A grin played onto Peter's lips. "Great!" he exclaimed, peering down briefly. Even though he'd missed all of his classes, he was glad to have made a new friend out of it.

He gave Hawkeye a brief glance as he passed them with a brown bag clutched in hand. Assuming it to be a meal from the cafeteria, Peter cheerfully said, "Looks like like we're in luck; the kitchen's not closed."

Assuming she'd follow along, Peter started on his way down the hall, towards the cafeteria. "So, what do you want? I'll pay?" he asked, fishing some change out of his pocket.

He actually laughed at the idea of working for Bruce. He nearly fell of his perch on the chimney at the thought. His laughter was full of genuine amusement, there wasn't any malice in it. The idea of working for Bruce was so ridculous. Bruce didn't trust anyone, and judging by the information he'd heard earlier he didn't even trust his own kids. If he couldn't trust his own kids, why in any of the circles of hell would he trust Elliott Quinn Constantine? He was the adoptive kid of one of the most untrustworthy, secretive and disliked anti-heroes to ever exist.

"Me, working for the almighty Wayne? You've got to be joking me, I'm the last guy he'd want to have spying for him. Considering who my adoptive father is, he'd probably like to lock me up in some dingy cell for the rest of my life. I'm half expecting that to happen. I'm just trying to get a size up of this place, it is my first day after all."

He adjusted his position, turning to face her, idly twiddling the lit cigarette between his fingers. Her next question made him smile "yep it is, I spend too much time on them. I'm kind of an insomniac, so the roof is where I went so that I wouldn't be disturbing everybody else when they slept. Plus it is by far the best place to spy on people from. And it is a great training ground and practice space. What about you? Do you come here often?" He asked, finding himslf very much enjoying this conversation.

The prospect of his roommate short circuiting the school seemed more likely than it should. Every plug socket in the room was taken up with a device, and Scott would not have even been the slightest bit surprised to hear that A.J. had somehow managed to siphon power from somebody else's dorm room. "If you get in trouble Bruce, I'll hide the chips and deny all involvement in the whol debacle."

"We really don't want him to know you got your hands on them. You'd definitly be in a whole cesspit of trouble if Bruce knew that it was you that Jason went to for help. Also, I vote that we don't leave the chips in this room, it is too much of a security risk, last thing we need is some nosy student getting their hands on them."
Plus the longer that the chips remained in the same place, the more likely it was that whoever was watching them would notice that something was up (if they weren't already up.

He smiled when A.J. mentioned food, the first proper grin to spread across his face since he had arrived at Xavier. It would be cliché to say that the addition of the smile completely changed him, but there was no other way to phrase it. Ot was as if some kind of darkness had been removed from his face and his eyes seemed to lighten. His teeth weren't perfectly straight, his front teeth were crooked, the left overlapping the right slightly and his incisors were far more fang like than normal. "yup, there is, dark with nuts and plain milk chocolate, I think there might be some M&Ms there too. I figured you'd probabaly forget to eat while examining the chips."

"And yeah, I think I will look at the chips, I might see something......"
he never finished that sentence, having caught sight of something much more disturbing. "is that my laptop?" He asked, his eyes narrowing. He could have sworn he'd logged out and put it into full shut down, so how come it was sitting there being used to do god only knows what.

And how could he do anything more when Tim was being so inviting? Taunting him like he wanted for him to do something - to say something proper filthy. He was such brat.

Grabbing onto the boy's ankle, he pulled Tim to the edge of the bed so that way he may be right between his legs. Keenly aware of what the uncomfortable situation he was putting Tim into, Jason lean down to trap the boy in further. One arm braced in the bed, the other hand finding the long raven locks and giving a solid tug.

"Now, I wouldn't be nearly as interested if you needed to be treated like a lady."

Delivering a slap to the boy's thigh Jason backed away like it never happened, bardlt bothering to shoulder a shirt and neglecting his shoes as he left the dorm room, calling for him to follow.

"So, who's your roommate?" he asked as he unwrapped his sub.

My brows creased slightly but I nodded irregardless. Day two and people were already dropping out? I mean, I suppose I couldn't really blame them. Only a couple of years ago I would've quit school in a heartbeat to be an Avenger. Then again, I guess leaving because you wanted to be a full-time superhero was a little different.

