They might be one of the multiple sons of a family, unemployed and trying to look for work in the towns and cities. They might be the eldest son of the family, doomed to learn the tricks of the profession of his father...

But yeah, even if people do have work lives and they are busy its still quite possible for one to be proficient at magic.

I dunno, if I were you I'd just keep those kind of people in your notes, Elysium is a big kingdom and there's sure to be a lot of famous people with varying degrees of popularity.

Its my job to worry about these things. I should be worried if I'm not worried because I must think about this. And ever since the Great War that destroyed a significant portion of civilization its reasonable to doubt that people live fulfilling lives. In fact, I think most of them are suffering from poverty, scarcity, and other earthly abominations.

And don't get me started on the monster infestations in Elysium, that's why they created an elite team meant to take them down, the Dragon's Guard.

Ah shit, it turns out that I'm even more scatterbrained than I thought. I have scattered thoughts the different styles of the Light spellcasting of the North, South, and the Capital.

The North has druids, having the ability to call on nature and shit. The Capital has powerful magic but they cast light spells slowly. The Southerners are a tricky lot, preferring to bend the light and cast spells quickly although their spells are much less potent...
