manage your hosted project as well.

    What's the etiquette to use in asking if you can join a roleplay? Do people want long messages on why they want to join, a quick "yo could I join?" maybe just a simple "hello" a character and/or writing sample? Pls someone help me because I am a confused and worried potato.

    Depends on the GM or if its a 1x1.  Generally, you just talk to the person in charge with a quick "im interested, do I need to do anything for you or can I just join?" Kind of PM. 


    Sometimes, the GMs will have specifics in their public threads on their roleplays about how to contact/apply. Just be aware to look for that first before contacting them. Missing a detail like that might make the GM think you don't care to read stuff on the RP, and thus might not be a good player for their roleplay.


    Again, it just depends.  Mostly though, GMs WANT people who are interested to apply. Generally, they will help out any prospective players, especially confused/worried ones xD Best bet, if you're that worried about how a GM is gonna react to a PM, you'll be attentive to the rules/lore/etc of the rp itself.

    I'm very prone to getting overly excited and I got no idea how to delete a roleplay I made very spontaneously since it's occurred to me that I'd much rather learn the new system way more before jumping into making my own roleplay.

    Deleting is something only staff can do.  If you really want to delete it, make a Support ticket and one of us take care of it.  You might want to use it as a trial instead, though, exploring and playing around.  Just edit it so it's called "Test" or something and then change it back when you're ready to make it real. ^_^