"I'm sure another roommate will come your way soon," I said, as reassuringly as I could.

For the first time in months, Tim wasn’t completely anxious around Jason, now knowing exactly what it was he had to be nervous about. He seemed to be too trusting and winding up some manner of pinned by the more aggressive Jason.

Tim should be ashamed of how often Jason was getting the drop on him these days, once more he hadn’t anticipated what was about to happen. A confused sound leaving him as he was yanked down the mattress and soon folded beneath the much larger Jason.

He tensed up, an arm raised to fend off any incoming attacks. His legs circling Jason’s hips for a moment, hoping to use any momentum to sit up and fight back.

It wasn’t necessary though, Tim once more found that Jason was moving to intimidate him, a normal part of this game he played. The need to assert that he was better, on a near constant basis, had begun wearing down Tim’s own patience. He wasn’t sure what Jason wanted with him, short of reminding him he was smaller and weaker.

He relaxed some once Jason released him, scooting backward on the bed to put some distance between them.

Jumping at the slap he was given, Tim looked more incredulous than anything else, so uncertain with what Jason was getting at.

Once more he had no time to ask instead, being ordered to follow after, something he strangely complied with. He found himself getting up to quickly walk after Jason, curiosity winning again.

“What are you getting me into now?” Tim asked, his tone an interesting combination of excited and weary.

The smile on Scott's face was completly disarming, it changed his whole demeanor (and for the better in A.J's opinion). A.J found that he was staring at his roommate as if this was the first time in his life that he had ever seen the Japanese boy. stop staring like a right dope A.J., you're just making things awkward* he thought internally. But he just couldn't bring himself to tear his yellow-green eyes away from Scott's face. Seriously, you're being creepy now. It took a few moments for him to regain sufficient control over his facial expressions.

He reached over to his bed, and rooted around in the pile of food that his roommate had brought up. He eventually decided to grab a large dark chocolate bar (his favourite kind), keeping his face hidden from his roommate's view. His ears felt like they were on fire. Unlike most people, it was A.J's ears that blushed first. It would take something extremely emotional to make his face blush.

Then Scott noticed the laptop and turned his glare on A.J. "oh, yaaaa..... about that......" He said rubbing the side of his neck as he shifted uncomfortably in his sleep. "I kind of borrowed it and made a second account on it, my own laptop wasn't able to handle both file uploading, processing and communications at once." he explained not able to meet his roommates gaze, instead focusing his gaze on the rainbow laces on his own shoes. "I'll delete everything afterwards, don't worry. I didn't hack your account or anything, I'm not that kind of person." He hoped he hadn't overstepped any boundary by doing this.

Oliver smiled slightly and stood up. "I'll be back later, Lily. Just give me a text if you need me before then, Okay? Clint has my number."

He walked out of the room calmly... then once everyone was out of sight... he made a run for it to him room and locked the door behind him.
That smell haunted him... He shouldn't have killed! Why did he do it!?

Shower.... He needed to try and feel clean again.

Lily slowly shifts into wolf form and opens the bag, she grabs the raw meat with mouth and eats it with sharp wolf teeth
After a few minutes of digesting it, she shift slowly back to human form, thankfully there was no cameras in the nurse office. If there was then they are off
Clint gave a suprise look:"so you do have abilities....why didnt you put anything down on your enroll form?"

Scott
Scott realised pretty quickly that A.J. was staring at him. The Irish teen was staring as if he had never seen somebody smile before. His expression was one of such shock that it only made him continue smiling. He didn't even want to know what was going through A.J's mind at that moment in time. "This guy....I don't even know, what to say about him anymore." Canto remarked. "Well that's a first, you usually hate everybody we meet" Yeah cos they're idiots"

Scott watched with narrowed eyes as his A.J. stammered out an explanation as to why and how he had got his hands on Scott's laptop. His roommate couldn't even look at him as he explained. Thankfully he hadn't hacked into Scott's account. There was not that much on it in general. The only thing of real importance that he didn't need people was seeing was kept on an encrypted USB, which he kept on him at all times.

"So you didn't hack it? You did some kind of bypass or something like that..... I'm not mad by the way, but next time, I'm pretty certain there will be one, just ask first" He wasn't that angry with his roommate. Slightly annoyed that he had just done it without asking, yes, but mad no. He reached over and grabbed a pack of M&Ms and began to eat. "How long is it going to take to clone the code?"

