BAD BEASTS RISING INTEREST CHECK
"We are the forgotten."
"We are the ignored."
"We are the taunted, ridiculed and mocked."
"We are the ones you rely on to elevate yourselves."
"We are magical too, and we will not be sidelined any longer."
The year is 2025. It has been 26 years since the Battle of Hogwarts and although much peace was brought to the wizarding world through that dark day, discontent has been rife among the more sentient magical creatures. Feeling unheard and unappreciated by the wizarding community, they have slowly been forming an uprising with the help of wizards sympathetic to their plight.
But what if those wizards aren’t really on their side? What if they have ulterior motives of their own? What if a well-intentioned uprising threatens to destroy the very fabric of the wizarding communities of the world and even the non-magical world?
When chaos breaks out amongst magical creatures and wizards, it is up to the aurors of the nations to put an end to the menace and violence. It will take all they have and even the newest recruits will fight.
AURORS
The main headquarters to report to will be in the Magical Congress of the United States and the Ministry of Magic of Great Britain, however there will be aurors from all corners of the world. The main wizarding governments are as follows:
The Magical Congress of the United States (MACUSA), the current president is Rita Sondheim.
The Ministry of Magic, UK. The current Minister of Magic is Hermione Granger-Weasley, The Head of the Auror Office is Harry Potter.
L’Union Magique (The Magical Union)- The magical overseer of all French speaking European and non-European countries including parts of Africa, the Caribbean etc. The Chief of The Magical Union is Hildegard Monet.
Das Zauberer Parlament (The Wizard Parliament)- The German Ministry of Magic equivalent. The leader of the Parliament is Heinrich Schneider.
The Commonwealth Magical Alliance (CMA)- This oversees Australia, New Zealand, Canada and all other commonwealth countries under the rule of the British Monarch. The leader of the Alliance is Jeremiah Merryweather.
There are many more smaller ministries, which characters may hail from, but aurors can also work freelance, not affiliating with any particular government department.
All group members must create ONE rookie and ONE veteran.

THE NEW HOPE
The leader of this organisation is unknown to all but a handful of it’s most loyal members. They are a fast growing group of wizards and witches with a pureblood elite ideology. They wish to exterminate all muggles and non-purebloods because they believe they are nuisances diluting the magical blood and hindering wizardkind from true greatness. They are using the underappreciated magical creatures to their advantage and having them unwittingly do their work for them.
Though the true leader is unknown, they do have a representative in the form of Clarion Morningstar, an ambitious pureblood zealot with a bloodthirsty streak.
All group members will need to create ONE villain. There will be a total of twelve slots for villains, though not all may be filled and more slots may be added upon requirement.

THE OUTCASTS
The de facto leaders of the magical outcasts are the werewolf community who have been ostracised by other wizards since time immemorial. They are regular wizards for most of the year apart from when the full moon is up. Wizards have famously been known to treat them as magical beasts rather than human beings.
The centaurs are second in command and have been known to despise humans openly for their refusal to treat them as fellow wizards rather than beasts. They are arguably more intelligent than most wizards and have all the same emotions as well as being physically half human.
The giants, half-giants and goblins also harbour animosity toward wizarding folk. Goblins despise humans for their lack of gratitude and respect for them and it is a well-known wizarding story that they have a particular dislike for a certain Hogwarts founder.
House elves are another marginalised group, though not many of them are disposed to join the ragtag group of outcasts, especially the house elves of the British Isles due to Minister Weasley and former Minister Kingsley Shacklebolt’s concerted efforts to abolish house elf enslavement.
Group members can choose to fill these roles or they will be NPCs, however there will only be four slots for each type of outcast. The choices are as follows:
Werewolves
Centaurs
Goblins (or their distant relatvies Pukwudgies)
Giants
THE NON-MAGICAL COMMUNITY
Some muggles upon realising the existence of the magical world have formed an organisation to eradicate wizards and witches by any means.
On the other side, aurors have teamed up with select muggles to help keep both the magical and non-magical worlds safe.

Hey there if you read all that and you're still interested then hooray! This is actually a reboot of an RP I created just after the first Fantastic Beasts movie, but this will be a much simpler version of it, and I'd like to keep the group fairly small.
If this gets enough interest I will make a thread, but until then, have a think about what sort of characters you might want to make!
P.S. Excuse my lack of coding, it's quite hard work when you can't remember the first thing about it anymore xD
