Secondly she cannot possess the powers she does. They are too wide range and neither Project Valkyrie nor Project Seraphim can Accurately recreate a water blast without having to have large water tanks attached to them.

Fair enough. Plus she is coming down hill which is typically how wind flows (least resistance, aid via gravity.) So she would have that aide in smelling her as well.
