Bright noticed the tissue box and started to use the tissues to wipe her tears. "I-I'm fine.." Bright said as she took a tissue. It took her awhile to calm down, eventually she finally stopped tearing up, but was still sad inside. She sort of just hugged her legs in, blankly staring in front of her. She wondered if that was the same for the other life times she had. Were the real owners just there, watching her the entire time? What were they doing? How would they feel? These types of questions started to make Bright feel guilty and she didn't know how to deal with it. She then decided to forget it since it was all in the past, and there was nothing she could do about it now. She looked to where Albright was and wondered what he was doing currently.
Chelsea scribbled something down on her notebook, forcing herself not to press farther. She was wondering what she had remembered, but given the fact that it might be sensitive info, she kept her mouth shut. She could ask if the hangover symptoms were gone later. Albright saw Bright's eyes move in his direction, and he stopped what he was doing for a moment. "I'm making pancakes," he stated, turning back to the frying pan in front of him. After putting the first pancake on, he turned back to the two. "Do you want any?" Chelsea nodded, and Albright looked over at Bright, trying to look in two places at once.

Bright thought about it for a moment before a smile formed on her face. "Sure." She said as she began to calm down faster. She then sighed before she began to remember when she used to raise Lunaria when she was a kid. She loved pancakes. She soon got up and made a tooth brush and some tooth paste appear out of nowhere as she was heading to the bathroom. "I'm gonna go brush my teeth.." She probably would tell Chelsea to do so too, but that wasn't her job.

Albright nodded. He had already taken care of any hygienic things he needed to do before he had come out. He turned his attention back to the pancakes. He turned to look over his shoulder and saw Chelsea with her hands over her mouth, and if she was testing how her breath smelled. “How about you go brush your teeth too?” he suggested, flipping the first few pancakes he had made. He decided to just make as many pancakes as the amount of batter made. He could just freeze the leftovers for mornings when they were crunched on time to eat. Chelsea nodded, and got up to follow Bright, grabbing a toothbrush on the right half of the sink. Her and Albright had divided the bathroom counter, she got the right side, he got the left. “I’m going to brush my teeth as well, if you don’t mind.” She said softly to Bright, obviously trying to smile, though her face didn’t move.

"Sure." Bright said as she made some room for Chelsea to stand by the sink. She then poured out some tooth paste on her tooth brush and soaked it in some water. She then started to brush her teeth, leaning on one leg as she was checking her phone for the news and updates on media, the foundation and game updates. After she finished, she rinsed out the tooth paste using a cup, which she summoned, and filled it with water. She then used some mouth wash afterwards to finish things up, and tossed the tooth paste and tooth brush she used, as well as the cup, in the air and they disappeared. She looked at Chelsea and waited for her to finish so they could go out at the same time. It honestly wouldn't matter but, she'd feel a bit shitty just leaving her in the bathroom.

While Bright did most of brushing her teeth involving some kind of summoning magic, Chelsea was forced to dig through the drawers until she found the floss she was looking for. She stared at her reflection as she brushed her teeth, shifting from leg to leg. It took her a little longer to finish, being that she was taking her time to get any amount of alcohol out of her breath, but once she was done, she noticed that Bright was still there. “You didn’t have to wait.” She said, taking a few steps out of the door. She didn’t understand why Bright waited for her, but she waited for Bright, adjusting the loose strands of hair hanging around her face. She glanced back towards the kitchen, where Albright was shoving at least decently sized pancakes into a plastic bag. She turned back to look at Bright, waiting for her to move.

Bright just shrugged as she began heading out. She walked back towards the kitchen and looked at Albright. "So, how're the pancakes going?" She asked until she noticed Albright shoving the pancakes into a plastic bag. How come...? She was confused by that process and would want to know... why?

Albright jumped when he heard Bright, not expecting the two to be coming back so quickly. Chelsea walked behind her, stopping for a moment before sitting over at the kitchen's mini-bar. "Oh, the pancakes are done." he pointed over to where Chelsea was, a small pile of pancakes stacked onto one chair. "I just made a lot, that's what the plastic bag is for. Chelse seems to like them, so I keep them for whenever we're crunched on time or something like that," he explained, sealing the bag and placing it in the fridge. "Some of the daily patients come really early, or we have situations where there's a lot of people in critical condition and we can only get so many breaks." he elaborated, taking butter, maple, and chocolate syrup and moving them next to the pancakes. Chelsea was swinging her legs back and forth at the table, her sweet tooth was never satisfied. Albright moved to get another cup of coffee, while Chelsea waited for the other two.

