Nope, Cleron-1 is a completely urbanized planet. Literally the entire surface is o e big city (think of Coruscant fr Star Wars). That added onto numerous other planets dedicated to farming, industry and greenhouses stationed on Cleron-1 itself and you get 17 trillion people.

Seems miniscule compared to the estimated 7 trillion people per planet on Axel's faction (not trying to be mean here just giving a comparison).

Also I misread the numbers. It's supposed to be in the billions. FML.

Also, should I scale my numbers up to be slightly below Axel's empire seeing as I'm playing as their "sworn enemy" with Atlus?

Ah. I see. I see. Keep things interesting. Well, as an opener suggestion, you could just write about day to day things. Also nice faction, a little bit of Warhammer 40K here and there.

... oh. Did the GM approve of this? Either way I'd like to make my protests known 2 Axel The Englishman and for two main reasons
1: He isnt big enough to be a threat to all of us. Two of us (Axel, you, and me) would be enough to obliterate him, let alone all 3.
2: Usually in this sort of RP we're supposed to become eachothers' enemies. Laying it out in black and white makes it... less interesting, you know?