Alecto found herself a little surprised at just how beautiful the lights of the city were, she was glad she’d taken a chance in approaching Dick in the hallway. She also found herself enjoying the way she seemed to tip him off of his game slightly, the confidence exuding from him never seemed to falter. It was nice meeting someone so secure, refreshing really.

“I suppose you could say I do, there are a few of us star clusters floating around the universe. Parentage is a bit strange to explain, the celestial bodies we come from don’t quite an an anatomy” The explanation of where she had formed was always a bit complicated, she didn’t really understand the process herself.

Watching him pull himself up to hang from the bars drew a small giggle from Alecto, she watched curiously as he moved around the bars before flipping upside down. “Have you been spending time with bats?” She asked, though she had no idea that he had any affiliation with Batman or the Bat-Clan that was running around. The comment meant as more of a tease than anything else.

I shrugged. "He's this guy named Dick Grayson. A junior, like me." It suddenly dawned on me that I hadn't really even met my roommate yet! Between arriving here yesterday, plowing through classes, spending all evening as Spider-Man, and then crashing for almost a full day, I hadn't really gotten around to introducing myself.

"Aaaand somehow I haven't actually met him yet," I admitted, making a mental note to rectify that later this evening. I wolfed down the last few bites of the sub before crumpling the wrapper into a ball. There was still enough time in the day for me to slip out, patrol the city for a few hours, and then swing back to meet roommate. Assuming he'd still be awake at that point. With my luck he wouldn't be.

Tabitha quite enjoyed his reaction to her tease about working for the headmaster, something about making people laugh had always been so satisfying for her. Contrasting with her very intense training, Tabitha actually did have a sense of humor.

“Well, now I’m painfully curious, but I guess I can’t try to grill you too hard yet, have to trick you into trusting me first” A wink followed the next comment before she listened to him explain his own reasonings for roof dwelling. She could understand the inability to sleep, though she also wondered if that wasn’t something more linked to his own race, perhaps they didn’t sleep as much.

“I have a habit of being where I’m not supposed to, or at least trying my hand at the bare minimum of rebellion. Can’t get myself in too much trouble, don’t want to get sent back home” She said, a small shrug following. Never giving too much away about herself, training stuck.

“So where else has your wandering taken you? I haven’t tried to escape campus yet” A sly tone with Tabitha now, perhaps not this night, but soon, she wanted to get out and explore the city. It wasn’t as though they were confined to the school, with everyone having different abilities, it would be quite difficult to try and contain them all.

"No I didn't, I just did a bit of an override and created a secondary account on your laptop." He explained, thanking all the divine beings he could think of that his roommate wasn't mad. A.J. tried to pick his fights, and starting one with his doommate was not part of his life plan. He looked up, managing to make eye contact as he explained.

His laptop bleeped just as Scott asked how long uploading the code would take. That was one hellof a coincidence. "It's just finished uploading right now, do you have a psychic link with my laptop or something?" Hey, it could be a possibility, considering the school he was in, and the people he was surrounded by.

He drew the code up and started scanning through it. His brow scrunched up in concentration as his eyes flicked back and forth over the lines of text. He tilted his head sideways and typed in a complex command, his fingers moving across the well worn keys with practiced ease. A another huge series of text appeared. He examined the code in silence. His face flickered between various emotions, shock, determination, confusion and intense, intense concentrataion.

He minimised Jason's chip code and opened up another file. He put the two codes side by side, examining them intensely."Well that is weird." He remarked more to himself than to Scott

Really, Tim made things too easy for him. Even when he was all over him and pushing past boundary into taboo Tim was following him like a puppy. Jason was conflicted with the matter. On one hand it benefited him greatly, on the other it may cause problems when he may not want to be followed. The boy must not have any self preservation.

His hands shoved into the track pockets as they made their way down the stairs. The cool wood of the floors on his bare feet giving his skin goosebumps. "You know how B likes to take shit that's not his?" A rhetorical question between the two. They both very well knew how much Bruce hoarded other people's possessions.

"I may or may not have a few things down stairs in lock up that I'll need you for." Jason smirked at the boy following his stride, elbowing him in an innocent manner. "Think of it as part of your payment plan."