"Oh, that makes sense." She said before she sat at the counter as well, sitting next to Chelsea. Looking at her, she seemed like a child whenever sweets were involved. It didn't bother her much, she just wondered what was going through her mind every time she sees a sweet. She then looked at the pancakes and got the syrup and began pouring it onto her pancakes. It was a reasonable amount, not anything insanely high. She also spread a slice of butter over the pancakes as well and began digging in. Before digging in, she did thank Albright for the meal by bowing her head, along with her hands being put together. "Thank you for the meal~"

Albright nodded, sitting down on the third stool after making sure napkins and other utensils were within reach. He didn't do much to his pancakes, spreading butter across the two pancakes he had grabbed. Chelsea took her own pancake, along with the chocolate syrup. She proceeded to try and make a design on the pancake with said chocolate syrup. It turned out a little lopsided, but you could tell that she had tried to make a bunny. She continued to make designed until Albright elbowed her. "That's too much." he sighed, taking the syrup from her and placing it out of her reach. "I've never understood your sweet tooth..." he shook his head, starting to eat his own pancakes. Chelsea stared at him for a moment, as if she was trying to glare at him, before looking down at her own food, spreading some of the chocolate onto her other pancake with her fork. "How'd the pill work?" Albright asked Bright, noticing how she seemed better. "Did it take away your hangover? Did it have any side effects? Does it hurt anywhere? Was it easy to-" Chelsea pinched his leg, forcing Albright to stop his questions for the time being.

Bright was about to eat another slice before she was asked how the pill worked. She then began to remember Lunaria again and all those feelings she felt after the effects took place. After a moment, she spoke before eating the slice she had been holding. "The pill worked just as described." She said vaguely as she ate her slice. She then went to cut another slice and ate that one. She sort of wanted to forget those feelings now, she just wondered what she was going to do about Lunaria. In her opinion, she wouldn't really know how she could contact her. Telepathy was new for her, so that meant she's gonna do some studying about it.

Albright frowned. It wasn’t the answer he wanted at all. Bright had said she had been a doctor when he first met her, why didn’t she understand he needed more to work with? He was quiet for a moment, seeing how Chelsea just accepted it, before voicing his thoughts. “That’s not enough description.” He said, taking another bite of the pancake before elaborating. “How long did it take to work? What did it feel like once it started working? Did you experience any side effects?” he pressed, Chelsea handed him her notebook, which really didn’t have any data in it at all. He took it, watching Bright and waiting for her to elaborate. Even if she remembered what had happened the night before, he didn’t assume it would be too bad. He watched her carefully, trying to see what she was hiding before she said anything.

Bright sighed. "Again, it worked as intended. It didn't take long for it to take effect. But how come you ask me this, when you've taken the pill yourself?" She asked as she looked at Albright. You could tell she didn't want to talk about the pill anymore as it started to seem more... personal. She was glad Chelsea was able to read the mood better than Albright. She couldn't blame him for wanting to know more about the drug, but it doesn't make sense to question others when you have taken the drug yourself. Plus, it made her feel like one of the D-Class personnel, a lab rat. A test subject. That wasn't surely what Albright was after, was it?

“There are a variety of physical differences between you and me as of right now.” Bright pointed out, adjusting himself in the stool again. “Gender, alcohol consumption, age, etc, all of these can severely effect the data and side effects.” he tried to keep himself relaxed. Too much pressure and he would probably seem weird, or maybe even sketchy. “Your age group is the general demographic that we’ll probably be distributing these pills to, so it makes sense that I would want to know what you experienced, correct?” Chelsea’s face twitched once during this questioning, but she kept her cool. Albright noticed this and sighed, “...But fine. You don’t want to talk about it. That’s fine.” he gave up pretty quickly, writing something in the notebook, handing it back to Chelsea, who quickly glanced over it before she put it away. Both turned back to their pancakes, Chelsea seeming no different, while Albright seemed a little annoyed. The two didn’t know what to talk about now, so they just sat in silence. Albright seemed to actually be trying to find a subject, while Chelsea seemed content with the silence.

