• So, this is unusually serious but... what's cancel culture?

The idea that if you're popular on the internet and then do something that another person can construe as being wrong, that gives the internet the full and complete moral right to do everything they can to ruin your entire life fully and completely, forever, with no chance of defense or reconciliation, also forever.

That's my understanding of it, anyway

From my understanding, cancel culture is when a community over the internet makes an attempt to destroy someone's (usually a popular creator's) reputation and/or platform for speaking. It relies heavily on mob mentality and I view it as basically the same thing as a riot, just over cyberspace.
Apollo Justice on a regular basis:

Luke: You told me Darth Vader killed my father!
Obi-Wan: Look, kid. You try telling someone their father's an evil Sith Lord and then come back and tell me what you said.
Here's a question: If a wizard is male and a witch is female, what do you call a non-binary magic user?

This is giving me Harry Potter vibes (possibly because that's what I've been reading) so I'm going to go with wizard, since the setting is called the Wizarding World and that implies it's gender-neutral (or rather, that it includes all) as well as being male.
    • Law of the Pop Culture Powder Keg: Discussion of certain franchises (Star Wars is a particularly big offender) will always result in a flame war, whether the original discussion was a debate or not.
Well it's been about a day or two and I'd already sick if memes about the Mario movie cast.
Walk a mile in someone else's shoes. Then, you will be too far for quarrel and you will have their shoes.
The quest for knowledge is a worthy one. We don't live in some lovecraftian world where knowing too much will drive you mad. Because you can't know too much. It is impossible too know everything so aim to know as much as you can.

This has been a poor attempt at being inspiring. Poyo.

I'd argue that knowing so much that you start forgetting the other things you knew might count as knowing too much XD
I respect Dee Bradley Baker for being a man who can turn making silly animal noises and talking entirely to himself into a career.
At least we can take comfort knowing that Shepard's up in that bar looking down on Garrus and all her friends. But mostly Garrus because that is the bromance (or whatever you call it) of the century.
Having watched the commercials that aired alongside the Star Wars Holiday Special (not the Special itself, just the commercials) I can officially say I'm glad I wasn't alive in the 70s.
Star Wars Writer 1: Okay, for this book/TV show/Video Game/comic/online mini-series/Lego tie in set/whatever we need some sort of macguffin or set of plot coupons. Some sort of goal.
Star Wars Writer 2: How about... Kyber Crystals!
Star Wars Writer 1: Okay that works, but why do the characters want the Kyber Crystals? What'll they do?
Star Wars Writer 2: Whatever we want!
    Star Wars Writer 1: Brilliant!
My favorite part of Fire Emblem Heries is the weird squeaking noise female Corrin makes when she's brought to half health.