He smiled when she said she'd eventually grill him. Tabitha was pretty cool. "Well if you tried to grill me, I'd just make my answers as deliberately and annoyingly vague as possible. Then I'll play you right back, going right a long with you, pretending that I trust you, then feed you the biggest and most ridiculous, yet believable lies I can come up with."

His grin only widen at her remarks about being where she wasn't supposed to be, and doing the bare minimum of rebellion. He could empathise with being where he wasn't supposed to be, that was basically his life in a nutshell. Weird place, wrong time. "Well Bruce basically threatened to kick me if I put one toe out of line, as soon as he met me. It was quite literally the first thing he said upon meeting me. So I guess I'm being a self fulfilling prophecy and seeing how far I can push the rules. I haven't left campus....yet. But I will, I just need to actually decide to do it. And in terms of life in general, I've seen quite a lot of this planet. What about you? Have you travelled a lot?"

Lyth Lyth (Tabitha)

Now that was timing. And A.J's quip was spot on, humour wise. If only he actually had techno-pathic powers. His roommate would probabaly have a heart attack or a fatal brain aneurysm of some sort if he did. That was just the kind of guy A.J. seemed to be. He wasn't at all phased by Jason cutting open his arm to dig out a tracker, but was reduced to a gibbering mess when confronted with cool powers. He could only imagine what A.J. would be like if he met an alien. He'd probably starting quizzing the poor guy (or girl or whatever gender said alien took) about everything to do with their civilisation had done or could do.

He watched his roommate examine the code. Scott knew nothing about coding, it had never been considered 'important' during the course of his 'education'. Judging by A.J's reactions and facial gymnastics, something in the code wasn't right or wasn't what he had been expecting to see. He pulled his chair right behind the Irish guy and looked over his shoulder.

"What's weird?"

Concord Concord (A.J.)

Tim hadn’t quite realized just how he’d been glued to Jason since he’d crawled through his window hours before, he was running on adrenaline and THC at this point. The complete lack of sound from both as they moved was oddly satisfying, he had come to notice just how silently most of them moved when they needed to.

“Of course, I’ve certainly helped” Tim said, his eyes darting up to Jason has he spoke, half expecting some indult to fly at him for being too loyal to Bruce. He knew he was the only one who had never balked at orders, he’d also been the only one to have to elbow his way in.

Checking another hallway, Tim continued, light on his feet, keeping his focus on any sound around them.

A thought occurred to him that there might be a chance Tim would get left holding the bag, he would have to cross that bridge when it came.

“And what is it that you need me for?” Tim asked, a nagging feeling he was going to have to either hack into something or possibly climb through something Jason couldn’t fit his shoulders through.

The basement was a little trickier to navigate for those who didn’t understand how Bruce liked to set up his systems, it was nice to not have to explain this to anyone, they would both be able to slip through the systems in place.
Lotheralaix Lotheralaix

The only reason why Jason knew where he was going was because he stalked Bruce the entire way to the lock up when his items had been confiscated. He was lucky that nothing else was taken. Lord knew he had more than enough contraband on him that Bruce could send him away - not that it would be the worst of punishments. Though he had to admit, being a student and having relative freedom in his night life was more rewarding than being a very well watched Red Hood all the time. This way he could get some shit done without a cowl wearing manic on his case.

"B has to unlock the door from his end, some shit like that. I don't really remember." Jason started with a wave of his hand, not at all caring for the technological aspect. That wasn't his strong suit. "The idiot however has a fucking vent there, isn't that something? Anyway, you'll need to make it quick. There's movement sweeps every three minutes, and the floor has these fucking pressure plates that about fried my god damn foot off." The thought alone had a scowl forming. He'd very much like to avoid that again.

Jason wasn't discreet in the slightest as he pushed Tim down a corridor, a hallway down from where they actually needed to be. He wasn't trying to stay out of camera's angle, nor was he gentle with the grating in the ceiling. Tore it out to leave a nice mess for the former to deal with. Didn't ask nor did he give warning as he grabbed the teen's middle.

"I'll tell you what to look for when you get in there. Stay ina shelf or something - I don't fucking know. But I can't help you if you get into the deep shit." It was the only warning he gave and then he was hoisting Tim up into the vent, near throwing him into the opening.