Bright was fine with the silence, but that meant it made for an awkward setting. Since the TV wasn't on, she couldn't turn her attention to it, and all she had to turn her attention to were the pancakes. She then got a notification on her phone and decided to check. It was a message from the foundation and it seemed to be quite the news since Bright began choking on the pancake when she gasped out of habit. She then placed her phone down hastily as she was now trying to get the pancake out of her throat and unchoke herself. But with what? She forgot to get herself a drink so she can't really down the damn thing. It would also look pretty nasty to just cough it up but even then, she can't do it. Is she really gonna die a very embarrassing death?

Chelsea was the first to notice that Bright seemed to be choking. Albright took a little longer, but both of them reached the conclusion that she needed help. Chelsea got up and rushed over behind Bright. She wrapped her arms around Bright from behind, balling her hands up where her diaphragm would be. She then proceeded to preform the Heimlich on Bright. Despite all of their miracle pills, Albright and Chelsea still had medical degrees and the knowledge needed to preform anything pills and syringes couldn’t fix. Once the pancake was safely out of her throat, Albright held out a glass of water in Bright’s direction. “What caused that?” He asked, Chelsea standing to the side, picking up the pancake with a paper towel.

Brighted gasped for air once the pancake was out, and was now leaning against the counter. She started to catch her breath again before drinking the water. After that, her breathing began to calm. "Work... There was a containment breach of a very dangerous entity." She said before she picked the phone again. "MTF units were able to recontain but other researchers are pushing towards more termination attempts." She went silent for awhile before shaking her head. "How ever no matter how many attempts I've made against it, what makes the newbies think they can do better?" She said before sitting herself back down at her seat. "Sorry, gasping became a habit of mine to... exaggerate a containment breach. Even though I've seen and experienced it many times."

Chelsea threw away the napkin, sitting back down at the counter. Without a second thought, she dug back into the pancakes. Another strand of her bright pink hair fell down in front of her, and she sighed, letting the rest of the hair down and sliding the hair elastic around her wrist. Albright raised an eyebrow as Bright explained the situation. “So do you have to go there and help? Or were they just informing you so you could choke on a pancake?” He decided not to press too much, but he was curious. He pushed his glasses up back into place, also sitting back down. He didn’t think his question was too personal, but he had to wonder how old Bright was, being that she said newbies. He waited for an answer, eating his pancake pretty slowly.

"It's just to notify me since I'm one of the elite researchers. And my conclusion is that the damn thing can't be killed." Bright said before she resumed eating her pancakes. The entity she was referring to is called the 'hard to kill reptile.' There was more information on the containment breach but she decided to not elaborate on that portion since it would be heavily redacted. "So instead, we just have to keep it contained and make sure not to anger it further than it already is." She said after she successfully swallowed a bite of her pancakes and began cutting out another one. To her it seemed a bit normal, but the gasping part was, of course, out of habit just to make her feel young again.

“Interesting.” Albright didn’t say anything else. From what he could understand, it sounded like an animal. That wasn’t his specialty at all, humans and other humanoids were what he knew how to control. If Bright said it was unkillable, it was unkillable. All he could do was nod and go along with it. Besides, if Bright wasn’t even willing to tell him about her side effects, what would make her more willing to talk about her job?
Chelsea’s pocket vibrated, and she pulled out her own phone. She looked at the text, but instead of a normal app or something of the sort on the side, there was just a blue dot. She read it over, looking over at Albright. “Endelyn Moreno wants a Xanax medication upload. Reason listed-“ she read over the message again. “Ghost girl with anxiety.” She seemed confused, but looked at Albright was if she was asking for permission to use something.
“Enderman? Sure, go for it.” Chelsea got up, mumbling something about it being too early for this. She took a key off necklace she had tucked into her shirt, and put in into the keyhole of one of the closets. Once she came out, she was holding a bottle of pills. She placed it on the coffee table and started messing with the tv controls, plugging some new cords in the tv, and connecting them to a small box she had taken out of one of the drawers. If you looked closely on Chelsea’s phone, you could see the tip of a blue ponytail, Ene was waiting for the chance to move onto the tv, it just wasn’t there yet.

Bright decided not to peek into Chelsea's phone. It was their business, not hers. So what right would she have to look without their permission? She just continued to eat her pancakes, trying to finish them before they get cold and soggy. Surely, nobody likes cold and soggy pancakes. Of course, she was careful when eating since she didn't want to clog her throat with mushy pancakes again.

Albright glanced back at Chelsea to make sure she was setting up the machine right. Once he confirmed that she was, he looked over at Bright. “How are they?” he asked. He assumed he wouldn’t get much out of Bright about them, but he was still searching for some kind of conversation topic.
Chelsea pressed a button on the box, though she didn’t turn on the tv. She opened a small compartment in the box and placed the prescription in it. She kept mumbling stuff under her breath, as if she was trying to talk to someone without seeming insane. She pressed a few buttons, mumbled something else, then turned the box off. She got back up and walked back over to the other two. She was wondering if they were starting to bore Bright. She wouldn’t be surprised if they were, but she didn’t voice any of her concerns, seeing that Albright had already asked a question.

Bright looked at Albright when he asked the question. She thought he was talking about the pancakes and not the newbies she mentioned from the foundation. She swallowed her bite of pancake and nodded. "They're pretty good. The pancakes are pretty good." She said, may or may not have just dodged the question relating to the foundation if it was there. She wasn't exactly getting bored, since it's the morning, she was still trying to fully wake up. She continued looking through her phone until she reached the school news section. "Oh, the Amethyst Flower Girl ceremony was canceled last night. Apparently there was an incident involving something similar to the demon king's invasion a few months back. Damn, must've been some really crazy stuff happening before I enrolled." She said before taking another bite of her pancake. She could tell they were running out of stuff to say, so she thought it was her turn to take initiative and talk about something that could be related to them.

She could tell they were running out of stuff to say, so she thought it was her turn to take initiative and talk about something that could be related to them.
Albright nodded, and Chelsea slid back into her sheet. Both were a little surprised when they heard about the attack. It didn’t seem like too much had fallen apart, since they hadn’t been contacted to help with any victims. Albright checked his own phone, worried that he had been contacted at some point while they all were drunk. He didn’t see anything, and he relaxed. If he was asked why he didn’t go to help, he could just say he had never heard anything. “I hope no one was looking forward to the ceremony too much.” Chelsea wondered how the people who snuck in were doing. All that work for nothing. “This school has always had a bit of a problem with keeping its students safe from magic incidents.” Albright said, picking up Chelsea’s empty plate and moving it to the sink. “It’s only gotten worse over time. Do you think it has something to do with the students?” He asked. It was a bit of a retorical question, but he was still wondering if it was linked. He sat back down, Chelsea just swinging her legs back and forth.

(Just to transition smoothly out of the fight)
As the Demon King was ready to start fighting again his soilders began to scream and run. Retreating from Muscle who carried a mini gun torn form the ship. Mowing soilders down

"Looks like I got to get my army back together. So see you again I guess!" He laughed manically as he grew wings and ordered his troops to retreat.

From the treeline injured rat soilders began cheering and shooting their guns in the air. Jumping and high fiving each other.

Peste sat down and began to laugh as well."Looks like I am stuck being the hero I guess..."

Victor sat down and smoked a cigarette and took a swig of alcohol to savor the victory. It wouldn't last long unfortunately he will be back one day and they might not be able to stop him."Well I want to got to the pub now, but got help the injured I guess."

He stood up and turned into smoke as a gentle breeze came by. He ended up looking around for a nurse or doctor."Anyone here a doctor or some shit?" Victor asked drunkenly. Yeah on his way to wherever the hell Death told him to go he got a bit tipsy. Then he got smart and pulled out his phone and texted the damn doctor.

"Hey I could use some help comrade." Was the message he sent.

"It could be a possibility." Bright said after she finished her pancakes and sat back in her chair. She then used her powers to move her plate and utensils to the sink with just a wave of her finger. "With everyone with different types of abilities and different types of backgrounds, it was obviously bound to happen that incidents like these are to occur. Especially with how I hear the headmaster being sketchy with the Danger Type students, it pretty much proves my point. That and the rebel organization I hear about..." She said before she went ahead and began to make herself some coffee since it was still taking her awhile to wake up fully, but at least she was able to think a bit more rationally. "With points like those, incidents like this would just be a common occurrence, wouldn't it?" She said as she finished making her coffee. She had a light brownish color of coffee, almost looking like caramel. She had put in milk and two packs of splenda into it and mixed it all. She took a sip since the milk had cooled it down to the point she can drink it without a care of burning her insides, like drinking lava. "Then again, that's what the Danger type students are for, right? Like a Mobile Task Force, an MTF." MTF is what the foundation of Bright's former work would call those units. Of course, there were many MTF units with different specialties and uses. She thought of the Danger type students the same way as MTF units. All with the purpose for combatant use and sometimes for specific reasons and uses.
